This study, as a result of rope-skipping exercise practiced with aforementioned momentums (duration, frequency, intensity)by not the skilled player but the general woman college students, got the conclusions as follows: They have brought the elevation in order: 1. Standing Board Jump (confidence interval, elevation over 6 centimeters with 60%) 2. Sargent, Vertical Jump (confidence-interval, elevation over 1.2 centimeters with 60%) 3. Sit-Up (confidence-interval, elevation over 0.9 times with 60%) 4. 60 Run (confidence-interval, elevation over 0.09 seconds with 60%) 5. Step-Test (confidence-interval, elevation over 0.6 marks with 60%) 6. Trunk-Flexion (confidence-interval, elevation over 0.5 centimeters with 60%) 7. Flexed Arm Hang (confidence-interval, elevation over 60%) 8. Shuttle Run (confidence-interval, elevation over 60%) According to the result above, we can assume that rope-skipping exercise elevated in order power, muscle endurance, speed, body endurance, flexibility, and Agility, particularly muscle endurance showed some differences according to the region (abdominal muscle and brachial muscle) or exercise method(Static-Flexed Arm Hang, dynamic-sit-up). Therefore, we can mention that rope-skipping exercise is the best of all the sports for body exercise elevation basic physical strength in the view of time and economy at narrow section. Accordingly, rope-skipping exercise must be necessary for assistance exercise of all the sports not only athletics, ball games(Particularly football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, etc) but also boxing or judo for a contest sports, etc.

본 연구는 상용 소프트웨어인 PAM-STAMP, DYNA3D를 사용하여 3차원 스템핑 해석을 하였다. Forming과 아울러 Trimming, Spring-back 해석을 동시에 병행하여 현업에서 전 공정에 도움이 되는 해석을 수행하였으며, 접합판재 개발에 성형해석기법을 도입하여 그 효율성을 타진하여 보았다. This study is to analyze an illustration of 3-dimensional stamping using PAM-STAMP and DYNA3D which use a finite element method. Analysis of forming, triming and spring-back is carried out concurrently as the same course as actual metal forming predicted by deformation condition. Our illustration of PAM-STAMP and DYNA3D is found to do good performance at practical stamping works.

This paper purposes to do exercise test as an effective method for the maintenance and promotion of factory workers' health and physical strength, and to find out what is necessary and effective to the improvement of their health condition. For the test, data wet·e taker in one of factories in Chungju area, restricting workers' present health condition and physical strength examination. We analyse the data on the basis of their health condition, degree of self-recognition of their physical strength, results of strength test, and degree of self-evaluation and self-satisfaction of their health condition. According to the analysis, one of the ways to improve their health condition is to make them practice self-control and some kinds of sports. The improvement ways are as follows; 1) self-control method: careful eating, no-smoking, active exercise, periodical health examination, early diagnosis, plenty rest, no excessive work, strict observation of sleeping hours, periodical strength test, regular life and early morning exercise. 2) exercise test: bare-hand gymnastics, exercising on the horizontal bar, table tennis, tennis, baseball, mount climbing, fast walking, walking, bicycle hiking, etc. The ways mentioned above are very effective for the improvement of the factory workers' hellth and physical strength. Especially speaking, we conclude that selective practice of the above items is good for the improvement of the workers' health and physical strength, in view of the results of exercise test found out in the study. Thus, we encourage them to practice the method which is shown in this paper.
유한요소해석과 다구찌방법을 이용한 단조피스톤의 성형조건 연구

본 연구에서는 다구찌 방법을 이용하고 유한요소해석을 통해 알루미늄 피스톤 제조에 큰 영향을 미치는 설 계변수의 적합한 조건을 도출하였다. 단조 최대 성형하중을 목적함수로 하고 설계변수로서 예비성형체, 소재온도 및 빼기구배를 선정하였으며 마찰을 잡음인자로 하는 직교배열표를 작성하고 시뮬레이션별 유한요소해석을 통해 하중을 평가하였다. 이를 통해 설계 변수들이 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 설계변수의 최적조합조건은 제안하였 다. 이러한 방법은 여러 가지 금속성형공정에서 최종 단조품 전단계에서 여러 예비성형체에서 적합한 예비성형체를 결정할 때 도움을 줄 수 있으며 특히, 최적의 설계조합을 결정할 때 쉽게 적용할 수 있을 것이다. This paper presents design methodology to determine the design parameters that affect the manufacture of aluminum forging piston using the FE simulation and the Taguchi method. Maximum forging load is used as the objective function, and preform, material temperature and draft angle are selected as the design parameters. Their combinations are implemented by orthogonal array, and forging load is evaluated through the simulation. From the analytic results of design parameters to minimize the load using signal to noise ratio, their optimal combinations are proposed. The proposed design methodology will be able to help in selecting proper preform among preforms and to be used in determining the optimal combination of the parameters in metal forming process
