In terms of reinforcing the functions and services of rescue 119 and emergency corps, we must review the following considerations : Building up security system along with operational expansion, building up a system for emergency medical treatment, buliding up a comprehensive information management system for rescue and emergency, constructing a provincial safety museum and so forth. For the ways to better the works of rescue 119, we can review the following considerations : Improving the education for fire fighting trainging corps under Jeju Provicial Fire and disaster management department, providing rescue members with more opportunity for clinical practices, enhancing the morale of rescue members, installing a comprehensive briefing room for emergency rescue members, building up medical networks along with reasonable policies for information service, operating the consulting system for rescue 119 and so on. Provide little more superior quality high fire fighting service to jeju islander, and need long-term and elaborate research to correspond in rising fire fighting man-power demand newly and investment. Construction of well-matched disaster administration system is assignment that must hurry in international free city. That jejudo receives time factor about that is received for another thing area's number of persons or equipment when regional special quality large scale or disaster happens is that of course the support receives limitation immediately. 트리 네트워크에서의 최소 정보전달시간

본 논문에서는 주어진 tree network에서 각 edge에서의 정보전달 시간이 각각 다를 때, root로 부터 다른 모든 vertex에 정보를 전달하는 최소 시간을 구하는 문제를 다룬다. 최적해에 대한 충분 조건을 구하고 간단한 해법을 제시한다. This paper deals with the problem of determining the minimum broadcasting time required to broadcast a message originated at the root vertex to all other vertices in a given tree which allows different transmission times on edges. A sufficient condition for the optimal sequence of calling its son vertices at a vertex is derived. Based on this condition, a simple procedure which determines the minimum broadcasting time of the root, is presented.

인터넷 기반의 주문처리시스템

본 연구에서는 기업간 상거래에서 주문업무의 처리를 위해, 기존의 fax 또는 VAN에 의한 방법을 인터넷을 통한 Web 기반에서 이루어지는 기업간 전자상거래 방안을 제시한다. 또한 주문과 관련된 영업활동에서 발생되는 각각의 문제들을 정의하고 해결방안을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 제시된 주문처리 방안을 적용하기 위해 주문생산 환경을 가진 H사의 flange제품을 대상으로 프로토타입 시스템(prototype system)을 구현한다. 이를 통해 인터넷을 통한 주문처리 업무의 효율적인 처리 방법을 보여준다.

수주생산방식에서 생산정보시스템 설계방법에 관한 사례연구

This paper deals with the design of the manufacturing information system which is able to respond rapidly to various requirements of customers in make-to-order environment. The system is required to maintain a consistent flow of information from the start to the end. For this, we adopt an approach based on Information Engineering (IE) methodology, which consists of four stages: planning, analysis, basic design, and detail design. The first is a planing stage which establishes a project goal and organizes a project team. In the second stage, current activities are analyzed and problems are defined. The basic design is accomplished in the third stage, where a project scope is defined and an overall feature of the new system is presented. And then, in the last stage, the operation plan of each subsystem is drawn up in detail and all subsystems are integrated. This study applies the methodology to the case of H company and focuses on designing forms which are easy-to-write, easy-to-understand, and field-oriented. These forms are interrelated and can be used for systematic analysis and design. By applying them to the system design, we have obtained effect of reducing cost and time.

근막이완 기법과 심부 근육 마사지가 운동 후 체내 생리적, 심리적 회복에 미치는 영향 분석

The study investigated the most effect management for delay onset of muscle soreness(DOMS) and psychological stability by comparison between myofascial release technique(MR technique) and deep tissue massage(DT massage). Fifteen young males who performed strength exercise by weight lifting were divided into MR technique(n=5), DT massage(n=5) and control group(CG, n=5). Each therapeutic procedure was done twice at a week after training and visual analogue scale(VAS) of DOMS at 24 hours and 48 hours after training were checked, respectively. After 4 weeks, flexibility, muscle size and psychological effect on anxiety, depression, stress and sleep quality of each groups were evaluated. The results of the difference between before and after the treatment are as follows. For DOMS and flexibility, DT massage was most effective for relieving soreness(p=.016). DT massage and MF technique showed more effective in providing psychological stability compared with CG(p<.001). No significant differences were found between three groups on muscle size increase. In between three groups, DT massage is most effective on DOMS and psychological stability.

증례 : 소화기 ; 병리조직학적으로 진단된 부분적 자발 퇴행 간암 환자 1예

54세 남자 환자가 건강 검진에서 간 내 종괴를 진단받았다. 영상학적 소견 및 만성 B형간염 병력을 고려하여 간암으로 임상적으로 진단되었으나 개인적인 이유로 치료를 연기 하였고 5개월 후 다시 검사를 시행하였다. 역동적 복부 자기 공명영상에서 60% 이상 부피가 감소하여 간우엽 절제술을 시행하였고 병리조직학적 검사에서 간암으로 확진되었다. 부분적 자발 퇴행 간암은 다른 간암에 비해 림프구, 특히 CD4+ T 림프구 침윤이 많았으며 CD4+ T 림프구가 자발성 퇴행에 미치는 영향은 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료 된다. Spontaneous regression of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is extremely rare, and dozens of cases have been reported in the literature. In this report, we present a case of pathologically confirmed HCC that partially regressed without medical intervention. A 54-year-old Korean male with chronic hepatitis B had a hepatic mass detected by abdominal ultrasonography during a routine visit. A clinical diagnosis of HCC was made after measuring serum α-fetoprotein levels followed by dynamic computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. The patient delayed surgical resection; however, after 5 months, the size of the HCC decreased from 3.2 to 1.0 cm in diameter without any treatment. At that time the mass was surgically resected. Histopathology confirmed that the hepatic mass was consistent with partially regressed HCC and showed more intra- and peri-tumoral lymphocytes consisting of greater CD4+ T cell infiltration than what is normally seen in resected HCC. 낙동벼(Oryza sativa L.)로부터 유도된 엽록소 돌연변이체의 특성

인위 돌연변이 유기에 의해 벼로 부터 새로운 유전형질체를 개발하기 위하여 낙동벼(모품종)에서 고정된 엽록소 결핍계통(ch mutant)을 선발하였다. 이 계통은 생육초기 부터 엽록소 결핍으로 정상엽에 비하여 노란색을 나타내기 때문에 엽록소의 광합성 관여 유전자탐색에 이용가능하다. ch mutant는 전 생육기간 동안 모품종의 51~87% 정도의 엽록소 함량을 보였으나 엽록소 a/b 함량비는 차이가 없었다. ch mutant의 총 엽록소 함량은 모품종의 70.2%였으며 anthocyanin 함량과 flavonol 함량은 각각 285%와 142%로 높은 함량비를 나타냈다. ch mutant의 카로티노이드 함량은 모 품종의 71.1%였고, 크산토필 함량은 56.6%였다. 특히 카로티노이드성분 중 lutein과 neoaxanthin 함량은 각각 모품종의 32%와 34.4%로 매우 낮았으며, β-카로틴은 차이가 없으나 antheraxznthin 함량은 106.9% 오히려 증가하였다. 개엽상태에서나 군락상태에서 ch mutant의 반사율과 투과율은 모두 모품종에 비하여 높아 광흡수량은 저하되었다. ch mutant 는 모품종에 비하여 출수기가 5일 늦고 간장, 수장, 주당수수, 수당 엽수, 임실율, 천립중 및 수량에서 감소하였다. chmutant와 모품종은 esterase, phosphoglucose isomerase, malic enzyme, hexokinase 동위효소의 밴드패턴에서 유의할만한 차이를 나타내지 않았으나 엽록체 단백질의 경우 주요밴드인 60KD의 분자량에서 차이를 보였다. Chlorina(ch) mutant, the chlorophyll-deficiency strain was induced from the original rice called Nagdongbyeo(Oryza sativa L.). The present study have been undertaken to characterize chlorina mutant by comparing with the original relating to physiological and biochemical properties. The chlorina mutant would be useful as a strain to detect genes involved with chlorophyll deficiency because of yellow color development in early stage of growth. a/b content ratio of chlorophyll in the ch mutant was identical with the original in all growth period but total chlorophyll contents were only 70.2% of the original. Anthocyanin and flavonol of ch mutant were remarkably increased to 285 and 142% respectively. Also the contents of carotenoids and xanthophylls in ch mutant were given 71.7 and 56.5% of the original respectively. In case of carotenoid lutein and neoxanthin decreased to 32 and 34.4%, respectively but antheranthins increased to 106.7%. β-Carotene content was the same as the original. In the individual or community condition, the reflexibility and transmission was increased in ch mutant than those in original but absortivity decreased. The earing season of ch mutant was five days late as compared to origianl ; in addition, culm and panicle length, number of panicle per hill and spikelets per panicle ripened grain ratio, 1,000-grain weight and yield decreased. Any significant difference was not observed in the pattern of isozyme such as esterase, phosphoglucose isomerase, malic enzyme and hexokinase. But the total protein pattern of chloroplast was remarkably different from each other.
