This study aims to construct the basic data of ground-scratching behaviors of Korean native dog, Jindo-Gae (Canis lupus familiaris) and to estimate the frequency of ground-scratching, especially natural and artificial environments. Ground-scratching rate of female and male dogs are 1 : 40.25. Ground-scratching after feacal-marking rate by male is 17.9 times higher than female. Ground-scratching behavior of jindo-Gae thought to a multiple sign combining visual and chemical elements. Native dogs thought to a missing link in dog domestication, thus behavioral comparisons between wolves and Korean native dogs are needed.

Comparative Study on Program/Erase Efficiency and Retention Properties of 3-D SONOS Flash Memory Cell Array Transistors: Structural Approach from Double-Gate FET and FinFET to Gate-All-Around FET

The comparative study on Program/Erase (P /E) efficiency of three-dimensional (3-D) SONOS memory cell transistors is performed by comparing Double Gate (DG), FinFET with Gate All Around (GAA) structures. GAA-CAT is superior to DG-CAT and/or Fin-CAT in terms of all of P /E efficiency, low voltage operation and the integration density. It is shown that this superiority results from the higher FN current in P /E condition (due to the E-field concentration effect) rather than the gate controllability in a read operation condition. Furthermore, as DSi decreases, the superiority of GAA-CAT becomes more prominent due to the feature of the E-field concentration effect. It is shown that GAA-CAT is very promising candidate for a low voltage P /E efficient flash memory cell transistor. Remaining or further challenging issues will be the body bias control and the scheme for an erasure in block units. In terms of the retention properties, both GAA-CAT and DG-CAT show the superior retention to Fin-CAT due to the corner effect of Fin-CAT. In the case of Fin-CAT, the maximum E-field is higher by 1.5 times than that of GAA-CAT and retention characteristic of Fin-CAT is inferior to those of GAA-CAT and DG-CAT by about three orders of magnitude.

미술활동을 적용한 진로집단상담이 중학생의 자아정체감과 진로결정효능감에 미치는 효과

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of career group counseling by art activity on ego-identity and career decision-making efficacy of middle school students. The hypotheses of the study were first, an experimental group that was treated to career group counseling by art activity would have a higher ego-identity level than that of the control group. Second, the experimental group would have a higher career decision-making self-efficacy level than that of the control group. The subjects in K middle school, K city, Korea were assigned to 15 subjects in the experimental group and 15 subjects in the control group. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the six all sub-areas of ego-identity, namely subjectivity, self-acceptance, the future confidence, goal directness, leadership, and friendliness between the experimental and control groups. It meant that the career group counseling by art activity revealed positive effects on middle school students' ego-identity. It also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the five all sub-areas of career decision-making efficacy, namely collecting information of occupation, setting the goals, planning, solving the problem and self evaluation between the two groups. It also meant that the career group counseling had positive effects on middle school students' career decision-making efficacy. 본 연구는 미술활동을 적용한 진로집단상담이 중학생의 자아정체감과 진로결정효능감에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있었다. 연구대상은 K시에 소재한 K중학교 2학년 학생들로서 본 프로그램의 내용과 목적을 이해하고 참여에 동의한 30명을 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 15명씩 무선 배정하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 미술활동을 적용한 진로집단상담을 실시한 집단은 통제집단에 비해 자아정체감의 하위영역인 주체성, 자기수용성, 미래 확신성, 목표지향성, 주도성 및 친밀성에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이는 미술활동을 적용한 진로집단상담이 중학생의 자아정체감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 보여주었다. 둘째, 미술활동을 적용한 진로집단상담을 실시한 집단은 통제집단에 비해 진로결정효능감의 하위 영역인 직업정보수집, 목표설정, 계획수립, 문제해결 및 자기평가에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이는 미술활동을 적용한 진로집단상담이 중학생의 진로결정효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 나타내었다.

라이프스타일 호텔 공간디자인에서의 스토리텔링 적용에 관한 연구

Today, stories are incorporated into various spaces to meet the needs of consumers seeking emotional and experiential consumption. Lifestyle hotels, which have recently increased their market share, are creating unique spaces through design using storytelling. The purpose of this study is to study how storytelling is applied to the spatial design of lifestyle hotels. The study's method was to divide the lifestyle hotel with storytelling, which was opened after 2017, into four elements of storytelling: subject, person, plot, and sensory clues, and analyze spatial characteristics in terms of continuity, symbolism, place, history, and interaction. As a result, hotels with consistently linked plots were highly continuous and symbolic when designed through metaphors or symbols rather than simply reproducing various sensory clues. Most hotels actively reflected regional characteristics and history. Hotels used by simple and clear clues rather than using overly ambiguous or explanatory clues showed higher interaction with users. People have a nature to be attracted to well-organized stories, and hotels with unique stories can also gain an advantage in terms of marketing through differentiated spatial experiences. Therefore, it was found that the storytelling applied to hotel design was not just the inspiration of the design, but the subject, person, and plot were embodied and elaborated, and strategic spatial design was applied accordingly.

시각적 문해력 향상을 위한 그림책의 그림읽기 전략 연구

오늘날 시각 중심의 문화 환경에서 필수적으로 요구되는 ‘시각적 문해력’이 미술 교육의 목표를 달성하는데 중요한 요건임에 근거하여 이 연구는 글과 그림이 상호 보완하여 의사소통하는 독특한 예술 장르의 하나인 그림책을 활용하여 시각적 문해력을 향상시키기 위한 구체적인 방법론으로서 그림책의 그림 중심의 그림읽기 전략을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 목적의 달성을 위하여 그림책 그림읽기를 위한 방법적 근거인 형식적 요소를 추출하고, 내용적 의미를 파악할 수 있는 그림읽기 전략을 제시하였다. 그림읽기 전략은 그림책의 ‘형식’적 측면을 기준으로 하여 그림책 구조 읽기 단계, 그림책 그림 요소 읽기 단계, 그림책 이해하기 단계로 구분하고 이에 근거하여 단계별 그림읽기 전략을 제시하는 형태로 구성하였으며, 초등학교 4학년을 대상으로 재량활동 시간에 적용하여 그 결과를 확인하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the strategy of picture-reading in a picturebooks for the improvement of visual literacy. For this, the investigator chose picture books as media of improving visual literacy, drew out formal elements of pictures, namely methodological bases for picture-reading, groped after general strategies of picture-reading, analyzed the meaning of contents, and then applied the strategy to the actual scenes of picture-reading education. In order to achieve study purpose, the strategy of picture-reading was applied to the classes of discretionary activities with the subjects of elementary school fourth-graders according to the strategy of picture-reading and then examined the degree of literacy improvement via a variety of qualitative techniques, such as keeping an observation diary, open participatory observation and interviewing. The investigator hopes children who will be exposed to the environment of visual culture in the future can interpret visual images more positively via picture-reading, have critical minds about it, and create new meaning beyond simply accepting the meaning of visual images.
