This research is a study on the Child Labor Law in the South Korea from 1945 to 1947. Frist, this study revealed the recognition of child labor by United States Army Military Government in Korea and the concrete enactment process of enacting and implementing the Child Labor Law in September 1946. In addition, this study demonstrates the historical and institutional process of enactment and a series of discussions and enactment of the “Child Labor Law” in 1947 by South Korean Interim Legislative Assembly. The U.S. military government put forward ‘the theory of civilization’ as the purpose of the Child Labor Law, and the South Korean lawmakers proposed ‘the theory of reconstruction of an independent state.’ Each of them had different goals and objectives, but both enacted and implemented the Child Labor Law, conscious of the “most advanced” labor legislation implemented in North Korea. In the end, it was the Child Labor Law that was the ‘composite product’ created by Eastern and Western civilization, the regime competition of the Cold War and division, and the economic situation during the US military government.

1961~1963년 군사정부의 중립국 외교의 전개와 성격

This research is a study on the diplomacy of South Korea towards ‘neutral countries’ from 1961 to 1963. The military government, established as a result of the 5.16 military coup, advocated active neutral diplomacy. The military government strongly suppressed domestic neutralism, while externally, it took a strategy of separation at home and abroad to improve relations with neutral countries. In addition, as a strategy of diplomacy for neutral countries, the military government has promoted an anti-communist victory based on economic development. Such active diplomacy toward netural countries caused diplomatic competition with North Korea. The United Arab Republic, which had established consular relations at the same time, first advanced into ambassadorial relations with North Korea. As a result, the military government had to suffer a humiliation of maintaining consular relations without coming up with any other countermeasures. Now, 60 years after the outbreak of the 5·16 military coup, it is time to reflect on the historical legacy of developmentalism and the hostility and violence left by the military government.

Modular system is a construction method which installs factory-manufactured units on site. It enables to reduce the duration and improve the quality of the construction. Nevertheless, the unit modular system is restrictively applied to domestic market such as barracks, education facilities, low-rise housing. To motivate the application of unit modular system, this study figures out important attributes of the unit modular system in a domestic construction market. Finally this study suggest marketing strategies and influential factors by Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) based on those attributes focusing on the apartment housing. As a result, Unit modular System in the domestic market has strength on constructability, but it show weakness on usability and economic aspects which are more important in apartment housing market. Thus an improved technology in usability and economic aspects are required to activate the market. 유닛 모듈러 공법은 공장생산에 의한 공기단축, 품질관리, 친환경성 등 기존공법과 다른 다양한 특징을 가지고 있다. 이러한 특징에도 불구하고 현재 국내에서는 군 병영시설, 학교, 소형주택에만 제한적으로 적용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모듈러 공법의 시장 확대 및 활성화를 위해 공동주택을 중심으로 특성요인들에 대한 중요도 및 기술수준을 IPA 기법을 통해 분석하여, 모듈러 시장의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 분석결과 유닛 모듈러 공법을 공동주택 시장에 적용함에 있어 사용성 및 경제성 측면의 특성요인들이 중요하게 평가되었으나, 현재 기술수준은 상대적으로 중요도가 낮은 시공성 측면의 특성요인들이 높게 나타났다. 유닛 모듈러 공법을 공동주택 시장에 적용하기 위해서는 시공성 측면의 높은 기술수준을 바탕으로 사용성, 경제성 측면의 특성요인에 대한 보다 집중적인 연구 개발이 필요할 것이다.

The North Korean humanities semantic data archive was designed based on the principle of a qualitative and quantitative approach, and a balance between accuracy and scalability. First, a relational database was built comprising the following three pillars: people, literature, and institutions. Second, an ontology that can express the semantic ‘relation’ between each ‘class’ was designed. Third, a relationship network graph was adopted as a way of visualizing the accumulated information. Fourth, a “North Korean Humanities Wiki” page that is linked to each other through hyperlinks was constructed. The establishment and utilization of the North Korean humanities semantic data archive was accompanied by a process of experiencing the characteristics of digital humanities such as ‘sharing’ and ‘expression’. First, the quality of joint research could be renewed by fully utilizing the communication and collaboration possibilities guaranteed by the digital and web environment. While emphasizing the importance of joint research, the experience of not just fitting into the results of thought but participating in the actual process of thought was a novel experience. The digital and web environment helped to visually share the thought process and proceed with the work. Second, it was possible to attempt a new way of expressing humanities beyond linear writing. The North Korean Humanities Archive was able to express an image that goes beyond human intuition by capturing the semantic relations that are likely to be obscured by the researcher's intuition and by revealing them as a network graph. Wiki documents facilitated experimentation with new humanistic expressions that went beyond linear writing by fully utilizing the unique productivity of digital and web environments such as hyperlinks, timelines, and electronic maps.
