총 이륙중량 1400kg 급 항공기를 위한 후보 왕복 엔진은 Thielert 사 Centurion 2.0S 엔진, Austro 사 AE300 엔진이다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 비행 운용 조건에 따른 이러한 두 후보 왕복 엔진의 성능을 예측하는 모델을 개발하였다. 엔진의 성능 모델은 각 엔진 사로부터 제공받은 Operating manual 상 자료 및 프로펠러 맵, 추력 계산 식 등을 활용하여 개발하였다. 개발된 모델은 고도, 온도, PCL 위치, 항공기 속도, 프로펠러 직경에 따른 각 엔진 및 프로펠러 성능 파악이 가능한 구조이다. 이렇게 개발된 모델을 활용하여 두 엔진의 성능의 비교를 수행하였다. The candidate engines for aircraft that have total take-off weight 1400kg are Centurion 2.0S engine of Thielert, AE300 engine of Austro. In this research, we developed the model to estimate performance for these two reciprocating engines. This model can estimate performance for various conditions in flight. The model is developed by using data in operating manual of each engine, propeller map from MT propeller, and equation for calculating Thrust. This manual is provided by the company of engine. Developed model is possible to get the results of performance for altitude, temperature, position of PCL, velocity of aircraft, and diameter of propeller. Comparing performance of two engines is performed by using the model.

Vertical reaction force between ground and tire is an important parameter determining the ground behavior characteristics of aircraft. This parameter can be used to calculate the lateral force and friction. However, it is hard to obtain this parameter in real-time when the aircraft is taxiing. Therefore, pre-analysis of ground behavior and vertical reaction force should be conducted using ground simulation results to prevent rollover or hazardous scenarios. In this paper, a Landing Gear and Full-Aircraft model was constructed using VI-Aircraft S/W. The roll behavior of aircraft was analyzed using steering simulation results compared with taxi-test data. 항공기가 지상에서 주행할 때 지면과 타이어 사이에 걸리는 수직하중 정보는 마찰력, 횡력 계산 시사용되는 등 항공기 거동에 있어서 주요한 변수이다. 그러나 실제 항공기 주행 시 실시간으로 수직하중정보를 얻기 힘들고, 실제 시험에서 발생 가능한 비정상적 활주 상황을 방지하기 위하여 사전 해석을통해 타이어 수직하중 및 항공기 지상 거동 특성을 예측해 볼 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 VI-Aircraft S/W를 이용하여 착륙장치 및 Full-Aircraft 모델을 구성하였고 조향 해석 및 활주시험 상황 모사 해석을통하여 항공기 지상 거동 특성에 대하여 분석하였다.

A process of organically bound germanium preparation was developed for healthy food using inorganic germanium adapted Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Adaptations of Saccharomyces cerevisiae against inorganic germanium were successively carried out through stepwise increase of GeO_2 concentration in order to produce high quantities of germanium bound yeast. Productivity of yeast and quantities of germanium in yeast were obtained 70.2 g/ℓ and 9780 ppm, repectively, when adapted yeast and fed batch culture were used. Germanium taken-up yeast is to be organically bound germanium by evidence of no difference of germanium content after dialysis.

Purpose: Patients with recurrent breast cancer usually die of their disease, even after radical surgery and adjuvant therapies which could reduce the odds of dying. Many studies analyzed and compared patients who died of recurrent disease with those that died without recurrent disease. However, less attention has been paid to evaluating factors associated with the timing of recurrence. Thus, the objective of this study is to investigate the correlation between various factors and the timing of recurrence. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the data of 95 recurrent breast cancer patients who underwent curative surgery to determine the prognostic factors such as menopausal status, operation method, stage, nodal status, histologic grade, nuclear grade, extensive intraductal carcinoma component, hormone receptor, p53, cerbB-2, Ki-67, and molecular subtype. We had attempted to compare the recurrent patients within 2 years after operation and adjuvant chemotherapies as the early recurrence with those over 2 years as the late recurrence. Results: Histologic grade (p=0.005), nuclear grade (p<0.001), p53 (p=0.022), and Ki-67 (p<0.001) were significant different factors that influenced the systemic recurrence between early recurrence and late recurrence. In stage I/II, histologic grade (p=0.001), nuclear grade (p<0.001), and Ki-67 (p=0.005) were significant factors that influenced the systemic early recurrence. In stage III, nuclear grade (p=0.024), and Ki-67 (p=0.001) were significant factors that influenced the systemic early recurrence. But subtypes (p=0.189, p=0.132,p=0.593, p=0.083) are not associated with the timing of recurrence. Conclusion: In systemic recurrent breast cancer patients, the risk factors such as histologic grade, nuclear grade, p53 and Ki-67 are also associated with the timing of recurrence. We suggest that these patients should be proper treated and be closely followed up.
타이어 수직 하중 예측을 이용한 차량 Sideslip angle 예측 모델 개발

In this research, to estimate side slip angle which is a important parameter for the vehicle stability control, we utilize Intelligent tire system that is measurable tire deformation using deform sensor attached in tire. And, we estimate the left, right tire vertical forces from tire deformation and suggest the method to estimate side slip angle by using estimated tire vertical force. First, we figure out characteristic of tire deformation in respect of tire vertical force by using strain gauge test data and acquired tire contact patch length from tire deformation. And then, the model is developed to estimate tire vertical force using tire contact patch length. Developed model get information of tire left, right vertical force and it is used to estimate vehicle sideslip angle. Finally, estimation of vehicle sideslip angle is suggested by using kinematics of lateral vehicle motion and relation between tire vertical force and cornering stiffness.
