        서울지방 겨울철 기온의 확률모델

        This paper is concerned with the development and application of a stochastic model for winter air-temperature of Seoul area. The annual and interannual flucturations of the regression trend, periodicity and dependence of the air-temperature are analyzed based on the data during the past 30 years(1959-1989). A statistical procedure for using the stochastic model to predict the air-temperature is proposed. Some statistical characteristics of winter air-temperature including unusual air-temperature and Samhansaon are also discussed.

        This paper is concerned with the development and application of a stochastic model for predicting E1 nino phenomenon. For this, first a general criterion for determining E1 nino phenomenon, including period and strength, which is based on partial sum of monthly sea surface temperatures (SST) anomalies, is proposed, Secondly, the annual fluctuations, periodicity and dependence of monthly mean of equatorial Pacific SST during the period 1951-1990 are analyzed. Based on these, time series nonlinear regression model for the prediction of SST have been derived. A statistical procedure for using the model to predict the SST have been derived. A statistical procedure for using the model to predict the SST level is also proposed.

        일제강점기 경성 관왕묘(關王廟)의 변천 특성

        관왕묘는 중국 촉나라 장수인 관우를 모신 사당이다. 현재 서울에는 동관왕묘와 남관왕묘가 남아있다. 그러나 일제강점 이전에는 동서남북 방향에 국가에서 관리하는 4개의 관왕묘가 있었으며, 국가와 민간의 관리 구분없이4묘, 5묘, 8묘로 불리기도 했다. 본 연구는 일제강점기와 이후 시기의 관왕묘의 변천을 분석했다. 관왕묘의 공간구성은 진입공간, 의례공간, 부속공간으로 구분되며, 기존 지형을 최대한 존중하여 건립했다. 1908년 관왕묘 의례는 축소되었고, 북관왕묘와 숭의묘는 민간에게 불하되었다. 일제강점기 동관왕묘와 남관왕묘의 전면 공간은 단오놀이 장소로명성을 얻었다. 해방 이후 숭의묘는 일반 주거지로, 북관왕묘는 불교학교에서 고등학교로, 남관왕묘는 사당동으로 이전하여 동관왕묘를 제외한 관왕묘는 모두 멸실되어 사라졌다.

        숲 체험활동에 참여하는 유아교사의 직무 스트레스

        본 연구의 목적은 숲 체험활동에 참여하는 유아교사의 직무 스트레스를 교사의 배경 변인과 스트레스 요인에 따라 구체적으로 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구는 광주광역시와 전라도에 근무하는 유아교사 324명을 대상으로 설문지를 통한 조사연구를 실시하였으며, 빈도분석과 기술통계분석을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 숲 체험활동에 참여하는 유아교사의 직무 스트레스는 교사의 소속기관 유형과 경력에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스트레스 요인에 따른 직무 스트레스는 활동 상황 관련 스트레스가 가장 높았으며, 특별한 주의를 기울여야 하는 유아로 인한 스트레스가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 교사 경력이 7년을 넘기면서 숲 체험활동에 참여하는 유아교사들의 스트레스가 현저하게 낮아지고 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 유아의 전인발달에 기여하는 숲 체험활동의 교육적 가치를 높이기 위해서 유아교사의 발달단계에 적합한 교사교육 프로그램이 제공되어야 함을 주장하고 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate job stress of early childhood teachers who participate in forest activities according to the teachers’ background variables and stress variables. The subjects of this study were 324 early childhood teachers in the metropolitan area of Gwangju and Jeolla province. This study conducted survey research including a questionnaire, and the survey data were analyzed using frequency analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, job stress of early childhood teachers who participated in forest activities was meaningfully different according to the teachers’ workplace type and career. Second, job stress according to stress variables was highest at stress related to the activity status, and the teachers were very stressed because of children who needed special attention. However, the teachers’ stress dropped remarkably for teachers who had been teaching for more than seven years. Therefore, this study insists that teacher education programs suitable to developmental stages of early childhood teachers should be provided to increase the educational value of forest activities which contribute to young children’s holistic development.

        효창공원의 장소성 형성과 변화 해석

        It has been over 100 years since the concept of a park was introduced into Korea. The park meant a historical and cultural property when it was first introduced. Yet, we now plan a park only with present eyes that privilege usage and utility. On the other hand, the spatiality of a park is a concept based on usage and utility and it is changed and reproduced by social contexts. Moreover, the spatiality can be changed and distorted by the demands and claims of diverse constituencies and users. Therefore, one needs a systematic investigation about the changes of spatiality to plan a park with historical significance. This study analyzes the mechanism and accumulated spatialities that had driven the changes and accommodation of the Hyochang Park. The Hyochang-myo has had diverse spatialities. It was a royal burial ground in the Chosun dynasty and became a park during the Japanese colonial period. After the independence, it was recovered to an ancestral burial ground. Yet, since the 1980s, it has been again transformed into a cultural property and an ecological place. The planning and renovation of the Hyochang Park have been conducted mainly by the demands of interest groups or political powers, which usually involved the elimination of the previous legacy to establish a new one. Therefore, the past memories of the Hyochang Park have been constantly demolished. Although the name ‘Hyochang’, attributed to the place in the Chosun period, still remains, the memory of the ‘Hyochang-myo’ of the Chosun period is not there any more. Yet, it would not be right to choose only one spatial identity for the place when we make the future of the Hyochang Park. The preservation of it as a cultural property, a designation for a sanctuary, and the maintenance of a neighborhood park could all be a valid claim for its mixed identity. So, more researches on a variety of techniques and methods and that would fully recover the memories and t\he legacies of the park with a mixed identity should be performed.

        숲 체험활동에 참여하는 유아교사의 교사효능감증진을 위한 교사교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과

        This study aims to develop the teacher education program for improving teacher’s sense of efficacy of early childhood teachers participating in forest activities and to investigate the effects of the program. The program was developed according to three stages – literature review, requirement survey, and composition of program. The effects of the program were investigated targeting 23 early childhood teachers of the experiment group who participated in the teacher education program and 20 early childhood teachers of the comparison group who did not participate in the teacher education program. The program was composed of the purpose and the goals, contents, teaching-learning methods, operation, and evaluation. In particular, the program focused on helping the teachers overcome fear and vagueness that the teachers were facing during forest activities. Also, the program emphasized helping the teachers actively interact with children by acquiring professional knowledge about forest activities and diverse teaching-learning methods. As a result, the program contributed to improving teacher’s sense of efficacy about forest activities. This result indicates that it is necessary to improve teacher’s sense of efficacy for successful forest activities, and that the teacher education program for improving teacher’s sense of efficacy should be operated continually. 본 연구의 목적은 숲 체험활동에 참여하는 유아교사의 교사효능감 증진을 위한 교사교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 프로그램 개발은 문헌연구와 요구도 조사, 프로그램 구성 등 세 단계를 거쳐 이루어졌다. 프로그램 효과는 교사교육에 참여한 실험집단 교사 23명과 교사교육에 참여하지 않은 비교집단 교사 20명을 대상으로 살펴보았다. 프로그램 구성은 목적 및 목표, 내용, 교수-학습 방법, 운영, 평가 등으로 이루어졌다. 특히 프로그램은 교사들이 숲 체험활동에서 나타나는 두려움과 막연함을 극복하는 데 주안점을 두었다. 또한 숲 체험활동에 대한 전문적인 지식과 다양한 교수-학습 방법을 습득함으로써 교사들이 유아와 활발하게 상호작용하는 데 중점을 두었다. 결국 본 교사교육 프로그램은 숲 체험활동에 대한 교사효능감 향상에 크게 기여한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 숲 체험활동이 성공적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 교사효능감 증진이 필수적이여, 교사효능감 증진을 위한 교사교육 프로그램이 지속해서 시행되는 것이 필요함을 가리킨다.

        경찰조직의 지원이 공공정책에 미치는 영향: 학습조직을 중심으로

        People have a fear of crime because of constant crime in society. To promote the safety of these people, the police are presenting various security policies. The duty of the police is to protect the life, body and property of the people along with maintaining social order in the country. The security policy pursued by the police is influenced by various factors such as the external environment, the internal environment, and laws and systems. In previous studies on police security policy, the research on the internal environment and support of police organizations is somewhat limited, so this study aims to verify the relationship between police organization support and security policy. Since police organizations value police learning organizations in order to prepare for the rapidly changing public security environment, this study aims to identify the relationship between police organizations' support, public order policies, and learning organizations. To carry out the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted on police officers. As a result of the study, it was investigated that the recognition of support for police organizations and access to resources were statistically significant in public order policy. In addition, as a result of verifying the moderating effect of the support of the police organization and the police learning organization, it was confirmed that this also affects the public order policy. Therefore, in this study, the support of the police organization and the learning organization of the police were found to be important factors in public order policy. Based on the results of this study, the police organization intends to make policy suggestions on public security policies for the people.
