        흡연이 치은혈류량에 미치는 영향

        Recent studies have demonstrated that smoking may be one of the most significant risk factors in the development and progression of periodontal disease. Reports have indicated that smoking causes gingival blood flow to be decreased. However, studies on the effects of smoking on gingival blood flow have yielded contradictory results. The purpose of the present study was to determine the effect of smoking on gingival blood flow. One hundred volunteers(fifty non-smokers and fifty smokers) with good general and periodontal health, aged twenties(non-smoker : 22-29 years, mean=25.36, smoker : 23-29 years, mean=26.64) were selected. Laser Doppler flowmetry (floLAB, Moor Instruments Ltd., England) was applied to measure the gingival blood flow of interdental papilla, marginal gingiva, attached gingiva and alveolar mucosa of left and right upper lateral incisors. In smokers, following an overnight abstinence from smoking, gingival blood flow was measured before smoking, immediately after smoking, 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, 5- and 6- hour after smoking from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The difference of blood flow in each tissue of non-smokers and that of each measuring time and each tissue of smokers were statistically analyzed by one way ANOVA and Tukey test. And the difference of blood flow between smokers and nonsmokers in each tissue was statistically analyzed by t-test. The results were as follows : 1. Mean blood flow was highest in alveolar mucosa, followed by interdental papilla, attached gingiva and marginal gingiva in both smokers and nonsmokers. There was a statistically significant difference in each tissue(p<0.05) . 2. There was no consistent result between mean blood flow before smoking in smokers and that of nonsmokers in each tissue. 3. There was a statistically significant difference between gingival blood flow at measuring time point and gingival blood flow of smokers in each tissue(p<0.05). The present study suggested that smoking could alter the gingival blood flow, thus might be partly contributed to periodontal destruction.

        외식관련 SNS 이용 속성이 소비자의 외식동기, 외식만족도 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        The object of this study was to employ effective marketing methods using SNS by determining how food-related SNS usage characteristics have influence on dine-out motivation and restaurant satisfaction and how this affects people's quality of lie. Survey respondents were men and women who have had used some kinds of food-related SNS. The survey included general characteristics of respondents, food-related SNS usage characteristics, dine-out motivation, restaurant satisfaction, and food-related quality of life. Food-related SNS usage characteristics were divided into convenience, effective time-spending, and informative; Dine-out motivation was sorted into entertainment motivation and social motivation by factor analysis. Analysis of the connections between the variables by AMOS showed that among food-related SNS usage characteristics, convenience did not have a significant influence on either entertainment or social motivation. Informative had a positive effect on entertainment motivation (p<0.05), but not on social motivation. On the other hand, effective time-spending through food-related SNS had an impact on both entertainment (p<0.001) and social (p<0.05) motivation. Moreover, the effect of dine-out motivation on restaurant satisfaction showed that entertainment motivation (p<0.05) and social motivation (p<0.01) both have significant influences on restaurant satisfaction. Also, restaurant satisfaction turned out to affect quality of life (p<0.05). As a result of this study, the usage of food-related SNS did not directly influence customers' restaurant satisfaction and quality of life; (p<0.05). As a result of this study, the usage of food-related SNS did not directly influence customers' restaurant satisfaction and quality of life; however, it had an impact on dine-out motivation and gain pleasure of dining out and help improve the quality of life in the long run; thus, it is believed that marketing strategies thorough SNS by restaurant industry are required.

        NiTi Rotary Instruments에 의한 근관형성이 치근단부 근관형태에 미치는 영향

        During preparation of narrow curved canals, procedural accidents such as, ledge, zipping, and transportation are frequently encountered and may lead to failure of endodontic therapy. To reduce these procedural errors and efficiently manage curved canals, various modifications in instrumentation technique and the design and flexibility of instruments have been advocated. This study compared the maintenance of the original canal curvature, cross sectional canal shape, and preparation time during instrumentation with stainless steel hand (K-Flexo) file, and nickel-titanium rotary files (Profile and Lightspeed). Thirty resin blocks with simulated curved canals of 20~25 degrees were used and divided into three groups of 10 each. In group 1, canals were instrumented using a quarter turn/pull technique with K-Flexofiles. Group 2 canals were prepared with rotary NiTi Profiles. Group 3 was prepared with rotary NiTi Lightspeed instrument. Before and after instrumentation, all canals were scanned using stereo microcope, FlexCam camera, and Photoshop 3.0 computer program. The results were as follows : 1. All groups showed some loss of canal curvature after instrumentation. Average loss of canal curvature was 8.6 degrees for K-Flexofile, 7.7 degrees for Profile, and 5.8 degrees for Lightspeed. Lightspeed exhibited significantly less curvature loss than K-Flexofile (p<0.05). 2. At the apical 1-mm level, Profile produced significantly rounder canals than Lightspeed (p<0.05). At the 3-mm level, Profile and Lightspeed exhibited significantly rounder canals than K-Flexofile (p<0.05). 3. Preparation with Lightspeed was significantly faster than Profile and K-Flexofile, and Profile was faster than K-Flexofile (p<0.05). 4. There was no significant difference in incidence of zipping between the hand K-Flexofile and rotary NiTi (Profile and Lightspeed) instruments. Most of apical canals were slightly widened near the apical foramen. As a results of this study, rotary NiTi instruments are superior to the K-Flexofile in regard to the maintenance of original canal curvature, cross-sectional shape and preparation time. But more investigations and studies should be needed to evaluate the ideal canal instrumentation.

        패션브랜드 판매원의 내적특성이 판매 중심직무에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to reveal the effects of internal characteristics, such as fashion involvement, personality characteristics, and customer orientation of fashion brand salespeople on the core sales tasks, and how the core sales tasks and internal characteristics differ depending on differences in the way salespeople are remunerated. The data were collected as a questionnaire to fashion brand salespeople in Gwangju from September to October 2020. Using 235 responses, the data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The research results were as follows. First, fashion involvement comprises factors such as 'fashion passion and sense'and 'fashion trend interest', and the greater the 'fashion passion and sense', the better the 'sales management'and 'customer relationship management'jobs. Second, 'esthetic openness', 'responsibility' and 'extroversion' of the big five personality characteristics have a positive impact on 'sales management' and 'customer relationship management' tasks. Third, customer orientation comprises factors such as 'customer-centric understanding'and 'gain customer trust', the greater the customer-orientation, the better the 'sales management'and 'customer relationship management'tasks. Fourth, according to the position of the salesperson, the group of professional salespeople at manager level had high responses in core sales tasks, fashion involvement, customer orientation, and characteristics such as 'agreeableness', 'esthetic openness', and 'responsibility'.

        제주전통된장으로부터 세포외효소 분비능이 우수한 미생물의 분리 및 특성

        제주 전통된장으로부터 세포외효소(protease, fibrinolytic enzyme, amylase, cellulase, lipase) 분비능이 우수한 세균을 분리한 후 16S rRNA 유전자 분석과 생리적 특성을 분석하여 균주를 확인하고자 하였다. Protease 분비능은 JR14, JR19, JR25, JR32, JR38, JR47과 JR64가 표준균주인 Bacillus subtilis KCCM12027보다 활성이 높았다. Amylase 분비능은 JR6, JR25, JR38, JR56, JR81에서 나타난 반면 표준균주인 KCCM12027에서는 나타나지 않았다. Cellulase 분비능은 JR6, JR14, JR48과 JR65가 다른 분리균주 또는 표준균주보다 높았으며, lipase 분비능은 JR14와 JR48이 높았다. 혈전용해 활성은 positive control인 plasmin의 용해 영역에 비하여 JR19가 192%로 가장 높았고, hemolysis 활성도 높았다. 혈전용해능이 있는 균주인 JR19, JR32, JR47, JR64의 배양액을 zymography한 결과, 25~75 kDa 사이에서 4~5개의 밴드가 확인되었다. 된장으로부터 분리한 균주들의 16s rRNA 유전자 염기서열을 분석한 결과 모두 Bacillus species와 99%의 상동성을 나타내었으며, 혈전용해능이 가장 우수한 JR19는 B. stratosphericus 41KF2aT와 거의 일치하였다. Bacteria strains with high activities of extracellular enzymes (protease, fibrinolytic enzyme, amylase, cellulase, and lipase) were isolated from Jeju traditional fermented soybean paste (Doenjang), and characterized by 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis and physiological properties. Protease activities were higher in JR14, JR19, JR25, JR32, JR38, JR47, and JR64 than Bacillus subtilis KCCM 12027 (standard strain). Amylase activities were shown in JR6, JR25, JR38, JR56 and JR81, while not in KCCM12027. Cellulase activities were higher in JR6, JR14, JR48, and JR65 than those of other isolated strains and KCCM 12027 whereas lipase activities were the higher in JR-14 and JR-48. Thrombolytic activity in JR19 with high hemolysis activity were 192% compared with that of plasmin as a positive control. Zymogram analysis indicated that the thrombolytic active strains had 4~5 bands in the molecular weight range of 25~75 kDa. Gene sequence analysis of rRNA revealed that the isolated stains had 99% homology with Bacillus species, and the thrombolytic active stain JR19 was B. stratosphericus 41KF2aT.

        가정식생활 수첩 ‘가족밥상’을 활용한 식생활교육 모니터링 연구

        가정식생활 수첩 ‘가족밥상’은 농림축산식품부가 전국 초등학교에 배포해 온, 알림장 형식의 바른 식생활교육 자료이다. 본 연구의 목적은 ‘가족밥상’을 활용한 식생활교육의 모니터링을 통해 그 효과를 평가하고 개선방안을 마련하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 2014년 4월∼5월에 걸쳐 서울 및 경기도 지역 초등학교 22개교 28학급의 학생(668명), 학부모(572명), 교사(28명)를 대상으로 모니터 링을 실시하였다. 학생 및 학부모 대상으로는 수첩 활용 교육 전 설문조사와 4∼5주간의 학급별 재량 교육이 끝난 뒤 학생 및 학부모 대상으로 사후 설문조사를 실시하여 교육 전·후의 효과를 분석하 였다. 교사의 경우, 수첩 활용 교육 후 수첩의 활용도, 교육적 효과, 그리고 개선점 및 보완점을 설문하였다. 수첩 활용 교육 결과, 초등학생 및 학부모의 바른 식생활 지식 및 행태 영역에서 통계적으로 유의 미한 긍정적인 변화가 있었으며(p<.05), 행태영역보다는 지식영역의 교육적 효과가 높게 나타났다. 또한 학생의 경우, 지식영역에서 저학년보다 중학년, 중학년보다 고학년의 정답률이 높았다. 행태영 역은 교육적 변화가 없는 학년군도 나타나, 행태의 변화는 좀 더 지속적인 교육이 필요함을 확인할수 있었다. 교사들은 수첩 제작 및 활용에 대한 다양한 개선점 및 보완점을 제시하였다. 먼저 수첩 교육내용의 수준 상 배포대상을 저학년이 아닌, 중학년이나 고학년으로 변경하거나, 또는 저학년을 배포대상으로 유지할 경우, 내용의 적정화와 구성의 단순화 및 난이도 조절이 필요하다는 것이다. 또한 학생 및 학부모의 행태영역 교육효과가 지식영역에 비해 크지 않았는데, 이는 수첩 활용 교육 기간이 약 한 달 정도로 단기적이었기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 한 학기 또는 한 학년도와 같이 장기적으로 가정식생활 수첩 ‘가족밥상’이 활용될 수 있도록 개발된다면 식생활 행태영역의 교육적 효과를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 향후 가정식생활 수첩‘가족밥상’의 개선점을 보완하고, 수첩 활용 교육에서 학부모의 참여를 높여 보다 적극적인 가정과의 연계교육이 일어난다면, 수첩을 활용한 식생활교육의 효과를 더욱 높일 수있을 것이다. Ministry for Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs has developed and distributed a home dietary life booklet ‘Family dining table’, as an educational material to promote good food education. The objective of this research was to monitor the dietary education using the home dietary life booklet ‘Family dining table’ by assessing the educational effects on elementary school children and their parents and providing improvement plans. In this research, elementary students, parents, and teachers of 28 classes from 22 different elementary schools in Seoul and Gyunggi-Do were surveyed in April and May of 2014. Parents and students were asked to answer a series of questionnaires before and after a 4~5 week discretionary education period, and the effects of the education were analyzed. Also, a survey on the utilization and effects of the booklet was conducted on teachers after the discretionary education period, and areas for improvements were deduced. Overall, the education using the booklet was statistically effective in the category of knowledge as well as behavior and attitude of both elementary students and their parents(p<.05). For students, those in higher grades had higher percentage of correct answers than those in lower grades in the category of knowledge. However, the fact that no significant changes were observed in some student groups in behavior and attitude suggested the necessity of longer and continuous education to change them. Teachers suggested various useful ways to improve and utilize the education using the booklet. First, the level of the booklet was difficult for lower grade-students, therefore, the target for the distribution of the booklet should be middle or upper grade-students. Otherwise, simplification and rationalization of the content of the booklet are necessary to adjust the level to lower graders. In addition, the education showed more effective results in the category of knowledge towards students and parents than in the category of dietary behavior and attitude, most probably due to a short period of education around one month. Therefore, in order to achieve a more effective educational result in the category of dietary behavior and attitude, the period of education for using the booklet must be extended. The effect of dietary education using the home dietary life booklet ‘Family dining table’ could be improved greatly by changing the composition and contents of the booklet and making more parents be involved in their children’s dietary education.

        중학교 체육교과서 경쟁 활동 영역 내용 분석

        본 연구는 2009 개정 체육과 교육과정에 따라 출판된 중학교 체육교과서 경쟁 활동 영역을 이해중심게임수업의 특성에 따라 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 13종의 체육교과서를 대상으로 이해중심게임수업의 주요 특성인 게임분류체계, 전술적 지식과 개념의 사용, 변형게임의 활용 여부를 중심으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 경쟁 활동의 구성체계는 ``종목중심교과서``와 ``영역중심교과서``로 나눌 수 있다. 이해중심게임수업의 게임분류체계에 따라 영역을 기준으로 내용 체제를 구성하고 기술하는 방식의 교과서는 B, C, D, E, G, H, I, J 총 8종이며, 전통적인 방식의 종목을 중심으로 내용 체제를 구성하고 기술하는 방식의 교과서는 A, F, K, L, M 총 5종으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 경쟁 활동에 이해중심게임수업 적용을 위한 전술적 개념이나 지식과 관련된 내용을 다루고 있는 교과서가 영역형에서 B, D, J교과서이고, 필드형, 네트형에서는 게임의 전술적 개념이나 지식을 전혀 다루지 않았다. 셋째, 이해중심게임수업 적용을 위한 변형게임을 제시하고 있는 체육교과서는 13종 중 5종이었다. 그 중 3종의 교과서는 경기 방법과 규칙들만을 소개하고 있고, 2종의 교과서는 변형게임의 방법 및 규칙에 더하여 학생들이 변형게임의 ``왜``하고 변형게임을 통해 ``무엇을`` 학습하기를 기대하는지 제시하고 있다. 이 결과는 향후 경쟁 활동 영역 교과서 구성 체계 및 집필의 방향을 새롭게 모색하는데 시사점을 제공할 것이다. This study analyzed the competitive activity areas of 13 middle school physical education textbooks published by the 2009 Revised Physical Education Curriculum. For this purpose, we used a content analysis method. From the results of this study, first, it, was verified that 13 middle school physical education textbooks can be classified into two types. The number of physical education textbooks which structured and described contents based on types of games was 8, while that of textbooks with sport-type based content structure and description was 5. Second, the results showed 3 textbooks out of the 13 textbooks in area-typed competitiveness adressed some strategic knowledge whereas field - typed or net - typed textbooks did not adressed strategic knowledge at all. Third, this study was able to classify textbooks into textbooks suggesting transformed games and textbooks not suggesting transformed games. The results reveled that, 5 textbooks out of the 13 textbooks suggested transformed games, 2 textbooks out of these 5 suggested the purposes of transformed games, whereas the other 3 textbooks described game methods only. These results are believed to indicate that the competitive sections of physical education textbooks afford understanding-centric game class only by formative level while most do not reflect practical contents.
