        TV 아동 프로그램과 문학적 상상력

        We can undrestand how TV children's program stimulate the literary power of imagination to children through the attractive devices in TV children's programs for capturing children's interest. The attractive devices in TV children's programs for capturing children's interest. 1. To give the visual images and happenings which are beyond children's pschology and imagination. 2. To use the suitable music and sound effects with visual images stimulate children's imagination. 3. Diversity of the plot can keep children's interest continuously. 4. To make the viewers(children) to participate in the TV program : to make them to think over something more relating TV program, to compare with others or to develope their behavior. 5. to change the visual movement variously. The above devices in TV children's programs work one another sysmatically, that should stimulate the literary power of imagination while children watch TV.

        사회자본 관점에서 본 경력단절여성의 조직화에 대한 질적 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 사회자본 관점에서 서울에 소재하고 있는 K여성새로일하기센터의 커리어컨설턴트 양성과정을 이수한 경력단절여성들이 일자리 문제를 해결하기 위해 스스로 결성한 W조합의 성장 과정과 그 과정에서 나타난 새일센터와의관계 변화를 분석하는 것이다. 연구결과 조직에 대한 구성원들의 기대가 변화되면서 조직은 학습동아리에서 임의단체, 협동조합으로 전환했다. 그 과정에서 구성원들의 이기적 행동과 조직에 대한 낮은 참여 그리고 수익구조의 한계는 조직이 해결해야 할 과제였다. 이를 해결하기 위해 W조합은 개인이 아닌 조직에 대한 신뢰를 강화했고 이기적 행동을 제재하고 참여를 촉진하는 보상과 관련된 규범을 만들어 나갔다. 또한 대내외적 네트워크의 확대와 연결형 사회자본으로의 전환을 통해정보획득 역량을 향상시키고 사업영역을 확장해 나갔다. 이 과정에서 W조합은 새일센터와 상호 간의 집단적 신뢰 관계를 구축하면서 새일센터가 제공하는 서비스의 일방적 수혜자에서 여성의 일자리를 만들어 가는 경제적 주체, 동반자로 성장하였다. This study is intended to analyze the growth process of an organization formed by women who have experienced career discontinuity and its changing relationship with the women’s reemployment support center from a social capital perspective. The results of the study are as follows. As the expectations of the organization and the meaning of learning changed, the organization evolved from a study club to an unincorporated organization and cooperative. The selfish behavior, low participation, and limitations of the profit structure posed challenges to the organization. To solve these problems, members’ trust in the organization based on reciprocity was strengthened, and norms were created to sanction selfish behavior and promote participation. Additionally, network expansion led to expanded business areas. In the process, the organization has grown from a beneficiary of the service provided by the center to a subject of change.

        의료인문학 토론수업에 영향을 주는 토론자료의 특성 분석

        Purpose: This study aims to analyze the characteristics of discussion materials that promote student participation in discussions, satisfaction with student instruction, and tutor intervention in the medical humanities. Methods: We surveyed 117 premedical students and 7 tutors who attended 4-week group discussions in the medical humanities in 2010. We described the discussion materials using the following 4 characteristics as independent variables: material type, level of understanding, interest, and quantity. Dependent variables were: student participation in the discussion, student instruction satisfaction, and tutor intervention. Correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and crosstab were performed using SPSS 15.0. Results: The correlation between the characteristics of the discussion materials differed by grade. When the books were chosen as the discussion material in the instruction of first-year premedical students, the correlation between level of understanding, interest, and quantity was negative. Higher levels of understanding of the material and interest in the material led to an increase in discussion participation among both first- and second-year premedical students. Higher levels of understanding and interest of the discussion material also increased student satisfaction with the instruction, regardless of grade. Finally, levels of understanding of the material affected the degree of tutor intervention. Tutors intervened more often in discussions with first-year premedical students than with second-year premedical students. Conclusion: Differences in grades and the understanding of the discussion material should be considered when choosing discussion materials. Further study is required to continue the development of the discussion model and improve methods of facilitate discussion among students in the medical humanities.

        한국, 스웨덴, 독일의 여교수확대정책 비교 분석

        이 연구는 한국, 스웨덴, 독일의 여교수확대정책의 결정과정에 대한 비교 연구를 통해 비슷한 교육문제를 갖고 있어도 교육에서 성평등개념이 제도화되는 방식은 각 국가의 정책관련 행위자들 간의 이해관계에 따라 달라진다는 것을 밝혀 보고자 했다. 이를 위해 한국의 「교육공무원법」개정을 통한 ‘국공립대여교수임용목표제’, 스웨덴의 「교육에서의 젠더평등법」에 기반한 ‘탐 교수직 도입과정’ 그리고 독일의 「대학교육기본법」 개정을 통한 ‘주니어교수직 도입과정’을 비교분석하였다. 분석결과 성평등교육정책의 실현 수준을 어디에 둘 것인가에 대한 정책관련 행위자들 간의 이해관계로 인해 쟁점화된 논쟁구도, 정책수단 그리고 정책결과가 다르게 나타났다. 한국은 정부, 여교수연합회, 여성국회의원들 간의 정책네트워크가 만들어져 처음부터 여성주의적 관점을 갖고 교수사회내 불평등한 젠더관계를 수정하고자 했다. 그 결과 국공립대학교에 성평등 교수임용을 위한 제도적 기반을 마련할 수 있었고 200명 별도정원제를 실시할 수 있었다. 스웨덴의 경우 정부는 교수사회내 존재하는 불평등한 젠더관계의 재편을 목적으로 했지만 반대하는 학계를 포섭하는 과정에서 여성주의 시각을 포기했다. 그 결과 ‘탐 교수직’ 임용과정에서 적극적 조치가 거의 작동하지 않았으며 EU법원의 위헌판결로 여교수의 위상과 비율은 하락하였다. 한국, 스웨덴과 대조적으로 독일은 학계내 남녀 간의 차별적 권력관계에 주목하지 않은 채 기회평등의 원칙하에 교수임용과정을 합리적으로 개선하고 이를 통해 여교수비율이 확대될 것으로 기대했다. 그 결과 독일 연방정부는 성인지 정책 수단 도입에 소극적이었고 여성단체들 간의 협력이 이루어지지 않으며 교육적 논리가 아닌 정치적 논리가 쟁점화되어 정책은 실패로 돌아갔다. This study is to explore that the institutionalized way of gender equality in education part is different with interaction among policy concerning actors as a gender equality perspective even though each countries has the same gender issue in education. For this, this research compared with the national university women's professor targets of Korea, the Tham Professorship of Sweden, and the Junior Professorship of Germany. Finding is that it is different with argument structure, policy tools, policy outcomes by interests of actors concerning the process of policy determination in the level of gender equality. In Korean case, the government and women's professors group with a feminist perspective have a initiative in the process of policy determination. As a results, the Korean government could revise the gender unequality in professor area. In Swedish case, the government intended to change the gender unequality in professor area with gender perspective. Due to the lack of gender sensitive policy network, the Swedish government could not preserve the feminist ideas. In German case, the government didn't have a gender perspective in the process of policy determination. As there were not the gender sensitive policy network among women's groups and gender sensitive policy tools. As a results, the junior professorship to intend to revise the process of the professor appointment failed.

        Effect of Eplerenone, a Selective Aldosterone Blocker, on the Development of Diabetic Nephropathy in Type 2 Diabetic Rats

        Background: Aldosterone antagonists are reported to have beneficial effects on diabetic nephropathy by effective blocking of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. We investigated the renoprotective effect of the selective aldosterone receptor blocker eplerenone, the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor lisinopril, and combined eplerenone and lisinopril treatment in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: Animals were divided into six groups as follows: Otsuka Long-Evans Tokushima Fatty (OLETF) rat control, OLETF rats treated with a low dose of eplerenone (50 mg/kg/day), OLETF rats treated with a high dose of eplerenone (200 mg/kg/day), OLETF rats treated with lisinopril (10 mg/kg/day), OLETF rats treated with a combination of both drugs (eplerenone 200 mg/kg/day and lisinopril 10 mg/kg/day), and obese non-diabetic Long-Evans Tokushima Otsuka rats for 26 weeks. Results: Urinary albumin excretion was significantly lower in the lisinopril group, but not in the eplerenone group. Urinary albumin excretion was decreased in the combination group than in the lisinopril group. Glomerulosclerosis and renal expression of type I and type IV collagen, plasminogen activator inhibitor-1, transforming growth factor-β1, connective tissue growth factor,and fibronectin mRNA were markedly decreased in the lisinopril, eplerenone, and combination groups. Conclusion: Eplerenone and lisinopril combination showed additional benefits on type 2 diabetic nephropathy compared to monotherapy of each drug.         젠더가 여성수련의의 직업정체성 형성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the experience of female trainees who were trained in hospitals after graduating from medical school, focusing on methods of representing their gender in training courses. Methods: We interviewed 8 trainees who had been trained in a hospital in Seoul and 4 faculties from June 2010 to October 2010. We analyzed their similarities and differences and developed a vocational identity formation process to represent gender. Results: Gender was represented contradictorily in their training course, affecting their choice of specialties and interactions with patients. But, female trainees did not want to their being distinguished from their male counterparts with regard to being a good doctor to be influenced by meritocracy. It was difficult for them to bear children and balance work and family life due to aspects of the training system, including long work hours and the lack of replacement workers. Consequently, they asked their parents to help with child care, because hospitals are not interested in the maternity system. Female trainees did not consider being a doctor to be a male profession. Likely, they believed that their femininity influenced their professionalism positively. Conclusion: The methods of representing gender are influenced by the training system, based a male-dominated apprenticeship. Thus, we will research the mechanisms that influence gender-discriminated choices in specialties, hospitals, and medical schools and prepare a maternity care system for female trainees. Strategies that maximize recruitment and retention of women in medicine should include a consideration of alternative work schedules and optimization of maternity leave and child care opportunities.
