수박 생산자조직 참여농가의 공동체의식이 참여만족과 참여지속에 미치는 영향 -진안군을 사례로-

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship that affects participation satisfaction and participation continuation according to the sense of community for farmers participating in producer organizations, and to provide implications for improving the sense of community. In oder to test the hypotheses, this study used a sample of 124 members from the Jinan watermelon producer organizations. The result are as follows. First, among the sense of community consciousness, needs fulfillment, membership, and influence had a significant effect on participation satisfaction, and emotional connection directly affected participation continuation. Second, the higher the participation satisfaction of farmers in the producer organization, the more significant effect on the participation continuation. Third, among the components of sense of community, membership and influence have a full mediation that affects participation continuation through participation satisfaction, the needs fulfillment influenced participation continuation through participation satisfaction, resulting in partial mediation. And emotional connection had a direct effect only on participation continuation. Based on these results, the importance of participation satisfaction as a mediating role in the process of influencing sense of community consciousness to continue participation. To this end, various social and cultural activities are needed to increase the sense of solidarity, belonging, and intimacy of community participants. In addition, it is necessary to increase a sense of community and induce participation satisfaction and participation continuation by securing market economy force and achieving common goals.

가치기반수용모형을 활용한 치유농업 이용의도에 미치는 영향분석

This study examines the factors influencing the perceived value of and intention to use the healing agriculture provision program and its service quality by considering the Value-based Acceptance Model (VAM) to activate and expand Agro-healing. In addition, multi-group path analysis verifies the moderating effect of each group according to the degree of attention to the use of Agro-healing. To this end, a survey was conducted with the general public on the consumer panel of the Rural Development Administration, and a structural equation model analysis was performed to identify the relationship between variables. First, a significant influencing relationship was found between the Agro-healing resources program, its perceived value, and the intention to use the program. On the other hand, among service quality factors, convenience, professional service, and the perceived fee were found to have a significant effect on perceived value and intention to use. Second, according to the group intending to use Agro-healing, the resources program and its service quality had a relatively high influence on perceived value and intention to use, thus having a partial moderating effect. The results of this study indicate it is necessary to nurture experts in healing agriculture to provide services with expertise, such as checking and managing health conditions and providing health management information. In addition, it is necessary to develop a management model for healing farms and institutional support through the development of various healing agriculture programs and contents by identifying in advance the various service needs, such as health healing, education, and social rehabilitation according to the purpose of service provision.

Purpose : This study investigated coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) related stress, resilience, and organizational commitment, and determined the factors influencing nurses' organizational commitment at an infectious disease hospital of COVID-19. Methods : A cross-sectional descriptive survey was conducted with 138 nurses. Data analysis, including descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regression analysis, were performed using SPSS 26.0 program. Results : Factors influencing organizational commitment included resilience (𝛽=0.31, p<.001), position (𝛽=0.31, p<.001), COVID-19 related stress (𝛽=-0.26, p<.001), and COVID-19 nursing period (𝛽=-0.19, p=.012). These variables explained 29.6% of the organizational commitment. Conclusion : In order to enhance the organizational commitment of nurses in infectious disease hospitals of COVID-19, active program development and intervention are required at the organizational level to improve nurses' resilience and relieve stress related to nursing infectious disease patients..

빅데이터 분석을 통한 치유농업 의미연결망 변화에 관한 연구 -치유농업법 제정 전후를 중심으로-

This study compared and analyzed keyword changes in media reports before and after the enactment of the Agro-healing Act by using text mining techniques. To structurally understand the relationship between keywords related to Agro-healing, a semantic network analysis was performed using the co-occurrence network and inter-word correlation analysis. The relationship between concepts was identified according to the form in which the keywords were combined. In addition, a change in the relationship between keywords before and after the enactment of the Act was analyzed by theme from a structural point of view. For the analysis of data, news articles from Bigkinds were used. Specifically, from October 2017 to September 2022, 3,188 media reports focusing on Agro-healing and related keywords were used. The analysis results are summarized as follows: Prior to the enactment of the Act, a network was created using keywords according to resource types. The network included the targets for Agro-healing, viz. rural areas, animals and plants, horticulture, and insects, and its purpose which encompasses physical, psychological, emotional, and cognitive health. However, since the enactment of the Act, the keywords have been closely linked to healing subjects such as depression, dementia, stress, drug addiction, disability, and sickness. In addition, the results of this study suggest that policy support is needed that would enable various bodies, such as service, health service support, community organizations, and educational, social welfare, and rehabilitation institutions to perform the role of service providers. 본 연구는 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여, 치유농업법 제정 전・후 언론보도의 키워드 변화를 비교 분석하였다. 치유농업과 관련된 핵심 단어의 관계를 구조적으로 파악하기 위해 동시출현 네트워크 및 단어간 상관 분석을 이용하여 의미연결망 분석을 하였다. 이를 통해 핵심 단어들이 결합되는 형태에 따라 개념들 간의 관계를 파악하였다. 그리고 치유농업법 제정 전후에 대한 키워드의 관계를 구조적 관점에서 테마별 변화를 분석하였다. 분석 자료는 빅카인즈(Bigkinds)의 뉴스기사를 활용하였다. 구체적으로 2017년 10월부터 2022년 9월까지의 치유농업 및 관련 키워드를 중심으로 한 언론보도 3,188건을 이용하였다. 분석 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 치유농업법 제정 이전에는 농업・농촌 자원을 이용한 신체, 심리, 정서, 인지 등, 건강을 목적으로 농촌, 동・식물, 원예, 곤충 등 자원 유형에 따른 치유농업 대상과 목적에 대한 키워드로 연결망이 형성되었다. 그러나 치유농업법 제정 이후 키워드는 우울증, 치매, 스트레스, 약물중독자, 장애인, 질환자 등 치유 대상과 밀접하게 연결된 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과는 치유 농장 뿐만 아니라 사회 서비스 기관, 건강 서비스 지원기관, 지역사회기관, 교육기관, 사회복지, 재활기관 등 서비스 제공 주체로서 지역단위 지원기관 통합 운영 및 관리를 통한 정책적 지원이 필요하다는 시사점도 제공한다.

This study analyzed the effect of FMD on the prices of livestock products at each distribution stage. Through the sentiment analysis of FMD from 2005 to 2020, the Media tone index was used as a proxy variable to conduct VECM analysis. In particular, the long-term and short-term impact relationships were compared and analyzed, focusing on before and after the introduction of the Korea Animal Health Integrated System (KAHIS), which prepared the government’s systematic response system for epidemic prevention and control of livestock diseases. As a result of the analysis, after the introduction of the KAHIS, the positive media reports gradually increased in the media tone index on livestock epidemics. In addition, it was found that the adjustment of the livestock product distribution policy and food safety management system contributed to reducing the range of price fluctuations at each distribution stage.

농업인의 환경의식과 실천이 지역발전에 미치는 영향 분석 -진안군을 중심으로-

Recently, the environment has been recognized as an important factor in increasing competitiveness in the industry. In agriculture and rural areas, the environment is becoming important in terms of the competitive advantage of agricultural products and continued regional development. This study intended to provide farmers with basic data for the continuous development of local agriculture through exploratory studies of environmental behaviors and regional development. In this study, 107 questionnaires were used for analysis of farmers in Jinan County to analyze the impact of farmers' environmental consciousness on regional development, and the research model was verified using a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that among the components of the environmental consciousness of farmers, environmental health has a statistically significant positive effect on environmental behaviors, while environmental interest and soil environment do not have an impact. The environmental behaviors of farmers have not been shown to be statistically significant to regional development. As a result of the analysis of this research, first, it is necessary to foster at the local level by establishing a customized fostering system for each village and region, such as education and technical support to vitalize the participation of young farmers and small and medium-sized farmers through the establishment of an Eco-friendly agricultural organization support system. It is necessary to raise public awareness of the public good function of agriculture and expand opportunities for sharing the value of Eco-friendly agriculture.

델파이 기법을 이용한 치유농업의 지속가능한 생태계 구축 방안

치유농업의 목적은 건강회복 및 유지, 증진을 위한 사회적 비용의 절감과 농촌의 활력, 소득원의 창출을 통한 농업․농촌의 지속가능한 성장에 있다. 이러한 치유농업의 가치는 치유농업 대상자뿐만 아니라 농업인, 지역사회, 보건서비스 제공자 등 다양한 주체가 혜택을 얻는 데 있다. 이 연구는 치유농업의 지속가능한 생태계 구축방안을 제시하고자 선행연구를 통해 핵심요인을 도출하여 환경생태적, 사회경제적 편익, 지역사회발전으로 설정하였다. 또한 각각의 요인은 하위요인으로 구분하여 적합도와 중요도를 파악하였다. 델파이 조사는 치유농업에 실무와 경험이 풍부한 연구자, 교수, 치유농가 등 전문가 15명을 대상으로 하였는데 이 중 불성실한 답변을 제외하고 최종 12명을 대상으로 2차에 걸친 조사를 하였다. 분석결과 치유농업의 지속가능한 생태계 구축을 위한 핵tla요인을 도출하였다. 또한 측정영역과 하위요인에 대한 중요도와 적합도 분석결과 7개의 상위요인과 33개 하위요인을 선정하였다. 지역사회의 다양한 주체와의 교류 활성화를 통해 농업, 의료, 사회, 교육 분야에서 농업의 새로운 대안으로써 치유농업을 운영할필요가 있다. 이를 통해 치유농업의 지속가능한 생태계 구축을 위한 정책지원과 기초적인 방향성을 제시하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다. The purpose of Agro-healing is to reduce social costs for health recovery, maintenance, and promotion, as well as rural vitality and sustainable growth of agriculture and rural areas through the creation of income sources. The value of Agro-healing lies not only in its benefits for the recipients but also for various players such as farmers, communities, and health service providers. To propose ways to build a sustainable ecosystem for Agro-healing, this study identified core factors as environmental ecological aspects, socio-economic benefits, and regional development based on previous research. Each factor was further divided into sub-factors to assess their suitability and importance. The Delphi survey involved 15experts, including researchers, professors, and experienced Agro-healing farmers. After excluding insincere responses, the final 12experts were surveyed twice. The analysis led to the identification of key factors for establishing a sustainable ecosystem for Agro-healing. A total of 7top-level factors and 33sub-factors were selected based on the analysis of the importance and suitability of the measurement areas and sub-factors. There is a need to operate healing agriculture as a new alternative to agriculture in the fields of agriculture, medicine, society, and education by activating exchanges with various entities in the local community. This outcome is highly significant as it provides a fundamental direction for creating a sustainable ecosystem for Agro-healing.
