        양악전돌증 환자에서 하악 6전치 후방 이동 시 치료 방법에 따른 하악 경조직과 연조직의 변화: 하악 전방분절골절단술과 발치 교정 치료

        Purpose: The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of anterior segmental osteotomy (ASO) in bimaxillary protrusion (BP) patients by comparison between the mandibular soft and hard tissue changes from orthodontic treatment and ASO. Methods: All 44 patients were diagnosed with BP in Kyung-Hee Medical Center. Orthodontic treatment with teeth extractions were underwent by 23 patients (Group A) and 21 patients underwent ASO (Group B). Mandibular soft and hard tissue changes were measured and evaluated, which were based on the vertical and horizontal reference line in lateral cephalometric radiographs. Statistical significance between the changes and correlation between each measurement were analyzed. Results: The amount of B point movement was lesser than that of the lower incisal tip (LIT) retraction, and LIT was tilted lingually in group A. The posterior movement discrepancy between LIT and B point was insignificant, and the inclination of lower incisor was not changed in group B. The soft tissues, including the lower lip, showed a posterior movement and reduction in the depth of mento-labial groove. According to the correlation analysis, the movement of the lower incisor was significantly related to the movement of the lower lip in group A, and the movement of the lower incisor was significantly related to that of the movement of lower lip, B point and Pog in group B. Conclusion: The orthodontic treatment in BP patients results in posterior tilting movement of the lower incisor, but ASO results in the bodily movement of the lower incisor. Consequently, ASO is more effective in BP cases because it ensures the controlled movement of the lower incisors.

        영구임대주택 입주자의 관리비 및 임대료 체납 실태와 의식

        Permanent rental housing, the construction of which was strongly financed by the central government, is regarded as a social housing for those who fall within the lowest income bracket. Differing from "public rental housing", offered to tenants for sale after a five year rental period, this type of housing is intended for rental use on a long-tenn basis. At present, about 190,000 permanent rental housing units exist in Korea. According to a statistics, 15.6% of its residents did not pay their management fee and rental payment in 4 or more months in 2005, which places stress on the housing management. Based on the "eviction condition" stipulated in the tenancy agreement for permanent rental housing, a householder owning assets or a vehicle which is not used as his means of living, who is overdue with his management fee and rental payment for a long time, may be evicted from the house. However, there are many conflicts and problems between administrators/housing managers and residents in the process of enforcing this regulation. The purpose of this study is to explore the key issues associated with the present situation and the reasons why so many management fee and rental payment for permanent rental housing are overdue. For the purpose of research, data were collected from 10,990 permanent rental housing residents nationwide via a questionnaire survey in February 2007. One third of the respondents had an experience of more than 2 months overdue since they have moved in current residence. For further analysis, the respondents were divided into three groups, based on their working ability. The major finding showed that the group of respondents who have working ability required a more practical plan, such as employment, to have a sustainable life, while the other group of no labor force indicated a need for more housing allowance from the government. To suggest more specific alternatives for the subject of housing payment overdue, further comparison study should be performed between the residents of permanent rental housing and other low income tenants in private housing sector.

        임베디드 디바이스에 적용 가능한 부분학습 기반의 실시간 손글씨 인식기

        딥러닝 기술은 실세계의 객체를 분류하거나 인식하기 위해서 사용된다. 이를 위해서 준비된 많은 데이터를 고성능 컴퓨터에서 학습한 후에, 그 학습모델을 인식기에 탑재하여 각종 객체들을 인식한다. 이러한 인식기는 다양한 환경에서 사용되면서 인식하지 못하는 객체들이나 인식률이 낮은 객체들이 발생할 수 있다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해서 실세계 객체들을 주기적으로 학습하여 인식률을 높인다. 하지만, 즉각적인 인식률 향상이 어려울 뿐만 아니라, 임베디드 디바이스 등에 탑재되어 있는 인식기에서 학습하는 것이 쉽지 않다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 임베디드 디바이스에 적용 가능한 부분 학습 기반의 실시간 손글씨 인식기를 제안한다. 제안된 인식기는 사용자 요청 시마다 임베디드 디바이스에서 부분 학습을 할 수 있는 환경을 제공하고, 실시간으로 인식기의 학습모델이 갱신된다. 이로 인해서 인식기의 지능이 지속적으로 향상됨으로 최초에 인식하지 못했던 손글씨에 대해 인식이 가능해진다. 이렇게 제안된 인식기는 RK3399 임베디드 디바이스에서 22개의 숫자와 글자에 대해서 학습과 추론이 가능하다는 것을 실험을 통하여 사람 손으로 쓴 은행 계좌명과 계좌번호를 인식할 수 있는 개인화된 지능을 가진 스마트 기기에 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다. Deep learning is widely utilized to classify or recognize objects of real-world. An abundance of data is trained on high-performance computers and a trained model is generated, and then the model is loaded in an inferencer. The inferencer is used in various environments, so that it may cause unrecognized objects or low-accuracy objects. To solve this problem, real-world objects are collected and they are trained periodically. However, not only is it difficult to immediately improve the recognition rate, but is not easy to learn an inferencer on embedded devices. We propose a real-time handwriting recognizer based on partial learning on embedded devices. The recognizer provides a training environment which partially learn on embedded devices at every user request, and its trained model is updated in real time. As this can improve intelligence of the recognizer automatically, recognition rate of unrecognized handwriting increases. We experimentally prove that learning and reasoning are possible for 22 numbers and letters on RK3399 devices.

        Investigation of meridian line and acupoints as anatomical entities should be very important, as acupuncture and meridian massage for medical purpose in the hospital or for skin care in beauty shop are each based on the traditional meridian theory. We isolated tubular structures under the skin of rabbits where the traditional meridian lines are located. The characteristics of these tubular structures isolated from the abdominal wall matches those of Bonghan tubes and Bonghan tubules found by Bong Han Kim. The Bonghan theory established by Bong Han Kim suggests that meridian lines consist of Bonghan tubes and Bonghan tubules. We could observe the presence of large cells inside the Bonghan tubule and the presence of small granules referred to as Sanal in Bonghan theory inside the striae consisting of the Bonghan tubules. Present research suggests that there exist a third unique tubular structure where Sanals flow other than Bonghan tube and Bonghan tubules.

        분유에 오염된 Cronobacter sakazakii 검출을 위한 중합효소연쇄반응, 실시간중합효소연쇄반응, 등온검출법의 비교

        Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is an emerging detection technology for the amplification of DNA under isothermal conditions. The aim of this study was to develop a rapid and reliable LAMP technique for the detection of Cronobacter sakazakii in milk powder. In order to enhance the sensitivity and specificity, LAMP primers targeting outer membrane protein A (ompA) gene of C. sakazakii were designed using Explorer V4 software. Thirty seven C. sakazakii strains and 13 pathogenic microorganisms were used for comparative detection of C. sakazakii using polymerase chain reaction (PCR), real-time PCR, and LAMP. LAMP developed in this study could specifically detect C. sakazakii strains without cross-reactivity with other foodborne pathogens. LAMP products amplified from ompA gene of C. sakazakii were digested with with HhaI and NruI enzyme. The specificity of LAMP was confirmed by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis. LAMP could detect C. sakazakii within 1 h without bacterial culture and its detection limit was as low as 1 CFU/mL C. sakazakii in milk. In the comparison of the sensitivity, LAMP showed 10,000- and 100-times higher detection limit than PCR or real-time PCR, respectively. Therefore, this study can conclude that LAMP is a rapid and reliable detection technique for C. sakazakii contaminated in powdered milk. 본 연구에서는 영유아에게 치명적인 감염을 일으키는 C. sakazakii에 대하여 LAMP 검출법을 개발하였다. LAMP법에 의한 C. sakazakii의 검출율은 100%였으며 13개의 음성 지표군에 대해서는 모두 음성 반응을 보여 특이도가 매우 높은 것으로 판단되었다. 또한, HhaI과 NruI 두 개의 제한 효소를 LAMP product에 반응시킨 결과, 유전자의 특정 염기서열이 절단되는 것을 확인하였으며, 이를 통해 LAMP 검출법에 의해 증폭된 DNA가 C. sakazakii-specific ompA임을 확인하였다. 조제분유에 오염 된 C. sakazakii를 LAMP법으로 검출 시 검출한계는 $10^0$ CFU/mL이었으며 이는 기존의 PCR법이나 real-time PCR법에 비해 100-10,000배 높은 수준으로 민감도가 매우 높은 것으로 판단되었다. 이와 같이 높은 특이도와 민감도를 가진 LAMP 검출법은 C. sakazakii와 같은 급성 기회 감염균이나 병원성 미생물에 의한 식중독 발생시 현장에서 병원체를 간편하고 신속하게 검출할 수 있는 기술로 기대된다.

        추령천 유역의 유황별 유달율 계산

        To provide the basic information for the water quality management of the Sumjin River Basin, delivery ratios for flow duration were studied. Using the day-interval data set of discharge and water quality observed from the Chooryeong-cheon watershed, the flow-duration and discharge-load relation curves for the watershed were established, then the load-duration curve was constructed. Delivery ratios for flow duration were also developed. Delivery ratios showed wide variation according to flow conditions. In general, delivery ratio of high flow condition showed higher value reflecting nonpoint source pollution contribution from the forest dominating watershed. To resolve this problem, a regression model explaining the relation between flow rate and delivery ratio was suggested. The delivery ratios for different flow regime could be used for pollutant load estimation and TMDL (Total maximum daily load) development.

        영구임대주택 관리업무 및 운영실태에 대한 관리자와 입주민의 의식비교

        In recent, the concept of management is emphasizing the aspects of social welfare, especially in permanent rental housing that most of the residents are very low income households. Although the quality of service for the residents of permanent rental housing was improved comparatively, it still needs to continually change in response to the needs of residents. To figure out the better way of supporting the service for the residents of permanent rental housing, this study examined the role and function of management office and compared perception on management services between management staffs and residents of permanent rental housing. Based on the in-depth interview with 5 managers of permanent rental housing, two types of survey questionnaire (residents/staffs of management office) were developed for the research purpose. A sample of 89 management office staffs and 111 residents were used for the data analysis. Most of the respondents recognized the need of a cooperation system among management office, social welfare center, and residents for providing better management system and welfare service.

        FMM 기법의 산란해석 정확도 향상 연구

        FMM(Fast Multipole Method)은 계산시간을 현저히 감소시킬 수 있기 때문에 대형구조의 레이다 반사면적 (RCS) 계산에 매우 효과적인 수치해석 기법이다. 하지만, 폭이 좁은 타원형 형태의 산란체는 절점의 길이나 그룹의 선택방법이 수치해석 결과에 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 논문에서는 TM 및 TE 편파에 대해 이러한 문제를 효과적으로 처리할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고, 제안한 방법을 검증하기 위하여 MOM 결과와 비교하여 제시하였다. FMM(Fast Multipole Method) is suitable numerical method for radar cross section calculation of arbitrary large conducting bodies due to reduction of computation time. The accuracy of the numerical results, however, can influenced by selection of grouping method and segment length, in particular, far the case that cross section of the scatter is of the narrow width elliptical type. So, we describe the FMM method which can be deal effectively with such difficulties for both TM and TE polarization case. In order to check the present method the results are compared with those obtained by Method of Moments.

        병행 Java 프로그램의 확장적 경합탐지를 위한 JDI 기반의 투명한 감시도구

        병행 Java 프로그램의 경합은 프로그램의 비결정성을 초래하므로 반드시 탐지되어야 한다. 이러한 경합을 수행 중에 탐지하기 위해서는 스레드에 대한 수행양상과 모든 접근사건들을 감시할 수 있어야 한다. 기존의 경합탐지 기법들은 프로그램의 수행중에 기록된 파일들을 분석하거나 대상 프로그램을 수정하여 감시하므로 스레드나 모든 접근사건들에 대한 감시가 현실적으로 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 JDI(Java Debug Interface)를 이용하여 스레드에 대한 수행양상과 모든 접근사건을 감시하여 확장적 경합탐지를 할 수 있는 투명한 감시도구를 제안한다. 여기서 JDI는 JDPA(Java Platform Debugger Architecture)에서 제공하는 상위 레벨의 100% 순수 자바 인터페이스로써 자바프로그램의 수행중에 특정 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 그리고 제안된 도구의 투명성을 입증하기 위해서 벤치마크 프로그램으로 실험한 결과, 모든 스레드와 접근사건들을 프로그램 수정없이 감시할 수 있었고 프로그램의 감시시간이 20배 이상 증가되었다. Race conditions in current Java programs must be detected because it may cause unexpected result by non-deterministic executions. For detecting such races during program execution, execution flows of all threads and all access events can be monitored. It is difficult for previous race detection techniques to monitor all threads and access events in actuality because these techniques analyze the files traced during program execution or modify original source programs and then monitor these programs. This paper presents a transparent scalable monitoring tool to detect races using JDI(Java Debug Interface) where JDI is 100% pure java interface to provide in JDPA(Java Platform Debugger Architecture) and is able to provide information corresponding to events occurred in run-time of programs. This tool thus can monitor execution flows of all threads and all access events without program modification. We prove transparency of the presented tool and grasp the efficiency of it using a set of published benchmark programs. As a result of this, the suggested tool can monitor all threads and accesses of these programs without their modification, and their monitoring time is increased to more than 20 times.
