        안경원을 대상으로 한 경영관리 특성이 경영성과에미치는 영향 연구

        Purpose: We divide management characteristics into business strategy, operation management, information management, marketing, asset management. Also this will show effect on business performance according to management characteristics. Methods: For two months, from August to October, a manager (include an executive) participated in individual questionnaires. And the SPSS v14.0 was applied to analyze data of this study. Results: This study has shown that the management characteristics have an effect on the finance and satisfaction performance. In particular, the ‘business strategy’ and ‘marketing’ of management characteristics were important factors that affects finance performance and the ‘business strategy’, ‘marketing’ and ‘operation management’ were important factors that affects satisfaction performance. Conclusions: Consequently through this result, we should make an efforts to ‘business strategy’ and ‘marketing’ of management characteristics. 목적: 안경원을 운영하는데 있어 경영전략, 정보관리, 마케팅, 운영관리, 자금관리 등의 경영관리 특성이 안경원의경영성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 각 요인 중 중요요인과 경영관리 특성에 따른 비교분석을 통해 안경원 관리 및운영에 필요한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 방법: 2011년 8월부터 10월까지 약 2개월 동안 안경원 관리자(경영자 포함)를대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 SPSS v 14.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 안경원의 경영관리특성에 따라 재무성과 및 만족성과가 다르게 나타났으며 특히 안경원의 재무성과 향상에는 경영전략, 마케팅 특성이, 만족성과 향상에는 경영전략, 마케팅, 운영관리 특성이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 결론: 이 결과에 따르면안경원 경영성과 향상을 위해서는 경영관리 특성 중 하위요인 중 경영전략, 마케팅 특성을 특히 고취시키기 위해노력해야 할 것이다.

        Mitochondrial Oxidative Phosphorylation Reserve Is Required for Hormone- and PPAR gamma Agonist-Induced Adipogenesis

        Adipocyte differentiation requires the coordinated activi-ties of several nuclear transcription factors. Recently, mitochondria biogenesis was reported to occur during adipocyte differentiation and following treatment with thiazolidinediones in vitro and in vivo. Crif1 is a transla-tional factor for mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) and is im-portant for transcription of the mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) complex. To investigate the role of OXPHOS in adipogenesis, we analyzed adipocyte differentiation following disruption of Crif1 in vitro and in vivo. The adipose-specific Crif1 knockout mouse had a lower body weight and less fat mass than wild-type mice. Furthermore, adipocytes were smaller and had a dysplastic morphology in the adipose-specific Crif1 knockout mouse. 3T3-L1 adipocytes or adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) that lacked Crif1 expressed lower levels of mtDNA-encoded OXPHOS subunits, and adipocyte differentiation was disrupted. Rosiglitazone treatment did not induce adipogenesis or mitochondria biogenesis in Crif1 knockout ADSCs. These results show that mitochondrial OXPHOS and Crif1 are required for rosiglitazone- and hormone-induced adipogenesis.

        갈대, 함초, 매실 추출물이 항스트레스 및 항히스타민 작용에 미치는 영향

        목적: 본 연구에서는 갈대, 함초, 매실 에탄올 추출물의 항산화 효과, 항알레르기 효과를 확인하여 기능성 소재 및 화장품 소재로의개발 가능성을 확인하고자 하였다. 방법: 갈대, 함초, 매실을 70% 주정 에탄올로 추출하였으며, 각각 추출물의 산화적 스트레스 요인에 대한 인간 피부세포유래인HaCaT 세포주의 보호효과를 측정하였다. 항알레르기 효과를 확인하고자 알레르기 반응을 나타내는 주요 세포인 비만세포 RBL- 2H3 세포주를 이용하여 알레르기 반응 시 세포의 탈과립 지표로 알려진 β-hexosaminidase 분비 억제를 관찰하였다. 결과: 활성산소에 의한 산화적 스트레스로부터 세포를 보호할 수 있는 항산화력을 평가한 결과 세 가지 추출물 중 갈대 에올탄 추출물의경우 200 μg/mL의 농도에서 가장 높은 37%의 보호효과를 나타내었다. β-Hexosaminidase 분비에 대한 갈대, 함초, 매실 에탄올추출물의 억제 효능을 확인하였다. 추출물을 처리하지 않은 대조군과 비교하였을 때, 갈대, 함초, 매실 에탄올 추출물은 각각 200 μg/mL의 농도에서 각각 53.6%, 49.8%, 30.2%의 효과를 나타내었고, 세 가지의 추출물 중 갈대의 효과가 가장 우수했다. 결론: 갈대, 함초, 매실 에탄올 추출물은 세포에 대한 독성을 갖지 않으면서 산화적 스트레스에 대한 항산화와 가려움증을억 제하는효과가 있음을 확인하였기 때문에 기능성 소재 및 화장품 소재로 개발 가능성이 있을 것으로 판단된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the anti-stress and anti-histamine effects of Phragmites communis, Salicornia herbacea, and Prunus mume to verify their potential as the raw materials for functional material or cosmetics products. Methods: I extracted the substances of Phragmites communis, Salicornia herbacea, and Prunus mume using 70% ethanol solution. With the extracts, the protective effects of HaCaT cell line against the anti-stress factors were confirmed. In order to verify the anti-histamine effects, one of the key sources of the allergic reactions, RBL-2H3 cell line was used for the test. Moreover, the inhibitory effect on β–hexosaminidase, which is known as one of the indicators of degranulation of cells during allergic reactions, was observed. Results: The results of anti-stress effects from active oxygen showed that the Phragmites communis extract had the highest protective effect among the extracts. The anti-histamine effects of Phragmites communis, Salicornia herbacea, and Prunus mume extracts were identified by the inhibition of β-hexosaminidase. When the extracts were compared to the control groups, the extracts of Phragmites communis, Salicornia herbacea, and Prunus mume had inhibitory effects of 53.6%, 49.8%, 30.2% at the 200 μg/mL respectively. Among them, the reed extract had the strongest inhibitory effect. Conclusion: We confirmed that the extracts of Phragmites communis, Salicornia herbacea, and Prunus mume did not have any cellular toxicity while having anti-stress effect and suppressing itchiness. Therefore, it is believed that the substances have potential as the raw materials for functional cosmetics

        콩의 볶음 조건에 따른 청육장의 이화학적 특성 연구

        Chungyuk-jang is one of korean traditional soy food made by boiling with meat, seafood and soybean which is fermented after roasting. To investigate the difference in the physicochemical characteristics of the Chungyuk-jang fermented with roasted soybean in different conditions, Chungyuk-jang was made from soybean roasted on the three condition, 140℃ for 21 min (CY140), 180℃ 9.5 min (CY180), 220℃ 6 min (CY220) which was decided by pre-test and compared to one made without roasting (CY0). The moisture of Chungyuk-jang was 79.98~81.87% and pH was 6.15~6.25. The lightness and yellowness of CY0 was higher than Chungyuk-jang made of roasted bean whereas redness and brown pigment was the highest on CY220. The contents of free sugar of CY140 was the highest among the treatment. The contents of amino-N of Chungyuk-jang (CY140, CY190, CY220) was higher significantly than CY0. The contents of total free amino acid and glutamic acid was highest on fermented soybean roasted for 140℃, 21 min (CY140) and followed by fermented soybean roasted on 180℃ 9.5 min (CY180), 220℃ 6 min (CY220) and CY0 (without roasting).

        마황(Ephedra sinica) 에탄올추출물의 항산화 효과 및 각질세포 보호효과

        This study induced oxidative stress in human HaCat cells to test the antioxidativity of Ephedra sinica ethanol extract and its protective effects in order to develop safer and more outstanding skin care materials and products from natural sources. Ephedra sinica ethanol extract has a polyphenol content of 175.5±0.66 μg/ml, flavonoid content of 56.91±2.15 μg/ml. As a result of measuring the DPPH radical absorption capacity, IC50 was 27.51 μg/ml, which was higher than that for BHT, a synthetic antioxidant, at 105.1 μg/ml, and it was above 90% at 400 μg/ml, which is similar to that of vitamin C. With respect to the cell survival rates, when the extract was applied to HaCaT cells according to each concentration, cytotoxity was observed depending on the concentration. When the cell survival rate of the control group was considered as 100%, the test group which did not have any pre-treatment showed a cell survival rate of 49.5%. When the cell was stimulated with H2O2, ROS was removed by 81.5%, 76.0%, and 66.2%, which indicates its removal effect depending on concentration. The protective effect of the extract on HaCat cells from H2O2, rotenone and paraquat was checked and observed depending on concentration. Therefore, as this study discovered the antioxidativity of Ephedra sinica ethanol extract, its ROS removal from HaCat cells and the protective effect from oxidative stress, it is suggested that it will restore oxidative damage in skin.

        BLE 비콘과 컴퓨터비전을 적용한 스마트 버스 시스템

        본 논문에서는 비콘과 컴퓨터비전을 적용하여 대중교통 버스 결제 자동화 및 탑승 후의 버스 노선 정보, 실시간 위치 정보 제공, 하차 알람, 하차 벨 작동 자동화를 구현한 스마트 버스 시스템을 제안한다. 비콘을 이용하여 정류소에 근접하는 버스들을 인식하고 탑승하고자 하는 버스를 탑승하게 될 경우 비콘과의 거리와 비콘이 제공하는 정보 및 얼굴 비교를 이용하여 탑승 시 결제를 자동으로 처리한다. 결제 처리 후, 탑승한 버스의 노선 정보와 실시간 버스위치 정보를 사용자에게 제공하고 해당 정보를 이용하여 사용자가 알람을 설정하면 설정한 하차 정류소 이전 정류소를 버스가 출발할 시 알람이 작동시키고 버스의 하차 벨을 작동시키는 대중교통 버스의 전반적인 자동화 시스템을 구축하였다. In this paper, a smart bus system that automates public bus traffic payment by applying beacon and computer vision and provides bus route information, real-time location information, getting off alarm is proposed. By using the beacon to recognize busses near the stop and to board the bus to be boarded, this system automatically processes the payment when boarding by using the distance from the beacon and the information provided by the beacon and the face comparison. After the payment processing, the system provides the route information of the boarded bus and the real-time bus location information to the user, and when the user sets an alarm using these informations, the alarm is activated when the bus leaves the bus stop.

        SK-MEL-2에서 상백피 추출물의 Tyrosinase 활성 억제 및 Melanin 생성 억제 효과

        This study was to investigate the ethanol extracts of Morus alba on tyrosinase activity and melanogenesis. In the present study , we examined the effects of Morus alba ethanol extract on mushroom tyrosinase activity in vitro, on SK-MEL-2 cell tyrosinase activity , melanin contents, expression of melanogenic enzyme proteins including tyrosinase, tyrosinase-related protein1(TRP-1) and and tyrosinase-related protein2(TRP-2). Mushroom tyrosinase activity of dose dependant and about 75% at concentration of 400 ㎍/㎖. Morus alba ethanol extracts reduced melanin contents of SK-MEL-2 melanoma cella in a dose dependant manner and decreased to about 83.2% at a cocentration of 100 ㎍/㎖ without cell cytotoxicity(below 100 ㎍/㎖) and intracellular tyrosinase activity about 54.2% at concentration of 100 ㎍/㎖. Morus alba ethanol extracts inhibited tyrosinase and TRP-2 expression at protein level. These results suggest that Morus alba ethanol extracts reduced melanin formation by the inhibitied of tyrosinase activity and expression in SK-MEL-2 melanoma cells. Therefor, we confirmation that Morus alba ethanol extracts could be used as a useful whitening agent.

        New Trends in Commentary on the Confucian Classics: Characteristics, Differences, and Significance of Rhetorically Oriented Exegeses of the Mengzi

        Originally, East Asian intellectuals focused their attention on the philosophy of the Confucian Classics, rarely commenting on their literary aspects. During the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, however, there were three exegetical works that proposed a different approach to the Mengzi: Maengja ch’aŭi (Notes on the meanings of the Mengzi) written by Wi Paekkyu (1727–1798), a Chosŏn scholar, Mengzi lunwen written by Niu Yunzhen (1706–1758) from China, and Doku Mōshi written by Hirose Tansō (1782–1856) in Japan. These exegeses approached the Mengzi through its literary style, and commented on many literary points: rhetorical strategy, grammar, and wording. In this article, these exegetical works are referred to as “rhetorical commentaries” since they emphasized rhetoric to a much greater extent than previous commentaries. The purpose of this article is to show how the rhetorical commentaries are different from ordinary or standard commentaries, such as the works of Zhu Xi and Jiao Xun, but also to point out some differences among the three rhetorical commentaries. In addition, this study evaluates the significance of the appearance in East Asia of rhetorical commentaries in the seventeenth to nineteenth centuries. This will be done by placing them in the context of elevant historical events and changes in literati culture from the middle ages to the early-modern period of East Asia. Thus, this article will be a first step towards an understanding of rhetorically oriented exegeses in East Asia and the relationship between these commentaries, their historical change and their intellectual history.
