2019 개정 누리과정 시행을 위한 교사 전문성 제고 방안

2019 개정 누리과정의 시행을 앞두고 현장의 안착을 위한 교사의 전문성과 자율성은 무엇보다 중요해졌다. 이를 위해 교육부와 보건복지부는 12월을 목표로 원장(감)과 교사 대상 연수를 진행하고 있다. 일회적인 연수에 그치지 않도록 컨설팅을 지원하며 관련 인력도 양성한 상태이다. 본 고에서는 간략히 컨설팅의 과정을 소개하여 이해를 돕고자 하였으며, 2020년 3월 현장 안착을 위해 각 유치원과 어린이 집에서 준비할 사항들을 시범 기관의 사례를 기초로 작성하여 제시하였다.

한국 여성의 일과 가정균형과 삶의 만족도

This study examines how housework stress affects the life satisfaction of married working women, and analyzes how work and family relates to women's life satisfaction in general. In particular, it analyzes the correlations between sexual role attitudes perceived by married working women, work-to-family spillover, family-to-work spillover, marital intimacy and life satisfaction in terms of work, family, individual. The results show indeed that women's work-family conflict has an effect on life satisfaction along with a mediating effect of marital intimacy. While work-to-family and family-to-work spillover had a positive effect on personal life satisfaction, both had negatively affected job satisfaction. In terms of attitudes towards work, family, and gender roles, there was a positive spillover between work and family. 이 연구는 기혼 직장인 여성의 가사노동 스트레스가 삶의 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 주며, 여성의 삶의 만족도에서 일과 가정이 어떤 영향을 주는지 한국여성정책연구원의 2018년 제7차년도 <여성가족패널조사>로 분석하였다. 성역할 태도, 일가정 전이, 가정일 전이, 삶의 만족과의 관계를 피어슨 상관계수로 분석하며 회귀분석과 프로세스 매크로로 부부 친밀감의 매개효과를 검증했다. 연구 결과, 일, 가정, 성 역할 태도에서 일가정으로 긍정적 전이가 나타나 일과 가정이 상호 균형적으로 운영될 때 삶의 질이 높아질 수 있어 가정에서의 지지와 이해가 중요함을 보여주었다. 또한, 남편의 지지가 높을수록 직무만족과 가정생활 만족, 개인생활 만족이 높아져 배우자 지지의 중요성을 보여주었으며, 직무 만족도가 높을수록 가정생활의 만족이 높아져 기업 성과 차원에서도 일과 가정의 균형을 추구하는 사회정책이 중요함을 알 수 있다.

건강기능식품의 소비자 보고현황 및 모니터링을 통한 정책효과 분석

The purpose of this study was to explore the policy effect through the analysis of consumer report and terminology use monitoring of Health Functional Food. The major findings as follows; as a result of consumer report analysis, Health functional food policy can influence in consumerism aspects positively. As a result of broadcasting monitoring, it is considered they didn't sharply distinguish 'Health functional food' from 'Health food'. In order to establish the law on Health Functional Food in its early stage and sound distribution' sales basis, raise the recognition of businessmen and provide the proper information to the customers, it is urgent to make public appropriately the relevant system operating by the law related to Health Functional Food to each businessman.

미술치료 회기에서 다뤄진 내담자의 미술작업에 대한 미술치료사의 체험연구

The purpose of this study is to describe and explore the experiences of therapists during art sessions in dealing with clients’ artworks. This study followed Max van Manen’s hermeneutical phenomenological research method. A total of 13 art therapists who have acquired master’s degrees or above in art therapy participated in this study. The data for this study was collected from May to December 2016. As a result, eight essential the me sand 23 sub-themes were derived and examined. The four primary conclusions are as follows. First, art therapists communicate with clients through their artworks, which are the language of the clients use; as a result, therapists experience a better understanding of their clients. Second, art therapists experience the therapeutic advantages of artworks. Art therapists apply this experience to their upcoming sessions and discover the growth of their clients. Third, art therapists notice how their life experiences influence the way they work with the clients’ artworks; in turn, the experience the therapists gained from working with the clients’ artworks influenced the lives of the art therapists. Fourth, as the therapists go through the continuous training necessary for dealing with clients’ artwork, they gain capabilities to lead art therapy flexibly, experiencing their own growth as art therapists. 본 연구의 목적은 미술치료학 전공의 석사학위를 취득한 미술치료사가 미술치료 회기에서 내담자의 미술작업을 다루면서 체험하는 내용들을 기술하고, 그들의 체험을 탐구하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 Max van Manen의 해석학적 현상학적 연구 방법을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 연구 참여자는 미술치료학 전공 석사학위 이상의 취득자로 총 13명이다. 2016년 5월부터 12월에 걸쳐 진행된 자료 수집을 토대로 총 8개의 대주제와 23개의 하위주제로 도출하였으며, 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술치료 회기에서 미술치료사는 내담자의 언어인 미술작업을 접하면서 내담자와 소통하며 내담자에 대한 이해가 점점 깊어지는 체험을 한다. 둘째, 미술치료사는 내담자가 미술작업을 통해 심리적인 어려움을 시각화하여 탐색하고, 내면의 쌓인 감정을 해소하는 등 미술작업이 가지고 있는 치료적인 이점들을 생생하게 체험하며, 이를 통해 내담자가 성장해가는 것을 느낀다. 셋째, 미술치료사는 자신의 삶의 경험이 내담자의 미술작업을 다루는 과정에 영향을 주며, 역으로 내담자의 미술작업을 다루는 과정에서 겪는 경험 또한 미술치료사의 삶으로 이어지는 것을 체험한다. 넷째, 미술치료사는 내담자의 미술작업을 다루는데 필요한 훈련을 지속적으로 받으면서 내담자와 미술치료 환경에 따라 유연하게 미술치료를 이끌어 가며 미술치료사로서 성숙되어 감을 체험한다.

네덜란드의 육아지원 정책: 시간제 일자리 활성화에 따른 시간제 이용 구축

아이 키우며 일 하기 좋은 나라 네덜란드는 양질의 시간제 일자리 창출을 통해 부모가 함께 자녀를 양육할 수 있는 기초를 마련하였고, 임신ㆍ출산부터 육아에 이르기까지 모든 유형의 가족이 국가로부터 자녀 양육 지원을 형평성있게 받을 수 있도록 설계하고 있다. 4세부터 초등학교에 취학하여 무상 교육을 받을 수 있으며 5세부터 정식 의무교육에 포함된다. 4세 이전과 이후로 나누어 다양한 유형의 보육 서비스가 지원되며, 가족 수입, 자녀 수, 이용시간에 따라 이용비용이 차등 지원되는 점도 특징이다. 출산율 제고를 위한 네덜란드의 노력을 통해 우리나라의 육아지원 정책의 시사점을 얻을 수 있다.

Objectives: Digital media literacy has been recognized internationally as an important competence. The 2022 Revised Curriculum for elementary and secondary education reflects digital media literacy as an essential competency for democratic citizenship. While the global trend suggests early childhood as the time for commencing digital media literacy education, the related elements are not specifically contained in the Korean national early childhood curriculum (Nuri Curriculum). The purpose of the current study is to propose a direction for revision of the Nuri Curriculum by comparatively analyzing the educational expectations, structures, and contents related to digital media literacy in early childhood curricula in Finland, Canada(Ontario), and Australia. Methods: Finland, Canada, and Australia implement lifetime media literacy education and systematically include media literacy in national level early childhood curricula. Educational expectations, structures, and contents related to digital and media literacy were analyzed according to media literacy and related skills and elements. Results: First, the educational expectations from international early childhood education curricula reflects digital and media literacy competency. Second, the international curricula suggest active online safety in ways such as participating in a safe, media-friendly environment. Finally, the international curricula encourage active development of digital literacy by suggesting diverse ways of using media. Conclusion: For digital media literacy development in early childhood, the elements of digital media literacy should be more specifically contained in the national level curriculum. Considering the change in the 2022 Revised Curriculum and global trend, it is necessary to reflect competencies in digital media literacy comprehensively in the Nuri Curriculum.
