        윤석열 정부 출범 이후 미래지향적 통일교육 방안 연구

        한국의 통일 문제에 대한 정책은 다양한 남북 화해와 협력을 전개하며 동시에 남북 대치 국면에서 국가 안보의 길을 가야 한다. 한국 사회는 통일을 위한 남북평화를 추구하고 있다고 한다. 그러나 동시에 남북한 정치, 경제, 군사, 안보, 문화, 사회적 인식의 대립이 심각하게 이루어져 있어, 남북의 갈등 양상은 예측하기 어렵다. 이에 대북 관계 개선내지는 안보적 태세를 위해서라도 우리 사회는 평화적 논의와 안보적 대비를 장기적인 전략으로 전개되어야 한다. 따라서 평화통일을 지향하는 통일교육은 군사적으로 벌어지는 문제에 대한 확실한 국민적 공감을 얻는 내용을 견지해야 하며, 동시에 국내외 사회와 함께 하는 대북 교류와 협력을 반드시 전개하는 이유를 밝혀야 한다. 또한 통일교육은 남남갈등의 문제에 있어서도 보수와 진보 세력들의 갈등 완화를 관여하면서 상호 이해의 폭을 확대하여야 한다. 막연히 종북 논리나 친미 논리, 친일 논리에 편승하거나 낙인찍는 입장으로는 한국의 통일교육이 제대로 성장할 수 없다. 따라서 남북한의 통일 미래는 무엇보다 우선 한국 내부의 화해와 토론의 문화가 지속가능하게 확보되는 통일교육을 강화해야 만들어질 수 있을 것이다. South Korea’s policy on the unification issue should develop various inter-Korean reconciliation and cooperation, and at the same time go the way of national security in the face of inter-Korean confrontation. Even for the sake of improving relations with North Korea or security posture, our society must develop peaceful discussions and security preparations as a long-term strategy. Therefore, unification education aimed at peaceful unification must adhere to the contents of gaining public sympathy for military issues, and at the same time, it must clarify the reasons for exchange and cooperation with North Korea with domestic and foreign society. In addition, unification education should expand the breadth of mutual understanding while involved in mitigating conflicts between conservatives and progressives in the issue of south-south conflicts. South Korea’s unification education cannot grow properly with a position that vaguely jumps on the logic of pro-North Korea, pro-US, or pro-Japanese logic or stigmatizes it. Therefore, the future of unification between the two Koreas can only be created by strengthening unification education that sustainably secures a culture of reconciliation and discussion within South Korea.

      • 폐결핵 환자 혈청에서 수용성 Interleukin 2 수용체 및 Adenosine Deaminase 활성도에 관한 연구

        Interleukin-2 (IL-2) induces T cell proliferation in an autocrine manner and provides a means by which antigen triggered T cells can be clonally expanded in vitro. During the following activation, the activity of IL-2 is mediated by specific high affinity IL-2 binding membrane receptors which are expressed shortly after activation. In this process, a 42 KD-fragment (soluble IL-2R) is continuously cleaved off and circulates as a soluble marker of T lymphocyte activation. Elevated level of soluble IL-2R has been identified in the serum of patients with malignant autoimmune and allergic disorders, systemic parasitic infection, undergoing graft versus host disease, acute or chronic lymphocytic leukemia and HIV-infection. ADA (adenosine deaminase) completes the process of differentiation of T cell and is essential for progression of T cell maturation. Therefore level of ADA is to correlated with magnitude of T cell immune response. The fact that expression of sIL-2R and ADA activity increases in peripheral blood T-lymphocytes of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis suggests that T cell activation might have a major role in the pathogenesis of pulmonary tuberculosis. In order to evaluate the T cell immune response in pulmonary tuberculosis, we measured the serum concentration of sIL-2R and ADA activity in 17 patients with current pulmonary tuberculosis, 10 chronic inactive pulmonary tuberculosis, 10 as normal controls. (1) Current pulmonary tuberculosis had significantly higher levels of sIL-2R (237.24±95.47)when compared with those of inactive tuberculosis (78.6±11.06). and the control (68.17±15.4) group. (2) ADA activity in current pulmonary tuberculosis was significantly increased (34.41±20.63) when compared with those of inactive tuberculosis (24.7±14.36) and control (17.65± 5.94) group. (3) There was good correlation between sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity in serum in current pulmonary tuberculosis group. (4) sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity was decreased significantly 6 months after anti-tuberculosis drug medication. In conclusion, sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity in serum in current pulmonary tuberculosis group was increased when compared with those of inactive pulmonary tuberculosis and the control group. By the way, T cell mediated immune response was enhanced in current pulmonary tuberculosis, but in inactive chronic pulmonary tuberculosis who had treated by antituberculosis drug medication, the concentration of sIL-2R and ADA activity was nearly normal.

        C-reactive protein accelerates DRP1-mediated mitochondrial fission by modulating ERK1/2-YAP signaling in cardiomyocytes

        C-reactive protein (CRP) is an inflammatory marker and risk factor for atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases. However, the mechanism through which CRP induces myocardial damage remains unclear. This study aimed to determine how CRP damages cardiomyocytes via the change of mitochondrial dynamics and whether survivin, an anti-apoptotic protein, exerts a cardioprotective effect in this process. We treated H9c2 cardiomyocytes with CRP and found increased intracellular ROS production and shortened mitochondrial length. CRP treatment phosphorylated ERK1/2 and promoted increased expression, phosphorylation, and translocation of DRP1, a mitochondrial fission-related protein, from the cytoplasm to the mitochondria. The expression of mitophagy proteins PINK1 and PARK2 was also increased by CRP. YAP, a transcriptional regulator of PINK1 and PARK2, was also increased by CRP. Knockdown of YAP prevented CRP-induced increases in DRP1, PINK1, and PARK2. Furthermore, CRP-induced changes in the expression of DRP1 and increases in YAP, PINK1, and PARK2 were inhibited by ERK1/2 inhibition, suggesting that ERK1/2 signaling is involved in CRP-induced mitochondrial fission. We treated H9c2 cardiomyocytes with a recombinant TAT-survivin protein before CRP treatment, which reduced CRP-induced ROS accumulation and reduced mitochondrial fission. CRP-induced activation of ERK1/2 and increases in the expression and activity of YAP and its downstream mitochondrial proteins were inhibited by TAT-survivin. This study shows that mitochondrial fission occurs during CRPinduced cardiomyocyte damage and that the ERK1/2-YAP axis is involved in this process, and identifies that survivin alters these mechanisms to prevent CRP-induced mitochondrial damage.       • Beam形 Load Cell의 FEM Simulation과 그 電氣的特性

        In this paper, we simulate and calculate the stress and output voltage of the beam structure load cells by using FEM as varing physical structure parameters and loading positions. It is proved that stress enhance as the increase of the notch pitch and radius of the load cell, but decrease as the increase of the notch thickness and beam width. The results are good matched for basic formulas of the single fixed beam, and are verified our simulation is correct. Also, it is found that the stress characteristics of the load cell is varied according to loading positions with structure parameters, and caculated output voltage of the load cell approximate to those of the real manufactured ones. As a result, this study will offer efficient design and analysis technique for making special and variety capacity of load cells.

        There are various Knowledge Representation techniques such as Production System, Semantic Network, Logic, Frame, etc. Among others, Semantic Network is more powerful, because it is more simple to retrieve the information relating to the object than any other techniques.Because it's representing structure is simple, it is fully described object and event using nodes and arcs.Thus, it is easy to represent an inheritance mothod and supply it to end-users. In this paper, we studied the roles of nodes and arcs in the Semantic Network and suggested the problems in representing logical connectives and quantifiers.

However, a technology is still short. The following things shalI be equipped so that insert molding succeeds. A lot of information regarding a preferential skin-layer is necessary. And The injection machine that minuteness control is possible is necessary. Support analysis for technology development in this study. also Injcetion-compression molding certailny needs this researcher in order to be achieved.

      • 생쥐 소장의 interstitial cells of Cajal에서 ATP-민감성 K^(+)통로를 통한 향도잡이 전류의 조절

        Objectives: This study was performed to investigate whether ATP-sensitive K^(+) channels exist in interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) of mouse small intestine and the physiological role of ATP-sensitive K^(+) channels in gastrointestinal motility. Methods: ICC were isolated from mouse small intestine and cultured for 2 days. Electrical activities of ICC were recorded using the whole-cell patch-clamp technique at 30°C. Results: ICC displayed rhythmic slow waves and spontaneous inward currents (pacemaker currents). Pinacidil, an ATP-sensitive K^(+) channel opener, induced membrane hyperpolarization and decreased amplitude of slow waves in current clamping mode. Also, pinacidil inhibited amplitude and frequency of pacemaker currents and activated outward currents at a holding potential of -70 mV. Pinacidil effects on slow waves and pacemaker currents were blocked by glibenclamide, a specific blocker of ATP-sensitive K^(+) channel. Forskolin, an activator of adenylate cyclase, induced membrane hyperpolarization and inhibited pacemaker currents like as pinacidil and blocked by glibenclamide. Conclusions: These results suggest that ATP-sensitive K^(+) channels exist in ICC and may be play an important role in regulating gastrointestinal motility through the modulation of pacemaker activities of ICC.

        There is not an exact regulation and guidance on mechanical equipment space for the government building. It brings about financial loss because of design change and rework, and decrease building function. As MERS(mechanical equipment room size), MERH(mechanical equipment room height) and PSRS(pipe-shaft room size) cause many problems on cost and function during construction and maintenance phase, it is required to obtain the accurate data needed in design phase. This study collected data that are relevant to building mechanical equipment space of 35 government buildings, also suggested a linear regression model in order to estimate the building mechanical equipment space of government buildings.
