In order to achieve this purpose, this study examined the actual condition of counselors` sexual knowledge and Attitude, the relation between individual specific factor and sexual knowledge and attitude, the relation between sexual knowledge and sexual attitude, the variables to affect sexual knowledge and sexual attitude. The data of the study was collected from 168 counselors who are working in counseling field or have the counseling experience. The results of this study are as follows. First, the sexual knowledge was scored 26.65 of 39 and the score of sexual attitude was 2.96 of 5. Second, in case of the sexual knowledge, there was significant difference by marriage status, license, career, sexual intercourse, masturbation, sexual counseling and sexual education. Third, in case of the sexual attitude, there was significant difference by age, religion, education analysis, sexual intercourse and masturbation. Fourth, as far as the relation between the sexual knowledge and the sexual attitude was concerned, the more sexual knowledge they have, the more open-minded sexual attitude becomes. Also, the more open-minded sexual attitude becomes, the more they have sexual knowledge. Fifth, as variables which might affect the sexual knowledge, there are the existence of the license, sexual education and sexual intercourse. As variables which might affect the sexual attitude, there are the existence of sexual intercourse, religion and masturbation. That is, it showed this study was to survey the counselors` sexual knowledge and attitude in order to provide the basic data for the sexual education program of counselors. In addition, the reliability of result got higher by using the social desirability.
중국 조선족 대학생의 성 태도 및 성 행동에 관한 연구 -연변 1개 대학을 중심으로-

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore sexual attitude, sexual behavior and the related factors in chinese-Korean university students. Method: A self-administered questionnaire with cross-sectional design was used. Participants were 271 Chinese undergraduate students in one university in Jilin, China. Correlation coefficiency and t-test were used to find the relationships and to compare sexual attitude and sexual behavior and related factors. Result: Although sexual attitude of participants was moderate, they were more likely to be engaged in sexual behavior. The strong relationship between sexual attitude and sexual behavior suggested that those who have a permissive sexual attitude were more likely to have engaged in sexual behavior. The participants who responded that their parents have a less permissive attitude about sexual activity were less likely to be engaged in sexual behavior. There were significant relationships between sexual behavior and other variables, such as dating, experience of sexual activity, smoking and grades. Conclusion: Students who have a higher score of sexual attitude and had an experience of sexual activity were more likely to be at higher risk of being sexually.
청소년이 지각한 부모양육태도가 성태도에 미치는 영향 자기개방과 자아존중감의 매개효과

본 연구는 청소년이 보고한 부모양육태도, 성태도, 자아존중감, 자기개방의 관계를 규명하고, 이중매개효과를 검증하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. QR코드 설문방식으로 남자 390명(52%), 여자 367명(48%)을 수집하였고, 자료의 분석은 SPSS Statistics 20.0과 SPSS Process Macro v4.2의 Process Macro Model 6을 통해 부모양육태도와 성태도와의 관계에서 자아존중감과 자기개방의 직렬다중매개효과 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 부모양육태도는 성태도, 자아존중감, 자기개방과 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 부모양육태도와 성태도, 자아존중감, 자기개방은 직접효과 있었으며, 자아존중감은 성태도와 자기개방에 직접효과가 있었지만, 자기개방은 성태도와 직접효과가 없었다. 셋째. 부모양육태도와 성태도와의 관계에서 자아존중감이 부분 매개하였다. 본 연구는 부모양육태도가 청소년의 성태도에 직접적으로 영향을 주고, 자아존중감을 통해 간접적인 영향을 미치며, 자아존중감이 성태도 형성에 보호요인임을 밝힌데에 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구의 방향성을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between parenting attitude, sexual attitude, self-esteem, and self-disclosure reported by adolescents and to verify the mediating effect. To this end, a questionnaire was collected from 390 men (52%) and 367 women (48%) among middle and high school students using QR codes. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 20.0 and SPSS Process Macro v4.2, and the series of multiple mediating effects of self-esteem and self-disclosure were analyzed in the relationship between parenting attitude and sexual attitude through Process Macro Model 6. As a result of the analysis, first, the parenting attitude showed a positive correlation with sexual attitude, self-esteem, and self-openness. Second, the parenting attitude had a direct effect on sexual attitude, self-esteem, and self-openness, and self-esteem had a direct effect on sexual attitude and self-openness. On the other hand, self-openness did not affect sexual attitudes. Third, self-esteem partially mediated the relationship between parenting attitude and sexual attitude. This study is significant in that it revealed that self-esteem is an important variable in the influence of parenting attitude on sexual attitude. Finally, based on the research results, a plan for cultivating healthy sexual attitudes of adolescents was proposed.

This study intended to understand the sex culture of college students by examining the relationship between their sexual double standard, sex communication, sexual attitude, and sexual behavior. This study established a structural equation model with sexual double standard, sex communication with fathers/mothers/friends/partners as exogenous variables, sexual attitude as a mediator variable, and sexual behavior as a dependent variable. First, sexual double standard was found not to affect sexual attitude and sexual behavior. Second, sex communication with fathers had no effect on sexual attitude, while sex communication with mothers negatively affected sexual attitude. However, sexual communication with mothers did not affect the individual’s direct sexual behavior. Third, sex communication with friends had a positive effect on sexual attitude, with no direct effect on sexual behavior. Fourth, sex communication between partners had a positive effect on sexual attitude and had a direct effect on sexual behaviors, but in the process, sexual attitude had no mediating effect. Therefore, we discussed the need for education on college students’ sexual communication skills.
여자 고등학생의 성태도와 부모 양육태도가 성폭력 인식수준에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The study aimed to investigate the factors influencing consciousness of sexual violence in female high school students, focusing on sexual attitude and parental attitude. ethods: Data were collected from 248 female high school students in South Korea. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection through online survey. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Tukey’s test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: The mean score of consciousness of sexual violence in female high school students was 43.54 out of 48. The findings indicate that the mean score of consciousness of sexual violence differed y number of years in high school and academic achievement. Among sexual attitude, parental ttitude, and consciousness of sexual violence, there were meaningful correlations between onsciousness of sexual violence and sexual attitude (r=.132, p=.038,), love-hostility (r=.172, p=.006),and autonomous-control (r=.132, p=.038). Love-hostility aspect of parental attitude (=.159, p=.049) and academic achievement (=.208, p=.001) were found to be the important influencing factors on female high school student’s consciousness of sexual violence (F=5.720, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings of the study suggest that the love-hostility aspect of parental attitude and academic achievement influence consciousness of sexual violence of female high school students. Therefore, in order to improve consciousness of sexual violence in female high school students, sex education program and parent-education program should be developed with further research.

This study was planned to examine whether sub-scales of self-concept exerted differential influences on sexual behaviors according to sex and grade of subjects and how much sexual behaviors were affected by others' evaluation and actor's confirmity. On the whole, male students had higher self-concept and seemed to behave more sexually than female ones. Female students who are confident of their physical attraction are devoted to behave sexually. In case of female students, moral and family self-concept had negative correlations with sexual behaviors and attitudes and these results implied that female students who had higher moral standard and had harmonious household were apt to avoid doing sexual behaviors. Male students had more positive attitudes on sexual behaviors than female ones but the tendency of confirmity to other's evaluation was higher in female students. And positive correlations between sexual behaviors and norm perception suggested that others' evaluation had influenced sexual behaviors also. Regression analysis showed that someone who has positive attitude on sexual behaviors, strong tendency to confirm others' evaluation and good physical attraction tended to behave more sexually. In conclusion, the fact that self-concept and norm perception had differential influences on sexual attitude or sexual behaviors according to subject groups suggests that sexual behaviors are affected by sex role stereotype and characteristics of university culture. 본 연구는 자기개념의 여러 하위영역들이 성 태도와 성 행동과 어떤 관련을 맺고 있는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 또한 집단주의 문화권에 속한 우리문화에서 성 행동에 대한 규범인식과 행위자의 동조성이 성 행동에 얼마나 영향을 주는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 자기개념과 성 행동에 대한 분석 결과를 보면 남학생은 여학생보다 더 높은 자기개념을 가지고 있으며, 높은 자기개념을 가진 학생일수록 성 행동에 더 적극적인 경향이 있는데 비해 여학생은 신체적 자기개념이 높은 학생일수록 성 행동에 대해 더 적극적이었다. 특히, 여학생의 경우에는 도덕적 자기개념과 가정적 자기개념이 성 행동과 부적 상관관계를 보여 자신의 행동에 대한 도덕적 기준이 높고 가정이 화목할수록 성 행동에 소극적인 경향이 있다. 규범지각과 동조성에 대한 분석에서 남학생은 여학생에 비해 성 행동에 대해 더 긍정적인 태도를 가지고 있는데 비해 성 행동에 대한 주변사람들의 평가에 동조하려는 경향은 여학생이 더 높았다. 또한 성 행동이 규범지각과 상관을 보이고 있어 성 행동에 대한 주변사람들의 평가가 성 행동에 영향을 미치고 있음을 보여준다. 회귀분석에서도 성행동에 대해 긍정적인 태도를 가지고 있으며, 다른 사람의 평가에 동조하는 경향이 강하고, 스스로 신체적 매력이 있다고 느끼며, 도덕적 기준이 낮을수록 성 행동에 더 적극적인 경향이 있음을 보여주었다. 이처럼 집단에 따라서 자기개념이나 규범지각이 성 행동에 서로 다른 영향을 미치는 이유는 성 역할에 대한 고정관념과 대학문화가 갖는 특성 때문으로 보인다.
노인의 성지식과 성태도가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 성행동의 매개효과 연구

This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of sexual behaviors in the influence of sexual knowledge and attitude on life satisfaction among community living older adults. Using a purposive sampling method, this study surveyed a total of 236 older adults who live in Busan metropolitan city in South Korea. The data were analyzed with SPSS 20.0 for conducting descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The multiple regression analysis revealed the following results. First, sexual attitude in the sample was significantly related with the level of sexual behavior. Second, sexual knowledge and attitude had statistically significant relationship with life satisfaction. Third, sexual behavior was not significantly associated with life satisfaction under controlling sexual knowledge and attitude. This results indicated that sexual behavior did not mediate the influence of sexual knowledge and attitude on life satisfaction among the older adults. Based on the findings of this study, several implications for social work practice and policy are suggested. 본 연구의 목적은 지역사회에 거주하는 노인을 대상으로 성지식과 성태도가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 성행동의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하는 것이다. 조사대상은 편의표집방법을 활용하여 부산지역에 거주하는 65세 이상의 노인 236명을 대상으로 고지된 동의과정을 거쳐서 자료를 수집하였다. 연구분석방법으로는 SPSS 20.0을 활용하여 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 그리고 다중회귀분석이 실시되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 성태도가 성행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성지식과 성태도는 생활만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 성행동은 성지식과 성태도를 통제한 상태에서 생활만족도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이는 성행동이 성지식과 성태도가 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 매개역할을 수행하지 않음을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 지역사회에 거주하는 노인의 생활만족도를 향상시키기 위한 사회복지 실천적 및 정책적 함의를 논의하였다.
대학생의 성지식, 태도, 행동실태 및 성교육 효과에 관한 연구

This study was done to examine the sexual knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of Korea college students and investigate the effects of sexual education programs on college students with respect to their sexual knowledge and sexual attitudes. For these objectives, a single 92 item sexual questionnaire was administered to 213 college students (113 in the experimental group and 100 in the control group) as a pretest one day before the experimental group participated in a sexual education program Then a three week sexual education program was given to the experimental group and a posttest was administered to both groups day after the program. The findings from the pretest ; 1) The main sources of sexual information were friends, Internet, books and magazines. College students in this study showed relatively high scores on their overall sexual knowledge but showed low scores on their knowledge of venereal disease and HIV/AIDS. Female students had a higher sexual knowledge of physiology, pregnancy and sexual abuse than male students. 2) The overall sexual attitudes of college students were subjective. They showed especially strong liberal attitudes to premarital intercourse, had few double standards and agreed on induced abortion. Male students showed a more liberal attitude to premarital intercourse and extramarital intercourse (x²=50.679, p<.001). Christian students showed the lowest rates of permissiveness for induced abortion than students of other religions. 3) 64.9% of the subjects in this study had experience in intercourse. The gender and age of students did influence the experience rates of intercourse. Male students had much higher rates of intercourse than female students (x²=13.565, p<.001) and older students had higher experience rates of intercourse. 4) From the analysis of the relationship between sexual knowledge, attitudes and behaviors, this study revealed that sexual knowledge and sexual attitudes of college students have a correlation (r=0.324, p=0.000). Students' experience of intercourse did not influence their sexual knowledge scores, but did influence their sexual attitudes. Students who had experience of intercourse showed more liberal sexual attitudes than those students who did not (t=2.677, p<.050). And students who were exposed to sexual media such as pornography, sexual magazines, sexual books and the Internet, also showed more liberal sexual attitudes than those students who were not. The findings from the comparison of pretest and posttest ; 1. The sexual knowledge of the experimental group that participated in the sexual education program was significantly increased after the program compared to before the program (p<.001). However the control group did not show any significant change in their sexual knowledge. 2. The sexual attitudes of the experimental group were also changed significantly becoming less liberal (p<.001). The control group also showed significant change in their sexual attitudes, also becoming less liberal (p<.001). Therefore, the sexual education program used in this study was effective in increasing college students' accurate sexual knowledge, but had little effect on their sexual attitudes.
기혼여성의 성과 심리적 행복감간의 관계 - 성교부부 기혼여성과 비성교부부 기혼여성 비교 -

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of married women's sexuality and their level of psychological happiness. The subjects were 330 sexually active and 337 sexless married women. The results showed that there were significant differences in the levels of sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, sexual coping behavior, sexual satisfaction, psychological happiness between the two groups but no differences in the moral sexual attitude and the controlling type of sexual coping behavior. The results of multiple regression analysis indicated that the psychological happiness of both groups was not influenced by the sexual knowledge, while the psychological happiness of sexually active women was influenced by the rational sexual attitude and that of sexless married women was influenced by the traditional, moral and rational sexual attitude. Finally, the moderating effects of volunteer activity and cultural course taking were found for sexless women but not for sexually active women. 본 연구는 성교부부 기혼여성과 비성교부부 기혼여성의 성지식, 성태도, 성대처행동 및 성생활만족과 심리적 행복감간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 대상자는 성교부부 기혼여성 330명과 비성교부부 기혼여성의 337명이 였다. 첫째, 변량분석 결과, 도덕적 성태도와 성적 통제성을 제외한 모든 변인에서 성교부부 기혼여성과 비성교부부 기혼여성 간에는 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석 결과, 성교부부 기혼여성과 비성교부부 기혼여성의 성지식은 심리적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 성교부부 기혼여성의 합리적 성태도는 심리적 행복감에, 비성교부부 기혼여성의 전통적, 도덕적, 합리적 성태도는 심리적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 보였다. 성교부부 기혼여성의 성적 표현성은 심리적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미친 반면, 비성교부부 기혼여성의 성적 통제성이 심리적 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 자원봉사활동과 문화강좌이용의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 성교부부 기혼여성은 조절효과를 보이지 않았지만, 비성교부부 기혼여성은 정적 조절효과를 보였다. 따라서 본 연구는 기혼여성의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 하나의 핵심 지표로써 부부간의 성의 중요성을 인식시키는 하나의 기초 자료를 제공해줌으로써 그 활용가치가 높다고 하겠다.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 성의사표현, 성고정관념, 긍정적 성인식 및 자아존중감의 정도를 확인하고, 성태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 향후 성문화과 성안전에 기여할 수 있는 예비 간호인으로서 간호대학생의 성과 관련된 역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발과 전공 교과목 개발을 위한 기초교육자료로 활용하고자 한다. 연구대상자는 2개 대학의 간호대학생으로 임의표집 하였다. G-Power 3.1.3프로그램을 이용하여 최소 표본수를 구하였다. 설문지는 자가문답식 설문지를 이용하였고 작성시간은 약 15분 정도 소요되었다. 자료수집 기간은 2022년 4월 1일부터 4월 30일까지였으며, 회수된 280부 중 응답이 불충분한 8부를 제외한 272부를 자료 분석에 이용하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 성적자기주장은 평균 60.69점, 자아존중감은 평균 35.54점으로 중 이상이었다. 성태도는 평균 117.01점으로 성에 대해 평균보다 약간 높은 개방적인 태도를 보였다. 성태도는 성고정관념(r=-.357, p=<.001) 및 긍정적 성인식(r=-.299, p=<.001)과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 성태도에 미치는 영향요인은 성고정관념, 종교 유무, 성경험 및 성의사표현으로 나타났다. 이 중 성고정관념(β=-.384, p<.001)이 간호대학생의 성태도에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 두번째가 성경험(β=.271, p<.001)이었다. 이러한 요인들이 간호대학생의 성태도를 설명하는 정도는 30.1%이었다. 성태도는 사회적, 문화적인 환경의 변화에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 향후 성문화와 성안전에 기여할 수 있는 예비간호사로서 대학생의 성과 관련된 역량을 향상시키고 나아가 올바른 성의식을 고취시켜 성적자기주장훈련을 향상시킬 수 있는 반복적 교육프로그램을 개발하고 적용하는 것이 필요하다. This study is a descriptive research study to identify gender role stereotypes, gender expression, positive gender perception and self-esteem, and to identify factors that affect nursing students' sexual attitudes for nursing students. This study intends to use it as a basic educational material for developing a program that can improve the sexual competencies of nursing students as a prospective nurse who can contribute to sexual culture and sexual safety in the future and for the development of major subjects. The subjects were randomly selected the nursing departments of two universities. The minimum number of samples calculated using the G-Power 3.1.3 program. The questionnaire consists subject reads and checks directly, and it took about 15 minutes to fill out. The data collection period was from April 1 to April 30, 2022, and among the 290 recovered copies, 272 copies were used for data analysis, excluding 8 copies with insufficient responses. As a result of the study, sexual assertiveness scored an average of 60.69 points and their self-esteem averaged 35.54 points, which was above average. Nursing students showed an open attitude toward sex with an average of 117.01 points. Sexual attitudes were related to gender stereotypes (r=-.357, p=<.001), and positive gender perception (r=-.299, p=<.001) and there was a significant correlation. The factors affecting the sexual attitudes of nursing students were gender stereotypes, religious presence, sexual experience, and sexual expression. Of these, gender stereotypes (β=-.384, p<.001) had the greatest influence on the sexual attitudes of nursing students, and the second was sexual experience (β=-.306, p<.001). The degree to which these factors explained the nursing students' sexual attitude can vary according to changes in social and cultural environment. It is necessary to investigate the sexual attitude of nursing students as prospective nurses who can contribute to sexual culture and sexual safety in the future. that would make sense It is necessary to develop and apply an iterative educational program that can improve the performance-related competency of college students and further enhance the sexual assertiveness training by instilling the right sense of sexuality.
