음악동화 만들기 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 음악교수내용지식과 유아음악교육에 관한 개념도 특성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 그림책을 활용한 음악동화 만들기 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 음악교수내용지식과 유아음악교육에 관한 개념도 특성(깊이와 밀도)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 G지역의 4년제 대학 유아교육과 학생 20명을 대상으로 16주에 걸쳐 그림책을 활용한 음악동화 만들기 프로그램을 진행하였으며, 음악교수내용지식(윤지영, 2014) 측정과 유아음악교육에 관한 개념도 작성을 프로그램 진행 전과 후에 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 음악동화 만들기 프로그램 실시 전‧후 예비유아교사의 음악교수내용지식에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 음악동화 만들기 프로그램 실시 전‧후 예비유아교사의 유아음악교육에 관한 개념도 특성(깊이와 밀도)에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 창의적 음악경험은 예비유아교사의 음악적 지식 구성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여주었으며, 이는 예비유아교사교육과정의 기초자료로서 시사점을 가진다.

How to obtain the point of connection between feminist philosophy and the sociology of the response? This is only possible through the sociology of the response, which is the most insightful and courageous methodology requiring the disruption of the field of thought. This sociology allows us to leave the soliloquy to lead to an intellectual conversation. First, I try to compare the difference in the use of the notion of culture in post-structural thinking and cultural pragmatism. Secondly, I focus on the plasticity of culture which implies the inter composition between agent and culture. Thirdly, the notion of narration as the axis of unification and ordering, of the development of successive and linear temporality, is part of rationalism. But the modality of narration for the social minority is the way to face the limit of the hegemonic and rational modality of narration and the creation of the new symbolic order. 페미니즘 철학과 사회학이라는 두 학문의 이질적 접속면은 어떻게 도출 가능한 것인가? 이는 응답의 사회학이라는 가장 예리한 지성의 두드림을 통해 직조 가능하다. 왜냐하면 응답의 사회학은 지성의 작업물들을 깊이에 천착한 독백의 장이 아닌 대화의 망 위로 옮겨놓도록 하는 지형 변동의 역량을 갖추고 있기 때문이다. 첫 번째로 필자는 이러한 응답의 사회학의 자장에서 초월적 심급이자 미리 주어진 남근 질서로서의 문화개념이 어떻게 문화 화용론적 관점의 문화 개념과 충돌을 일으키고 의미론적 차이를 보이는가를 탐구하고자 할 것이다. 두 번째로 문화 화용론의 관점에서 문화 개념의 유동성, 재조합성, 활용 가능성에 주목한 후에, 문화와 행위자 간의 상호구성력 또한 살펴보고자 할 것이다. 세 번째로 이해가능한 일관성과 통합성의 축이자 순차적 시간성의 전개도면으로 서사 개념을 접근하는 것이 여전히 합리주의적 세계관의 연장선 안에 있는 것이자 사회적 다수자의 관점임을 비판할 것이다. 왜냐하면 소수자들의 서사양식은 기존의 주류적 서사 양식의 무능성을 직면시키는 일임과 동시에 기존의 상징체계의 내파이자 새로운 상징체계로의 이행을 촉진하는 것이기 때문이다.

난소정맥 색전술을 이용한 골반통증후군의 치료 : 1예 보고

골반통 증후군(혹은 골반 울혈 증후군)은 흔한 부인과 질환으로서 난소 정맥류가 그 원인의 하나로 알려져 왔지만 진단과 치료가 어렵다. 난소 정맥류로 인한 골반통은 난소 정맥류의 수술적 결찰이 효과적인 치료법이며, 근래에 난소정맥의 경피적 색전술이 시도되어 좋은 효과를 보았다고 하나 국내 문헌에는 아직까지 이에 대해 보고된 바 없다. 저자들은 최근 난소 정맥류로 인한 골반통 증후군 환자를 난소정맥 색전술로 치료하였기에 그 결과를 보고하고자 한다. Pelvic pain syndrome or pelvic congestion syndrome, with no apparent organic cause, is a common gynecologicaldisorder. Ovarian varix, one of the causes of this syndrome, presents a difficult diagnostic and therapeuticproblem, though surgical ligation of the ovarian vein is an effective method of treatment. Although ovarian veinembolization has been recently developed as a useful alternative, no previous reports have described thisprocedure in Korea. We report a case of pelvic pain syndrome successully treated by ovarian vein embolization.

Purpose : To evaluete the sonographic features of ovarian mass torsion. Materials and Methods : We evaluated the sonographic findings in 22 cases of torsion cystic ovarian mass, benign teratoma(n=21), and normal ovary (n=1) confirmed surgically on pathologically. We classified the ovarian mass into two groups as sonographic ally cystic (n=15) or non-cystic mass(n=6). The patients were 17-72 years old(mean : 36.9). We retrospectively reviewed US examination with respect to (1) free fluid in Douglas pouch, (2)pelvic mass & mass wall thickening, (3)dilateduterine tube, (4)prominent follicles, (5) engorged vessels, and (6)beak-like echo in torsion site. The combined conditions of torsion were uterine myoma(n=1) and intrauterine pregnancy(n=3) Results : In sonogram, sonographiccystic mass (n=15) group showed (1)free fluid in Douglas pouch (9/15), (2)mass wall thickening(6/15), (3)dilated uterine tube(2/15), and sonographic non-cystic mass(n=6) group showed (1) free fluid in Douglas pouch (3/6). Insonogram, torsion of the normal ovary(n=1) showed (1) free fluid in Douglas pouch, and (2) prominent follicles. Conclusion : If sonogram of reproductive aged women with acute abdomen showed free fluid in Douglas pouch and pelvic mass with wall thickening, ovarian mass torsion is suggested. But clinical features of acute abdomen and clinical diagnosis of torsion are more important than sonographic features.

1980년대 미국의 페미니즘 섹스 워 논쟁에서 21세기 새로운 테크놀로지 형식의 포르노그래피까지: 대항 쾌락에서 향유의 정치학으로

Virulent controversy based on Feminism sex-war deals on the subordination of pornography to the phallic order and the possibility of subversion. In this context, I try to propose a new concept which shows the limits of the concept sexuality. In addition, I will point out the necessity to problematize the definition of pornography showing new technology that disrupts the paradigm of pornography, such as sex with google glass and the Machine to be another. The psychoanalytic analysis of this new form of pornography will be applied to identify what this new form of pornography intens to and how we can move from counter-pleasure to policy of jouissance. 1980년대 초 포르노그래피를 둘러싼 검열과 반검열 논쟁이 페미니스트들 사이에서 일어나게 됨으로써 포르노그래피의 종속성과 전복성의 문제가 대두되게 되었다. 이러한 논쟁 속에서 본연구자는 두 페미니즘 진영이 문제적으로 쓰고 있는 섹슈얼리티 개념 자체를 탈구하여 이를 대체할 새로운 개념을 제시하고자 한다. 나아가 21세기 과학 기술 시대에 다양한 테크놀로지의 개입, 섹스 위드 구글 글래스나 더 머신 투 비 어나더에 의해 새로이 재구성된 포르노그래피를 제시함으로써 기존 포르노그래피에 대한 정의 방식 역시 변화해야 한다고 보고 있는 바이다. 또한 이 두 기술 형식의 포르노그래피가 겨냥하는 바가 과연 무엇인지를 정신분석학적으로 분석해 봄으로써 어떻게 대항 쾌락에서 향유의 정치학으로 이행해 갈 수 있는가를 모색하고자 한다.

Dexmedetomidine is a potent alpha-2-adrenergic agonist, more selective than clonidine, with widespread actions on the mammalian brain. A large body of recent work supports its analgesia and sympatholytic properties. Dexmedetomidine is a useful medication with many clinical applications. The medication has shown efficacy in decreasing the need for opioids, benzodiazepines, propofol, and other sedative medications. Dexmedetomidine has been used effectively for sedation during invasive procedures and in the ICU. Short-term sedation has been shown to be safe in studies, although hypotension and bradycardia are the most significant side effects. Dexmedetomidine is emerging as an effective therapeutic agent in the management of a wide range of clinical conditions with an efficacious, safe profile.
