        장 미쉘 빌모트의 전시공간에 나타난 실내디자인 표현특성

        Today, the growing number of international architects enters the open market of South Korean architecture and interior from exhibition spaces such as art galleries to buildings of major companies. Establishing new local landmarks, their works have a considerable influence on the development of architecture. Among many, French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte has worked consistently in South Korea. The purpose of this study is to analyze and put together the expression characteristic of the interior design in his exhibition spaces including Gana Art Gallery. Jean-Michel Wilmotte has designed based on the history, culture, society, and arts in France and other European countries, and is influenced by architects like Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Josef Hoffmann, and Carlo Scarpa. Such an influence is shown in the form of contrast between verticality and horizontality as well as the fortification in his modern classical characteristic, which is one of his expression characters. In this his work of improving the ancient architecture, Wilmotte is good at creating a modern space through contextual expression, and the textural contrast between materials of the past and the present. Thus I performed an analysis of the expression characteristic of the interior design in National Museum of Contemporary Art of Chiado in Lisbon, Cognac Hennessy Museum in France, Gana Art Gallery in Korea, Musee du President Jacques Chirac in Sarran, France, Ullens Center for Contemporary Art (UCCA) in Beijing, and lastly Musee d’Orsay in Paris. The results show that he maintains the spatial context by applying contemporary design to the preserved existing structure, continues the flow of exhibition through the lightings in the corridors and on the ceiling, and seeks for a balance by adding vertical or horizontal elements to the elevation. In the interior, the staircase and exhibition structure are turned into objects, and the contrasting texture of the wall vitalizes the space. Wilmotte redesigns the space of the past and the present by using indirect joint that allows an organic connection of the old and new structures, and by minimizing the conflict between the two elements through prefabrication. The expression character of his interior design will be potential resources architects and interior designers to develop their own design languages.

        현대영화에 나타난 극장성의 논리

        이 글은 현대영화를 분석하는 하나의 실천적 계기로서 극장성을 탐구한다. 이를 위하여 들뢰즈가 제시하는 영화와 사유의 관계를 살펴보는 것으로 논의를 시작하고 오늘날 극장성이라는 독특한 미학적 논리를 통하여 현대영화를 분석하기 위한 이론적 근거를 마련한다. 새뮤얼 웨버에 의해 더 이상 재현적 장르가 아닌 매체로서 이해되는 극장성의 개념은 현대영화가 지속적으로 생산해내는 극장적 양상들을 분석하기 위한 새로운 틀로서 작용한다. 궁극적으로 이 글은 스크린과 무대라는 관계 속에서 일어나는 움직임들을 탐구함으로써 매체로서의 극장성이 영화를 통하여 현실에 틈을 낼 수 있는 가능성을 타진해보고자 한다. This study aims to offer some aesthetic considerations on theatricality in cinema. This will inquire into some movement occurring between theatre and cinema, or between cinema and the theatrical and then examine how theatricality can be applied to cinema, after all. So a large part of this study depends on Gilles Deleuze"s theory of cinema and Samuel Weber"s cultural theory as the theoretical background. In particular, this study pays a special attention to the phenomena which take place when theatricality is considered as a medium, and discuss the possibility in which this theatricality within cinema can create a crack in reality. According to Weber, theatricality is not a process of representation, but a process of framing. Thus, the significance of theatricality lies in resisting the movement which tries to reduce cinema to a means for meaningful representation. If theatricality is a medium, it is supposed to open communication. Therefore, theatricality as medium extends the form of cinema, for it is not for filling the gap, but for linking and separating. By doing so, it opens the closed structure of a self-sufficient plot and converts the screen to the stage. And also by being itself a stage, the screen becomes more than itself. The screen is no longer a transparent space that allows the unified and self-contained plot to emerge, but converts itself to a space of irreducible opaqueness. This deconstructive movement can reveal many problematic situations under the logic of representation, that is, what traditional Western metaphysics has strived to defend. This is where the possibility of cinema enters - the possibility that it embodies the sway of being and creates a crack in reality. Theatricality exists as a medium by disintegrating the reality. So theatricality as medium serves as a possibility to crack the reality not only in cinema, but also in almost all areas ranging from popular culture to electronic new-media art. And this is why we need to discuss theatricality here and now.

        식이성 비타민 E가 사염화탄소를 투여한 흰쥐의 체내지질성분에 미치는 영향

        콩기름에 희석한 20% 사염화탄소 용액을 흰쥐에 5주간 복강으로 투여하는 동시에 비타민E를 식이로 체중㎏당 0, 40, 400 및 800㎎을 투여하였을 때 생체내 지질성분의 변화를 관찰하였다.<br/> 간 중량은 대조군인 C군에 비해 사염화탄소 투여군에서 유의하게 높았고 비타민 E 무첨가군인 EF군에 비해 800E군에서 유의하게 낮았으며 신장중량은 C군에 비해 EF군과 40E군에 있어 유의하게 높았고, EF군에 비해서는 비타민 E공급이 증가할수록 낮아지는 경향이었다. 간중의 총지질 함량은 대조군에 비해 EF, 40E, 400E군에서 유의하게 높았고, EF군에 비해 400E, 800E군에서 유의하게 낮았으며, 트리글리세리드함량은 대조군에 비해 사염화탄소 투여군에서 유의하게 높았고, EF군에 비해 800E군에서 유의하게 낮았다. 총콜레스테롤 함량은 EF, 40E군이 대조군에 비해서 유의하게 높았고, EF군에 비해 800E군에서 유의한 감소를 보였다. 간의 지방산 조성은 다가불포화지방산인 arachidonic acid와 docosahexaenoic acid가 사염화탄소 투여군에서 감소하였고, 비타민E 공급이 증가할수록 감소가 억제되었다. 혈청 aminotransferase 활성은 사염화탄소 급여군에서 유의하게 증가되었고, EF군에 비해 400E와 800E군에서는 유의하게 낮았다. This experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary vitamin E on the lipid composition of rats treated with carbon tetrachloride. Rats were divided into five groups, i. e., C(soybean oil with vitamin E(40㎎/㎏ diet)), EF(CCI₄ with vitamin E deficient diet), 40E(CCI₄ with vitamin E(40㎎ ㎏ diet)), 400E(CCI₄ with vitamin E(400㎎/㎏ diet)), 800E(CCI₄ with vitamin E(800㎎/㎏ diet)). Body weight gain, and food efficient ratio were not observed significant differences. The liver weight was significantly increased in the CCI₄ treated groups, but the liver weight of 800E group was significantly lower than that of EF group. In EF and 40E groups, kidney weights were significantly higher compared to that of C group. The content of total lipid in liver of 40E and 400E groups were significantly higher than that of control group, but in 400E and 800E groups the contents were significantly lower compared with that of EF group. The content of triglyceride in liver was significantly higher in the CCI₄ treated groups, and the content of cholesterol was significantly higher in the EF and 40E groups, but those of 800E group were significantly lower compared with those of EF group. In CCI₄ treated groups, arachidonic acid and docosahexaenoc acid in fatty acid composition of liver were lower compared to those of control group, but these decreases were modified by dietary supplementation of vitamin E. Activities of ALT and AST in serum of CCI₄ administration groups were significantly higher than those of control group, and 400E and 800E groups were significantly lower than those of EF group.

        대황으로부터 질염 원인 균주에 대한 항균성 물질의 분리 및 정제

        The present study aimed to explore natural substances as an alternative to antibiotics that result in adverse effects, such as reduced counts of essential lactic acid bacteria in the vagina and compromised vaginal function. For this purpose, Rheum palmatum L. methanol extracts were used to separate substances that do not inhibit lactic acid production in the vagina while inhibiting the pathogens causing vaginitis using different methods used in previous studies. Extraction was performed to separate the substance in the R. palmatum L. methanol extract with antibacterial activity against pathogens causing vaginitis. The maximum antibacterial substance was detected in the ethyl acetate layer extract on TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography). Fractionation by silica gel column chromatography to separate the antibacterial substance from the R. palmatum L. ethyl acetate layer extract revealed that fraction 4 had the maximum antibacterial substance. In addition, on analyzing fraction 4 using HPLC, two peaks were identified and separated at Rt 12.372 and Rt 13.44 min, with peak purities of 82.8% and 92.9%, respectively. After concentrating the fractions from both the peaks to 10 mg/mL, their antibacterial activity was tested against pathogens causing vaginitis and a beneficial strain found in the vagina. Inhibitory zones of 7 mm and 6.5 mm against Sphingomonas paucimobilis KCTC 2834 and Proteus mirabilis KCTC 2510, respectively, were identified. No antibacterial activity was found against the vaginal strain Lactobacillus coleohominis KCTC 21007.

      • 천연방부제 개발을 위한 자원식물을 활용한 발효 전·후 물질 변화와 항균활성 비교

        Chemical preservatives have a good effect on antibacterial activity, but many side effects on the human body have been reported. Recently, the development of natural preservatives that are harmless to the human body and have preservative functions and self-efficacy is active. In addition, in order to increase the absorption rate of natural products by the human body, the method of fermentation using strains is also increasing. Therefore, this study selected varieties that are harmless to the human body and have good antibacterial activity. 1. The yield of origin, thickness and solvent was investigated. Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was made in China and received a yield of 21.88% from 50% ethyl alcohol extract. Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge was made in Korea and received a yield of 25.62% from 50% ethyl alcohol extract. Dryopteris crassirhizoma Nakai was made in China and received a yield of 6.50% from 70% ethyl alcohol extract. 2. The solid fermentation with the S. baicalensis and S. miltiorrhiza with B. Subtilis yield gained 24.40%, 39.30%, and D. crassirhizoma obtained 11.10% yield when fermented with L. casei. 3. After the liquid fermentation, a clear zone of 9mm was identified for the S. aureus strain in the S. baicalensis, and the antibacterial activity was not confirmed in S. miltiorrhiza and D. crassirhizoma. 4. When the S. baicalensis was fermented with L. Casei, it showed high antibacterial activity in C. albicans and S. aureus. S. miltiorrhiza showed antibacterial activity in S. aureus when it was solid with S. cerevisiae. When the spectators were solid with L. casei and S. cerevisiae, antibacterial activity was high in E. coli and S. aureus. Overall, the antibacterial activity after fermentation was much higher than when fermented. 5. The change in active ingredients was baicalin 101.57, baicalein 28.26, and wogonin 5.33mg/g in the S. baicalensis that did not ferment solid. When solid fermentation with S. cerevisiae, the content of baicalinin with baicalin 94.31, baicalein 30.41, and wogonin 3.57mg/g was found to have increased. S. miltiorrhiza that was not fermented, salvianolic acid A was 1.82mg/g, and when fermented with S. cerevisiae, it increased to 5.70mg/g. The active ingredients of the spectators were flavaspidic acid AP, flavaspidic acid PB, flavaspidic acid AB, and flavaspidic acid BB.

      • 선박 블록 감지와 자세 추정 및 증강현실

        Recent research in the marine and automotive industries has been trying to apply Augmented Reality (AR). AR is used to display 3D CAD model of part or module on the 2D image captured by camera. Augmented CAD model helps mechanics to improve their work efficiency and safety by displaying specific information of part (procedure, size, position, finished product, etc.) and instructions etc. In this paper, we applied AR to marine industry, especially ship block. To augment 3D CAD model of ship block on 2D input image, ship block should be detected from 2D input image. The HSV color space and Mean shift image segmentation is used to detect ship block and by using Hough transform the lines of detected ship block are obtained. In addition, 3D CAD model is used to construct training set with known pose. By comparing training set and detected lines of input image, we obtained initial pose of the ship block. Because initial pose is not exact, more exact pose of ship block is found using Lie groups. Finally we can augment 3D CAD model on 2D input image with known camera’s intrinsic parameters and obtained pose of ship block which is same to camera’s extrinsic parameters.
