Five Elements (Five Phases) music affected the initial germination time, final germination rate, and the length and mass of the bean sprout. The initial germination time was shortened by 1 h for Wood and Fire Element music, but lengthened by 3 h and 5 h, respectively for Metal and Water Element music compared with the control (28 h). The final germination rate was high for Fire and Wood Element music, and especially for Water Element music (90%). The length of the bean sprout was higher for the Wood Element 00.70cm) and Fire Element 00.49cm) music compared with the control 00.03 cm). The length was shorter for the other Five Elements music. Effect of music on the mass of the bean sprout was similar to that on the length.

This research was, by investigating the relations between the cultural types of a nursing organization in military hospital and performance, to ascertain the cultural types to be able to improve performance Method : The date were gathered from 255 nurse officers who were in 19 military hospitals by using the self-report type of questionnaire. The period of data collection was from April 20, 2003 to July 15, 2003. For this research, the following tools were used: the tools for measuring the organizational characteristics, organizational culture, and job satisfaction, the tool for measuring organizational commitment. For data analysis the SPSS Win 12.0 program was used Result: 1) Most of the cultural types of a nursing organization in military hospital is Relation-oriented. 2) In the relation between general the characteristics of subject and the organizational cultural type, there was a difference in the innovation-oriented, relation-oriented, hierarchy-oriented, and task-oriented culture according to nurse officers careers, hospital types, year in hospital, marital status, and unit(p<0.05). 3) In the relation between general characteristics of subject and organizational performance, there was a difference in the job satisfaction, affective commitment, transactional commitment, and normative commitment according to nurse officers careers, education, madrigal status and unit(p<0.05). 4) In the relationship between the of a military hospital were correlated with the type of each culture (p=0.00), 5) In the relation between the organizational culture type of military hospital and its performance, there was a positive correlation among job satisfaction and innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, task-oriented culture (p<0.05). And hierarchy-oriented culture showed that they had a weak negative correlation with job satisfaction (p<0.05). There was a positive correlation among affective commitment and innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, task-oriented culture (p<0.05). And hierarchy-oriented culture showed that they had a weak negative correlation with affective commitment (p<0.05). There was no culture type significantly related to continuance commitment and there was a weak positive correlation among normative commitment and innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, task-oriented culture. The types to have an influence upon nurse officers` job satisfaction were relation-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture (p=0.00). And relation-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture were major variances for affective commitment and only relation-oriented culture was influential variance for normative commitment (p=0.00). Conclusion: The organizational culture type was found which had an influence upon nurse officers` job satisfaction and organizational commitment, these result are very significant in having showed the persons in charge of nursing administration a basic data for creation of an effective organizational culture.
치매노인을 돌보는 요양보호사의 감정노동, 정신건강이 돌봄이행에 미치는 영향

Background: The purpose of this study is to identify the degree of emotional labor, mental health care, care performance of certified caregivers for elder with dementia, and the factors that affect care performance. Methods: In order to collect data, structured questionnaire was used for 197 caregivers who worked at 3 dementia specialized facilities located in D city. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 20.0. Results: Care performance had negative relationship with emotional labor(r=-.320, p<.000) and mental health(r=-.240, p<=001). Emotional labor had positive relationship with mental health(r=.208, p=.003) And the prediction factors influencing care performance were health status(β=.363, p<.001), emotional labor(β=-.242, p<.001), mental health(β=-.223, p=.001). The total variance was 38.9% by predictors(F=25.978, p<.001). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, in order to improve the care performance mental health program should be provided and good health management is needed to improve health status. And also it is necessary to develop and apply new strategies to reduce emotional labor of the dementia facility caregivers.

In this experiment, an ionic liquid (BMIMBF4) was used to prepare a composite membrane containing ZnO nanoparticles. Our previous study indicated that a composite membrane composed of ZnO and BMIMBF4 showed high CO<sub>2</sub>/N<sub>2</sub> separation performance with a GPU of 101 and a selectivity of 42.1. The oxide layer of ZnO nanoparticles with the imidazolium ring of BMIMBF4 increased the solubility of CO<sub>2</sub> and acted as a barrier for N<sub>2</sub>, leading to an overall improvement in the performance. However, the liquid film absorbed the solution over time and thickened, leading to instability. In order to solve this problem, a solid polymer composite film was manufactured and investigated as a possible solution. In this study, the polymer PEBAX-2533 was used as a polymer matrix to produce a composite membrane capable of both high separation performance and long-term stability.
동적인 WDM 네트워크에서 가상 링크의 불연속성을 감소시키는 파장 할당 기법

파장 할당에 대해 제안된 알고리즘들의 대부분은 무한한 수의 ADM을 가정하여 I/O 블로킹을 배제하였으며 파장을 할당한 이후, 네트워크 내에 파장이 불연속적인 형태로 남게 되어 링크 블로킹을 증가시킬 수 있다는 문제점이 있다. 또한 최악의 경우 O(W $N^3$)의 시간 복잡도를 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 상에서 동적인 트래픽 요청에 대해 최악의 경우 O(W $N^2$)의 복잡도를 가지면서 I/O 블로킹과 링크 블로킹을 모두 고려하는 파장 할당 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 파장의 불연속성을 최소화함으로써 블로킹의 발생을 감소시킬 수 있었다. Most wavelength assignment algorithms assume that every node has infinite ADMs and I/O blocking is excluded. Furthermore wavelengths continue to occur intermittently in the network using existing algorithms. This can result in increased link blocking under dynamic traffic circumstances. In audition, it can create time-complexity problems such as O(W $N^3$) in the worst case scenario. In this paper, we propose a new wavelength assignment algorithm which has time-complexity of O(W $N^2$) and considers both I/O and link blocking. The basic idea is to maximize the number of links where wavelengths will be assigned continuously after present assignment. As a result, the number of intermittent wavelengths is minimized, and blocking probabilities are decreased.
