        영유아 교육과 보호(ECEC)를 위한 재정정책: 스웨덴 사례를 중심으로

        Recent Korean society has faced low birth rate that caused the government to reinforce and support family and early childhood education and care(ECEC) policy. Therefore, it is needed that ECEC policy should take perspectives of universalism and consumer-centered. The purpose of this paper is to review ECEC financial policy in Sweden to suggest policy implications improving Korean ECEC policy. The Swedish ECEC fee policy that called Maxtaxa has developed to support all children can have opportunities of ECEC in less expensive way. It is calculated by a family income and set a maximum limit on the cost of parents’ ECEC fee. By Maxtaxa, Swedish ECEC is realized universalism and redistribution of income. In comparison, Korean ECEC financial program has low percentile of beneficial children. Also, Sweden has implemented a voucher system in ECEC financial policy to take consumer-centered approach. By this review, it is considered that Swedish ECEC financial policy may give some suggestions for Korean ECEC policy to make more child and parent centered and to improve current ECEC policy.

        조기 특기교육에 대한 부모의 인식과 양육 스트레스 및 유아의 문제행동

        This study investigated the current state of Korean parents` perception of very early education, children`s very early educational experiences and parenting stress, and its effects on children`s behavior problems. Data were collected from 425 parents of children at seven preschools in Seoul. Most of the parents reported that their child was taking extracurricular lessons and that they view very early education as a positive experience for their child. The parents` positive perception of very early lessons was significantly related to the number of very early lessons that their child was taking and education related parenting stress. It was found that the number of very early lessons and parenting stress were significant predictors of children`s behavior problems.

        소비자학 분야에서의 세대의 개념, 범주 및 특성에 관한 연구

        The generation is one of the most important topics of all ages. Although many studies in consumer research have been dealt with generations, there has been no agreement on the concept, ranges, or characteristics of consumer generations. To discuss generation as a principal research subject in consumer studies, it is necessary to fing out the following points. First, what is the concept of generation in the field of consumer studies? Second, how many generation groups are there and what names do they have? Finally, what are the consumer characteristics that each generation has? To answer the research questions, this study aimed to review the generational studies conducted in the field of consumer studies over the past 20 years. The 24 generational studies were selected from four major journals. The main findings show that, first, in the consumer studies field, the concept of generation is mainly used as ‘generation as a cohort’, but ‘generation as a life-cycle’ are also used. The conceptual confusion leads to interpretation of the research results in that the cohort effect and the age effect are not distinguished. Second, frequently used generational names are the Babyboom generation, the X generation, and the young generation. In case of Generation X and the young generation, the boundary of generation group can be subdivided through more research. Third, the analysis of generational consumer values, lifestyle, and financial states reveal that life-cycle effects have strong influence on financial characteristics and cohort effects are emphasized in values and lifestyle aspect. Research in various topics seems to be affected by period effects indirectly. These findings are expected to be the basis of generational studies for the further research, as well as a comprehensive overview of the generational studies conducted in the field of consumer studies.

        스웨덴 보육의 배경과 현황

        Sweden has one of the world`s most progressive and comprehensive childcare systems; synonymous with quality, it is the envy of many other countries. The purpose of this study was to investigate background factors important to the development of the Swedish childcare system and the current childcare policy and system. This study found that underpinning the Swedish childcare system is not only the expectation that men and women will participate equally in the workforce, child rearing, and domestic life but also an awareness of the right of children to development and education. Implementation of the Swedish childcare policy has provided for easy access and affordable childcare centers following principles of childcare universalism. This provides practical suggestions for the Korean childcare policy and system.

        만 2세 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육효능감에 영향을 주는 요인

        본 연구의 목적은 만 2세 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육효능감에 영향을 주는 변인을 밝히는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 만 2세 영아의 어머니 114명이었으며, 양육효능감과 관련된 변인을 측정하기 위하여 자가평정식 질문지를 사용하였고, 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 상관관계검증, 단계적 회귀검증 방법에 의해 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 어머니의 연령, 자녀 수, 취업유무, 기질은 양육효능감과 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 결혼만족도와 심리적 복지감은 양육효능감과 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어머니의 양육효능감은 양육참여도와 정적 상관관계, 양육스트레스와는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 어머니의 양육효능감에 대해 가장 높은 설명력을 보인 변인은 자녀의 발달을 지지하는 양육참여인 것으로 나타났다. This study examined the relationships among the mother’s parenting self-efficacy and its related variables. The participants of this study were 114 mothers who have raised two year-old toddlers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area. The mothers responded the questionnaires regarding parenting self-efficacy and its related variables. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression. The results of this study were as follows. First, the mother’s parenting self-efficacy was significantly related to the age of mothers, number of child, mother’s job status, and maternal temperaments. Second, the mother’s marital satisfaction and psychological well-being were significantly related to the mothers’ parenting self-efficacy. Third, the mother’s parenting self-efficacy has a positive relationship with parenting involvement; however, it has a negative relationship with parenting stress. Lastly, the category of developmental support in the parenting involvement was the most significant variable to explain the parenting self-efficacy of mothers who have raised two year-old toddlers.

        유아 사회성 발달 증진 프로그램의 효과에 관한 메타분석

        본 연구는 유아의 사회성 발달 증진 프로그램의 효과에 대한 결과를 총체적으로 검증하고 중요한 영향을 미치는 조절변인이 무엇인지를 발견하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2000년부터 2010년 2월까지 최근 10년간 국내에서 발행된 석, 박사학위 논문과 학술지 논문 총 81편을 대상으로 가중 평균 효과크기를 사용하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아 사회성 발달 증진 프로그램은 유아의 사회성을 신장하는데 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아 사회성 발달 증진 프로그램에 유의한 효과를 미치는 조절변인은 출판, 실험설계, 검사구인 변인인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라 유아의 사회성 발달 증진 프로그램은 유아의 사회성을 발달시키는데 효과적이라고 결론 내릴 수 있다. This study was conducted to review the effects of social development program for preschool children and to verify significant moderate variables in the effects by meta-analysis. A total of 81 study results of social development programs for preschool children in journal articles, theses, and dissertations from the year of 2000 to 2010 in Korea were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows: First, the effectiveness of the social development programs for preschool children showed that the overall weighted mean effect size of the social development programs were .97. It means that the social development programs for preschool children had a great effect for children's social development. Second, the effectiveness was significantly related to the variables of publication, design, and instrument of the social development program for preschool children. The study discussed the main issues of the study results in terms of the method of meta-analysis and concluded that further studies are needed for the generalization.

        유치원 교사가 인식하는 코로나19 이후 근무환경과 직업관, 교직전문성 및 디지털리터러시 역량 간의 구조적 관계

        목적 본 연구는 유치원 교사가 인식하는 코로나19 이후 근무환경과 직업관, 교직전문성 및 디지털리터러시 역량 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보는 것에 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해 유치원에 근무하는 교사 217명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 Pearson의 상관관계와 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 부트스트랩으로 총효과, 직⋅간접 효과를 분석하였다. 결과 주요연구결과는 첫째, 디지털리터러시 역량의 하위변인인 컴퓨터리터러시, 정보리터러시, 지식리터러시는 직업관과 교직전문성의 지적기술, 전문적 자율성, 봉사적 사명감과 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 반면, 코로나19 이후 근무환경과 상사와의 관계 요인은 컴퓨터리터러시와 통계적으로 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 나타났고, 정보리터러시와 지식리터러시와는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 직무수행 요인과 컴퓨터리터러시, 정보리터러시, 지식리터러시와는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 개인 및 조직관계 요인은 정보리터러시와는 통계적으로 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 나타났지만, 컴퓨터리터러시와 지식리터러시와는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 측정모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 구조모형을 분석한 결과 코로나19 이후 근무환경은 ‘직업관→교직전문성→디지털리터러시 역량’의 경로와 ‘교직전문성→디지털리터러시 역량’의 경로로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 연구결과를 바탕으로 디지털리터러시 역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시함으로써 변화된 유아교육현장에서의 적응을 도모하고자 한다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to find out the structural relationship between the post-COVID-19 working environment, occupational perspective, teaching professionalism, and digital literacy recognized by kindergarten teachers. Methods For this, the research was conducted on 217 teachers working in kindergartens. It was analyzed by the structural equation and Pearson's correlation using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0. Total effect and direct/indirect effect were analyzed by bootstrap. Results These are the main findings. First, it showed that computer literacy, information literacy, and knowledge literacy, which are sub-variables of digital literacy had a statistically significant positive correlation with occupational perspective and intellectual skills, professional autonomy, and the sense of service of teaching professionalism. On the other hand, after COVID-19, it showed that the relationship factors between working environment and the superiors had a statistically significant negative correlation with computer literacy, and there was no statistically significant correlation with information literacy and knowledge literacy. There was no statistically significant correlation between working factors and computer literacy, information literacy, and knowledge literacy. Individual and organizational relationship factors showed statistically significant negative correlation with information literacy, but had no statistically significant correlation with computer literacy and knowledge literacy. Second, the measurement model was found to be suitable. As a result of analyzing the structural model, it was found that the working environment after COVID-19 affects the path of “occupational perspective → teaching professionalism → digital literacy” and the path of “teaching professionalism → digital literacy”. Conclusions Based on the research results, it is intended to promote adaptation in the changed early childhood education field by suggesting ways to strengthen digital literacy.
