Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a sex education program, which was based on the Health Belief Model, on knowledge related to sexually transmitted diseases and sexual autonomy among university students. Method: A non-equivalent control group, pretest-posttest design was used. The four session program was delivered to 18 students during 4 weeks; the control group consisted of 23 students. The theme of the first session was 'sex, gender, and sexuality: all our concern', 'dangerous sex' for the second session, 'safe sex' for the third session, and 'right sex for you and me' for the fourth session. Result: At follow-up, the knowledge related to sexually transmitted diseases and sexual autonomy were significantly greater in the intervention group than in the control group. Conclusion: A sex education program with several sessions within the theoretical frame of HBM was effective to improve knowledge related to sexually transmitted diseases and sexual autonomy. The results suggest the potential of a systematic sexual education program to teach healthy sex and to extend the program for other various populations.
일상생활 지원 서비스에 따른 발달장애아 문제행동 패턴 분석

The purpose of this study is to predict the character of target behavior with developmental disabilities, to apply actively a behavior management and educational Support. This study illustrated the investigation for frequency of target behavior, analysis into the pattern of behavior for sex distinction and an age bracket through Internet Service for Family Supportive Program. The results of the study show as follows. First, it is found that the target behavior in the study belongs almost to the field of behavior(e.g., self-stimulatory behavior, self-injurious, yelling, crying, self-manage, tantrum). Also, it was found out the specific gravity of target behavior shows the field of sleeping and excretion is related to the fundamental and biological daily living. Second, the result of target behavior analysis according to sex distinction showed extraordinarily occurred in male than in female in the field of behavior. Third, the result of target behavior analysis according to an age bracket showed children above eight year by age than other occurred high-frequency in the field of behavior and aggression.
공공보건의료인력 임상교육효과 평가: 지역거점공공병원 간호사 대상

Background: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the outcomes of clinical education program for nurses in regional public hospital, utilizing the Kirkpatrick`s model. Methods: Kirkpatrik`s 4-level model was applied to this study. Trainees were asked to fill out questionnaires in the middle and at the end of the program. Also administrators of excellent trainees were asked to fill out the questionnaires regarding nursing management performance after 1-2 months from the end of the training course. Results: All trainees had positive reactions to the clinical education program. Not only the results of individual level (satisfaction and achievement scores, academic achievement scores, practical application rate, and educational transition factors) but also the scores of organization level (nursing management performance scores) are improved. Conclusion: By showing a correlation between the effectiveness factors we need to verify the relationship between these factors in a future study. In addition, development of quantitative and qualitative performance indicators are needed. To establish a long-term education system, it is required to applying the excellent trainee`s successful experiences.
사티어모델 기반 의사소통 교육프로그램이 공공병원 간호사의 의사소통 능력, 정서지능, 우울 및 행복에 미치는 효과

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the effects of Satirs model based communication education on communication competence, emotional intelligence and depression-happiness in regional public hospital nurses. Methods: A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design was used. The subjects were 36 nurses of the experimental group and 36 nurses of the control group. Satirs model based communication education was conducted for two days and the dependent variables were measured using the global interpersonal communication competence scale (GICC), emotional intelligence scale and short depression-happiness scale (SDHS). Data were analyzed by the Chi-squared test, Fishers exact test and ANCOVA using SPSS 21.0. Results: Communication competence (F=12.7, p<.001) was significantly increased in the experimental group, as was emotional intelligence (F=6.67, p=.01). Conclusion: The results of the study suggest that Satirs model based communication education is an effective method to increase public hospital nurses communication competence and emotional intelligence.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand the actual status of fundamentals of nursing practice (FNP) education at nursing colleges, and the difficulties of FNP operation in the early stages of the COVID-19. Methods: This study used a descriptive design. Data collection was conducted from December 9, 2020 to January 31, 2021 using the self-report questionnaire method for a total of 95 nursing colleges. The questionnaire consisted of characteristics related to FNP, changes in FNP education, difficulties in operating FNP, and countermeasures in the COVID-19 situation. Results: Changes in FNP due to COVID-19 were distribution of practice places, reduction of the number of students, short-term intensive classes, and reduction of face-to-face practice. Most colleges conducted FNP face-to-face, but some schools showed that FNP was conducted non-face-to-face. The difficulties of operating FNP that instructors experienced induced concerns about a decrease in student competency due to lack of face-to-face practice and an unofficial increase in the number of teaching hours and physical demands on instructors due to the expansion of the division. Conclusion: In order to develop the capabilities of nursing students in other pandemic situations in the future, it is necessary to find systematic coping strategy to reduce the burden of FNP instructors, and to develop non-face-to-face online practice contents and consumables for online practice.
자폐스펙트럼장애와 정서,행동장애아동의 사회적 기술 증진에 적용된 로봇의 역할 및 중재모델 고찰

This study was to examine the papers for intervention using robot in order to improve social skills for autism spectrum disorders and emotional and behavioral disorders, and to consider roles and interventional models of robot. We collected data of 33 articles (12 in domestic, 21 in foreign research) from Jan. 2000 to Dec. 2013. Robot’s roles have three categories - Interventional tool, Social mediator, Social Agent. In role of robot as interventional tool, frequency of application as interventional tool has been decreased slowly. In role of robot as social mediator, Frequency of application as social mediator has stabilized for every year and robot as social mediator have been applicated until recently in foreign research. However, In domestic research, there are no papers using robot as social mediator until 2012 and some papers presented in 2013. In role of robot as social agent, data was deficient in this field due to many papers published in 2013. Therefore, there has changed the trend of robot’s role since 2001 and many researchers has searched for meaning of robot’s role. Eventually, We found all robot have used for human interaction through robot’s role. In other words, It’s important not only to improve a part of social skills using robot, but also to consider why and what purpose robot use.
유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 아동기 애착과 부모역할만족도가 양육행동에 미치는 영향

목적 본 연구에서는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 아동기 애착과 부모역할만족도가 양육행동에 어떠한 영향력을 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 서울과 경기지역에 위치한 사립유치원 세 곳에 재원 중인 어머니 234명을 대상에게 질문지 방법으로 자료 수집을 하였으며 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 t검정, ANOVA, 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 사회 인구학적 변인에 따른 어머니 양육행동의 하위요인별 차이를 살펴본 결과 어머니의 학력이 전문대학 졸업보다 낮을 때와 어머니의 양육시간이 8시간 이상일 때 더 온정/수용 양육행동을 하는 것으로 나타났으며 어머니가 비취업자인 경우와 학력이 4년제 대학 졸업보다 낮은 경우에 허용/방임 양육행동을 보였고 자녀가 남아이고 자녀의 수가 2명 이상인 경우, 그리고 아버지의 양육시간이 3시간 미만일 경우에 거부/제재 양육행동을 더 하는 것으로 나타났다. 세 변인의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 모든 하위 요인들이 유의한 관계를 나타냈으며, 어머니의 아동기 애착과 부모역할만족도가 양육행동에 미치는 영향력의 결과는 부모역할만족도의 하위 요인인 일반적 만족과 부모-자녀 관계가 높을수록 온정/수용 양육행동을 보임과 동시에 거부/제재의 양육행동을 덜 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 어머니의 아동기 애착이 긍정적일수록 현재 자녀에게 거부와 제재를 덜 하며 부모역할갈등은 높을수록 거부와 제재의 양상이 더 두드러지는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 지금까지 충분히 다뤄지지 않았던 어머니의 과거인 아동기 애착의 전이성과 더불어 현재의 부모역할만족도가 자녀의 양육행동에 영향을 주는 것의 중요성과 이를 위한 사회적 지지의 필요성을 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. Objectives The purposes of this study was to examine the Effects of Mother’s Childhood Attachment and Parental Satisfaction on Parenting Behavior toward Their Pre-school Children. Methods The subjects of this study were 234 mothers with pre-school children at 3 private kindergartens in Seoul or Gyeonggi. The data for this study was analyzed by IBM SPSS 22.0 program. The validity and confidence of scales were T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe Test Pearson s correlative analysis and regression analysis were conducted. Results First, The mothers who had a lower level of education than a college degree or spent more than 8 hours on nurturing their children displayed the parenting behaviors of warmth/acceptance. Also, the mothers with a lower level of education than a university degree or full-time housewives represented permissiveness/neglect behaviors. When the mothers had more than two children or had son, or their partners’ nurturing time was less than three hours, they showed rejection/restriction behaviors toward their children. Second, this study examined the relationship among mothers’ childhood attachment, parental satisfactions and parenting behaviors. As a result, mothers’ childhood attachment had meaningful correlation with all sub-factors of parental satisfaction. Third, childhood attachment and parental satisfaction influenced parenting behaviors. the higher parental satisfaction: general satisfaction and relationship between parents and children the mothers experienced, the more warmth/acceptance and the less rejection/restriction they presented. Meanwhile, the mothers who underwent higher parental role conflict as the other sub-factor, they showed more rejection/restriction. Also, the stronger mothers’ childhood attachment was, the less rejection/restriction they displayed toward their children. Conclusions This study denotes the importance of mothers’ intergenerational attachment transmission which has not been deeply addressed until now and the influence of parental satisfaction on parenting behaviors.
