The job mismatch between job seekers and SMEs is becoming more and more intensifying with the serious difficulties in youth employment. In this study, a bi-directional content-based metric learning model is proposed to recommend suitable jobs for job seekers and suitable job seekers for SMEs, respectively. The proposed model not only enables bi-directional recommendation, but also enables HR matching without relearning for new job seekers and new job offers. As a result of the experiment, the proposed model showed superior performance in terms of precision, recall, and f1 than the existing collaborative filtering model named NCF+GMF. The proposed model is also confirmed that it is an evolutionary model that improves performance as training data increases.

It is important to choose and develop right business model in the process of implementing the ubiquitous service concept. In particular, it is also required to build a method which can assist in establishing a business model in a competitive perspective to differentiate business strategy. However, we could not find the existing studies which tried to develop business model including methods on how to differentiate business strategy in a competitive environment. In this study, we propose an ontology for repository of ubiquitous business model and address on how to apply the proposed business model repository to real ubiquitous industry. We also built a repository of unlicensed wireless device industry to check the applicability of proposed ubiquitous business model ontology and to show the various examples. We expect that building the business model repository contributes to reduce the redundancy and inefficiency for industry as well as to increase likelihood of business success for an individual company.
한국 고등학교 지구과학 교육 과정의 성립 배경 및 변천

The earth science was set down as a regular subject of high-school curricilum in 1956 and has been constantly transited since then. This study is to discover the theoretical basic of science education by analyzing the background of formation of the curriculum and the process of transition. The aim of this study is to give an important suggestions for the future Earth Science Education. The summary of the study and suggestions for the sixth amendment of Earth Science curriculum are as follows 1. To promote the development of Science Education, Science subjects should be decided to be a compulsory subject by authority and supported financially. 2. It is necessary that the Earth Science be selected as a required subject in both human and natural course ; at least 4 unit for the human study course, and 8 unit for the natural course. 3. In the sixth amendment of curriculum the Earth Science should be fixed as a regular compulsory subject and both experiment and practice should be reinforced.

This study aims to present an effective basic material and data for the future earth science education by analysizing earth science curriculum of Korean high school. The method used in this study is based on comparison and analysis of the related reference materials. The main subject of this study is to find the changing history of earth science curriculum and compare the Korean earth science curriculum revised in 1982 to the American and Japan curriculums. Based on these studies following suggestions are presented for the future earth science education; 1) The laboratory education in earth science should be more emphasized than lecture. 2) It is urgent need to publish laboratory manuals for students. 3) Well designed laboratory equipments and good quality kits of reasonable price should be supplied.
소셜 네트워크 사용자간 신뢰수준 예측 모형: 트위터 적용사례

소셜네트워크에서 사용자간 신뢰는 해당 소셜네트워크에서 제공하는 사회적 자본의 가치수준을 결정하는 중요한 요인이다. 본 연구는 소셜네트워크에서 정보제공자에 대한 신뢰수준을 예측할 수 있는 사용자간 신뢰수준 예측 모형을 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 사용자간 신뢰수준 예측모형을 구성하기 위한 방법으로 신뢰에 대한 다양한 사회과학의 연구모형을 조사하여 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 요인을 추출하고 이들을 사용자간 상호작용 행위기록으로부터 측정하여 신뢰를 예측하는 방법을 제안하고 있다. 또한 트위터 신뢰링크 데이터를 수집하여 트위터 사용자간 신뢰를 예측하는 데 본 연구에서 제안한 방법을 적용하고 그 성능을 평가하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법으로 예측된 신뢰수준은 신뢰자와 피신뢰자간 상호작용이 진행되면서 수정이 되는 동적인 특성을 가진다.
Is Trust Transitive and Composable in Social Networks?

Recently, the topic of predicting interpersonal trust in online social networks is receiving considerable attention, because trust plays a critical role in controlling the spread of distorted information and vicious rumors, as well as reducing uncertainties and risk from unreliable users in social networks. Several trust prediction models have been developed on the basis of transitivity and composability properties of trust; however, it is hard to find empirical studies on whether and how transitivity and composability properties of trust are operated in real online social networks. This study aims to predict interpersonal trust between two unknown users in social networks and verify the proposition on whether and how transitivity and composability of trust are operated in social networks. For this purpose, we chose three social network sites called FilmTrust, Advogato, and Epinion, which contain explicit trust information by their users, and we empirically investigated the proposition. Experimental results showed that trust can be propagated farther and farther along the trust link; however, when path distance becomes distant, the accuracy of trust prediction lowers because noise is activated in the process of trust propagation. Also, the composability property of trust is operated as we expected in real social networks. However, contrary to our expectations, when the path is synthesized more during the trust prediction, the reliability of predicted trust did not tend to increase gradually.
