        다양한 치근단공 크기와 근관단면의 형태를 가지는 치아에서 taper의 정도가 미세누출에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to evaluate the microleakage of teeth according to root canal preparation with & without apical enlargement in various size of apical foramen. 60 extracted one canal roots were cross-cutted at 5 mm from root apex and divided into two groups according to their apical foramen size of large (L) and small (S). Each group was subdivided into two groups accordance with their cross-sectional configuration at 5 mm from apex, round (R) and ovoid (O); SR Group, SO Group LR Group, LO Group. Each group was shaped in .02 taper by Quantec series Nickel-Titanium (NiTi) rotary file, obturated by lateral condensation method. Leakage was measured using a fluid transport model under 40cmH₂O pressure. After the leakage test, blocks which had showed the leakage retreated with .04 taper and ,06 taper and evaluated the degree of fluid filtration in each group. The data was analysed statistically using chi-square test and fisher's exact test. The results obtained were as follows : 1. Significant difference in leakage was found in groups which had different apical foramen size in .02 taper instrumentation (p < 0.05), but not in .04 taper instrumentation (p > 0.05) 2. The difference in microleakage according to the shape of canal was not evident at 5 mm from apex (p > 0.05). 3. There was correlation between .02 taper instrumentation and .04 taper instrumentation in LR group, LO group (p < 0.05). 이 연구의 목적은 근단공의 크기가 다양한 치아에서 근단공 확대의 유무에 따른 근관성형시 치아의 미세누출을 평가하기 위함이다. 1근관 치아 60개를 치근첨 상방 5mm에서 절단후 각 치아의 근단공 크기에 따라 큰 근단공 (L) 작은 근단공 (S)으로 나누었다 이 두 군을 치근첨 상방 5mm의 횡단면상 근관의 형태로 원형 (R)과 난형 (O)으로 나누었다(SR, SO, LR, LO). 각 군은 Quantec series Nickel-Titanium (Ni-Ti) rotary file을 이용하여 .02 taper로 성형 후 측방가압법으로 충전하였다. 누출은 40cmH₂O 압력하에 fluid transport method로 측정하였다. 측정 후 누출이 있는 시편은 .04 taper와 .06 taper로 재근관치료 하여 다세 미세누출을 평가하였다. 통계학적으로 chi-square test와 fisher's exact test를 이용하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. .02 taper로 성형한 군에서는 근단공의 크기에 따른 미세누출은 통계적으로 유의성이 있었고 (p < 0.05) .04 taper로 성형한 군에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다 (p > 0.05). 2.근첨 상방 5 mm에서 근관단면의 형태에 따른 미세누출은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다 (p > 0.05). 3. LR group과 LO group에서는 .02 taper로 성형한 군과 .04 taper로 성형한 군사이에 유의한 차이를 보였다 (p < 0.05).

        사후분해 시체에 대한 법의학적 접근

        Disposal of a homicide victim by dismemberment is rare, but individual cases are on record in most major medicolegal departments. Recognition of postmortem mutilation may be of importance in the interpretation of certain murders committed by sexual perverts and other mentally deranged individuals and sometimes performed for the sole reason of easier disposal of the body. Postmortem dismemberment is usually readily recognizable as such; The edges of the injuries are dry and lack evidence of bleeding. The joints may be disarticulated without fracture, or the use of an axe or saw may be evident from examination of bones. Parallel horizontal or oblique furrows in the bone surface are caused by skipping of the saw prior to establishing depth. Such patterns on the bone may assist in identifying the particular saw involved. So we report 25 dismembered corpses that autopsied in National Institute of Scientific Investigation. This paper can help in attempting to establish not only the first criminal investigation steps but also the medicolegal approach methods in unidentified and dismembered deaths.

      • Purge & Trap-GC를 이용한 의약품 필름코팅 정제 중 잔류용제에 관한 연구

        의약품은 약물을 생체에 적풋하기 위하여 유효성분의 효과가 언제나 일정하게 확보되고 사응에 편리하도록 만들어지는 것이므로 유효썽분 이외에 약효에 영향을 주지 않는 성분이 첨가되는 경운가 많다. 이 때 사용되는 용매들은 제피의 광택 및 건쪼시간의 단축 등을 위하여 휘발점이 낮을 용매들이 주로 사용되어진다. 본 연구는 의약품 필름코팅정제 중 잔류용매 4종(chlorofonr benzen, trichloro ethylen, 1,4-dioxane)에 대한 변형된 pirge & trap-GC 장치를 이용한 동시분석방법을 개발하였으며, 각 표준품의 RSD 값은 chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69% and 1,4-dioxane 3.41%였다. 또한 시중 유통중인 의약품 50종에 대하여 잔류웅매 양을 측정하였으며, 검출되는 잔류용매는 한 건도 없었다. This study nras carried out to develope the analytical method for the mixture of chlorefonn, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane simultaneously and determine the remainingorgauic solvents in coating tablets by Purge & Trap-GC. The results were as follouFs ; 1. Chloroform, benzen, trio:tloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane separated by tenax #5 trap by HP-624GC column by terrlperature programming. The peaks were separated completely at retentiontime of 6.88min for chloroform, 8.21min for benzen, 10.38miu for trichloroethylen and 11.95minfor 1,4-dioxane. 2. Standard RSD were individually chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69%and 1,4-diorane 3.41%. 3. 60 samples were not detrcted chloroform, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane.

        열공형과 비열공형 피질하 혈관성 치매에서 위험인자의 차이에 관한 비교 연구

        Backgrounds and Objectives: Vascular dementia is a group of dementing disoders arising from various stroke syndrome. Among these. subcortical ischemic vascular dementia (SIVD) is regarded as a relatively distinct clinical entity. However, MRI patterns of SIVD are not homogenous. In some patients, lacunes are dominant, and in others, subcortical white matter changes are. This study was designed to compare risk factor profiles between SIVD with and without multiple lacunes. Methods: We divided 47 subjects (22 males, mean age. 68 years) recruited from VADAPET (Multicenter Trial For Evaluation Of The Changes In the PET Images Of Subcortical Vascular Dementia Patient) study into two groups one with more than 5 lacunes in deep gray matter (lacune group) and the other with 5 or less(non-lacune group) Clinical characteristics and laboratory findings of two groups were compared. Results: Nineteen of 47 patients (40%) belonged to the lacune group. The lacune and non-lacune groups d d not differ in the following variables: age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia heart disease, history of stroke or TIA, history of trauma or major surgery, family history of hypertension stroke, or dementia, age at diagnosis of dementia, body mass index, white blood cell count, ESR, CRP, fibrinogen, hemoglobin A1C, total cholesterol. LDL cholesterol creatinine, proteinuria, glucosuria, and microhematuria. However, male sex, smoking alcohol. hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were possibly associated more with lacune group SIVD than with non-lacune group (p<0 1) Multivariate analyses revealed that smoking, hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were independent predictors of SIVD with multiple lacunes Conclusion: Our study suggests that SIVD with multiple lacunes may be significantly different in smoking habits hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol from SIVD without multiple lacunes.

        전도성 고분자 센서 어레이를 이용한 휘발성 유기 화합물 가스 인식

        휘발성 유기 화합물 가스(Volatile Organic Compounds)를 인식하고 분석하기 위하여 전도성 고분자 센서어레이를 이용한 시스템을 제작하였다. Polypyrrole와 Polyaniline을 화학중합법으로 센서에 전도성고분자막을 형성하였고 이를 통해 VOC 검지용 센서 어레이를 제작하였다. 센서어레이로부터 측정되는 다차원 데이터는 주성분분석법(PCA)과 RBF(Radial Basis Function Network)을 이용하였다. 제안된 시스템으로 VOCs 가스를 인식하는데 있어서 RBF Network이 PCA방식보다 더욱 효율적인 것으로 판단되었다. We fabricated gas recognition system using conducting polymer sensor array for recognizing and analyzing VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds) gases. The polypyrrole and polyaniline thin film sensors which were made by chemical polymerization were employed to detect VOCs. The multi-dimensional sensor signals obtained from the sensor array were analyzed using PCA(principal component analysis) technique and RBF(radial basis function) Network. Throughout the experimental trails, we confirmed that RBF Network is effective than PCA technique in identifying VOCs.

      • 엘리트체육의 현황과 과제

        The purpose of this study is to show what problems there are in the administrative process and actual condition of elite physical education. An investigation is made into its actual starts based on the data released by the central government in 1997 and the educational statute of 1998. And the interview with people concerned is held to discuss and suggest some measures to improve the identified problems. Those measures can be summarized into the followings: 1. For obtaining a larger number of sports talents, each student shall train a sports event at extracurricular activities, and sports talents shall be found and fostered as early as possible in this way. A comprehensive and scientific mangement should be applied to sports talent, and many more excellent physical education teacher shall be secured to give instruction profesionally and systematically. 2. What must be considered first to remove excssive concentration on specific sports events is having a new understanding of elite physical education through school education, strengthening its basis, discovering talented students early, and managing them professionally. To step up technological developement in fostering researchers and physical directors who will take complete charge of it. 3. The training mmethod and education for sports talents shall be developed appropriately and efficiently. The ways to minimize learning deficit and raise the rate of entrance into a higher-grade school shall be studied. For students who don't go on to college, some scheme shall be prepared for them to join a business team or grow up as a superior physical director. 4. School physical education facilities shall be prepared appropriately to be suitable for school physical education. Based on the opinions from physical deucation experts, a school shall be equipped with a playground, a gymnasium and a swimming pool. There must be financial resources to achieve this, and the prepared facilities shall be managed efficiently and systematically. This study is conducted to identify the urgent problems and explore active, efficient improvement measures against them so as to bring a promising future to elite physical education. The elite physical education will fully fulfill its role and superior athletes will be cultivated, if those tasks is achieved gradually.

        뚜레장애에서의 주의력결핍 - 과잉운동의 양상

        More than 50% of Tourette's disorder patients have been reported to have an attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder. Eight Toutett's patients were compared with 11 attention deficit-hyperactivity patients and 8 non-referred children who were matched in age, sex and conner's hyperactivity score by parents, by the Continuous Performance Test(CPT) and the Matching Familiar Figure Test(MFFT). The number of errors in the MFFT by Tourett's patients is lower than those of the other two groups with statistical significance. The response time of Tourett's patients in the MFFT is much longer and the number of errors in CPT by Tourette's patients is fewer than in the other group. Conclusively, the characteristics of attention deficit-hyperactivity in Tourette's patients are different from those of the attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder. One possible reason for the difference is the obsessive-compulsive tendency, which about 50% of Tourette's patients have concurrently.
