        모델링의 제시방법에 따른 운동학습의 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of motor learning a hoop movement on method of modeling. The thirty subjects were randomly assigned to 3 different conditions groups: Visual Modeling, Verbal Modeling, Visual +Verbal Modeling. Each experimental group participated in 5 sequential movements of hoop skill tasks, was carried out 3 (modeling method)×5 (block) factorial design with repeated measures on the last factor. All post hoc analyses used the Tukey's HSD for difference between motor performance and learning on method offeedback. Also, rention and delayed rention stages analyzed by 2-way ANOVA. Data analyses were derived through the use of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS 12.0). The following results are based upon the findings of this study: 1)there were significant differences between visual modeling and verbal modeling in the movement performance scores and then visual modeling was higher than verbal modeling in the movement performance scores, 2) there were not significant differences between Visual modeling and mixed modeling in the movementperformance scores, 3) there were significant differences between mixed modeling and verbal modeling in the movement performance scores and then mixed modeling was higher than verbal modeling in the movement performance scores, 4) there were significant differences in the blocks and according to the increase of blocks, the movement performance scores of each block became higher.

        Performance Estimation Model of a Torque Converter Part I: Correlation between the Internal Flow Field and Energy Loss Coefficient

        The objective of this paper is to improve the performance estimation model of the internal flow field of a torque converter. Compared with performance experiment results, the converter based on the one-dimensional model does not satisfy the performance requirements demanded in practice. Therefore, we need to develop more predictable and reliable performance estimation models. In order to obtain shape information on three-dimensional blade geometry, a process of reverse engineering conducts a torque converter assembly, impeller, turbine and stator. In addition, a CFD simulation including mesh generation and post-processing was carried out to extract equivalent parameters from the internal flow field. The internal flow field can be explained by analyze the correlation between a performance estimation model and CFD analysis. The equivalent performance model adopts the variation of energy loss coefficients for a given operating condition according to the application of a changing energy loss coefficient by the least mean squares method. The estimated equivalent model improves the agreement in performance between experiments and the theoretical model. This model can reduce the error to within about 3 percent. Furthermore, this procedure for predicted performance achieves eminence in the estimation of the capacity factor.         A Literature Review on Modeling Strategies used in Applied Music Studios

        음악 스튜디오나 교육기관의 음악 부서에서 가르치는 대부분의 실기 수업의 교육적 구조는 일대일 실기 수업의 형태를 포함하고 있다. 이와 같이 일대일 실기 수업은 학생의 인원이 많은 대형 강의실과는 구별되게 학생과 교사 사이의 교육 전략이 다를 수 있다. 일대일 실기 수업의 특성상 요구되는 다양한 필수적인 교수 전략들 중에서도 교사의 모형화(Modeling)가 하나의 지지적인 요소로 나타난다. 본 문헌 고찰은 일대일 실기 수업의 일반적인 개요와 교사의 모형화(Modeling)가 수업에 미치는 효과를 포함하고 있다. 문헌의 기술적 비교연구를 통하여 일반적인 음악 악기는 물론 성악에도 적용될 수 있는 모형화 전략(Modeling Strategies)을 정의하고 분류하였다. 교사의 모형화 전략(Modeling Strategies)은 연주 모형화, 청각적 모형화, 시각적 모형화, 그리고근사 모형화의 범주에서 논한다. The educational structure of applied instruction involves one-on-one teaching which continues to be taught in most music studios or music departments. The instructional strategies between student and teacher may differ from lecture halls with large groups of students. Among the many required instructional strategies, studies have indicated teacher modeling as a supportive component used in this unique individual educational setting. The literature review includes a general overview of one-on-one applied lesson studios and the effectiveness of this method on instruction. The descriptive comparative studies in the literature helped to define and categorize modeling strategies that can be applied in the teaching of general musical instruments and voice. Teacher modeling strategies are discussed in terms of categories of performance modeling, auditory modeling, visual modeling, and performance approximation modeling.

        진로교육 성과평가를 위한 개념적 모형 개발

        이 연구의 목적은 진로교육 성과평가를 위한 개념적 모형을 개발하는 데에 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 Randers(1980)의 4단계 모형을 기반으로 진로교육 성과평가의 개념화, 모형 구축, 타당성 검증 과정을 통해 개념적 모형을 구축하였다. 개념화를 위하여 진로교육의 개념 및 목표, 성과평가의 개념 및 성과평가모형에 관한 문헌을 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 진로교육 성과평가를 위한 개념적 모형은 과정요인과 성과평가요인이 포함되고, 수준에 있어서는 개인 수준과 지역 및 국가 수준의 성과평가 준거로 구성될 수 있음을 확인하고, 진로교육 성과평가를 위한 개념적 모형을 도출하였다. 개념적 모형에 대한 타당성 확보를 위하여 진로교육 전문가 3인을 대상으로 전문가 검토를 실시하여 개념 및 내용을 확정하였다. 이 연구에서 제안한 진로교육 성과평가를 위한 개념적 모형은 그간 개별 연구자 차원에서 논의되었던 진로교육 활동의 효과성 분석과 산출 중심의 진로교육 성과평가를 통합 및 발전시킴으로써, 향후 체계적인 진로교육 성과평가를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 아울러, 이 연구의 마지막에는 진로교육 성과평가를 위한 개념적 모형 및 이 모형의 활용을 위한 논의 및 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to develop the conceptual model for performance evaluation of career education. To achieve the purpose of the study, conceptual model was established through conceptualization, construction, and validity test of career education performance evaluation based on the four-step model of Randers(1980). For conceptualization, we conducted literature review on the concept and objectives of career education, the concept of performance evaluation, and the performance evaluation model. Through the literature review, we found the conceptual model for performance evaluation of career education could consist of the career education performance model including process factor and performance factor, the performance criteria of career education at individual level and at regional and national level. Finally, we developed conceptual model for performance evaluation of career education. In order to secure the validity of the conceptual model, three experts in career education were reviewed to confirm the concept and contents. We expect that the conceptual model for performance evaluation of career education will provide a foundation for enhancing the systemicity of performance evaluation of career education. In addition, we discussed about some point of the conceptual model and proposed the themes further research needed.

        개방형혁신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 비즈니스모델혁신의 매개효과를 중심으로

        개방형혁신(Open Innovation)이 확산되고 있지만 경영성과(Business Performance)에 직접적인 영향을미치지 않는다는 연구결과도 일부 제시되고 있다. 본 연구는 개방형혁신이 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 과정에서비즈니스모델 혁신(Business Model Innovation)의 매개역할을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 국내 제조기업을대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 유효한 292건의 응답을 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과개방형혁신의 두 가지 요인인 지식탐색의 폭과 깊이는 경영성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 비즈니스모델 혁신은 경영성과에 직접적인 영향을 주었으며, 개방형혁신은 비즈니스모델 혁신을 매개로경영성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 이는 개방형혁신이 비즈니스모델 혁신을 매개로 경영성과에간접적인 영향을 주고 있음을 의미하며, 동시에 개방형혁신의 요인들이 비즈니스모델 혁신의 선행요인 중 하나로작용함을 시사한다. 이러한 결과는 개방형혁신을 도입하려는 기업들과 학자들에게 유용한 시사점을 제공할 것으로기대된다. 끝으로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. Although open innovation is spreading, some research results suggest that it does not directly affect business performance. This study empirically analyzed the mediating role of business model innovation in the process of open innovation influencing business performance. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting domestic manufacturing companies, and 292 valid responses were analyzed using a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the breadth and depth of knowledge search, two factors of open innovation, do not directly affect business performance. However, it was found that business model innovation had a direct impact on business performance, and open innovation had a significant impact on business performance through business model innovation. These results mean that open innovation has an indirect effect on business performance through the mediating effect of business model innovation, and prove that two open innovation factors act as one of the antecedents of business model innovation. The significance of the results of this study is as follows. First, by demonstrating that open innovation has a positive effect on business model innovation, it was identified that it is a leading factor. By revealing that open innovation affects business model innovation, it is possible to give significant implications for companies to promote business model innovation. Second, it can also be meaningful to verify the measurement method of business model innovation, which is still lacking in a clear definition. In other words, it was confirmed that business model innovation, measured based on the three dimensions of business model innovation, value proposition, value creation, and value capture, had a positive effect on management performance. Third, it was demonstrated that business model innovation plays a perfect mediating role between open innovation and management performance. This proves that open innovation activities alone are not enough to improve management performance and that additional value creation activities such as business model innovation are necessary. Fourth, some of the preceding studies argued that open innovation does not affect business performance. Regarding this controversy, this study identified the interaction between open innovation and management performance through empirical analysis. These results are expected to provide useful implications for scholars and companies seeking to introduce open innovation, and in particular, can provide important implications for strengthening the competitiveness of domestic manufacturing companies with a high proportion of SMEs. At the last part, the limitations of this study and future research directions were discussed.

        직원 채용과 교육에 대한 투자가 조직성과에 미치는 영향관계 분석 - 잠재성장모형을 활용한 종단분석 -

        본 연구에서는 AMO Framework을 이용하여 채용과 교육에 대한 투자의 시간에 따른 변화가 어떻게 작용하여 기업의 성과에 영항을 미치는 지를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 AMO 모형을 두 가지 측면에서 보완하였다. 첫째, A(역량)를 채용과 교육으로 분리하여 분석하였다. 둘째, AMO와 성과와의 관계를 나타내는 모델 중 승산모델과 가산모델을 정충한 결합모델을 채택하였다. 그리고 경로모호성이나 역인과성을 제거하기 위해 매개성과(인적자원성과)를 고려하였다. 또한 교육훈련이나 채용의 효과가 장기적으로 나타난다는 것을 감안하여 종단자료인 한국직업능력개발원의 인적자원기업패널 2,3,4,5차 년도 자료와 NICE신용평가정보의 KISVALUE 자료를 결합하여 잠재성장모형을 구성하고 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, AMO와 기업성과와의 관계분석을 위해 결합모형을 적용하여 다변량잠재성장모형 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 역량변수로 채용투자만 투입한 모형이 모형적합도가 적합한 것으로 확인되었으며, AMO간의 상호작용도 부분적으로 확인되었다. 채용*동기의 초기치가 클수록 인적자원성과가 높은 것을 확인하였다. 즉, 채용에 대한 투자를 많이 하는 기업의 경우 다른 HR제도와의 결합 중 동기부여관련 제도의 수준이 동종기업보다 높다면 인적자원의 초기성과가 높다는 것을 의미하는 것으로서 채용에 대한 투자를 늘리고자하는 기업의 경우 동기부여의 수준을 제고할 필요가 있다는 시사점을 제공한다. 이러한 결론은 결합모형을 지지하는 것이다. 둘째, AMO가 개별적으로 또는 상호작용하여 인적자원성과를 거쳐서 재무성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 즉, 채용이나 교육훈련, 동기부여, 기회제공제도 등에 대한 투자나 활용도가 높을수록 인적자원성과가 높아지고, 인적자원성과가 높아질수록 재무성과가 높아진다는 점을 분석을 통해 확인하였다. 셋째, 본 연구에서는 다변량 잠재성장모형을 활용하여 종단연구를 수행함으로써 횡단분석의 단점을 보완하였다. AMO의 상호작용에 대한 대부분의 선행연구들은 각 변수간 인과관계를 다중회귀분석이나 구조방정식을 통해 분석하였다. 인적자원은 무형자산으로서 이에 대한 투자는 시차를 두고 장기적으로 발생할 수 있다는 점을 고려하면 본 연구의 결과는 학문적 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. In this study, we use the AMO Framework to examine how changes in investment in hiring and etraining affect the performance of a company. Also this research has tested the interaction effect which is known to difficult verification in the prior studies. For the study, the AMO model was complemented in several respects. Firstly, A (ability) was analyzed by separation of employment and education. Secondly, this study adopted the combination model that compromised of two models: the Multiplicative Model and the additive model. And In order to remove path ambiguity and adverse causality, the mediator performance (human resource performance) was considered. Finally, In order to overcome the limitations of the cross sectional study, we adopt the latent growth model(LGM) for a longitudinal analysis in this study. Data Set is combined with second, third, fourth, fifth-year of Human Capital Corporate Panel(HCCP) of the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (KRIVET) and KISVALUE of NICE Information Service. The results is follows: First, this study adopted combination model using the multivariate LGM to analyze the relationship between AMO and business performance. In order to verify this research purposes, we tested three models, first model using both hiring cost per capita and training cost per capita, second model using the only hiring cost per capita variable and third model using the only training cost per capita variable as dependent variable. Among 3 models, it was confirmed that hiring cost per capita model was suitable for this study. Secondly, According to the results of model using the only investment in hiring cost per capita that motivation and opportunity have a significant impact on the human resources performance and interaction effect of the AMO was confirmed partially. The effect of interaction for hire*motivation can be founded. The intercept of hire*motivation has a positive influence on the human resources performance. This means that if companies invest a lot of hiring cost per capita give employee highly motivation than peer company, they could obtain higher human resource performance than others. Thirdly, We confirmed that the AMO individually or interacted influences financial performance through human resource performance. In other words, it was confirmed through analysis that the higher the investment or utilization of recruitment, training, motivation, and opportunity provision system, the higher the HR performance and the higher the HR performance, the higher the financial performance. Finally, In this study, the short-term analysis is complemented by carrying out the longitudinal study using the multivariate latent growth model. Most previous studies on the interaction of AMOs have analyzed causal relationships between variables through multiple regression analysis or structural equations. The results of this study are of academic significance, considering that human resources are intangible assets and investment in them can occur in a long term with time lag.

      • Performance Prediction Model of University Students Based on the Grey BP Neural Network

        This article counted the best performance of students entrepreneurship courses from 2005 to 2014, and took the best performance prediction of 2014 entrepreneurship course as the research object. According to the best annual performance of entrepreneurship courses from 2005 to 2014, this article established the grade prediction model of series combination of GM (1, 1) grey prediction model and BP neural network prediction model, and the established model was used to predict the best annual performance of students entrepreneurship course. Through comparing the actual value of the best annual performance of 2014 entrepreneurship course and the predicted value c by the model, this article analyzed the application of grey BP neural network prediction model in the students entrepreneurship performance prediction. The research results showed that for entrepreneurship performance prediction problem, the grey BP neural network prediction model had high prediction precision , simple application, and it can be widely used, and had more advantages than single GM (1, 1) grey prediction model and BP neural network model.

        Developing a Performance-Based Budgeting Maturity Model and Constructing a DEA-Based Composite Indicator to Measure It’s Score

        Performance-based budgeting has been a controversial topic over the past decades among budget professionals. Since the 1990s, a new wave of eagerness on performance-based budgeting has emerged among governments. In recent years, although utilization of performance-based budgeting has begun and various organizations have claimed the establishment of this system, its progress is not satisfactory. To evaluate the progress in establishing a performance based budgeting system, two budgeting maturity models have been presented. However, these two models cannot fully report the maturity of a performance-based budgeting system. By reviewing maturity reference models as well as two performance-based budgeting maturity models presented in budgeting literature, it has been attempted to highlight weaknesses of the recent models in order to present the developed performance-based budgeting maturity model. In addition to emphasizing the existence of necessary subsystems in a performance-based budgeting system, the model also emphasizes the results of this system. After developing a conceptual performance-based budgeting maturity model, it is now essential to develop an instrument for measuring this maturity. Obviously, this instrument should be able to aggregate criteria and sub-criteria of the conceptual maturity model in the form of a composite indicator and report the budgeting maturity indicator in the form of a score. Therefore, the second objective of this study is to develop a multi-layer data envelopment analysis model to measure PBB maturity index using optimization approach in constructing the composite indicator. By calculating the maturity score of each decision unit, the weight of sub-criteria in the macro indicator will be calculated.

        수력플랜트 모델수차 성능시험을 위한 시험설비 적절성에 관한 연구

        Performance evaluation of model turbines in the development of a hydropower plant is critical for determining hydraulic performance. Generally, performance evaluation of a model turbine is performed in accordance with the criteria outlined in IEC 60193, and a facility meeting these criteria is required. However, even with the construction of a facility for testing model turbine performance, a suitable facility for performance evaluation is required. To ensure the reliability of the performance evaluation of the model turbine, the uncertainty of the test is evaluated. For advanced institutes, it is recommended that the total uncertainty be less than 0.25%. Herein, the total uncertainty according to the model turbine performance test was calculated to determine the suitability of the equipment for evaluating model turbine performance. The results of the test performed by an external organization were compared with the results of this study. The results indicated that the total uncertainty was less than 0.25%. The error range of the model turbine test results obtained by the external augmentation system and the results obtained by the turbine test equipment of the vertical axis and the horizontal axis was less than 0.5%. The adequacy of the model turbine performance test facility was thus demonstrated.
