`예륜(藝倫)`의 역사적 추이와 제도적 임계

이 연구는 자율심의기구로 발족된 `예륜`이 국가권력과 문화주체의 역학관계의 변화에 따라 동태적으로 구성되어간 과정을 따라가면서, 그 제도적 임계를 통해 검열체제의 변동 징후를 살피고자 하였다. `예륜`의 창립은 `자율심의`를 통해 국가권력의 사회통제력으로부터 자율성의 영역을 확보하기 위한 문화세력의 기대와 그 궤를 같이 하지만, 사실 그 막후에는 `예총`을 내세워 그러한 기대를 제도화하도록 종용한 공보부가 있었다. 초기 3년여 동안 조직적 불비와 미숙함, 역능의 한계로 자율심의기구의 민낯을 드러냈지만, 이내 공보당국은 삼선개헌정국을 경과하면서 `예륜`의 사용법을 달리하기 시작했다. 대중문화의 비중이 점차로 증대되고 있는 와중에, 박정희체제를 위협하는 대내외 정세가 검열제도의 신속한 정비를 요구하고 있었기 때문이다. `예륜`의 조직개편과 권역확대는 바로 그러한 필요에 의해 취해진 것이었고, 이는 미디어의 대중적 파급력 여하를 관건으로 놓은 박정희정부의 문화통제에 대한 경제성 원리가 작용한 결과였다. 박정희의 종신집권을 위한 문화통제의 효율성 제고, 이것이 바로 `예륜`이 수행해야 할 몫이었다. 검열강화에 따른 피검열자에 대한 압력지수는 계속해서 높아져갔다. 이런 역사적 추이는 분명 `예륜`이 국가에 의해 장악되어간 과정이라 할 만한데, 역설적인 것은 국가권력의 강박적 검열이 강화될수록 여 기에 비/ 반동일화하는 새로운 피검열자가 구성되고 있었다는 점이다. 그 징후의 확실한 증거는 `예륜` 초창기부터 충실한 심의대상이었고 그저 고요하기만 했던 연극분야에서 심의 결과를 납득하지 못한 피검열자들의 반응이 공개되기 시작했다는 사실일 것이다. 이런 점에서 `예륜`의 10년은 뜻하지 않게 그러나 필연적으로 검열전선이 가시화되는 과정이기도 했다. 이를 정부가 감지했던 것일까. 비단 그렇지 않았을지라도, `예륜`은 거기서 끝나야 했다. 긴급조치 9호가 발동된 `비상시`의 검열권은 국가만이 가지고 있어야 하는 것이기 때문이다. 이렇게 보면 검열전선을 가시화한 것은 다름 아닌 박정희정부였던 셈이다. This study investigated the changes in the censorship system through the institutional criticality of the `Ye-ryun`, which was established as an self-censorship organization, following the process of dynamically changing according to the changes in the dynamics of state power and culture subject. The founding of `Ye-ryun` is coextensive with the expectation of the cultural power to secure the autonomy area to the social control power of the state power through `self-censorship`, but in fact, there was a Public Affairs Department at behind the scene, who operated `Ye-chong` to institutionalize such expectations. In the first three years, this self-censorship organization were exposed to organizational defects, inexperience, and limitations of their capabilities. However, the public authorities began to change the usage of `Ye-ryun` soon thereafter passing 1969. This period was noisy to the constitutional amendment issue for election for the third term. As the proportion of popular culture is gradually increasing, the internal and external situation that threatens the Park Chung Hee system demanded the quick maintenance of the censorship system. The organizational reorganization and enlargement of `Ye-ryun` were taken by such necessity, and this was the result of the economic principle of the cultural control of the Park government, which was the key to the media`s power to spread. It was the duty of `Ye-ryun` to enhance the efficiency of cultural control for to get tenurial seizure of power of Park Chung Hee. The pressure index on the censorship-object has continued to increase. This historical trend is obviously a process that has been dominated by the state, and the paradox is that as the obsessive censorship of the state power is strengthened, there has been constructed a new censorship-object who has non/anti-identification to censorship standard. The definitive proof of the indications was that in the field of the drama it had been a faithful censorship-object since the beginning of `Ye-ryun` and that was just calming, that the reactions of censorship-objects who did not understand the censorship results began to be revealed. In this sense, the decade of `Ye-ryun` was an unintended but inevitable process of visualizing the censorship front. Did the government detect this? Even if it was not so, the `Ye-ryun` had to end there. This is because only the state should have the right of censorship on emergency when the ninth Emergency Measure was triggered. In this way, it was nothing but the Park Chung Hee government that visualized the censorship front.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the efficacy of using oriental medical treatment with acute labyrinthitis diagnosed patient.Methods : We experienced one case of acute labyrinthitis diagnosed patient treated with oriental medical treatment. To evaluate the results of this treatment, we measured the hearing recovery, decrease of tinnitus and vertigo. Decrease of tinnitus and vertigo was assessed by THI and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS).Results : VAS of tinnitus decreased from 1.5 to 0.2, and vertigo decreased from 2 to 0. THI decreased from 41 to 25.Conclusions : This study suggests that using oriental medical treatment is effective on Acute labyrinthitis.

TV드라마 〈사랑의불시착〉의 서사 특징과 일본 4차 한류 현상의 상관관계 연구

악화일로를 달리고 있는 한일 관계 속에서도 최근 일본을 중심으로 한류의 기세가 거세다. 이른바 4차 한류로 명명(命名)되는 최근 한류 열풍의 도화선이 된 것은 넷플릭스를 통해 전 세계에 독점 공개된 TV드라마 〈사랑의 불시착〉과 〈이태원 클라쓰〉이다. 본고는 이 가운데 드라마 〈사랑의 불시착〉을 중심으로 드라마의 서사적 특징과 한류 열풍과의 상관관계를 일본의 사회, 문화적 배경을 통해 고찰하였다. 연구 결과 다음음과 같은 점들을 확인하였다. 첫째 북한을 소재로 한 설정은 일본인들의 독특한 북일관계와 북한 인식 등을 배경으로 남성 시청층을 새로운 드라마 소비층으로 확보하였다. 둘째 〈사랑의 불시착〉에 등장하는 여성 캐릭터들의 주체적이고 당당한 모습은 여전히 뿌리 깊은 가부장제와 여성에 대한 경직된 문화가 잔존해있는 일본 사회의 여성들에게 자신의 목소리를 찾아주고 대리만족을 느끼게 해줌으로써 드라마에 더욱 열광하도록 만들었다. 셋째, 드라마 속에 일관되게 흐르는 웃음 코드 속에서 일본인들에게 익숙한 전통 예능인 만자이(漫才) 요소를 발견할 수 있었으며, 끝으로 드라마 〈사랑의 불시착〉 속의 주요 공간적 배경인 북한과 북한 주민들의 리얼한 일상의 풍경은 일본에서도 붐을 이루고 있는 ‘쇼와 노스탤지어(昭和ノスタルジア)’ 현상과 결합하며 드라마에 대한 흡입력을 높이는 데 기여했다. Despite the worsening relationship between Korea and Japan, the Korean Wave has been on the rise recently, especially in Japan. The so-called fourth wave of Hallyu, or the Korean Wave, has sparked the latest wave of Korean Wave, which was exclusively released on Netflix, Crash Landing on You and Itaewon Class. Among them, the study considered the relationship between the box office factors of the drama and the Korean Wave craze through the social and cultural backgrounds of Japan. The study identified the following points: First, the North Korea-based setting has secured a male audience as a new drama consumer based on the unique Japanese-North Korea relationship and awareness of North Korea. Second, the self-reliant and imposing appearance of female characters in Crash Landing on You has made Japanese women, who still maintain a deep-rooted patriarchal system and a rigid culture of women, more enthusiastic about the drama by finding their voices and making them feel vicarious satisfaction. Third, we could find Manzyai element, a traditional entertainment that is familiar to Japanese people in the drama, and finally, the real daily scenery and story created by North Koreans and North Koreans, the space in the drama Crash Landing on You, combined with the Shōwa Nostalgia phenomenon, which is also booming in Japan, contributing to the increased suction power to the drama.

스트렙토조토신으로 유도된 신경세포사멸에서 비타민 C의 보호 기전 연구

In this study, we analyzed the protective effects of the vitamin C in the streptozotocin (STZ)-induced apoptosis using the SH-SY5Y, a neuroblastoma cell line. The cells were pretreated with the vitamin C ($100{\mu}g$) for 30 min, followed by the 24-hr treatment with the 2.5-mM STZ. The cell-viability assay using the Cell Counting Kit (CCK)-8 revealed the cell-survival rate increased by 15% following the vitamin-C pretreatment compared to the STZ-only treatment. Moreover, we conducted the western-blot analysis to determine the protective effect of the vitamin C regarding the apoptosis. Compared to those in the STZ-only-treatment group, the p-ERK and Bcl-2 expressions increased in the vitamin-C-pretreatment group, whereas the p-JNK and Bax expressions decreased. The vitamin-C pretreatment increased the expression of the SOD-1, an antioxidant enzyme, by more than 30%, indicating its protective role in the STZ-induced oxidative stress. Also, we found both the intrinsic- and extrinsic-pathway mechanisms of the STZ-induced apoptosis. The results of this study $s{\mu}ggest$ vitamin C may help prevent the neurodegenerative diseases.

알코올로 인한 Wernicke disease의 치험 1례

Wernicke Disease is well known of nutriotional disorders Wernicke Disease is charaterized by ataxia, confusion and oculomotor disturbance. We diagnosis one patient, who has ataxia, confusion and oculomotor disturbance as Jusang(酒傷), and gave saenggangunbi-tang, bojungchiseub-tang and samchulgunbi-tang. We observed that clinical symptom and Liver function were improved by these herbal medicine Therefore We consider Wernicke Disease as Jusang(酒傷) and further reports with many case, however, will be needed.

교정치료환자의 자아존중감에 관한 연구 -대구지역을 중심으로-

The purpose of study was to evaluate the effects of orthodontic treatment on the self-esteem of the Patients who take orthodontic treatment. Methods: The subjects were composed of 124 Patients from selected orthodontic dental clinics in Daegu Metropolitan city to evaluate the factors in what demographic sociological character of Patients and character of orthodontic treatment affect to self-esteem. Each subject was evaluated with the scale of self-esteem developed by Cho Bo Ga and Cheon Gui Yeon(1993) and compared by classifying overall self satisfactation, social self-esteem, domestic self-esteem. Result: Results show the factors of self-esteem was high when subjects are highly educated, have high family income and have good social relationship after orthodontic treatment. Conclusion: The results of this study suggested that orthodontic treatment can affect patient's self-esteem.

방향성 좀목형(Vitex negundo)모용의 구조적 분화발달

방향성 식물은 식물체 특정부위에 분비구조를 발달시켜 활성물질을 세포의 외부 또는 세포간극으로 방출한다. 민간에서 약용으로 활용되는 좀목형 (Vitex negundo var. incisa)은 독특한 향기를 강하게 발산하는 식물로 향의 근원은 표피조직에 발달하는 분비모 등에 의한 것으로 추정되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 좀목형의 잎 및 줄기 표피조직에 발달하는 모용에 대하여 생장단계별로 형태 및 세포수준에서의 구조분화 양상을 연구하였다. 좀목형에 발달하는 분비모는 4개의 분비세포(ca. $50{\mu}m$ 직경)와 병세포(ca. $5{\mu}m$ 길이)로 분화하는 peltate 유형 (Type 1), 2개의 분비세포$(ca.\;15{\mu}m)$), 병세포$(5{\sim}10{\mu}m)$), 기저세포로 이루어진 capitate유형 (Type 2), 정단의 분비세포가 초기단계에서부터 퇴화되는 degraded capitate 유형 (Type 3)으로 분화하였다. 비분비모는 특히 하피 전체에 더 발달하는 장상의 다세포성 모용($110{\sim}190{\mu}m$, Type4)과 상 하피 전체에 밀생하는 단세포성 모용($20{\sim}30{\mu}m$, Type 5)으로 대별되었다. 분화초기 분비모 정단의 분비세포에서는 큐티클층이 세포벽으로부터 서서히 분리되어 팽창되면서 분비강이 형성되었다. 분비세포 세포질에서 생성된 물질은 세포벽을 통해 운반되어 분비강에 형성된 많은 분비소포에 저장되고, 이들 소포가 팽창된 분비강을 가득 채우며 생성되는 물질들을 축적한 후 방향성분 및 관련 물질을 누출상 분비방식으로 세포간극 또는 외부로 방출하는 것으로 추정된다. 이와 같이 좀목형에서는 peltate및 capitate유형 (Type 1, 2)이 분비기작에서 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 좀목형의 분비구조에 대한 정보는 방향성 약용식물이 함유하는 특정물질의 기능성 성분 추적 연구 등에서 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 자료가 될 것이다. Plants of Vitex negundo are known to develop numerous trichomes throughout their body, where certain trichome types have been believed to be one of the plausible structures for the unique scents. In the current study. structural aspects of the trichomes have been examined in leaves and stems of Vitex negundo using TEM and SEM. Trichome types as well as structural changes that occurred in certain trichomes during secretion have been mainly focused. Three type of glandular trichomes and two types of non-glandular trichomes were developed in the epidermis of young and mature Vitex negundo plants. The glandular trichomes included the peltate type (Type 1), the capitate type (Type 2), and degraded capitate type (Type 3), whereas the non-glandular warty trichomes contained the multicellular (Types 4) and unicellular type (Type 5). Type 1 and 2 consisted of head and stalk cells, but their number and size were different. One secretory cavity was formed from the four head cells in the former, but only two head cells were involved in the latter. The cytoplasmic density in the head cell was quite high and in particular, sER and Golgi bodies were well developed. At initiation of their development, the cuticle layer of the head cells separated from the outer tangential wall to form a secretory cavity. Subsequently the cavity expanded acropetally and a large number of secretory vesicles continuously produced from the head cells until they filled the entire cavity. The cavity contained materials that would be soon discharged into intercellular spaces and/or into the air. The cavity began to decrease the volume by contracting at initial secretion but degrade rapidly within short time. It has been suggested that the mode of secretion in V. negundo is probably the eccrine secretion, since no break or rupture of the cavity has been observed during examination. Contrastingly Type 3 exhibited deterioration of the head cell at early stage. Type 4 was about $110{\sim}190{\mu}m$ long, consisting of $2{\sim}3$ cells, and distributed more in the adaxial epidermis compared to the abaxial surface. However, $20{\sim}30{\mu}m$ long Type 5 was extremely dense in both epidermis. Among several trichome types, Type 1 and 2 probably play an important role in discharging unique aromatic scents in plants of V. negundo.

안와에 발생한 결막 유피낭종 1예

Purpose: To report a case of primary conjunctival dermoid of the superonasal orbit. Case summary: A 41-year-old man complained of swelling of the left lower eyelid and left periocular pain for a week. Examination revealed 3 mm of proptosis with superotemporal displacement of the left eye. Orbital CT revealed a 32×27×33-mm well-defined giant cyst with a fat-fluid level in the superonasal aspect of the left orbit. Orbital MRI showed bone remodeling around the cyst, consistent with a dermoid cyst. The cyst was approached via lateral orbitotomy and transcaruncular incision but was ruptured just prior to the end of the dissection and was totally excised using a cryoprobe to freeze the ruptured site. Upon histopathological examination, the cyst was misdiagnosed as a conjunctival cyst because there was no dermal appendage but was rediagnosed as a conjunctival dermoid cyst after the tissue sample was examined more thoroughly. After surgery, the patient presented with diplopia due to esodeviation and was prescribed prismatic lenses. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2010;51(4):601-605

유리체절제술을 받은 눈에서 발생한 황반원공의 자연폐쇄 1예

Purpose: To report a case of spontaneous closure of a macular hole in a previously vitrectomized eye. Case summary: A 71-year-old female had undergone vitrectomy on the left eye due to a secondary epiretinal membrane with vitreous opacity caused by vasculitis. After the procedure, while the patient was still on medication for the recurrent inflammation of the anterior and posterior segment of the vitreous, a macular hole was found after fundus examinations. Visual acuity of her left eye was 0.125 and ocular coherence tomography (OCT) confirmed a full thickness macular hole with a perifoveal cyst. We recommended vitrectomy, internal limiting membrane peeling, and intravitreal gas injection, but the patient refused further intervention due to her poor general condition. After 2 weeks, resolution of the perifoveal cyst with the macular hole was observed. After 13 weeks, OCT revealed the complete closure of the macular hole with normal foveal depression and the patient regained 0.4 visual acuity. Conclusions: Spontaneous closure of macular hole is a rare phenomenon in vitrectomized eyes, but a small macular hole with inflammation may close spontaneously without additional intervention. Therefore, observation should be considered rather than hasty surgical intervention. Apparently, the spontaneous closure of a macular hole is due to degenerative processes such as development of macular edema and natural recovery.

Oxyfluoren이 함유된 입제 glyphosate 제초제(대장군) 급성 중독 1예

Glyphosate containing herbicides are an alternative to paraquat and have been widely used with increasing frequency in suicide attempts throughout Asia. It is an organophosphorus compound that is not a cholinesterase inhibitor. Daejangun powder consists of glyphosate ammonium, surfactant and another herbicide, oxyfluorfen. A 60-year-old man ingested about 300 g of Daejangun powder with 500 ml of water in a suicide attempt. He was brought to emergency room 6 hours after the ingestion and showed severe metabolic acidosis (pH 6.75), marked leukocytosis (WBC 35,800/$mm^3$), hypoglycemia (glucose 13 mg/dL) and increased liver enzymes (AST/ALT 1,683/418 IU/L). Later he developed aspiration pneumonia, acute renal failure and hyperchloremic acidosis. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy which performed 5 days after the ingestion revealed corrosive injuries (grade 1) in both esophagus and stomach. However, intensive treatment with supportive measures improved the abnormal findings almost completely 4 weeks after the ingestion.
