The purpose of this study was to understand teachers’ difficulties in physical, psychological, and emotional educational environments and to examine what about an effect on the guidance efficacy and the interpersonal relationship ability through clarifying the influence in special physical education teachers’ educational environment upon the guidance efficacy and the interpersonal relationship ability. Summarizing the outcomes of this study, they are as follows. First, in the analysis of the influence in special physical education teachers’ educational environment upon guidance efficacy, the general behavioral guidance depending on educational environment appeared to have a significant effect on the physical environment and the emotional environment. Problematic behavioral guidance is being seen to have a meaningful impact on emotional environment. The student understanding and the counseling activity are being indicated to have a significant influence upon both the physical environment and the emotional environment. Second, in the analysis of the influence in special physical education teachers’ educational environment upon interpersonal relationship ability, a meaningful impact is being seen on the physical environment and the emotional environment by satisfaction according to educational environment, on the emotional environment by understanding about emotion, on the emotional environment by communication, and on the emotional environment even by openness. Third, in the analysis of a causal relationship among special physical education teachers’ educational environment, guidance efficacy and interpersonal relationship ability, the educational environment was proved to have a direct impact on the guidance efficacy and the interpersonal relationship ability. Guidance efficacy was indicated to have a direct effect on the interpersonal relationship ability.

치주질환 원인의 심한 골소실을 동반한 발치와에 대한 치조제 증강술과 연조직 대체제를 이용한 조직 재생 효과: 증례보고

발치 후 시간이 지남에 따라 치조골이 흡수되는 것은 자연스러운 현상이다. 치조골 소실과 상부 연조직의 감소는 추후 임플란트 식립 및 임플란트의 장기 생존 가능성에 어려움을 준다. 이번 증례보고는 치주질환에 이환된 발치와에 치조제 증강술과 연조직 대체제 중 이종 콜라겐 기질을 함께 이용하여 임플란트 식립 부위의 연조직과 경조직을 증가시키는 데 중점을 둔다. 각각의 증례에서 치조골의 너비가 6 mm, 8 mm, 4 mm로 증가하였고, 임플란트 주변으로 치간 유두의 재생과 각각 4 mm, 6 mm, 4 mm의 협측 각화치은을 보여준다. 증대된 치조골은 임플란트 수술을 용이하게 하며 치간 유두와 각화치은은 심미적인 보철이 가능하게 한다. 이 연구는 치주질환이 이환된 발치와를 가진 환자에게 치조제 증강술을 시행하고 연조직 대체제를 추가로 사용함으로써 임플란트 식립을 위한 보다 나은 환경을 제공하고 심미적이고 예지성 있는 임플란트 수술을 위한 긍정적인 효과를 보여준다.

SimPad를 이용한 현장중심형 심폐소생술과 영상자가학습 심폐소생술의 질 비교

This study was designed to find effective CPR education methods by comparing and analyzing the quality of Field-Focus Type (FFT) CPR using SimPad and the quality of Video Self-lnstruction(VSI) CPR for the learners. The data collection were conducted from November 28, 2018 to December 5, 2018, on 64 first graders who completed CPR lectures at universities located in G metropolitan city, and analyzed using the SPSS ver. 23.0. The results of the study, Field Focus Type (FFT) CPR showed higher quality of Video Self-lnstruction (VSI) CPR in areas such as CPR total score, chest compressions score, chest compressions dept, chest compressions rate, chest compression velocity, total ventilation score, and Total number of ventilation than that of the subjects. Therefore, using Field Focus Type CPR (FFT) education law was found to improve the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation compared to the existing Video Self-lnstruction CPR (VSI) education method, and it is believed that it can be used as a basic data for cardiopulmonary resuscitation education in the future. 본 연구는 SimPad를 이용한 현장중심형 심폐소생술과 영상자가학습 심폐소생술의 질을 비교∙분석하여 효과적인 심폐소생술 교육방법을 모색하고, 심폐소생술 교육의 기초자료로 제공하고자 시행하였다. 연구의 대상자 및 자료 수집은 G광역시에 위치해 있는 G대학교의 심폐소생술 강의를 이수한 응급구조과 1학년 64명을 대상으로 2018년 11월 14일부터 2018년 12월 5일까지 시행하였으며, SPSS ver. 23.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 현장중심형 심폐소생술이 영상자가학습 심폐소생술보다 CPR 총 점수, 압박점수, 압박깊이, 가슴압박율, 압박속도, 인공호흡점수, 총 호흡수 영역에서 심폐소생술 질이 더 높게 나타났다. 따라서 현장중심형 심폐소생술을 이용하여 교육법이 기존의 영상자가학습 심폐소생술 교육법보다 심폐소생술 질을 향상시키는 것으로 파악할 수 있었으며 향후 심폐소생술 교육의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

경관들: 내셔널리즘(론), 포스트내셔널리즘(론) 그리고 공유지

이 글은 1990년대 이래 한국 지식계의 변화를 보여주는 내셔널리즘(론)과 포스트내셔널리즘(론)의 이론적 전개 및 지향을 검토하고 그 의미를 규명한다. 지구화라는 시대적 변화는 무엇보다도 한국 내셔널리즘에 대한 비판적 성찰을 추동했다. 이 작업은 내셔널리즘의 유효성을 옹호한 논자들에 의해 이루어졌다. 이들은 한국 내셔널리즘의 특수성과 역사성을 강조하는 동시에 배타성과 폐쇄성을 극복해야 하는 과제로 제시하면서 ‘열린 민족주의’의 도래를 희망했다. 이들의 입장은 ‘내셔널리즘 재구축’이라 요약할 수 있다. 한편 포스트내셔널리즘(론)은 내셔널리즘의 ‘해체’를 주장하며 출현한다. 포스트내셔널리즘은 포스트모더니즘, 포스트콜로니얼리즘, 트랜스내셔널리즘 등의 이론적 유통과 더불어 역사학과 문학연구 영역에 새로운 문제의식과 방법론을 제공하게 된다. 이 글에서는 두 담론의 생산 배경과 인식의 체계를 살펴보면서, 다른 방향을 취하고 있음에도 불구하고 서로 만나는 지점을 ‘공유지’라는 이름으로 찾아보고자 했다. 공유지는 내셔널리즘과 포스트내셔널리즘이 각각의 언어로 (부)정의와 민주주의를 고민하고 있었다는 점에서 찾을 수 있다. 내셔널리즘 재구축론은 지구화가 낳은 타자, 인권, 차이, 인정, 평등성 등을 거론하면서, 이 문제를 해결할 수 있는 국가로의 변화를 전망했다. 포스트내셔널리즘은 국가—국경이 낳은 타자를 역사의 장으로 불러들임으로써 경계의 민주화를 지향했다. 내셔널리즘(론)과 포스트내셔널리즘(론)의 현재적 의미는 정의와 민주주의라는 오늘날의 문제틀에서 새롭게 찾을 수 있을 것이다. This article examines the meaning of the theoretical development and orientation of nationalism and postnationalism, which show major changes in the Korean intellectual world since the 1990s, The shifting dynamics of globalization, more than anything else, droved a critical reflection on Korean nationalism. This work was undertaken by proponents who defended the validity of nationalism. They ascribed significant importance to the historical context of Korean nationalism while simultaneously striving for a transformation toward ‘open nationalism’ by overcoming exclusivity. Their position can be encapsulate as ‘rebuilding nationalism.’ Meanwhile, the theory of postnationalism emerges, advocating for the ‘deconstruction’ of nationalism. Alongside the theoretical underpinnings of postmodernism, postcolonialism, and transnationalism, postnationalism introduces a new critical perspective and methodology to the field of historical and literary research. I investigate the contextual aspects of two discourses, aiming to uncover a shared point referred to as ‘common,’ where they converge despite following distinct trajectories. Their commonality resides in their shared concern for (in)justice and democracy. The theory of nationalism advocated for a transition into a nation-state capable of solving the problems of the others arising from globalization, and respecting of human rights, diversity, recognition, and equality. Postnationalism sought to democratize borders by shedding light on the marginalized others abjected by the nation-state. The contemporary significance of nationalist and postnationalist theories can be newly discerned within the present framework of ‘justice’ and ‘democracy’.

This paper presents the design of a water-cooled radio-frequency(RF) load with simple structure, for use in the ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) band. After establishing a formula to obtain the physical properties that affect RF matching, we measure the permittivity and tanδ(Loss tangent) of tap water. Because the temperature of tap water increases upon applying high power, we measure the permittivity and tanδ for all changes in the temperature of tap water. In order to reduce the length of the water-load, molybdate with high tanδ is mixed with tap water. The loss tangent of the mixture is found to be approximately 26 times higher than that of tap water. Finally, we manufacture a water-cooled RF load and measure its characteristics. A reflection coefficient of −19 dB and bandwidth of 15 % is obtained at 460 MHz.
