공동체, 타자의 재현(불)가능성 너머– 원주의 공동체 실천을 중심으로

이 글은 공동체 실천에 내포되거나 밀려나는 타자의 재현(불)가능성에 관해 논의한다. 가야트리 차크라보르티 스피박과 자크 랑시에르의 관점을 바탕으로 서발턴, 타자, 재현, 말, 공동체의 문제를 탐구했다. 본 글은 타자가 재현불가능에 맞서 자기를 말하고 자신의 말과 글을 듣게 하고 읽게 한다고 본다. 때문에 ‘타자는 말할 수 있는가’라는 질문에 불가능으로 단언하여 답하는 것을 비판하고 타자의 ‘불화의 정치’를 주목할 것을 주장한다. 그럼으로써 차이의 연대를 바탕으로 한 공동체의 대안적 가능성을 논의할 수 있다고 본다. 이를 위해 원주의 공동체 실천 속에서 타자가 어떻게 재현되고 있는지 살펴봤다. 특히 가난, 취약계층을 다르게 개념화하는 공동체 실천을 주목했다. 그리고 자기재현을 통해 등장하는 존재들의 목소리를 탐구했다. 이를 통해 파편적일지라도 타자의 재현을 포착하는 일이 중요함을 주장하고, 서발턴이라는 개별적 존재자들로부터 출현하는 말에 대한 읽기를 요청한다. 이 글은 몫 없는 자들과 연대하며 함께 살아가고자 하는 차이의 공동체는 타자의 재현(불)가능성 문제에 결부되어 있음을 밝혔다. 더불어 공동체 실천에 관련된 연구, 활동, 실천은 타자의 재현에 관한 모순, 균열, 갈등, 잔여를 발견하고 성찰해야 함을 주장한다.

독립다큐멘터리의 사건에 대한 재현과 의미 구성 : <다이빙 벨>, <Jam Docu 강정>

본 연구는 시간의 역사에 대한 대항 담론으로서 한국 독립다큐멘터리의 재현과 의미구성 방식을 분석하였다. 독립다큐멘터리는 전달하고자 하는 메시지를 가지고 지금 시간의 역사, 문화, 사회적 문제로서의 사건을 재현한다. 때문에 구체적인 사례를 대상으로 보철로서의 역사 쓰기와 사건의 지배적 담론에 대한 의미 재구성을 살펴보고자 했다. 독립다큐멘터리 <다이빙 벨>과 <Jam Docu 강정>를 연구 대상으로 선정하고, 이들의 사건에 대한 재현과 의미 구성을 시간과 공간의 서사, 그리고 고발과 고백으로서의 재현으로 설명하였다. 그리고 다큐멘터리라는 장르를 통한 문화에 대한 재현이 다시 사회적 이슈를 만들고, 문화적 현상과 담론을 드러낸다는 점을 기술하였다.

휴게시간의 문제점과 개선방안에 대한 보육교사의 인식

The purpose of this research is to analyze child-care teachers' perceptions of problems and improvement plans for the recess time and to provide fundamental data to help with more effective implementation. The child-care teachers participated in survey and 530 of them were selected for final research data. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive data analysis using Exel 2013 program. The results of this study were summarized as following. First, the issue of child care teachers' recess time was perceived as above average. If the assistant teacher is not doing the job properly, the teachers’ workload have increased and, it was found taking a rest outside the classroom was difficult. The teacher is also found to be nervous about the lack of clear responsibility for children's accidents during the recess time. Second, the results show the improvement to ensure the recess time of child care teachers. Child-care teachers hope that their right to recess time is cleared explained and understood by the parents, and that their lunchtime is considered as a part of working hour, therefore, recess time can be replaced with early leave from work. The teachers also said that if an accident occurs during recess time, the responsible party should be clearly defined. 본 연구는 보육교사 휴게시간에 대한 문제점 및 개선방안을 조사하여 휴게시간이 보다 효과적으로 시행되는데 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 보육교사를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 최종적으로 530부를 연구 자료로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 Excel 2013 프로그램을 사용하여 평균, 표준편차를 구하였다. 연구결과, 보육교사의 휴게시간에 대한 문제점은 전체 보통이상으로 인식하고 있었다. 보조교사가 업무를 제대로 못할 시 오히려 교사의 업무량이 증가하는데 어려움이 있으며, 현장 특성상 교사가 교실 밖으로 나와 쉬는 거 자체가 어려운 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 담임교사의 휴게시간에 사고 발생 시 책임소재가 불문명한 것에 대해 불안해하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 보육교사 휴게시간 보장을 위한 개선방안은 전체적으로 높은 필요성을 보여주었다. 보육교사는 학부모에게 휴게시간 권리를 정확하게 명시해주고 이해할 수 있도록 하여 보장받길 바래하며, 점심시간을 근무시간으로 인정하여 휴게시간을 조기퇴근으로 대체하길 바래하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 휴게시간 사고 발생 시 책임소재를 분명하게 해야 한다고 하였다.

지역과 청년, 그리고 탈-활동: 청년 활동가 정체성의 균열과 문화정치적 재구성

This study aims to examine the experiences of local youth activists, focusing on their experiences with quitting. This study traced their process of suspension, breakaway, transfer, and continuation. As a study on multi-intrinsic cases, it aims to capture the creation of various intrinsic meanings that developed in the process of their activities such as limitations, dilemmas, and ruptures. The results of the study, first, examine the overlap of activity, labor, campaign, and life revealed through the exhaustion of and breakaway from activity; second, discusses the process of identification as “local youth activist” within policies and institutions; and third, focuses on the movements of local youths to continue their activities in different ways. This study views local youths as beings who are dynamically moving and active in the region rather than assuming they are entities that either leave or remain. This study is expected to deliver various stories and meanings that are born from the tangle of region, youths, and activities and establish understanding and knowledge of and reconfirm the meaning of activities by local youth activists.

교차하는 존재로서 동물-여성과 난잡한 돌봄

본 연구는 한국 사회에서 특정하게 재현되고 배치되어 온 동물-여성에 관해 주목한다. 구체적으로 길고양이와 캣맘을 중심으로 인간과 동물의 교차적 배치와 공생적 돌봄을 논의했다. 길고양이는 도시의 다른 어떤 동물보다 인간과 깊이 관계 맺고 있는 동물이다. 길고양이들과 긴밀한 관계를 맺고 있는 인간은 캣맘이다. 캣맘과 길고양이는 동물로서 여성, 여성으로서 동물로 서로를 체현한다. 이 글은 그들을 둘러싼 사회문화적 재현과 의미들을 살필 뿐 아니라 캣맘과 길고양이의 행위자성과 돌봄의 관계성을 다뤄보고자 했다. 이를 위해 교차성과 배치를 주요 개념으로 삼고, 다큐멘터리를 중심 연구대상으로 삼아 어떻게 교차적 존재로서 동물-되기를 실현하는지 분석했다. 또한 캣맘과 길고양이가 동물화되고 여성화된 몸으로서 상호의존하는 ‘난잡한 돌봄’을 보여주고 있으며 도시의 주변부에서 인간/동물 경계를 넘어서는 공동체를 생성하고 있음을 분석했다. This study delves into the unique phenomenon of the animal-woman that has emerged within Korean society. Specifically, it investigates the intersecting assemblage and symbiotic care between humans and animals, focusing on stray cats and their caretakes, referred to as “cat-moms”. Stray cats have a deeper relationship with humans than any other animal in the city, specifically, with cat-moms who form intimate bonds with stray cats. The cat-mom and the stray cat become intertwined, blurring the boundaries between womanhood and animality. This article examines the social and cultural representations and meanings surrounding cat-moms and stray cats. It also considers the relationship between their agency and caring. Therefore, an analysis is conducted on how becoming animals is realized as an intersectional existence by using intersectionality and assemblage as the main concepts, and “Don't Feed The Stray Cats”(2021) as the main subject for analysis. Furthermore, it was analyzed that cat-moms and stray cats, as embodiments of femininity and animality, engage in co-dependent care in which they rely on each other and create a community that transcends the human–animal boundary in the periphery of the city.

지속가능문화를 위한 지역의 역할과 과제- 문화21을 중심으로

Culture 21 is an international document of the United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) that systematically addresses the relationship between culture, citizenship, sustainability and emphasizes the cultural dimension of sustainable development. The Jeju World Cultural Summit(2017) emphasized the importance of regional role and cooperation for a sustainable culture by sharing experiences of culture 21. The purpose of this paper is to cross analyze on basic act on culture, cultural 21 documents and discuss role of local culture sustainable development. As a result of this study, culture 21 emphasized three themes: cultural rights, culture of sustainable development, and cultural governance. First, Ensuring that everyone enjoys the freedom of expression, the equality of cultural identities, and the right to participate in cultural life should be a fundamental and essential element of cultural policy. The role of local governments is paramount for cultural practices of cultural rights and sustainable development; further local governments should work with various stakeholders. Second, Jeju culture 21 content and local culture promotion act show that economic value and industry of local culture has been given priority rather than cultural democracy and cultural autonomy. For sustainable culture, regional cultural policy needs to be transformed into rights, diversity, governance and participation. Key words 문화21은 문화, 시민권, 지속가능성의 관계를 체계적으로 다루며 지속가능발전의 문화적 차원을 강조하는 세계지방정부연합의 국제문서다. 제주세계문화정상회의(2017) 에서 세계각지역이 문화21 실천경험을 공유하고, 지속가능문화를 위한 지역의 역할과협력의 중요성을 강조한 바 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 문화21 문서를 분석하여 지속가능문화를 위한 지역의 과제를 제시하는 것이다. 지속가능발전목표(SDGs)의 문화적 이행의 주체로서 지역이 갖는 의미를 살펴보면서 국내 지역문화정책이 지향해온 경제발전, 산업성장의 도구로서 문화 인식을 비판적으로 고찰하였다. 본 연구는 문화21과 함께 문화기본법, 지역문화진흥법과 관련된 국내외 협약문서, 법령, 기초연구 등 문서를 교차분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 문화21은 문화 권리, 지속가능발전문화, 문화 거버넌스세 가지 주제를 강조한다. 문화적 표현의 자유, 문화정체성의 평등, 문화적 삶에 참여하는 권리를 보장받는 것은 정책의 기본이자 필수 요소가 되어야 한다. 문화 권리, 지속가능발전의 문화적 실천을 위해 지방정부의 역할이 무엇보다 중요하며 다양한 영역의 이해관계자와 협력해야 한다. 둘째, 지역문화진흥법과 관련된 국내 지역문화정책의 문서들을 바탕으로 제주 문화21 실천 내용을 검토한 결과, 문화의 민주화, 문화산업 및 경제적 가치를 문화민주주의, 문화자치보다 우선시해왔다. 앞으로 지속가능문화를 위해 지역문화정책의 권리, 다양성, 공공, 참여로의 관점 전환과 문화자치의 실천이 필요하다.

A theoretical study for the linear free energy relationship of CH bond activation and the role of the axial ligand in cytochrome P450 model complexes

Hydrogen abstraction is essential for CH bond activation by Compound I in cytochrome P450 and is influenced by various factors, including spin states, bond dissociation energies of the CH and FeOH bonds, axial ligands, and quantum mechanical tunneling. The role of axial ligands has been extensively studied, but it is still not fully understood. To explore their role, we used density functional theory calculations to determine whether a linear free energy relationship is established for the hydrogen transfer reaction, according to changes in axial ligands. The B3LYP* functional exhibits a strong linear correlation, but the slopes are inconsistent with the characteristics of the transition state. Natural bond orbital analysis reveals no direct orbital interaction between axial ligands and the reaction center of hydrogen transfer. The electron‐donating orbitals of the axial ligands weaken the FeO bond, lowering the energy barrier, but they do not directly participate in the intrinsic hydrogen transfer. During the reaction, the FeO bond length increases significantly before the hydrogen transfer itself, generating an asynchronous shift in the bond orders, and most of the activation energy is used for the increase in the FeO bond rather than the hydrogen transfer itself. This study may explain why there is no apparent correlation between the rate constants and the FeO bond strength. 청년의 일상 문화정치는 어떻게 실천할 수 있는가

촛불시민 민주주의 진행 과정에서 대학생의 참여는 그들의 일상에 당면한 문제인 입시부정과 관련된 ‘공공교육 불신’이 공분을 사면서 시국선언으로 이어지게 만들었다. 이글은 ‘여기 청년도 있다’고 목소리 냈던 시국선언이 청년의 일상에 닿아있는 입시부정과어떻게 구체화되었는지 알아보고자 했다. 지역 대학(원)생 3명의 면담자료와 그들이 작성한 시국선언문, 대자보, sns, 사진, 영상 등을 수집하여 질적 내용 분석하였다. 왜 어떻게 시국선언에 참여했고 시국선언을 통해 무엇을 말하고자 하였는지 그리고 시국선언의경험이 일상에 남긴 것은 무엇인지를 물었다. 청년들은 대구경북 지역 대학생이며 지역표상으로서의 보수라는 이미지가 자신이 시국선언을 하는데 어떻게 작용했는지 해체하였다. 그것은 불안감과 두려움, 저항심과 분노라는 이중적 감정으로 표출되었다. 또한 대학내에서 교수-학생의 위계적 구조, 총학생회와의 대립, 지방대학생의 위치성도 시국선언의 경험에서 드러냈다. 둘째, 시국선언 이후의 경험과 감정들을 논의하면서 참여자들은자신의 일상을 해체하고 재구성하는 방식을 취하고 있었다. 두려움과 불안감을 공감을통해 극복하거나, 말의 행위를 통해 자신이 당면한 사회문제에 대한 발언의 자격 부여, 스스로 객체에서 주체로 변화하고 성장하는 계기로 삼았다. 나에서 우리의 문제로 확장하고 있는 일상의 문화정치를 만들어가고 있다. This article discussed to experience the Declaration affair in young adult. We conducted to how young people vocal experiences can be extended to cultural politics in their lives. We interviewed 3 college students for data collection and various documents such as declaration, auto-ethnography, sns, photo, and video. Young people from college students in Gyeongbuk and Daegu, and how the image of conservative representation as a local acted in the declaration of social affair. It was expressed by dual feelings of anxiety, fear, resistance and anger. In addition, within the university, the hierarchical structure of the professor-student, the confrontation with the total student body, and the location of the local college students were revealed in their experience of declaring the city. Participants discussed the experiences and feelings after the declaration of affair, and participants were taking the form of dismantling and restructuring their daily lives.

공동체를 다르게 사유하기: 교차성과 탈정체화를 중심으로

In this study, we attempted to reflectively discuss the ambivalence of the community and the (im)possibility of its practice. Accordingly, the concepts of ‘intersectionality’ and ‘de-identification’ were examined. This article aimed to expand discussions of the community with the interaction and supplementary discussion of these two concepts. To do so, a philosophical concept of Jacques Rancière was explored, and the essentialist epistemology of identity was critically examined. This article critically reviewed the logic of identification that defines the normality and universality inherent in the Arkhe Community, which acquired harmony by pushing and excluding “minority,” and discussed the practice and limitations of identity politics that emerged as a resistance to logic of identification. The main contents of intersectionality theory and practice have been read as Rancière’s political subjectivization, which is another name for de- identification. Focusing on the practical thoughts of black feminists, it has been examined how they have deviated from the logic of identity and the meaning of a common place in the conflict that emerges as an impossible identification with others. Intersectionality politics is similar to the politics of deidentification, where the share allocated based on order of security is often discordant. Based on these discussions, this article aimed to provide a starting point for discussing the “community of dissensus and disagreement” 이 글은 공동체의 양가성과 그 실천의 불/가능성을 성찰적으로 논의 하고자 했다. 이에 교차성과 탈정체화 개념을 탐구했다. 이 글의 목적은 두 개념의 상호작용 및 보충적인 논의로 공동체에 관한 논의의 지평을 확장하는 것 이다. 이를 위해 자크 랑시에르의 철학적 개념을 탐구하며, 정체성에 관한 본질주의적 인식론을 비판적으로 살펴봤다. 타자를 밀어내고 배제함으로써 조화를 획득한 아르케 공동체, 그에 내재된 정상성과 보편성을 규정하는 정체화의 논리를 비판적으로 검토하고 이에 대한 저항으로 출현한 정체성 정치의 실천과 딜레마를 논의했다. 이어서 정체성 정치가 왜, 어떤 의미에서 한계점을 갖는지 살펴보고 차이의 정치학으로서 교차성 이론 과 실천을 검토했다. 그럼으로써 교차성이 공동체에 관한 논의에 어떤 새로운 이론적 단 초를 제공하는지 탐구했다. 그리고 교차성 이론과 실천을 랑시에르의 정치적 주체화, 즉 탈정체화로 읽어내고자 했다. 흑인 페미니스트들의 실천적 사유를 중심으로 그들이 정 체화의 논리를 어떤 방식으로 벗어나는지, 타자와의 불가능한 동일시로 출현하는 계쟁 의 공통 장소는 어떤 의미를 갖는지 살펴봤다. 교차성의 실천은 치안의 질서에 따라 배 분된 몫에 대해 불화하는 탈정체화의 정치와 같다. 이 글은 이러한 논의를 바탕으로, 교 차적이고 횡단적인 사유에서 ‘불화와 불일치의 공동체’를 논의할 수 있는 출발점을 마련 하고자 한다.
