        SiC 단결정의 TSSG 공정을 위한 전이금속 특성 연구

        본 연구에서는 SiC 단결정의 TSSG 공정중 결정 품질을 저하시키지 않으면서도 의도하지 않은 질소 도핑(N-UID)을 쉽게 제어하기 위해 지금까지 Co 또는 Sc 전이금속을 첨가한 신규 용융조성을 제안한다. Co 또는 Sc의 특성을 파악하기 위해 Ar 분위기에서 1900℃ 온도에서 약 2시간 동안 열처리 실험을 수행했다. 용융조성은 Si-Ti 10 at% 또는 Si-Cr 30 at%를 비롯하여, 탄소 용해도에 효과적이라고 알려진 Co 또는 Sc을 각각 3 at% 첨가하였다. 열처리 후 도가니 단면을 가공하여 도가니-용융물 계면에서 발생한 Si-C 반응층을 관찰하고, 탄소황분석을 통해 조성에 따른 탄소 용해도를 간접적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, Si-Sc 기반 용융조성이 TSSG 공정에 적합한 특성을 갖는 Si-C반응층을 형성하고 있었다. 또한 탄소황분석 결과에서도 Cr 다음으로 높은 탄소량이 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. Sc는 Cr에 비해 질소와의 반응성이 낮은 이점을 가지므로 TSSG 공정에 Si-Sc 용융조성을 적용하면, 본 연구에서 의도한 대로 SiC 단결정 성장속도와 질소 UID를 모두 제어할 수 있는 것으로 고려된다.

        소아안신탕(小兒安神湯)이 STRESS를 유발한 흰쥐의 적출심장(摘出心臟)에 미치는 영향

        It has long been known that SOAT is effective for sudden palpitation occurring unexpectedly in Oriental Medicine. However, effect of SOAT on the isolated heart has not been studied yet. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of SOAT on hemodynamics and ECG of isolated rat hearts induced by electrical stimulation using Langendorff perfusion apparatus for nonworking heart. SOAT extract was manufactured by water-alcohol precipitated method. Sprague-Dawley rats weighting $120{\sim}150g$ were used for the experiments, Subject animals were divided into four groups, which are consisted of 1) control(Group orally administered by normal saline 1ml for 14days), 2) sample A(Group orally administered by SOAT extract 1ml for 14days), 3) sample C(Group injected by SOAT extract 0.5ml after stimulation, 4) sample C(Group injected by SOAT extract 1ml after stimulation. To evluate the effects of SOAT on hemodynamics and ECG of isolated rat heart induced by stimulation, heart rate, left ventricular pressure, systolic power, diastolic power, coronary artery perfusion volume and ECG were measured using Langendorff apparatus in both stimulation mode(5 volts, 450 beats/min) and arrythmic mode(5 volts, 420 beats/min including 60 beats/min) The results obtained are as follows : 1. After receiving stressful electrical stimuli, isolated heart showed the heart rate, left ventricular pressure, systolic power, diastolic power, coronary artery perfusion volume were all decreased temporarily, but perfusion continued longer recovery to the control state appeared. However, the coronary artery perfusion volume diminished continuously. 2. The heart rates did not change significantly with both stimulation mode and arrhythmic mode, among experimental groups. 3. The left ventricular pressure showed with both stimulation mode and arrhythmic mode, the significant changes(p<0.05) especially in the injection sample group. In case of stimulation mode, low concentration injection group(0.5ml) was more significantly increased rather than high concentration group(1ml) and in case of arrhythmic mode, high density group(1ml) was so increased than the other(0.5ml). 4. For the systolic power and diastolic power, no significant changes were noticed in the stimulation mode, but in the arrhythmic mode of injection sample groups, significant change(p<0.05) was noticed in both systolic power and diastolic power. Specially the high concentration group(1ml) showed more significant increase than the low concentration group. 5. For the coronary artery perfusion volume, no significant change difference among sample groups was observed in both the stimulation mode and the arrhythmic mode. 6. For the ECG recordings, arrhythmia was induced by electrical stimulus of arrythmia mode and after the stimulus was removed, irregular wave appeared temporarily, but as perpusion continued, recovery to the control state was abtained like the stimulation mode. According to the above results, SOAT significantly changed the hemodynamic data from the electrically stressed, isolated hearts of connected Langendorff perfusion apparatus and we propose SOAT has the direct effects on the muscular function of heart.

        The development of high-speed spindle have been studied extensively for micro machining in advanced industrial countries. The research of miniaturized high-speed air spindle is important part which needs for the micro machining process of high quality. So, This study was to carry out results about design characteristics of miniaturized high-speed air spindle. We had designed 4type turbines and shaft. They were simulated in use the computer simulation programs. We made them as products. They measured RPM (revolutions per minute). As a result of experiments, there was a contrast among 4type Turbines. it reached 384,000rpm in 4.5bar of air pressure. And, We tried to compare the results of measurement whit the results of computer simulation.

      • 여성의 노인수발부담 완화를 위한 정책적 연구

        급속한 노령화추세는 핵가족화로 인한 가족구조와 기능 및 의식의 변화와 함께 노인수발을 가중시키고 있다. 또한 최근 치매노인인구의 급증은 수발부담이라고 하는 새로운 가족문제 및 사회문제로 부각되고 있다. 우리나라 노인수발형태는 전통적 가부장적 이데올로기와 효 사상에 근거하여 사회부양보다는 가족부양에 의존하고 있는 실정으로, 노인수발의 주책임자는 며느리나 부인 등 여성이 대부분을 이루고 있다. 그러나 최근 여성의 고학력화, 여성지위의 향상 등으로 여성의 취업이나 사회참여가 증가하고 있는 상황에서 장기적으로 보호를 요하는 의존적 노인의 간호와 수발에 있어서 많은 문제를 야기하고 있다. 특히, 사회생활을 하고 있는 기혼여성의 경우, 노인수발의 주수발자로서의 역할과 함께 또 다른 가족원으로서의 역할과 같은 다중적인 역할요구는 증가할 것으로 보여진다.

      • 조건부 엔트로피 제한 벡터 양자화를 이용한 영상 부호화

        벡터 양자화를 이용하여 영상신호를 압축하는 경우, 원 영상을 복원하기 위하여 복호기쪽에 어야 하는 인덱스들 사이에는 높은 상관성이 존재하며, 이러한 높은 상관성을 인덱스의 부호화에 이용하면 보다 높은 부호화 효율을 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는, 각 인덱스들을 이전 인덱스의 값에 따라 적응적으로 부호화하는 조건부 엔트로피 부호화를 도입하고, 이 경우 벡터 양자기를 최적화하는 방법을 제안한다. 즉, 조건부 엔트로피 부호화를 도입하는 경우 각 입력벡터당 평균 비트수는 조건부 엔트로피에 근접한다는 사실을 유용하여, 조건부 엔트로피를 제한한 상태에서 평균 왜곡을 최소화 하도록 VQ 부호책을 구성함으로써 최적화 과정이 이루어진다. 또한, 이와 같이 각 입력벡터의 양자화 결과가 다음 입력벡터의 인덱스를 부호화하는데 영향을 미치는 경우, 장시간(long term)의 관점에서 최적인 인덱스열을 찾기 위해 우리는 비터비 탐색 방법을 도입한다. 영상 모의 실험을 통해, 제안하는 방법이, 구획간의 상관성을 이용하지 않는 기존의 엔트로피 제한 벡터 양자기에 비해 같은 비트율에서 약 1.0~3.0 dB 높은 PSNR을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. This paper proposes a new vector quantization scheme which exploits high correlations among indexes in vector quantization. An optimal vector quantizer in the rate-distortion sense can be obtained, if it is designed so that the average distortion can be minimized under the constraint of the conditional entropy of indes, which is usually much smaller than the entropy of index due to the high correlations among indexes of neighboring vectors. The oprimization process is very similar to that in ECVQ(entropy-constrained vector quanization) except that in the proposed scheme the Viterbi algorithm is introduced to find the optimal index sequence. Simulations show that at the same bitrate the proposed method provides higher PSNR by 1.0~3.0 dB than the conventional ECVQ when applied to image coding.

        홍성원의 <디 , 데이의 병촌> 연구

        This treatise starts in question that the novels by Hong Sung-Won have rarely been studied till now. Compared to other novelist of his era like KIM Seung-Ok or Lee Chung-Joon, he has been slighted. So I think it significant to study <D-day's Barracks>, masterpiece in his early days. <D-day's Barracks> is the work in which is embodied a series of the events that the first lieutenant Hyun undergoes in advanced base. Depicting vividly advanced base reflected in the eye of the first lieutenant Hyun and chtaching accurately his internal complication, the writer questions on Korean territorial section. Advanced base is place where everyone is forced to hear propaganda sound and to catch a leaflet against South. In there tension and uneasy cannot be stopped. This circumstance let the first lieutenant Huyn recognize'suspension of hostilities' that the war has not stopped. His recognition progress toward two direction. One is individual the other is historical. First of all he feel uneasy obscurely about irrational life and the uneasy combine with historical trouble. The fear of war sit cross-legged behind obscure uneasy. This uneasy progress toward paradoxical mental state that he should rather wait for war. Adding ideological trouble to this extreme tension, situation is getting delicate more and more. In this aspect, how must one act? The answer is investigated through argument the first lieutenant Huyn with captain Goo about the case of photographer spy at Guaboochon. Confuting the first lieutenant Huyn'belief in worth of life, captain Goo insists that living is humiliating originally so everyone has to undergo it inevitably. Now what is most nessary to everyone is internal sincerity. This insistence approaches a core of moral question. But the solution come over unexpectedly. It is a flood. A flood going through and sweeping away everything, the chapter of essential reconciliation opens. The flood is symbol of catastrophe. It intimates that maybe human being is trivial so we can merely practise very small but significant love. It converges on a sound of a bell by Sun-Gyung. In this novel Korean territorial section is not merely considered as historical problem. Historical situation is the condition of limiting individual. Therefore <D-day's Barracks> suggests how must one think and act in historical situation as territorial section.

        시평탕(柴平湯) 및 시평탕가미방(柴平湯加味方)의 항(抗)알레르기에 관(關)한 실험적(實驗的) 효과(效果)

        Experimental studies were done to research the clinical effects of Sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang (sipyungtang with Anemarrhenae Rhizoma added) on the Anti-allergic effect. The results obtained as follows; 1. In the effects of Sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang on vascular permeability responses to intradermal Histamine, Sipyungtang group revealed none significant effect, but Sipyungtang-gamibang group revealed significant effect. 2. In the effects of sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang on vascular permeability responses to intradermal serotonin, Sipyungtang group revealed none significant effect, but Sipyungtang-gamibang group revealed significant effect. 3. In the 48hrs homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis provoked by the IgE-like antibody against egg white albumin, Sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang groups revealed none significant effect. 4. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to Picryl Chloride, Sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang groups revealed none significant effect. 5. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to SRBC, Sipyung-tang and Sipyungtang-gamibang groups revealed significant effect.
