        400 kHz 페라이트 유도 결합 플라즈마를 위한 임피던스 매칭 네트워크

        Low frequency (400 kHz) Ferrite ICP has been proposed for large area processing. Because the coupling coefficient is close to 1, the transformer matching can be adapted to Ferrite ICP. The transformer matching system is simple. In this paper the new matching system by controlling the turns of transformer using relays is proposed for impedance matching. We developed a simple matching system and characterized it when the turns were changed. It was observed that the 2-channel relay is available for transformer matching.

        Zebrafish 동물모델에서 human HtrA2의 expression system 정립에 관한 연구

        Mitochondrial serine protease로 알려진 human HtrA2 (hHtrA2)는 apoptosis 유도 과정에서 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 hHtrA2가 motor neuron degeneration과 관련이 있다는 최근 연구 결과가 있으나, hHtrA2의 생리적 기능은 아직 명확하게 밝혀져 있지 않다. 이와 같이 생체내에서 필수적인 업무를 담당하는 hHtrA2의 기능을 심도 있게 연구하기 위해서는 적절한 동물모델 시스템이 필요하나 이에 대한 연구도 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 hHtrA2의 기능 분석을 위한 기본적인 실험으로 zebrafish라는 동물모델을 선택하여 hHtrA2의 발현 시스템을 정립하였다. 먼저 zebrafish에 hHtrA2를 발현시키기 위하여 zebrafish에서 일반적으로 사용되는 발현 시스템인 pCS2+ vector에 hHtrA2와 GFP를 cloning하고 plasmid를 HEK293 cell에 transfection한 후, hHtrA2-GFP fusion 단백질의 발현을 immunoblot과 immunofluorescence staining assay로 확인한 바 약 64 kDa의 hHtrA2 단백질의 발현을 확인할 수 있었다. Zebrafish에서 hHtrA2-GFP fusion 단백질의 발현양상은 immunofluorescence microscope으로 확인하였다. hHtrA2-GFP DNA와 mRNA를 zebrafish embyro에 microinjection하여 두 가지 component의 발현을 비교 분석한 결과, DNA는 dot 형태로 mRNA는 몸 전체에 퍼져보이는 형태로 발현 양상의 차이는 있었으나 둘 다 zebrafish embryo에서 잘 발현되는 것을 알 수 있다. 다음 DNA를 주 component로 microinjection하여 zebrafish embryo에서 발현을 확인한 결과 hHtrA2는 72 hpf 까지 발현이 지속되는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 정립한 hHtrA2의 zebrafish 발현 조건은 앞으로 zebrafish에서 hHtrA2의 생리적 기능을 심도있고 정확하게 연구하는 데 있어 기본적인 자료로 활용 할 수 있을 것이다. HtrA2/Omi, a mitochondrial trypsin-like serine protease, is pivotal in regulating apoptotic cell death. Several lines of recent evidence suggest that HtrA2 is associated with the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative disorders; however, the physiological function of HtrA2 still remains elusive. For studying physiological function of HtrA2 in depth, it is necessary to develop a suitable expression system in the model animal. We therefore utilized the zebrafish as a model animal to establish expression of human HtrA2 (hHtrA2) in vivo. For expression of mature HtrA2 as GFP fusion in zebrafish embryos, the HtrA2 (WT) or (S306A) cDNAs with the C-terminal GFP tag were inserted into the pCS2+ plasmid. Expression patterns of HtrA2 in HEK293 cells were first monitored by immunofluorescence staining and immunoblot assays, showing approximately 64 kDa of the HtrA2-GFP fusion proteins. Subsequently, the hHtrA2 plasmid DNA or in vitro transcribed mRNA was microinjected into zebrafish embryos. The expression patterns of HtrA2 in Zebrafish embryos were monitored by GFP fluorescence in 24 hours-post-fertilization (hpf). Although expression patterns of HtrA2-GFP in developing embryos were different between the injected DNA and mRNA, both nucleic acids revealed good expression levels to further study the physiological role of HtrA2 in vivo. This study provides a suitable condition for expressing hHtrA2 in the zebrafish embryos as well as a method for generating useful system to investigate physiological properties of the specific human genes.

        만성 B형간염

        The prevalence of chronic hepatitis B has been remarkedly reduced with wide-spread use of HBV vaccine. However, the prevalence of chronic hepatitis B is still high in the 2nd decade and has been remained as a significant burden to the Korean health care system. After introduction of several anti-HBV drugs, there has been marked improvement in patient care, improving outcome of patient. Some controversies still exist in the guidelines of patient care. The number of multi-drug-resistant patient has been increasing in Korea. Thus, the establisment of evidence-based guideline is needed to treat effectively for naive and drug-resistant patients. Korean data on prevalence and patient care will be discussed in this paper.

        일반논문 : “디아스포라” 민요와 민요의 “디아스포라”-한국민요 "아리랑"과 아일랜드 민요 “대니 보이” 비교연구

        Korean “Arirang” and Irish “Danny Boy” are probably the two of the most worldly-known ballads of the respective countries or ethnic communities which they represent, namely, Korea and Ireland. Despite such ‘global’ recognition as the songs of the “genuinely Korean” and the “genuinely Irish” respectively, their existences are nonetheless not entirely of indigenous creation or ancient origins as we would often think. The present lyrics of “Danny Boy” are said to have written by a non-Irish person, Frederic Wheaterly, an English lawyer of the early 20th century; thus, it not only undermines its Irish legacy, but also prevents many inland Irish people from accepting it as an “unofficial anthem of Ireland” as the Irish-American people often insist. Similarly, some of Korea`s neighboring countries―such as China and Mongolia―protest that the “Korean” genealogy of “Arirang” should not be over-emphasized because its variants are also found in many of their regional communities. Moreover, as both ballads reflect the historical and cultural surroundings of the relatively recent periods―the late 19th and early 20th centuries, they owe much for their present popularities to their respective countries` outland or diasporic experiences: “Arirang” was cherished by the Korean exiles who had to leave their lost country during the period of Japanese annexation, and “Danny Boy” by the Irish people who immigrated into the North American countries during the period of their homeland`s economic hardship. Thus, the reputations of the respective ballads as the “representative” songs of Korea and Ireland have not come without challenges. Nevertheless, the oversea communities of both Korean and Irish people have continued to sing “Arirang” and “Danny Boy,” starting from their diasporic insemination of the late 19th or early 20th century to the present times of the 21st century, in order to awaken their national consciousness and pay their ultimate homage to their respective homelands, thereby strengthening the respective song`s national or ethnic orientations. It seems, then, what makes “Arirang” or “Danny Boy” particularly of the “Korean” or the “Irish” spirits seems to lie in each song`s “diasporic” nature, whose essence pertains much to its deviation from―rather than to their union with―its national and/or ethnic center(s). The farther it expatriates itself from its national and/or ethnic center(s) and the more its nostalgic memories are longed for in exiled lands, the stronger its national bond with the center grows and the more widely and deeply its ethnic recognition is perceived by both domestic and international communities. Upon this paradoxical notion of “leaving to return,” then, this study comparatively examines the dialogical process of balladic diaspora that Korean “Arirang” and Irish “Danny Boy” have respectively followed―and are still following―to emerge as “the” representative songs of their respective countries and/or ethnic communities.

        공급체인에서 공급위험관리 과정의 관계에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 중소기업집단에 속하는 1차 자동차 부품업체들의 공급체인 위험관리 과정을 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 연구하였다. 본 연구는 140개의 1차 자동차 부품업체의 행위 지향적 관점에서 개념적 연구모형, 가설의 설정을 통한 실증분석으로 이루어졌다. AMOS를 이용한 구조모형분석 결과 공급체인의 공급위험관리 과정에서 위험의 인식활동은 위험의 평가활동, 위험의 평가활동은 위험의 완화활동, 위험의 완화활동은 공급위험의 관리 성과에 통계적으로 유의한 수준(p<0.05)에서 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 공급체인의 상황적 위험관리는 공급체인 위험의 인식활동, 위험의 완화 활동에 각각 정(+)영향을 미치고 있었다. 그러나 상황적 위험관리가 공급체인 위험의 평가활동, 위험의 관리 성과에는 각각 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this article is to study for the relationship of risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk performance in supply chain management, and for the linking of supply chain management process and contingency risk management. A literature review is undertaken to drive the hypotheses and model, and operationalize the included constructs. Structural equation modeling is used to analysis the relationship between independent variables and dependent factor on survey data from 140 mid and small sized automobile aftermarket companies. Results of this study indicate that independent variables such as risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk performance each positively influence dependent factor at the significant level(0.05). Independent variables as contingency risk management also positively influence dependent factor such as risk identification and risk mitigation, but not affect dependent factor such as risk assessment and risk performance. The results of this empirical study provide the based perceptions for conducting future strategic planning of supply chain risk management. Limitations of this study can be seen in use of perception data from automobile aftermarket companies in single industry. Therefore future research should extend to other industries which should help to secure a larger sample size.

        간장및 담도 : 만성 간질환에 있어서 Doppler 복부초음파 검사에 의한 식전 및 식후 문맥계 혈액동태에 관한 연구

        N/A To detect differences of the portal hemodynamic response by meal in normal subjects and patients with chronic liver disease, calibers, mean flow velocities and flow volumes of portal vein and splenic vein were measured in 27 normal subjects, 15 patients with chronic active hepatitis (CAH) and 21 patients with liver cirrhosis after an overnight fast and 60 min after the end of a meal (1000 Kcal) using a duplex Doppler ultrasound, which allows a noninvasive assessment of portal hemodynamics. The results obtained are as follows: 1) In the fasting state, the portal vein caliber was significantly higher in liver cirrhosis than in normal control and CAH and the mean flow velocity in the portal vein was significantly lower in this group (p<0.01), whereas the flow volume of the portal vein was not significantly different in liver cirrhosis from the normal control and CAH. 2) At sixty minutes after meal, the calibers, mean flow velocities and flow volumes of the portal vein in normal control and CAH increased significantly (p<0.01), whereas in liver cirrhosis these parameters remained almost unchanged. 3) In the fasting state, the splenic vein caliber was significantly higher in liver cirrhosis than in normal control and CAH and the mean flow velocity in the splenic vein was significantly lower in this group (p<0.01), whereas the flow volume of the splenic vein was pignificantly higher in liver cirrhosis than in the normal control and CAH (p<0.05). 4) At sixty minutes after meal, the splenic vein calibers in normal control and CAH increased significantly but the mean flow velocities decreased significantly (p<0.01) and so, the flow volumes remained unchanged, whereas in liver cirrhosis these parameters remained almost unchanged. These results suggest that a lack of response of portal flow to a meal may represent an indirect sign of the presence of increased intrahepatic resistance, and that the evaluation of hemodynamic response by meal in patie~nts with chronic liver disease using the duplex Doppler system may help to make a diagnosis of portal hypertension.

        As the day of the high concentration of particle matters in the atmosphere is increasing, the Korea government recommends to refrain from outdoor activities and stay indoors. Thus, as the amount of time spent living indoors increases, interest in the indoor air quality pollution of particles in the atmosphere is rapidly increasing. Especially, the daycare center is a facility where infants and children staying for long time, and is more vulnerable to diseases caused by particles than adults, so the Korean government is strengthening standards for indoor particle concentration in daycare centers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze whether the annual indoor particle concentration in daycare center satisfies the maintenance guideline.
