        19세기 女唱歌曲과 시조의 상품화

        The goal of this paper is to reexamine the sensibilities of 19th century sijo, which have been called "retrogressive romanticism" or "emotional overexposure." In order to do this, an analysis was undertaken, utilizing the concept of "merchandization," of the sensibilities of songs sung by women. The results were as follows. Firstly, in songs sung by women, nature was merchandized as material objects related to emotion that were interchangeable with emotion. Secondly, songs sung by women exchanged such emotions as "love" and "parting"--emotions difficult to merchandize--with "words," making these aesthetic merchandise. Thirdly, merchandized "love" and "parting" tended toward a strong "sentimentality." By labeling sentimentality a feminine sensibility, it was marginalized as an "other," allowing men to enjoy the feeling that they were superior. The protests of the marginalized women were hidden within this sentimentality. Songs sung by women primarily reflected the demands of the privileged men, who marginalized nature, emotion, and femininity. Because they contained, at the same time, traces of that which had been marginalized, songs sung by women exhibited many complex aspects. The way to richly revive the sensibilities of 19th century sijo depends on how well we interpret the quality of being "merchandise" that is engraved in this complexity.

      • 폐결핵 환자 혈청에서 수용성 Interleukin 2 수용체 및 Adenosine Deaminase 활성도에 관한 연구

        Interleukin-2 (IL-2) induces T cell proliferation in an autocrine manner and provides a means by which antigen triggered T cells can be clonally expanded in vitro. During the following activation, the activity of IL-2 is mediated by specific high affinity IL-2 binding membrane receptors which are expressed shortly after activation. In this process, a 42 KD-fragment (soluble IL-2R) is continuously cleaved off and circulates as a soluble marker of T lymphocyte activation. Elevated level of soluble IL-2R has been identified in the serum of patients with malignant autoimmune and allergic disorders, systemic parasitic infection, undergoing graft versus host disease, acute or chronic lymphocytic leukemia and HIV-infection. ADA (adenosine deaminase) completes the process of differentiation of T cell and is essential for progression of T cell maturation. Therefore level of ADA is to correlated with magnitude of T cell immune response. The fact that expression of sIL-2R and ADA activity increases in peripheral blood T-lymphocytes of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis suggests that T cell activation might have a major role in the pathogenesis of pulmonary tuberculosis. In order to evaluate the T cell immune response in pulmonary tuberculosis, we measured the serum concentration of sIL-2R and ADA activity in 17 patients with current pulmonary tuberculosis, 10 chronic inactive pulmonary tuberculosis, 10 as normal controls. (1) Current pulmonary tuberculosis had significantly higher levels of sIL-2R (237.24±95.47)when compared with those of inactive tuberculosis (78.6±11.06). and the control (68.17±15.4) group. (2) ADA activity in current pulmonary tuberculosis was significantly increased (34.41±20.63) when compared with those of inactive tuberculosis (24.7±14.36) and control (17.65± 5.94) group. (3) There was good correlation between sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity in serum in current pulmonary tuberculosis group. (4) sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity was decreased significantly 6 months after anti-tuberculosis drug medication. In conclusion, sIL-2R concentration and ADA activity in serum in current pulmonary tuberculosis group was increased when compared with those of inactive pulmonary tuberculosis and the control group. By the way, T cell mediated immune response was enhanced in current pulmonary tuberculosis, but in inactive chronic pulmonary tuberculosis who had treated by antituberculosis drug medication, the concentration of sIL-2R and ADA activity was nearly normal.

        학습자를 위한 고전시가 주석 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to provide principles of ‘classical poetry exegesis for learners’ and present the reality of such exegesis. First, two principles ‘the meanings of the text must be clarified through annotations according to the learners’ demands’ and ‘literary annotations must be more than mere word definitions for reading comprehension’ were established in chapter 2. In chapter 3, the fact that it is not easy to harmoniously implement these two principles was confirmed by using example exegesis in foreign textbooks. Then in chapter 4, the reality of exegesis ‘for learners’ were presented through Lee Hyun-bo’s Eobuga. Guidelines for drawing up exegesis for learners can be extracted through this process. First, just like foreign language glossaries where reading comprehension itself is the primary task, there is a need to focus on vocabulary in classical poetry exegesis. Second, interpretation of vocabulary directly related to the topic should not be presented prior to the introduction of the literary piece. Third, priming glossaries should not go beyond learners’ intellectual horizons. Fourth, contents of the prompting glossaries need to be within learners’ zone of proximal development. Fifth, the contents should include opportunities for learners to experience the characteristics of classical poetry. 이 글의 목적은 ‘학습자를 위한 고전시가 주석’의 원칙과 실제를 제시하는 데 있다. 먼저 2장의 이론적 논의를 거쳐 ‘원문의 의미를 밝히되, 학습자의 요구에 맞게 주석한다.’는 원칙과 ‘독해를 위한 단어풀이를 넘어서는 문학적 주석이어야 한다.’는 두 가지 원칙을 세웠다. 3장에서는 외국 교과서의 사례를 통해 두 가지 원칙을 조화롭게 구현하는 것이 어려운 일임을 확인하였다. 4장에서는 이현보의 <어부가>를 통해 ‘학습자를 위한’ 주석의 실제를 제시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 학습자를 위한 주석을 마련하기 위한 몇 가지 지침을 추출할 수 있다. 첫째, 고전시가 주석은 독해 자체가 일차적 과제가 되는 외국어 주석과 마찬가지로 어휘에 집중하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 작품 경험 이전에 주제와 직접적으로 관련된 어휘의 풀이를 미리 제시해서는 안 된다. 셋째, 마중물 주석은 학습자들이 알고 있는 지식의 범위를 넘지 않아야 한다. 넷째, 즉각적 주석은 학습자들의 근접발달지대 안에 들어올 수 있는 내용으로 작성해야 한다. 다섯째, 고전시가의 장르적 특징에 대한 경험의 기회를 제공하는 내용을 담아야 한다.

        「사미인곡」과 「속미인곡」에 나타난 여성화자의 정체성 비교

        The goal of this paper is to compare the identities of the female speakers in Samiin-gok(a song of longing for a king) and Sokmiin-gok (a sequel to Samiin-gok) based on the positioning theory, which insists that one is able to understand an individual’s identity by analysing the way that he/she is positioning himself/herself and using the languages accordingly in a discursive situation. The female speaker in Samiin-gok positions herself as ‘a woman of the Neo-Confucian literati class’ by adopting the poetic lines of the Neo-Confucian literati and Chinese words, which imply the desire for political power. The female speaker in Sokmiin-gok positions herself as a ‘Gungnyeo (palace maid)’ and uses the colloquial languages of the uneducated woman, which are in the Korean vernacular. This implies that she has no desire for political power, yet only has the yearning for a man’s love instead. She constructs her identity as ‘a woman speaking in the vernacular’ which has paradoxical power due to the absolute nature of ‘humilis’, therefore Sokmiin-gok has been highly regarded for its presentation of an authentic voice notwithstanding its political message. 이 글은 지위부여 이론을 활용하여 「사미인곡」과 「속미인곡」에 나타난 여성화자의 정체성을 비교하는 데 목적이 있다. 지위부여 이론은 개인이 대화 상황 속에서 스스로에게 부여한 담론적 지위와 그에 맞게 조정된 언어를 통해 정체성을 파악할 수 있다고 본다. 「사미인곡」의 여성화자는 자신에게 사대부 여성의 지위를 부여하면서 사대부 남성이 애용한 한시의 레퍼토리와 한자어를 사용하고 있는데, 이는 권력을 향한 욕망을 암시한다. 「속미인곡」의 여성화자는 자신에게 궁녀의 지위를 부여하고 순수 국어만 사용하고 있는데, 이를 통해 권력에 대한 욕망이 없이 오직 임만을 사랑하는 여성으로서의 정체성을 구성한다. ‘낮음’이라는 자질때문에 역설적인 호소력을 갖게 되는 ‘토착어로 말하는 여성’의 정체성을 완벽하게 구성한 「속미인곡」은 고도로 정치적인 노래임에도 불구하고 가장 진실된 노래라는 평가를 얻을 수 있었다.
