      • 과학기술관련 사회쟁점 탐구기반 학습(SSIBL) 프로그램이 초등학생의 인성 및 STEAM 핵심역량에 미치는 영향

        이 연구에서는 유럽 연합에 속한 국가들을 중심으로 2014~2017년까지 진행된 PARRISE 프로젝트에서 개발한 SSIBL(Socio-Scientific Inquiry-Based Learning) 모형을 바탕으로 수업 프로그램을 개발하였다. SSIBL이란, SSI(과학기술관련 사회쟁점) 교육과 IBSE(탐구기반 과학교육)를 결합한 개념으로, RRI(사회적 만족도, 윤리적 수용성, 지속가능성)의 목표를 달성하기 위한 접근 방법이다. SSIBL 접근 방식에서는 「질문하기(Ask), 해결방법 찾기(Find out), 행동하기(Act)」의 세 단계 수업모형을 제시하는데, 이를 바탕으로 초등학교 6학년 기후변화 SSIBL 수업 프로그램을 개발하였다. ‘질문하기’ 단계는 총 14차시로, 기후변화에 대한 이해와 이에 대응하기 위한 삶 속에서의 학생들의 문제의식을 끌어내는 데 중점을 둔다. ‘해결방법 찾기’ 단계는 총 17차시로, 학생들이 찾은 질문(문제)을 해결하기 위한 방법을 찾기 위해서 조사 및 탐구하는 활동에 중점을 둔다. 마지막 ‘행동하기’ 단계는 총 23차시로 찾은 해결방법을 다양한 방법으로 직접 실천하는 활동에 중점을 둔다. 그리고 활동 후, 자신들의 실천 결과를 함께 공유하고 반성하는 활동도 포함하였다. 이 연구에서 개발한 기후변화 SSIBL 프로그램은 다음과 같은 의의를 지닌다. 첫째, SSI 수업을 하고자 하는 교사들에게 수업의 순서와 방법을 제시하여, SSI 수업에 대한 부담감을 덜어 줄 수 있다. 둘째, 2015 개정 교육과정에 기반한 프로그램으로, SSI 교육을 교육과정 내에서 실천할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 셋째, 개발된 SSI 프로그램은 과목 간의 융합을 통하여 기후변화를 소재로 한 STEAM 교육의 사례를 제공한다. 향후 개발된 초등학교 6학년 기후변화-SSIBL 프로그램은, 초등학생의 인성과 STEAM 핵심역량의 함양에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 그 효과를 검증할 것이다.

        한국 노인여성 요실금의 발생율에 관한 기초연구

        I studied the urinary incontinence of elderly women in Korea. The Purpose of this study was to identify the incidence of urinary incontinence of elderly women in Korea, to identify the sexual matter and the life style for urinary incontinence. The sample consisted of 237 women of Seoul and 5 Provinces. Data for this study was collected from January 16 to June 23 by structured questionnaire. Urinary Symptom Questionnaire developed by Jackson and demographic questionnaire were used to collec the data. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, Chi-Square test, Pearson j Correlation Coefficient, Chronbach's alpha coefficient with SPSS/PC+ program. Major finding was follows 1. It was reported that 64.5% of the subjects have experiencied urinary incontinence. And stress, urge, and mixed type incontinence was 34.0%, 8.5%, 57.5% respectively. 2. The distribution of age of subjects was as following; 60-69(57.8% ), 70-79(27.4% ), 80-89(12. 3%), more than 90(2.5%). The frequency of delivery, 0(4.3%), 1-2(15.1%), 3-4(30.1%), 5-6 (27.6%), more than 7(22.7%). The rate of subjects with menopause was 92.0%. 3. The lower Urinary symptoms and incidence with urinary incontinence were as following. Daily frequency 28.7%, nocturia 71.5%, urgency 74.0%, bladder pain 36.7%, unexplainned incontinence 35.1%, noctural incontinence 23.5%, frequency of incontinence 23.3%. Wearing protection 42.3%, changing outer clothing 31.0%, hesitancy 17.1%, straining 24.7%, intermittent stream 27.2%, abnormal strength of stream 28.4%, retention 13.6%, burning 5.0%, incomplete emptying 13.6%, Inability to stop mid stream 32.5%. 4. The sexual matters and incidence with urinary incontinence were as following. Dry vigina 21.2%, sex life trouble 3.5%, pain during sexual intercourse 5.9%, urine leakage during sexual intercourse 3.5%. 5. The life style and incidence with urinary incontinence were as following. Fluid intake restrition 18.6%, affected daily task 30.3%, avoidance of places & situation 28.0%, interference in physical activity 22.3%, interference in relationship with other people 16.6%, interference in relationship with husband/companion 4.5%, time after attack of urinary symptoms 81.5%. In term of the feeling about the rest life with urinary symptom, perfectly happy 5.0%, pleased 10.6%, mostly satisfied 18.7 %, mixed feelings 28.6%, mostly dissatisfied 20.1%, very unhappy 16.8%, desperate 0.3%. 6. Significant relationship between three types of urinary incontinence and lower urinary symptom. Significant differences between Daily frequency(X^2=17.786, P=0.0001), nocturia(X^2=8.775, P=0. 012), urgency(X^2=60.157, P = 0.000), unexplainned incontinence (X^2=174.536,P=0.000), noctural incontinence (X^2=34.472, P = 0.000), abnormal strength of stream (X^2=10.839, P = 0.004), Wearing protection (X^2=31.373, P=0.000), changing outer clothing(X^2=24.244, P=0.000), hesitancy (X^2=26.529, P=O. 000), straining (X^2=9.563, P=0.008), intermittent stream (X^2 = 26.969, P=0.000), retention (X^2 = 8.502, P=O. 014), burning(X^2=10.761, P=0.004), incomplete emptying (X^2=6.281, P=0.043), Inability to stop mid stream (X^2=13.712, P=0.001) of lower urinary symptom and three type of urinary incontinence. 7. Significant relationship between three types of urinary incontinence and life style. Significant differences between Fluid intake restrition(X^2=6.193, P=0.045), affected daily task(X^2 =10.832, P=0.004), avoidance of places & situation (X^2=23.341, P=0.000), interference in physical activity (X^2=21.497, P=0.000), interference in relationship with other people (X^2=24.431, P=0.000), interference in relationship with husband/ companion (X^2=2.998, P=0.223), In term of the feeling about the rest life with urinary symptom(X^2 =30.707, P=0.002) of life style and three type of urinary incontinence. In conclusion, this study were preliminary study to provide nursing practices guidelines for elderly urinary incontinence. Nurses working with elderly should develop and provide adequate care for the incontinent elderly subjects.

        골반저 근육 운동의 여성 복압성 요실금 중재 효과

        Objectives. We aimed to find out the interventive efficacy of the pelvic floor muscle exercise, which are being widely used as a conservative treatment method for female urinary incontinence. We are also aimed to find out the effects those intervention have on the patients' quality of life. Methods. We selected 56 female incontinence patients who visited urinary department of E hospital. They were treated for 6 weeks. The subjective changes in the severity of incontinence and discomfort in Lower urinary symptoms and daily life were measured using a translated version of the questionnaire by Jackson(Bristol female urinary symptom questionnaire). Objective changes of pelvic muscle contraction force were measured by perineometer. Results. Pre and post treatment maximal pelvic floor muscle contractile pressure(PMC pressure) showed statistically significant differences (p=0.012). When measured by the questionnaire, pre and post treatment changes in the severity of urinary incontinence and discomfort due to incontinence showed significant differences. The level of discomfort in daily life, social activity, physical activity, personal relations and discomfort due to urinary symptoms has largely changed. In particular, showed a significant decrease in discomfort after treatment. Discussion. When PFM exercise compared m terms of the effects on the patients' quality of life, It proved effective.

        목공예를 활용한 창의적 체험활동이 초등학생의 기술에 대한 태도와 융합인재소양에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated the effects of creative activities through woodcraft on attitudes toward technology and STEAM literacy among elementary school students. The subjects included 85 sixth graders in four sixth-grade classes in K Elementary School. Over eight weeks, they participated in 16 hours of creative activities through woodcraft under the topic, ‘making a cajon’. The content of the creative activities through woodcraft was organized according to the following: orientation and learning how to manipulate tools; making an everyday object in a box shape (cutting); assembling (learning to how to use a hand drill); completing (sanding, coloring, and oil finishing); learning about the cajon, sanding, and frame assembly; and presentation. The changes to attitudes toward technology and STEAM literacy of the subjects were measured to test the effects of the creative activities through woodcraft. The study also analyzed mean, standard deviation, and paired-sample t-tests for a comparison of the pre- and post-test results. Based on the research findings and discussions, the study reached the following conclusions: First, the creative activities through woodcraft positively affected attitudes toward technology of the elementary school students, especially with respect to improving their attitudes toward the influence of technology and the areas of the school curriculum related to technology. Second, the creative activities through woodcraft were effective in enhancing the STEAM literacy of the elementary school students, especially in the areas of convergence and creativity. Finally, woodcraft is a topic appropriate for creative activities in elementary schools. Such laborious works as woodcraft can be activated by expanding the autonomy of curriculum operation, and promoting same-grade conferences and school steering committees. 이 연구의 목적은 목공예를 활용한 창의적 체험 활동이 초등학생의기술에 대한 태도와 융합인재소양에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 연구의 대상은 K초등학교 6학년 전체 4학급 85명으로 ‘카혼(악기) 만들기’ 주제의 창의적 체험활동을 8주간(16시간) 운영하였다. 목공예를 활용한 창의적 체험활동의 내용은 ‘오리엔테이션 및 공구조작법 익히기, 박스형태의 생활용품 만들기(재단하 기),조립하기(핸드드릴사용법익히기), 완성하기(샌딩,채색,오일마감), 카혼에 대해 알아보기, 샌딩, 프레임 조립 및 발표하기’로 구성된다. 목공예를 활용한 창의적 체험활동의 효과를 검증하기위하여 기술에 대한 태도와 융합인재소양의 변화를 측정하였고, 사전·사후 검사 비교를 위해 대응표본t 검증을하였다. 연구결과와 논의를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 목공예를 활용한 창의적 체험활동은 초등학생의 기술에 대한 태도의 함양에 효과적이었다. 특히 기술의 영향과 기술 관련 학교교육과정 영역의 함양에 효과적이며, 여학생이 남학생보다 더 큰효과가 있었다. 둘째, 목공예를 활용한 창의적 체험활동은 초등학생의 융합인재소양함양에 효과적이었다. 특히 융합과 창의성 영역의 함양에 효과적이며, 남학생이 여학생보다 더큰효과가 있었다. 셋째, 목공예는 초등학교의 창의적 체험활동에 적합한 주제였다. 교육과정 운영의 자율권이 확대되고 있으므로 동학년 협의회와 학교운영위원회를 거쳐 학교교육과정 내에서 목공예와 같은 노작활동이 창의적체험활동을 통하여 활성화 될수있다.

        간호학 학사과정의 노인간호학 핵심역량, 교과내용, 학습목표 개발

        Purpose: This study was done to develop competencies and core curriculum for gerontological nursing education in programs towards a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Methods: From June 2015 to January 2016, competencies and core curriculum from gerontological nursing education in foreign countries were analyzed using a literature review, along with an analysis of the current gerontological nursing curriculum in Korean BSN programs. Competencies and core curriculum of undergraduate nursing education for gerontological nursing were determined through expert panel discussions in the Korean Gerontological Nursing Society. Results: Data were collected from 30 BSN programs in Seoul, Kyunggido, Kangwondo, Chungchungdo, Kyungsangdo, and Jeollado. Compared with the core curriculum for gerontological nursing recommended by the National Gerontological Nursing Association, there were deficiencies in legal/ethical issues, administrative issues, nursing research in gerontological nursing, and care and service delivery. From the data and panel discussion, 13 competencies and core curriculum including 6 contents, 32 programs, and 197 learning objectives were found to be important. Conclusion: Use of the recommended curriculum from this study can address deficiencies in baccalaureate gerontological nursing education, but it is also necessary to develop textbooks based on the recommended 13 competencies and core curriculum including 6 contents, 32 programs, and 197 learning objectives.

        청년의 주관적 건강인지와 음주동기 및 문제음주에 관한 연구

        Objective : The aim of the present study was to investigate the subjective health, drinking motives and drinking problems in young adults. Materials and Methods : The Data were collected through the structured questionnaire that including general characteristics, subjective health, four drinking motives and drinking problems survey targeting the 299 young adults from April 2002 to May 2002. In the first place, the present study tested a four-factor model of drinking motives recently proposed by Cox and Klinger (1988, 1990). Results : The prevalence of drinking problems was 36.5%, obstainers comparised 63.5% of the sample. Hazardous drinkers represented 26.4% and alcohol dependence 3.7% of the drinking problems. Through the multiple regression analyses, the effects of subjective health, drinking motives on drinking problems were examined. Results showed that drinking motives were found to have significant effects on drinking problems. Conformity motives, enhancement motives, social motives, coping motives, for example, influenced upon drinking problems indirectly through alcohol use, It was particularly noted that conformity motives, enhancement motives, coping motives and social motives were the strongest predictor in explaining the Hazardous drinking and alcohol dependence of drinking problems. While subjective health had only adjusted on drinking problems. Conclusions : In conclusion, the present study could work as a stepping stone for guiding the directions of further research. So efforts to prevent drinking problems in young adults can take many different drinking motives.

        초등학생의 기후변화 대응 행동의도와 관련된 변인 탐색

        이 연구의 목적은 초등학생의 기후변화 대응 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 변인 간(과거 행동 빈도, 환경태도, 통제소재, 기후변화 지식)의 관계를 분석하는 데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울 지역 초등학교 6학년 390명의 질문지를 최종 분석에 활용하였으며, 내용타당도 검증, 신뢰도분석, 중다회귀분석을 거친 조사도구를 개발하였다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생의 기후변화 대응 행동의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변인은 과거 행동 빈도였다. 둘째, 초등학생의 기후변화 대응 행동의도에는 환경태도와 통제소재와 같은 정서적인 영역의 변인이 중요한 역할을 함이 다시 한 번 입증되었다. 셋째, 개념과 이해에 관한 기후변화의 지식은 기후변화 대응 행동의도에 낮은 상관관계를 보였다. 그러나 기후변화의 원인, 영향, 결과, 대응 방법 등에 대한 지식적인 이해가 선행되었을 때, 행동과 정서적인 변인들은 더욱더 의미를 찾고, 그 교육의 효과를 증가시킬 수 있을 것이다. The major purpose of the study is to identify a causal relationship among behavioral intention on climate change, frequency of past behavior, environmental attitudes, the locus of control, and climate change knowledge of elementary students. Basically, this study presumed 6th-grade students in Seoul as a population. A total of 393 elementary students participated in the study: all 6th grade students; 198 boys; 192 girls. A total of 390 copies of questionnaires were used for data analysis the remaining three copies were not completed, and so were not used. Descriptive and inferential statistics were introduced for data analysis. The major conclusions of the study are as follows: First, the variable that has the greatest impact on the behavior of elementary school students in behavioral intention on climate change was the frequency of past behavior. Second, it has been proven once again that changes in emotional areas such as the locus of control and environmental attitudes play an important role in elementary students' behavioral intention on climate change. Third, knowledge and understanding of the concepts about climate change has no direct effect on behavioral intention. Results provide implications for a variety of experiences and activities in and out of school, the importance of the application of the emotions on education. The base of knowledge in climate change will be foundational to these experiences and activities.
