현대 산업현장에서의 생산성과 경쟁력은 안전 및 작업 효율성과 직결되어 있다. 특히, 4차 산업혁명의 중심축인 인공지능 (AI) 기술의 발전이 산업현장의 작업 환경과 절차를 혁신하는 데 중요한 역할을 하고 있음이 점차 명확해지고 있다. 이 연구는 인공지능의 기술적 발전과 산업현장의 작업 안전성 및 효율성 간의 관계에 초점을 맞추어, 어떻게 AI 기술의 도입과 활용이 산 업현장의 미래를 형성하고 있는지를 탐구하였다.
만성 감염성 창상에 대한 변형 음압요법과 은이온 제재의 이용

Purpose: Chronic infected wounds sustained over 4 weeks with exposed tendon or bone are difficult challenges to plastic surgeons. Vacuum assisted closure (VAC) device has been well used for the management of chronic wounds diminishing wound edema, reducing bacterial colonization, promoting formation of granulation tissue and local blood flow by negative pressure to wounds. But Commercial ready-made VAC device might have some difficulties to use because of its high expenses and heavy weight. So we modified traditional VAC device with silver dressing materials as topical therapeutic agents for control of superimposed bacterial wound infection such as MRSA, MRSE and peudomonas. Methods: We designed the modified VAC device using wall suction, 400 cc Hemovac and combined slow release silver dressing materials. We compared 5 consecutive patients' data treated by commercial ready-made VAC device(Group A) with 11 consecutive patients' data treated by modified VAC device combined with silver dressing materials(group B) from September 2004 to June 2007. Granulation tissue growth, wound discharge, wound culture and wound dressing expenses were compared between the two groups. Results: In comparison of results, no statistical differences were identified in reducing rate of wound size between group A and B. Wound discharge was significantly decreased in both groups. Modified VAC device with silver dressing materials showed advantages of convenience, cost effectiveness and bacterial reversion. Conclusion: In combination of modified VAC device and silver dressing materials, our results demonstrated the usefulness of managing chronic open wounds superimposed bacterial infection, cost effectiveness compared with traditional VAC device and improvement of patient mobility.
외부 압력조건 변화에 따른 발포컴파운드의 금형내 발포 특성 연구

고분자 배합의 발포체는 자체의 경량성, 탄성, 단열성으로 인해 다양한 분야에 널리 이용되고 있다. 이러한 발포체를 성형하는 방법은 기존에는 대부분 닫힌 금형내에 발포컴파운드를 가득채운 후 가열, 가압 후 탈형하면서 팽창발포시키는 방법이 일반화되어 있다. 이러한 발포성형방법은 발포체의 정밀한 크기 제어 및 크기의 일관성을 유지하기 어려운 단점을 가진다. 따라서, 최근 금형내에서 발포를 완료하여, 금형과 동일한 크기와 형상을 가지는 발포성형법(Molded in Foaming)이 주목받고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는, 금형내 발포 시 압력 및 조건 변화에 따른 발포체의 발포효율, Cell 특성, 수축특성 등의 차이를 비교 분석하였다.
위상피이형성과 위암종에서 FasL의 발현 및 Apoptosis에 관한 연구

Purpose: This study was to observe whether the apoptotic function of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) is induced in human gastric epithelial dysplasia and gastric adenocarcinoma according to the role of FasL expression. Materials and Methods: A total of 56 gastric epithelial dysplasia and gastric adenocarcinoma patients were enrolled in this study: 9 cases of gastric epithelial dysplasia, 18 cases of early gastric carcinomas (EGC) and 29 cases of advanced gastric carcinomas (AGC). Immunohistochemical staining was performed for FasL and CD45, and the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labelling (TUNEL) method was used to detect cell death in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. Results: 1) Positive reactions of FasL to neoplastic cells were $88.9\%$ (8/9) in gastric epithelial dysplasia, $83.3\%$ (15/18) in EGC, and $75.9\%$ (22/29) in AGC. 2) Expression of TIL was decreased in the FasL positive region and was increased in the FasL negative region, and significant expression of TIL was observed in the AGC group (P=0.001). 3) Expression of apoptotic TIL was very similar to the FasL expression, and $100\%$ expression was observed in gastric epithelial dysplasia group. 4) Expression of apoptotic TIL was increased in the FasL positive region and decreased in the FasL negative region, and significant apoptotic expression was observed in the gastric epithelial dysplasia and EGC groups (P=0.0420, P=0.0263, respectively). Conclusion: These results suggest that FasL is a prevalent mediator of immune privilege in epithelial dysplasia and cancer of the stomach.
효율적인 학원 관리를 위한 스마트 기기별 기능 최적화 기준에 대한 연구

With the expansion of the private education market, the importance of an effective academy management system for handling data generated by academy has grown. Existing systems often impose user burdens due to a lack of consideration for device-specific characteristics. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of four smart devices: desktops, kiosks, tablets, and mobile devices. Based on these analyzed characteristics, we propose optimization criteria, including easy input of data, easy view of data, portability of devices, limitation of functions, high capac- ity of data processing, and low capacity of data processing. Utilizing this classification, we form eight quadrants and implement tailored services within the actual academy management system to align with the specific characteristics of each smart device. This paper confirms the impor- tance of interface design that considers user experience. The developed academy management system is expected to provide an efficient user interface, enhancing operational efficiency and usability. By addressing the unique characteristics of diverse smart devices, this study offers insights for improving user experience in academy management systems.
