호적(乎適이 1923년 《五十年來中國之文學》을 발표한 이래, 중국근대 문학의 발전을 논술한 저술들이 지속적으로 발표되고 있다. 이에 따라, 중국근대문학의 상ㆍ하한선에 대한 규정과 시기구분에 대한 의견이 제기되는데, 특히 8,90년대에 와서 다양한 담론들이 생산되었다. 이들 중론은 “근대”에 내포된 의미에 대해, 각 논자들의 규정 차이에서 말미암는다. 그 결과, 근대문학과 근대문학사의 글쓰기는 다양한 인식과 연대 구분이 있어왔고, 아직도 해결을 기다리는 과제로 남겨져 있다. 그래서, 아 분야의 학습과 연구는 무엇보다도 근대문학의 상ㆍ하한선에서 출발하는 지도를 흉금에 그리고 있어야 한다. 그것이 전제되지 않고서는, 학습과 연구는 마치 오리무중에 처한 것처럼 헤매고 말 것이다. 근대 문학의 상ㆍ하선을 확정하는 일은 먼저“근대”에 내포된 의미를 파악하는 작업에서 시작된다. 따라서, 본 논문은 기존의 근대문학단대론에 대한 본석을 통하여 각 담론에 내포된“근대”의 의미망를 살펴보고, 그에 대한 검토와 비판을 거쳐 근대문학의 명제 확정에 일조하고자 한다.
구치부 2급와동에 있어 심미성 수복물의 변연접합도에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the cervical marginal adaptation of direst composite resin, composite resin, composite resin inlay and porcelain inlay technique. 40 cavities of class Ⅱ were prepared 40 extracted maxillary premolr teeth, which were divided into four groups. Group 1 : restored by direct filling method(P50) Group 2 : restored by direct filling method(Z100) Group 3 : restored by resin inlay method(Estilux posterior CVS) Group 4 : restored by procelain inlay method(Vita-dur N) All the specimens were embedded into stainless steel mold after thermocycling between 5℃ and 55℃. Phototaking under microscopic image and measuring the marginal gap on the photographs and statistical analysis were peformed Specimens from each group were cut mesio-distally and observed under SEM. The results were as follows : 1. The groups restored by inlay method showed significantly less marginal gap than groups restored by direct filling method(P<0.05). 2. There was no significant difference in marginal gap between composite resin inlay group with porcelain inlay group(P>0.05). 3. The group restored by direct filling method(Z100) showed significantly less marginal gap than group restored by direct filling method(P5O)(P<0.05). 4. SEM examination indicated that direct composite resin groups were larger gaps(10- l5μm) than groups(2-5μm).

The protective effect of pear pomace water extract (PPWE) against hepatic lipid peroxidation was investigated in rats fed a 41% kcal fat diet containing 0.21% cholesterol (HFCD). For 5 weeks, 200 or 400 mg/kg of PPWE was administrated once daily via oral gavage. Body weights were lower in the PPWE-treated group than in the control group. Serum total antioxidant capacity increased, whereas hepatic thiobarbituric acid reactive substances significantly decreased after the administration of PPWE. PPWE recovered the HFCD-induced reduction of hepatic glutathione S-transferase and glutathione peroxidase activity. The serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activities significantly decreased on PPWE treatment. The present investigation suggests that PPWE represents a valuable natural antioxidant source for use in the health food industry.

The temperature- and pH-sensitive hydrogels were synthesized by copolymerizing varying ratios of N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAAm) and acrylic acid (AAc). The influence of polyelectrolyte on the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of temperature/pH sensitive hydrogels was investigated in the pH range of 2~12. The LCSTs of the poly(NIPAAm-co-AAc) hydrogels were strongly affected by pH and AAc content. At same pH, the LCSTs of the poly(NIPAAm-co-AAc) hydrogels in the presence of PAA were lower than those of the poly(NIPAAm-co-AAc) hydrogels due to the polyelectrolyte complex formation between PAAc and PAA. Swelling ratio of poly(NIPAAm-co-AAc) hydrogels as a function of pH at various temperature was obtained by measuring the weight of the hydrogels in buffer solutions. Swelling ratio of the hydrogels in the presence of poly(allyl amine)(PAA) as a polyelectrolyte was also measured at the same conditions. The swelling kinetics of poly(NIPAAm-co-AAc) hydrogel was strongly dependent on pH value, temperature, and polyelectrolyte solute. Pulsatile swelling experiments were conducted by transferring gel disks from one combination of pH and temperature to another that the critical pH and temperature would be crossed between swelling and shrinking regimes. Indomethacin was loaded into these hydrogels and drug release from the hydrogels was studied under various temperatures and pHs.
