Drag reduction produced by dilute solution of water soluble ionic polymer-surfactant complex under turbulent flow in a rotating disk apparatus(RDA) was investigated in this study. Three different molecular weights of polyacrylic acid(PAA) were adopted as drag reducing additives, and distilled water was used as a solvent. Experiments were undertaken to observe the dependence of drag reduction on various factors such as polymer molecular weight, molecular expansions and flexibility, rotating speed of the disk and polymer concentration. Specific considerations were put on conformational difference between surfactant and polymer, and effect of pH on ionic polymer possessing various molecular conformation through pH. The complex of ionic polymer and surfactant(Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate) behaves like a large polyelectrolyte. Surfactant changes the polymer conformation and then increases the dimension of the polymer. The radius of gyration, hydrodynamic volume and relative viscosity of the polymer-surfactant system are observed to be greater than those of polymer itself. Such surfactant-polymer complex has enhanced drag reduction properties.

본 논문은 인터넷을 통해 급격히 확산되고 있는 해킹, 바이러스 및 DDoS(Distributed Denial-of-Service) 공격과 같은 사이버 보안 공격(Cyber Security Attack) 등이 발생하였을 경우 각 공격에 효과적으로 대비하기 위한 방향 및 그 방법을 제시하기 위해서 실제적인 공격 근원지 정보 역추적을 위하여 관련 추적 기술의 의미, 세부기술 분류, 관련 연구 및 동향 등을 통하여 기존 역추적기술의 제약사항을 극복하고 현재 또는 차세대 인터넷에서 적용가능한 역추적기술에 대한 요구사항 및 향후 전망을 기술하였다.

Many residential areas are situated near to railroad tracks so that a railroad noise has been one of the major environmental issues. In this paper two important aspects have been investigated in order to properly evaluate the railroad vehicle noise : sound power levels for different types and sound propagation characteristics of the railroad vehicles. For noise source characteristics of railroad vehicles, sound power values for various types of trains that are in active service have been measured. In this paper, domestic railroad vehicles are measured and compared with high speed train(TGV). Based on sound power information of railway vehicles, prediction on the sound pressure level and equivalent noise level near to railway areas have been evaluated.

미국은 자국을 향한 여러 테러 방법 중에서 사이버 테러리즘이 향후 치명적인 수단으로 발전할 수 있다는 것을 인지하고, 위협에 대비하여 이에 대응할 수 있는 보안기술을 확보하고 안보를 강화하는 데 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 고에서는 9.11 테러 이후 최근 미국의 사이버보안 분야에 대한 기술정책과 연구개발경향 및 예산 동향을 분석하고, 정책의 도입과정에서의 주요 쟁점 및 우리나라의 사이버보안 정책 수립에 참고할 만한 시사점 등에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.
