Objective : Normocytic Normochromic Anemia is one of the most common cases in clinics of all types of morphological Anemia. This study is aimed at examining significant curative effects of Sayuktanggami-bang on Cerebral vascular accident(CVA) patients with Normocytic Normochromic Anemia. Methods : For this study to examine the effects of Sayuktanggami(四六湯加味方), Patients were divided into 2 groups. Group A(experimental group) consisted of 19 cases prescribed Sayuktanggami-bang, Group B (control group) consisted of 15 cases prescribed other herbs. Before presciption, They were tested for CBC, AST, ALT, Total protein, Cholesterol, TG, HDL, BUN, Creatinine, Uric acid, Na, K, Cl while fasting, then were given the herbs over two weeks. They were checked again for changes over those two weeks. Results : In cases of group A, the statistical significance of CBC changes before and after treatment were recognizable : RBC(p<0.01), Hb(p<0.01), Hct(p<0.01). In comparing CBC changes between group A and group B which developed cerebral infarction group, a type of CVA, the significance of curative effects in group A is recognizable over group B before and after treatment : RBC(p<0.01), Hb(p<0.01), Hct(p<0.05). Cytotoxic reaction was nonexistant. Conclusion : Results of this study suggest that Sayuktanggami-bang has curative effects for CVA patients with normocytic normochromic anemia.

노래굿 「공장의 불빛」의 문화사적 의미 연구 ― 문화운동 1세대의 특수성과 공연성을 중심으로

「공장의 불빛」공연 녹화본이 보여주는 현대성은 당대 진보적인 연행적 생산물들의 생산 주체였던 대학생 집단의 위치적 특수성과 이들이 ‘민족’과 ‘민중’으로 대변된 사회의 민주화된 사유들을 전유하고 현장과의 만남을 시도한다는 것이 발생시켰던 다층적인 문화적 의미들을 다시 사유하게 해준다. 이에 본고는 「공장의 불빛」을1970년대를 중심으로 한 문화운동의 맥락 위에서 살피면서 그 속에 나타난 문화운동1세대의 특수성과 공연 녹화본이 보여주는 모던한 공연 형식의 의미를 논구하고자 한다. 먼저 2장에서 「공장의 불빛」의 창작자인 김민기와 녹화본 공연의 연출 및 안무를 담당한 채희완을 중심으로 한 문화운동 1세대가 탄생하는 장면을 재조명하면서 그들의 특수성이 예술적 기량과 민중 지향성 사이에서 만들어 지고 있음을 분석한다. 김지하와의 만남 속에 이루어진 문화운동 1세대의 민중적 지향은 이후 그들의 활동에서 일종의 강박과도 같이 작용한다. 특히 이 과정 속에서 초창기 문화운동에서 분명한 존재감을 드러냈던 전문적인 기량과 예술적 자질들이 이후의 작업 속에는 당사자들에 의해 ‘민중’으로 대표되는 사회 참여와 이념의 문제에 대한 강조에 가려진다. 이후 3장에서는 1978년 공연 녹화본에 나타난 연극성의 지표들을 동작과 소리를 중심으로 검토하고 이것이 동시기 전위적인 공연들이 지향하고자 한 현대성과 비교하여 예술사적 위치를 재조명한다. 공장의 불빛」공연 녹화본은 특별한 무대 장치와 대사가 없이 노래에 맞춘 배우들의 춤과 마임이라는 비언어적인 표현 양식만으로 이루어져 있다. 특히 녹화본의 동작은 심리적인 상태를 형상화하거나 기계화된 인간의 모습을 보여주는 춤과 마임으로 구성됨으로써 특정 행동을 과장하고 왜곡하는 표현주의적 특성을 보인다. 이를 통해 연극성을 높이고, 비인간적인 노동환경을 극대화시켜 보여준다. 「공장의 불빛」에서 배우들의 몸짓을 통해 구현되는 연극성은 서구의 현대 무용들이 추구하고자 한 현대성의 지표와 당대 드라마센터 출신 연출가들의 행로와도 겹치며 이 공통성은 둘 사이의 거리가 반드시 ‘예술적으로’ 반대의 입장에 있었던 것만은 아니라는 것을 보여준다. 마지막으로 4장에서는 「공장의 불빛」을 통해 살펴볼 수 있는 대학에서 출발한, 연행예술을 중심으로 한 문화운동의 생산물들에 나타난 아비투스의 연속성과 흔들림이 지닌 다층적인 문화적 의미에 접근한다. 음원과 공연 녹화본이 보여주는 형식적 현대성은 민중을 ‘향한’ 실천 속에 그들이 의식하지 못했음에도 계층/계급적 차이에 기반한 아비투스들이 존속하고 있었음을 보여준다. 채희완의 탈춤과 임진택의 연극적 기량에서 확인할 수 있듯이 1970년대 문화운동의 연행적 성과에서 대학이라는 학습자본과 예술적 기량이라는 문화자본은 중요한 역할을 했다. 「공장의 불빛」의원 작자인 김민기가 카세트테이프라는 매체를 선택한 것, 그리고 국악의 기법으로 만들어진 <두어라 가자>가 노동자들의 공연에서 차용되는 과정은 문화운동 주체들의 예술적 기량의 문제가 현장적 전환, 실질적인 노-학의 ‘만남’을 통해 특히 새로운 의미를 만들어 내고 있음을 보여주는 장면들이다. 「공장의 불빛」이라는 하나의 문화적 생산물은 대‘학’생 출신 창작자와 ‘노’동자들의 아비투스의 차이가 서로를 매혹하고 변화시 ... The video-recorded theatrical performance of Kim Min-ki’s 1978 musical play Lights of a Factory demonstrates such modernity that enables us to revisit the unique position of university students in Korea back then as producers of progressive-minded folk performances, while also guiding us through the multiple layers of cultural meaning arising from the students’ role as the bastion of democratic discourses represented by the concepts “nation“and “people“ and their attempt to engage with the people on the ground in a society that was still languishing under the military dictatorship. In this light, within the context of cultural activism, a trend especially prominent in the 1970s, I explore the uniqueness of first-generation cultural activists and the meaning of the modern format in the recorded performance. I begin Chapter II by revisiting the emergence of first-generation cultural activists, for which Kim Min-ki, the author of Lights of a Factory, and Chae Hee-wan, who directed the play and oversaw its choreography, played a leading role. In this context, I argue that the two figures’artistic prowess and orientation towards the people situate them in a unique position. The people-focused mind set among the first-generation cultural activists, formulated through Kim and Chae’s meetings with Kim Jiha, became something of an obsession in the former two figures’ future activities. As aresult of this process, their professional capacities and artistic talent, once clearly manifest at the initial stages of cultural activism, were over shadowed by their emphasis on socialengagement and ideology, as represented by the focus on the people, in their later works. Then, in Chapter III, I examine the indices of theatrical qualities in the video-recorded performance from 1978 with particular attention to motions and sound and simultaneously cast renewed spotlight on its position in the history of performing arts by comparing its modern qualities with the modernity that contemporary avant-garde plays were aiming for. The video-recorded version of Lights of a Factory solely features non-verbal modes of expression, i.e., actors and actresses’ dances and mime along with songs, without any special stage devices or spoken lines. In particular, the motions in the recorded performance consist of dances and mime that represent a psychological state or illustrate a mechanized human being, there by demonstrating expressionist characteristics that exaggerate and distort specific actions. This enhances the theatrical quality and maximizes the impression of the inhumane labor environment on spectators. The theatrical qualities, expressed through actors’gestures in Lights of a Factory, overlaps with the indices of modernity pursued by Western modern choreography as well as the career paths of the directors hailing from the then Drama Center. These commonalities demonstrate that the theatrical qualities of Lights of a Factory are not necessarily contrary to what the directors of the Drama Center pursued from an artistic perspective. Finally, in Chapter IV, I explore through Lights of a Factory the multi-layered cultural meaning in the continuity and undermining of habitus shown in the products of cultural activism, the movement that began from university campuses with the focus on traditional performing arts. Its formal modernity as displayed in sound-recorded and video-recorded versions demonstrates the continued presence of habitus arising from the gap between classes, albeit inadvertently, despite the artists’ practical orientation towards the people. As we can see in Chae Hee-wan’s mask dances and Lim Jin-taek’stheatrical prowess, the academic capital in the form of universities and cultural capital called artistic prowess played a crucial role in the achievements of the 1970s’ cultural activism in folk performances. 청소년의 금융이해력에 따른 잠재집단 분류 및 특성 탐색

The purpose of this study is to classify adolescents according to the financial literacy(Knowledge, Behavior and Attitude) and to examine the characteristics of each group. A shortened version of International Network on Financial Education financial survey for adults was used and the participants were 707 middle and high school students. The main findings are as follows: First, adolescents' knowledge and attitude scores were low, whereas behavior score was high. It was similar to the results of an OECD INFE’s survey on adults. Second, there were three latent profiles: low financial literacy group, high financial literacy group and high behavior group with low knowledge and attitude. This finding suggests the need of individualized and group-specific financial education for adolescents. Third, the low financial literacy group showed the lowest level of financial fraud awareness. However, financial fraud awareness between the other two groups were similar to each other. This suggests that for positive effects on financial education the focus should be on the financial behavior and attitudes.

경제에 대한 관심도와 경제 이해력이 합리적 의사결정에 미치는 영향

The main purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationship among interest in economy, economic literacy and rational decision making of korean adults by using a structural equation model. Main findings are as follows; First, the correlation among the interest in economy, the economic literacy and sub-areas, and the rational decision making is statistically significant. Second, the interest in economy brings positive direct and indirect effect on rational decision making through economic literacy. Third, the microeconomics and financial literacy has mediating effect on relations between interest in economy and rational decision making, while the macroeconomics and international economics does not. The result shows that not only the economic literacy but also the interest in economy is the important variable that can bring positive effect on the rational decision making. Moreover, the sub-areas of economic literacy can result different effects on the rational decision making. Thus, it implies that the educational approach and curriculum development need to be closely related to everyday lives. Finally, the significance of this study lies in the fact that the measurement error is applied to the structural equation model and that the direct and indirect effects in the causal relation between the variables are analyzed in one model. 본 연구의 목적은 경제에 대한 관심도, 경제 이해력, 합리적 의사결정 간 구조적 관계를 분석하는 데 있다. 전국의 성인 3,000명을 대상으로 한 경제 이해력 조사 자료를 사용하였고 분석을 위해 구조방정식 모형을 적용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 경제에 대한 관심도, 경제 이해력 및 각 하위요인, 합리적 의사결정 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있음이 확인되었다. 둘째, 경제에 대한 관심도는 경제 이해력을 매개로 합리적 의사결정에 직․간접적으로 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경제 이해력의 매개효과를 하위요인별로 살펴본 결과 미시경제 및 금융 이해력의 매개효과는 유의하였지만 거시경제 및 국제경제 이해력의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때, 합리적 의사결정에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 변인으로 경제에 대한 이해력뿐만 아니라 경제에 대한 관심도도 중요한 변인임을 확인하였다. 또한 경제 이해력의 하위요인에 따라 합리적 의사결정에 차별적인 영향을 주는 것이 확인되었으므로 합리적인 의사결정을 도울 수 있도록 생활과 밀접한 주제를 다루는 경제 이해력에 대한 접근방식 및 교육체계가 필요함을 시사한다. 마지막으로 구조방정식모형을 적용함으로써 측정오차를 고려하고 변인 간 인과관계에서 나타나는 직․간접 효과를 한 모형에서 분석하였다는데 의의가 있다.

시도교육청의 중장기 학령인구 전망을 위한 단기 출생아수 예측

본 연구는 시도교육청에서 활용하고 있는 시도별 학령인구추계에 대한 검토를 통해 중장기적으로 유초등학생수 추계의 정확성을 높일 수 있는 개선안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 단기 3년 출생아 추세를 예측하였으며, 이를 토대로 학령인구추계에서 제공되는 시나리오와 비교하여 현실성이 높은 시나리오를 전망하였다. 비교적 예측기간이 짧고 추세가 있는 비정상적 시계열 자료에 적용하기 위한 방법론으로는 이중지수평활법과 ARIMA 모형을 활용하였으며, 과거 실적치와 비교해본 결과 ARIMA모형이 오차가 적은 것으로 확인하였다. 이를 통해 유초등학생수 예측의 보조지표로서 단기 출생아수 예측치의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 시도별 유초등학생수 추정에 대한 개선안과 향후 추가적인 연구방향에 대해 제안하였다. 먼저, 시도별 학령인구추계는 매년 10년 단위로 이루어져야 하며 지속적으로 업데이트가 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 시도 및 시군구 차원에서도 적극적인 추계나 예측의 필요성이 제기된다. 셋째, 지역의 학령인구 변화를 이해하기 위해서는 저출산으로 인한 학생수 감소뿐만 아니라 학령인구 이동을 면밀히 살펴볼 필요가 있다.

Gene functional analysis of Harmonia axyridis by in vitro transcription

Random genes were screened in two transforming ways to investigate the new genes of a ladybug using the Harmonia axyridis cDNA library stock cell cloned in the LITMUS 28i vector in a previous study. Phenotypic variation was observed after injection of the synthesized double-stranded RNA through the in vitro transcription process. The cDNA library of H. axyridis was transformed into E. coli DH5α and 10B competent cells by heat shock. Analysis of the nucleotide sequences of the 42 clones with the insert DNAs revealed that 21 clones were homologous with the genes of insects, and only one clone had a gene from H. axyridis. Thirteen of the 21 insect genes were homologous with genes from coleopteran insects. Fourteen genes were selected, which were identified by the gene screening results, and were synthesized as double-stranded RNA through in vitro transcription. One microgram of the synthesized double-stranded RNA between segments T1 and T2 were injected using a syringe into each anesthetized fourth larvae which were under 2 days old. As a result, a phenotypic variation appeared in the larva injected with the two genes. While the eggs of H. axyridis injected with distilled water hatched out three days after oviposition, the eggs of H. axyridis injected with dsHma 06 did not hatch but become shrivel a week after oviposition. Most of the H. axyridis injected with dsHma 08 died and were unable to complete the pupation or eclosion during ecdysis.
