세라믹 막을 이용한 Lactobacillus 균주의 농축공정에 관한 연구

It is an anaerobic germ that Lactobacillus cell concentrated using ceramic membrane has high stability and long lifetime as compared with polymeric membrane. The effects of operating pressure, temperature, crossflow velocity on cell harvesting have been studied. Also the variation of flux and transmembrane pressure(TMP) with increasing concentration ratio and the change of TMP at constant concentration ratio (volumetric concentration factor : VCF) regarding the optimization have been examined. It showed that the permeate flux increased gradually with the increasing of transmembrane pressure, crossflow velocity, and volumetric concentration factor. The higher initial flux was due to the reduction of viscosity at elevated temperature. However, as operating time progressed, the effect of temperature was negligible since the effect of viscosity became minor. As a result that operate in a constant concentration ratio, decreased degree could know that become slowly although the flux decreases according as operating time progressed. The flux is a very stable in the condition of constant VCF range. The yield of Lactobacillus (PS 406) which was cultivated at 37 ℃ was concentrated about 4.9×109 after operation.

카프 초기 문예론의 전개와 과학적 이상주의의 영향 : 회월 박영희의 사상적 전회 과정과 그 의미

In this study, I tried to explain the process that Park Young Hee rotated from the sentimental Romanticism(represented as literary coterie magazine, “Baekjo”) to ShinKyunghyang school in his literary tilting. I paid attention to the influence of idealism put in the scientific character of Marxism of that time. Especially, Park Younghee usually used the term, ‘Neoidealism’ in his writing in the important rotation moment and unlike it has been explained in the academic world, its term was used in the influence of a section of idealism in former times, probably that of Christopher Eucken, the philosopher. I made an attempt to confirm that Park younghee's ideological rotation could be explained as an intermediate stage in a process to acquire his own ideal through the inner ideological struggle between Naturalism and Idealism, art for human life and art for art's sake. Thus, I thought that Park Younghee didn't rotate to ShinKyunghyang school, with the collapse of Romanticism, but that he obtained the neoidealistic directivity in comparison with Naturalism in re-examining the idealistic directivity of the sentimental Romanticism. Moreover, Park younghee came to discover the ideal, the true life of human-being under such a Idealism, and he took concrete shape on the difference through the argument with Lee Kwangsoo. According to Him, the distinction of the class in Marxism is the most important factor to classify the ideal as the true life of human. After KAPF was made up, Park younghee took the historical materialism in earnest. Especially he understood the historical materialism as based on Sakai Toshihiko's explanation about the historical materialism under the influence of evulutionary theory. In the dilemma that such a historical materialism explanation included the mixed-up character of ‘science’ and ‘scientific idealism’, he tried to develop the change of direction discussion, in the means to define the relationship with objective reality and subjectivity. He constantly was conscious of the scientific character of natural science and its idealistic character that could help assuming in the process of applying to society. 본고는 1920년대 박영희의 사상적인 궤적을 당대 과학 담론과의 상관성 속에서 살피고자 하는 시도의 일환으로, 그가 『백조』로 대표되는 감상적 낭만주의로부터 신경향파의 문학으로 이전하게 된 과정을 당대 맑스의 사회주의가 표방했던 과학성 속에 담보된 이상주의의 영향 속에서 해명해보고자 하였다. 특히 그가 사용했던 ‘신이상주의’라는 용어가 지금까지 알려진 바와 달리, 정신주의의 한 흐름으로서 자연주의의 과학성에 대한 비판을 통해 발전해나갔던 크리스토퍼 오이켄의 ‘신이상주의’의 영향 아래에서 간출하여 쓴 용어일 가능성이 높다는 점에 착목하여, 박영희의 사상적인 전회가 자연주의와 이상주의 사이, 톨스토이로 대표되는 인생을 위한 예술과 예술을 위한 예술 사이에서 사상적인 고투 과정을 통해 자신의 지향점을 획득해가는 과정임을 확인해보았다. 특히 1924년 박영희가 낭만주의의 파산과 함께 바로 신경향파로 전향하게 되었다기보다는 감상적인 낭만주의의 이상주의적인 지향성을 재검토하는 과정에서 자연주의 문예론에 대비되는 신이상주의적인 지향성을 획득하게 되었으며, 나아가 박영희는 이러한 이상주의(혹은 정신주의)의 기치 아래 인생의 실제 생활이라는 추구되어야만 하는 이상을 발견하고, 이를 이광수에 대한 논전을 통해서 차별적인 지점을 구체화한다. 그의 주장을 따른다면, 결국 인생의 실제라는 이상을 구분하는 기제는 유물론이 제시하는 계급적인 차이에서 비롯되고 그 지점에서 이광수와 구별되는 것이다. 이후 카프가 조직된 뒤, 박영희는 유물사관을 본격적으로 수용하게 되는데, 그는 특히 사카이 토시히코의 진화론적인 과학에 기반한 유물사관을 받아들였을 가능성이 크다. 그는 전대의 사상적인 고민으로부터 이어진 이상주의적인 경향성과 유물사관 사이에서 딜레마를 겪으면서 객관적인 현실과 주관이라는 관계성을 밝혀내는 방식으로 방향전환론을 전개하기에 이르게 된 것이다. 이와 같은 검토를 통해 본다면, 카프 초기의 핵심적인 이론분자였던 박영희는 한편으로는 자연과학이라는 외재적인 분과학문이 갖는 과학성에 대해 끊임없이 의식하고 있었으면서 그것을 문예비평에 적용하는 데 있어서 예민한 자의식을 가지고 있었다고 평가할 수 있다.

Hydrazine Doped Graphene and Its Stability

The electronic property of graphene was investigated by hydrazine treatment. Hydrazine (N2H4) highly increases electron concentrations and up-shifts Fermi level of graphene based on significant shift of Dirac point to the negative gate voltage. We have observed contact resistance and channel length dependent mobility of graphene in the back-gated device after hydrazine monohydrate treatment and continuously monitored electrical characteristics under Nitrogen or air exposure. The contact resistance increases with hydrazine-treated and subsequent Nitrogen-exposed devices and reduces down in successive Air-exposed device to the similar level of pristine one. The channel conductance curve as a function of gate voltage in hole conduction regime keeps analogous value and shape even after Nitrogen/Air exposure specially whereas, in electron conduction regime change rate of conductance along with the level of conductance with gate voltage are decreased. Hydrazine could be utielized as the highly effective donor without degradation of mobility but the stability issue to be solved for future application.

도시공간에 대한 미디어적 인식과 소설의 서사-박태원의 소설과 공간으로서의 서울

In this paper, I discussed with a problem about the relationship of the narrative of Park Taewon's novels and the actual space of Metropolis and media extension. Including the novel entitled One day of Mr. Kubo, novelist, a lot of novels which Park Taewon wrote in Kyungsung, spatial background, are meaningful as the text accumulating memory of the citizen who engage in the actual space of Seoul, while diffusing as media. Until now, in the discussion for spatial recognition of Park Taewon novel with a focus on the flaneur concept, novel riverside landscape was not well evaluated in a lack of the distinct thematic consciousness, compared to the creating way of Modernology in One day of Mr. Kubo. However, it is necessary to some reconsideration in such evaluation, if determined as the main spatial phenomenological point of view which subject percepts space of his world. Park Taewon already wrote a process that Mr. Kubo rediscovered a affluent sense and a meaing of space in Seoul, while discovering the intimate old relationship through the wandering in the day in the big city in One day of Mr. Kubo. In other words, novel One day of Mr. Kubo could be a methodological novel with a preliminary work of a full scale creation, riverside landscape. 본 논문은 박태원의 소설 서사와 미디어적 확장의 대상으로서 서울이라는 실제 공간이라는 문제를 다룬다.「소설가 구보씨의 일일」을 비롯한 도시 경성을 배경으로 하고 있는 박태원의 일련의 소설들은 실제 서울의 공간을 미디어 삼아 확산해나가면서 서울이라는 공간을 영위하는 사람들의 기억을 누적시키는 텍스트로서 의미가 있다. 지금까지 산책자 개념을 중심으로 한 박태원 소설의 공간 인식에 대한 논의에서는「소설가 구보씨의 일일」의 첨예한 고현학적 방법론에 비해, 『천변풍경』의 텍스트는 뚜렷한 주제의식이 존재하지 않는 세태소설로 평가될 수밖에 없었다. 하지만, 이러한 평가는 공간을 받아들이는 주체의 공간현상학적 문제로 판단한다면, 오히려 이러한 판단에는 어느 정도 재고가 필요하게 된다. 이미 박태원은「소설가 구보씨의 일일」속에서 대도시에서의 하루 동안의 방황을 통해 대도시의 기저에 존재하고 있는 친밀한 관계성을 발견하면서 풍요한 공간의 감각과 의미를 재발견하게 되는 과정을 기록하여 두고 있다. 즉「소설가 구보씨의 일일」은 바로 이후에 이어지는 본격적인 소설 창작으로서 『천변풍경』의 자리를 예비하는 방법론적인 소설일 가능성이 존재한다. 즉 박태원은 자신의 소설 서사 속에서 서울 공간의 풍요한 감각성을 되살리는 방식으로, 서울이라는 공간 자체를 소설 서사를 확산하는 미디어로 활용하고 있는 것이다.
