청간소요산가미방(淸肝逍遙散加味方)이 생쥐의 고지혈증에 미치는 영향

Hyperlipidemia is one of dangerous factors causing the arteriosclerosis. For the study of Cheunggansoyosan-gamibang( CGSYS) on antihyperlipidemic effect, we had fed mice divided to three groups (basal diet, hyperlipidemic diet, hyperlipidemic diet + CGSYS), and observed the change of weight, total cholesterol. triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol. LDL-cholesterol. sGOT, sGPT on the serum per every 7days for 6weeks. Also to compensate for the results above, we had tested rat liver. The results of this Study were obtained as fallows ; 1. Cholesterol change on blood was decreased by CGSYS. 2. Total cholesterol. triglyceride and LDL-cholesterol were significantly decreased by CGSYS. 3. HDL-cholesterol was significantly increasd by CGSYS. 4. sGPT was significantly decreased by CGSYS. 5. sGOT was not changed by CGSYS. 6. In case of supplying CGSYS. fatty degeneration was not observed in liver portal area. This study suggests that Cheunggansoyosan-gamibang was significant effect with hyperlipidemia.
Markovian description of active particles driven by colored noise

Active particles form a class of nonequilibrium systems with constant injection of energy on a microscopic scale. Given sufcient time-scale separation, the dynamics of such particles can be modeled as Brownian motion violating the fuctuationdissipation relation, namely Langevin dynamics with an instantaneous damping force and a Gaussian colored noise with rapidly decaying correlations. To make the model analytically tractable, various Markovian approximation schemes have been proposed to replace the colored noise with a multiplicative Gaussian white noise; however, these approaches may restore equilibrium-like steady-state behaviors, failing to capture the nonequilibrium aspects of the steady state. We present a systematic Markovian approximation, which yields a Langevin equation with a multiplicative non-Gaussian white noise. The nonzero skewness of the noise is shown to be essential for correctly predicting the evolution of the probability distribution function. The approach provides a convenient and reliable method for predicting nonequilibrium currents, forces, and frst-passage time statistics associated with self-propelled particles.

With 14(Obesity Group:7, Control Group:7) Female collegians who has turned 18 years old, the 120-minute treadmill walking exercise was administrated for the purpose of gaining some data for developing exercise prescription programs and maintaining ttheir physical fitness, The following are the results of the experiment on their lipids and lipoprotein metabolism. 1. Obesity Group had 31.76%and control group 21.16%in % fat. 2. During 2-hour walking on the treadmill, the former recorded a mean HR of 145beats/min and the latter 131 beats/min. 3. V˙O_2max/weight turned out 34.94ml/kg·min in the former and 44.76ml/kg·min in the later(28.11 down). 4. After exercise, the former group showed an increased in T-C(6%), PL(14%), LDL-C(15%), T-C/HDL-C ratio(6%), LDL-C/HDL-C ratio(16%), AL(8%), FFA(264%). 5. After the walking exercise, Obesity Group revealed a decreased in TG(25%), VLDL-C(9%), Lipase(35%). 6. After the treadmill walking, Obesity Group's HDL-C non changed.
