        한ㆍ미 FTA와 외국인직접투자 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        This paper examined activation plan of FTA(Free Trade Agreement) & FDI(Foreign Direct Investment) with KOR US(Republic of Korea - U. S. A.). The Republic of Korea concluded an historic agreement with the United States on April 2, 2007. This comprehensive trade agreement will eliminate tariffs and other barriers to trade in goods and services, promote economic growth, and strengthen economic ties between the Republic of Korea and United States. Korea is a $1 trillion economy and is the United States' 7th largest goods trading partner. In 2006, U. S. goods exports to Korea were about $32.5 billion, an increase of 16.9% from the previous year. U. S. foreign direct investment of 2006 in Korea totaled roughly $1,701 million and was concentrated largely in the manufacturing, banking, and wholesale trade sectors. The analysis suggests that the FTA and FDI with KORUS promote economic growth and expanded global market.

        사회과 교육의 질 관리를 위한 국가 수준에서의 사회과 학업성취도 평가 방안 개선 연구

        국가 수준에서 실시하는 사회과 평가 방안은 사회과 교육의 질을 점검하고, 관리하는데 많은 영향을 미친다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 우리나라에서 그 동안 실시된 국가 수준에서의 사회과 평가는 여러 가지 문제점을 지녀서, 국가 수준의 평가가 수행해야 할 기능들을 효과적으로 수행하지 못했다. 본 연구에서는 국가 수준에서 사회과 교육의 질을 바르게 평가하고 관리할 수 있는 평가 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국가 수준에서의 학업 성취도 평가의 의미를 확인하고, 우리나라와 외국에서 실시하고 있는 국가/주 수준에서의 사회과 학업 성취도 평가 방안을 분석하였다. 우리 나라의 경우에는 1994-1997년 동안 국립교육평가원에서 수행한 초, 중, 고등학교 사회과 평가 시험 문제의 성격과 문제점을 분석하였다. 외국의 경우에는 미국의 캔사스 주와 켄터키 주, 그리고 호주의 빅토리아 주에서 실시하는 사회과 평가 방안을 분석하였다. 그리고 우리 나라와 외국의 사례를 토대로 하여 우리 나라 국가 수준에서 사회과 교육의 질을 바르게 평가하고 관리할 수 있는 사회과 학업 성취도 평가 방안을 모색, 제시하였다. The National Assessment technique has a great effect on monitoring, and managing a quality of Social Studies education. But The National Assessment technique in Social Studies implemented in the past had many problems, so it didn't carry out important functions which should be done. The purpose of this study is to find and suggest ways how to improve the National Assessment techniques in Social Studies. 'To achieve this purpose following activities were conducted. ○ The concept and functions of the National Assessment technique were investigated. ○ The implementing procedures, categories of objectives and contents, item type of The National Assessment test in Social Studies were investigated. ○ The National Assessment technique in Social Studies in other countries were investigated to find useful implications. ○ The desirable improvement method of The National Assessment technique in Social Studies were suggested.

        영재교육 담당 교원의 자질 및 양성, 임용

        본 연구는 영재교육 담당 교원이 갖추어야 할 이상적인 자질을 탐색하고, 이러한 자질을 갖춘 교원을 양성하고 임용할 수 있는 바람직한 제도를 제시하고 있다. 영재교육 담당 교원이 갖추어야 할 자질은 문헌 연구와 개발원의 설문조사 결과를 토대로 분석하였다. 영재교육 담당 교원이 갖추어야 할 자질을 영재교육에 대한 철학적 이해와 사명감, 전문적 자질, 인성적 자질의 세 측면에서 정리하여 제시하였다. 우리나라와 외국에서 현재 취하고 있는 영재교육 담당 교원 양성 및 임용 제도 현황을 분석하였으며, 외국의 사례로는 미국과 싱가포르를 제시하였다. 우리나라에서 우수한 자질을 갖춘 영재교육 담당 교원을 양성하고 임용할 수 있는 제도적 개선 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of the teachers of the gifted and to identify present status of the training and employment system of the teachers of the gifted in Korea. The characteristics of the teachers of the gifted were explained in three areas of philosophical understanding, experts' characteristics, and personal characteristics. This paper presented several suggestions to improve a system of employment and training of teachers of the gifted in Korea, and they were as follows: - To enhance the quality of training program. The training program should include various activities, for example, discussion, field trip, making a product, seminar, workshop, practice in various teaching models, etc., to foster creative and higher-order thinking abilities. - To prepare various kinds of training programs in consideration of various teachers' needs. - To provide a training successively. The 60 hours' training is not sufficient to be a good and effective teacher of the gifted. Successive training is needed. - To prepare various incentives which make many competent teachers to take part in gifted education. - To improve process to select and to employ the teacher of the gifted. Many teachers want an more open and strict scrutiny process to select and employ the teachers of the gifted.

        자율 학습 능력의 개념 정립 및 신장 방법 탐색

        Recently, many research has been performed about a self-regulated learning ability. It is because the self-regulated learning ability including cognitive, emotional. and behavioral abilities will predict a learning performance more accurately than any other variables. Although the importance of the self-regulated learning ability has long been thought in our school education, a systematic research has not been performed. The purpose of this study is to identify a concept and characteristics of the self-regulated learning ability in social education. Theoretical perspectives, concepts and components, domain-independent and domain-specific characteristics of the self-regulated learning ability, relationships with critical and creative thinking, and educational methods to improve the self-regulated learning ability in social studies education are presented. A operant theory, a phenomenological theory, a social cognitive theory, a volitional theory, a Vygotskian theory, a constructive theory, and a metacognitive theory are presented as heretical perspectives explaining the self-regulated learning ability. The self-regulated learning ability is defined as 'ability to improve learning performances using cognitive, emotional, and behavioral strategies independently'. and is regarded as composed of 3 components: cognitive, emotional, and environmental. ABS, it is regarded that the self -regulated ability has two characteristics, one domain-independent and the other domain-specific, and that as domain-specific knowledge increases, the self-regulated learning ability increases. And it is regarded that self-regulated learning ability, critical thinking ability, and creative thinking ability interact and develop together. Cooperative learning method, self-instructional technique, personal/ cooperative project method are presented as the educational methods to improve the self-regulated learning ability in social studies education.

        중형 엔진 터보차져의 원심압축기에 관한 공력학적 3차원 형상 및 구동용 연소기 설계

        An aerodynamic design for centrifugal compressor which was applied to medium speed diesel engine has been done. First of all, exact compressor specifications must be defined by accurate engine system matching. This matching program has been developed. Using the meanline prediction method, geometric design and performance curves for compressor were established and verified by comparing three dimensional viscous CFD results. The deviation at the design point was about 2.3%. Combustor has been designed and manufactured for the performance test of medium speed diesel engine turbocharger. Fuel nozzle of combustor was designed and its characteristics was analyzed by PIV and PDPA test equipment. Through these results, spray characteristics were studied and flow coefficient equation was deduced.1. 서 론* (주)현대중공업 산업기술연구소
