        교사의 관점에서 본 학부모의 소비자 주권적 태도와 그에 따른 교사의 위축 및 정체성변화

        This study aims to comprehend teachers' difficulties they experience in the relationship between teachers and parents in the neoliberal context. Two research questions are raised here. First, as parents have recognized themselves as educational consumers, how have the parents' demands on schools and teachers been changed? Second, as parents have shown the attitude of consumerism, how have the teachers reacted? What change has been made in teachers' identity? The results of in-depth interview are as followings. (1) Parents required services that they wanted confidently to the school. Also, they claimed that teachers should take over parents roles and even caring regarded as home's obligations. Moreover, parents as educational consumers would evaluate the quality of service which teachers provided to children. Besides, parents blamed teachers for teachers' allegedly "inappropriate" behavior known by their children, and called teachers to account. They used power of the principal and department of education as well as combine power among parents to press teachers. When teachers of an educational provider face parents of educational consumer, they would experience change of attitude and identity. (2) Teachers tend to feel withdrawn from the education activities and deliver the minimum education within the framework of the law by going through stress, emotional labor and burn-out. Teachers tend to perceive their roles as a service representative, customer consultant, care worker, academy teacher and sometimes, civil affairs official. In conclusion, as the 'commercial' relation between consumers and providers was applied to the previous 'educational' relation between parents and teachers in terms of neoliberlism, it seems to have brought about the new relation which they didn't experience. We should thoroughly examine whether parents' excessive demand and dissatisfaction, inappropriate pressure on teachers and control of them, and the consequential exhaustion of emotion and change of identity are appropriate in terms of educational policy. Most of all, we need to consider how the establishment of the new relation has had effects on whole education for children with reflection

        흉부 둔상 환자에서 초음파를 이용한 기흉의 진단

        P u r p o s e: This study was conducted to determine the accuracy of ultrasonography (US) in the detection of a traumatic pneumothorax. M e t h o d s: We prospectively evaluated thoracic US for the detection of a pneumothorax in blunt thoracic trauma patients. The presence of “lung sliding”and “comet tail” artifacts were determined in patients by using ultrasound before radiologic verification of a pneumothorax by residents and attending physicians of the emergency department who had been instructed in thoracic ultrasound. Finally, the diagnosis of a pneumothorax was confirmed by using chest computed tomography (CT). R e s u l t s: Forty nine patients were enrolled in this study. Twenty-five of the 49 patients had a pneumothorax at chest CT, and for 24 patients, the pneumothoraces had been detected at thoracic US and for 13 patients, they were seen at supine chest radiography. The sensitivity and the specificity of US were 96% and 92%, relatively the positive predictive value was 92%, and the negative predictive value was 96%. The sign of disappearance of“ lung sliding”ha d a sensitivity and negative predictive value of 100% and a specificity of 88% for the diagnosis of a pneumothorax. The absence sign of a“ comet tail”artifact had a specificity and positive predictive value of 100%, and a sensitivity of 95% for the diagnosis of a pneumothorax. C o n c l u s i o n: In this study, US was more sensitive than supine chest AP view in the detection of a traumatic pneumothorax. Thoracic US is a reliable method for the detection of a pneumothorax and should be added to the currently performed FAST examination in trauma cases.

        모-태아상호작용 신념과 모-태아상호작용

        Purposes: The purposes of this descriptive survey study were to describe levels of Maternal-Fetal Interaction Belief and Maternal-Fetal Interaction, and to define their correlation. Method: Data were collected from 273 pregnant women who visited one public health center and OB/GY clinic in Gangneung city. The instrument used for this study was a self-report questionnaire that included the Maternal-Fetal Interaction Belief scale(MFIBS) and maternal-fetal interaction. Results: The mean scores for maternal-fetal interaction belief and maternal-fetal interaction were 107.41±15.67 and 31.75±5.92 respectively. For maternal-fetal interaction belief, there were significant differences according to education, religion, income, feeding plan, marriage satisfaction, family support, and husband's love. For maternal-fetal interaction, there were significant differences according to mother's age, period of pregnancy, marriage satisfaction, family support, husband's love. There was a correlation between maternal-fetal interaction belief and maternal-fetal interaction. Conclusion: Maternal-fetal interaction belief is related to increase in maternal-fetal interaction and fetal development. It is essential to develop a maternal-fetal interaction program that includes maternal-fetal interaction belief.

        학생 창안 역할놀이 비유 활동을 통한 생명과학 "방어 작용" 단원 교수, 학습 프로그램 개발 및 적용

        The purpose of this study is to develop and apply the instruction program for the "defense action" chapter in life scienceⅠutilizing student generated role-playing analogy, to examine how the program influence students' motivation, and to see students' perception. Research classes were conducted: A teacher explained target concept, students conducted roleplay based on the immunity processes. The students found differences and commonalities between analogies and target conceptes while students discussed generated role-playing analogy and teacher gave the feedback to them. The effectiveness of the instruction program was examined through predicative immunity concept test, science learning motivation test, survey, and interview. Two classes of 10th grade at a high school in Chung-buk were assigned to the control and the treatment group and taught about "defense action" chapter for 6 class hours. Student generated role-playing analogy instruction was provided to the treatment group (38 students). The traditional instruction was provided to the control group (38 students). The conclusion drawn from this research was as follows: First, the students visualized and understood the abstract immunity concepts and the complex immunity processes through the instruction program. Second, the students were motivated by making analogies and their expectation and goal for their learning were increased through student-generated role-playing analogies. Third, as a result of the survey and interview, it was found that the interest of the students in immunity was increased through student-generated role-playing analogies and the immunity processes were able to be applied into social life. Before the class, they thought the "defense action" chapter was a difficult lesson to learn, but they changed the perception later. In other words, the instruction program for the "defense action" chapter in life scienceⅠ utilizing student generated role-playing analogy can be provided to enhance understanding of abstract concept and was proposed to develop immunity concept class for the first time in Korea.

        구성주의를 활용한 일러스트레이터 프로그램 학습효과 증대 방안 연구 -자기주도적 캐릭터 개발을 중심으로-

        The present study investigated a method to increase learning effects of the drawing program, Illustrator, in design majors based on the constructivist learning theory of learner-oriented education. To be specific, this study focused on characters of students’ own developing and creating to maximize participants’ interest and motivation on the basis of the constructivist learning theory. As for the instruction method used to help create characters, this study adopted the constructivist perspectives and properly applied self-directed learning and collaborative learning approaches. Through these approaches, students were found to complete characters to the best of their abilities with confidence by creating personalized characters, not by performing uniform assignments. Also, the collaborative learning between students formed natural mentor-mentee relationships, leading to win-win skill improvement. The findings regarding the learning method based on the constructivist learning theory adopted here will be conducive to developing design by helping design majors with learning in relation to design practice subjects. 학습자 중심 교육인 구성주의 학습 이론을 근거로 디자인학과 전공실습에 필요한 드로잉 프로그램인 일러스트레이터의 효과적인 학습 증대 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 수업 방법으로는 구성주의 이론을 바탕으로 참여 학생들의 동기부여와 흥미를 최대화 하기 위해 학생 자신의 캐릭터를 개발 제작해보았다. 캐릭터 제작 수업방식은 구성주의적 관점을 도입하여 자기주도적 학습과 협력학습을 적절하게 운용하였다. 이를 통해 학생들은 일률적인 실습 과제가 아닌 각자 개인별 수준에 맞는 맞춤식 캐릭터 제작을 통해 더욱 자신감을 가지고 자신의 능력에 최대한 맞는 캐릭터 작품을 완성하게 되었다. 또한 학생들 간의 상호협력학습으로 자연스러운 멘토-멘티 관계를 형성하여 서로의 실력을 향상시키는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구는 디자인 실습 교과목에서 구성주의 학습이론을 근간으로 하는 학습 방법이 디자인 전공학생들의 학습에 도움이 되어 디자인 발전에 기여하기를 기대한다.

        전통 민화를 활용한 벽지디자인 패턴 개발 연구

        Folk-painting tradition of the folk cultures was a beautiful and emotional practical art, in which our nation and our fathers freely express their desire in their everyday lives. Theoretical study of the Folk-painting and folk cultures as a representative of our nation through the lives of ordinary people and practicality is showing a lot in common with today's most popular artists in terms of practical art and design field. For this reason, folk-painting is reinterpreting from various design disciplines, and the number of cases that have creatively utilized is growing. Among them, the most typical areas to drag it into our everyday is the wallpaper, which is advancing the field of interior design now. However, most existing developed folk-painting wallpaper design is a limit that does not deviate from the Korean traditional painting techniques of existing Realistic a production techniques in spite of a modern reinterpretation. In this paper we developed the pattern of point wallpaper design of homes the bedroom on ways of using folk-painting tradition for providing sufficient recreational space in today's rapidly changing and competitive world. The motifs was extracted in Moran Pictures, Grass and insects pictures to express symbolically peace and love of a couple. Extracted symbolic motifs moved away from realistic representation of contemporary Korean art, reinterpreted as a concise and simplified, linear pattern, and used computer graphics drawing program, Through this, we can produce the patterns of wallpaper design meeting modern aesthetics and emotion. And our excellent traditional folk culture continues to research and develop in a variety as a modern design material. In addition, this study means to diverse wallpaper design, succeed evolutionary traditional culture, and hopes our traditional culture is intended as a global culture. 민화는 우리민족의 전통서민 문화를 대표하며 우리 선조들이 일상에서 바라던 소망을 자유롭게 표현하여 서민들의 생활을 정서적으로 아름답고 풍요롭게 해주던 실용화이었다. 본 연구는 민화의 이론적 고찰을 통해 우리 민족의 대표적 서민문화로서 서민들의 생활과 실용성을 바탕으로 표현되어온 실용예술이라는 점에서 오늘날 대중예술인 디자인분야와 매우 공통점이 많다는 점을 파악하게 되었다. 이에 여러 디자인 분야에서 민화를 재해석하고, 창조적으로 활용하는 사례들이 늘어나고 있다. 그 가운데 가장 대표적인 분야가 민화를 우리의 일상 속으로 끌어와 현대적이며 대중적으로 발전시켜 나가고 있는 실내 벽지 디자인 분야이다. 그러나 대부분의 기존 개발된 민화 벽지 디자인은 현대적으로 재해석했다고는 하나 기존의 사실적인 제작기법이 한국화기법을 크게 벗어나지 못하는 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 논문은 민화를 활용하여 현대적 발전 방안을 모색하고 오늘날 빠르게 변화하는 초고속 경쟁사회에서 우리 현대인들의 삶에 충분한 휴식공간을 제공할 수 있다는 생각으로 가정 내 침실용 포인트 벽지 디자인의 패턴을 개발하였다. 민화 중에서 부부의 화목과 사랑을 상징적으로 표현하는 모란도, 초충도 작품에서 모티브를 추출하였다. 추출된 상징적 모티브를 기존의 제작기법인 사실적인 한국화 표현기법에서 탈피하여 현대적 감각에 맞게 간결하고 단순화된 선형 패턴으로 재해석하고 컴퓨터그래픽 드로잉 프로그램인 일러스트레이터를 활용하여 현대인들의 미적 감각과 정서에 부합되는 포인트 벽지 디자인의 패턴을 연구 제작하였다. 이에 우리의 우수한 전통문화인 민화가 현대적 디자인의 소재로 다양한 연구 개발이 지속적으로 이어져가길 바란다. 또한 본 연구는 벽지 디자인의 다양화, 전통문화의 발전적 계승, 가장 한국적인 문화가 세계적인 문화로서 발전되기를 궁극적 목적으로 한다.

      • 강릉지역 4년제 간호학과 학생들의 스트레스 정도와 그에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify the stress response of nursing student and it's related factor. The study design was a descriptive study. Data were collected 144 students during the period from November to December. The symptoms of stress scale(SOS) was used to identify stress responses. SOS included a variety of stress-related symptoms, including peripheral manifestation, cardiopulmonary symptoms, central-neurological symptoms, gastro-intestinal symptoms, muscle tention, habitual patterns, depression, anxiety, emotional irritability and cognitive disorganization. The results are as follows : 1.The total mean SOS of all subjects(N=144) was 1.21; peripheral manifestation 1.13, cardiopulmonary symptoms 0.90, central-neurological symptoms1.11, gastro-intestinal symptoms 1.28, muscle tension 0.96, habitual patterns 1.05, depression 1.56, anxiety 1.26, emotional irritability 1.35 and cognitive disorganization 1.40. 2.Between high grade and low grade, The total mean of SOS is not significantly different. But the level of symptoms for emotional irritability is significantly different(P<.05). 3.The total mean of SOS was found significantly related to health status and priority of candidate for nursing. 4.First stressor of nursing students is test, second stressor is employment, third stressor is nurse certification test. And the rest of them ordered report, practice, peer relationship, economic status.
