        음식관광 세분화를 통한 지역관광 활성화 방안 -약선 음식을 중심으로-

        This study focused on the dishes prepared with medicinal herbs food tourism the local economy is to provide the basic plan. Drawn from previous research through the a variable plan, as well as the local economy and at the same time as the metrics presented dishes prepared with medicinal herbs food tourism for activation through regional tourism strategy presented. Data processing of statistical packages SPSS Window 19.0 use. Statistical processing technical analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis and logistic regression analysis was conducted and verification. First, as a result of a study about experiences of a food tourist dishes prepared with medicinal herbs, around dishes prepared with medicinal herbs food menu development, about the image of the male dishes prepared with medicinal herbs of the highest food as men crowded around a lot of hunters will dishes prepared with medicinal herbs it is necessary to note the food tourism. Secondly, It has been show that people experienced in food tourism are also interested in tourism for the dishes prepared with medicinal herbs. Third, the dishes prepared with medicinal herbs food are likely to contribute to the globalization of Korean food tourism is granular as each appeared positively crowded star. Fourth, to review the operation of the dishes prepared with medicinal herbs food Hall. Fifth, The biggest problem of the tourism food hygiene is very high in dishes prepared with medicinal herbs food hygienic problem beforehand about the tourist dishes prepared with medicinal herbs food tourism is Korea's food and tourism resources should strive to be. The leading research into the academic implications drawn and measurement of variables through statistical indicators that measure through the academic validation. Expected results as food in order to enable the tourist areas of the region produce reflect the interest of men into the region with food ingredients, if men and women can all enjoy approximately dishes prepared with medicinal herbs is expected to be open for food. We expect that tourism for the dishes prepared with medicinal herbs will enjoy a steady increase by tourists because of the high interest in health based on the same origin theory between food and medicine.

        채약 습속과 전통지식, 무형문화로서의 함의 -지리산, 덕유산 일원의 채약인 구술 자료를 중심으로

        The aim of this article is to examine traditional knowledge of the people who gather medicinal herbs and sociocultural meanings as intangible culture. For this, I divided to four important factors the transmissional aspects of it so as to operationalism and explanation. They are conditions of inhabitation and growth of medicinal herbs, norms and religions, skill and knowledge for gathering of medicinal herbs, the use of folk therapy, etc. Collectors of medicinal herbs(ginseng diggers, herbalists) have carried out their gathering tasks based on natural knowledge about conditions of inhabitation and growth of medicinal herbs, and are closely connected with mountain configuration, soil and climate, etc. Traditional knowledge of medicinal herb gatherers involves various sociocultural meanings as intangible culture because it contains the recognition orientation and speculation about the reciprocity between natural ecology and medicinal herbs and concerning norm and religious belief, skill and knowledge for gathering medicinal herbs. This is namely the 'culture complex of gathering of medicinal herbs' and shows the original form and its continuation of mankind's gathering folk of medicinal herbs. It is necessary for planning the way of conservation, transmission and use of it through the recognition and rediscovery of the values of intangible culture, being involved in traditional knowledge of medicinal herb gatherers. First, a response for conservation, transmission of intangible culture must be expended. For this, we have to abstract the factors of traditional knowledge from medicinal herb gatherers. Second, we have to register their traditional knowledge as intangible cultural heritage connecting to the national system of professional collectors of medicinal herbs. Moreover, we must hurry up the construction of a digital archive and an exhibition hall for the gathering folk of medicinal herbs. 채약 습속은 약초의 채취활동 과정에서 생성, 축적되고 전승되어온 인류의 생업문화유산으로 채집 생계양식의 원초적 일면을 보여준다. 이는 성상(性狀)과 기미(氣味), 약성 등 본초학적 지식을 비롯하여 약초의 생산과 유통, 소비과정의 전 단계에서 축적된 인류문화의 중요한 지혜를 포함한다. 본고에서는 채약 습속의 전통지식을 약초의 서식ㆍ생장 조건 및 채취 규범과 신앙, 채취 월령과 기술ㆍ지식, 민간요법의 활용 등 네 부분으로 나누어 그 전승양상을 살펴보았다. 심마니와 약초꾼을 포함하는 채약인들은 산지 지형과 토양, 기후 등의 자연환경에 조응하는 약초의 서식 및 생장 조건에 대한 자연지식을 바탕으로 채약활동을 해왔다. 채약 습속의 전통지식은 자연생태와 약용식물의 상호성과 이에 대한 채약인의 인지방식 및 사유체계, 규범과 신앙, 기술ㆍ지식체계를 포함하고 있으므로 무형문화로서의 함의를 갖는다. 이는 ‘채약의 문화복합’ 현상으로 인류 채집생활문화의 원초성과 지속성을 보여준다. 채약 습속의 전통지식 속에 내재되어 있는 무형문화로서의 가치를 인식, 재발견함으로써 이를 보존, 전승, 활용하기 위한 방안을 강구할 필요가 있다. 우선 채약 습속을 전통지식의 범주로 묶어냄으로써 무형문화로서의 가치를 재인식하고 보존, 전승의 공감대를 확대시켜 나가야 한다. 그런 다음 이를 무형문화유산으로 등재함으로써 장기적으로는 전문채약인 제도와 연계하여 무형문화재로 지정하는 것도 하나의 방안이다. 채약 습속의 전통지식을 디지털 아카이브 혹은 채약문화전승관 형태로 구축하는 일도 시급하다.

        조선 성종의 향약활용과 의료정책

        Joseon Dynasty King Seongjong tried hard to promote using Native Korean medicinal herbs and he made Medicine Policy. Seongjong announced the way of gathering Native Korean medicinal herbs at a right moment and the correct drying way of them to the nation. He got to illustrate Native Korean medicinal herbs and write how to dry them in medical books. The Medicine Policy of Seongjong was encouraging the importance of our medicine, extending medical coverage widely and cultivating Chinese medicinal herbs. He improved some benefits of officials studying medical books, doctors and students studying medicine in order to develop medicine. He tried to make the law that doctors could assign to State Council(Uijeongbu) and six ministries, that was why superior persons could become doctors. Seongjong published medical books easily and simply with selecting the part of medical encyclopedia. These books were essential medical prescriptions in daily life. He ordered to translate the Compilation of Native Korean Prescriptions(Hyangyak jipseong bang) into Korean alphabet(Hangeul). The reason was that the general public could read the Compilation of Native Korean Prescriptions(Hyangyak jipseong bang). Seongjong got to cultivate Chinese medicinal herbs because Chinese medicinal herbs were too expensive so that the general public couldn't buy them. The representative Chinese medicinal herb was a licorice. Finally cultivating Chinese medicinal herbs helped many people to cure their diseases.

        한약(韓藥)을 이용(利用)한 항암(抗癌) 실험연구(實驗硏究)의 경향(傾向)에 관(關)한 고찰(考察)

        Because there were lots of side effects and tolerances to the existing anticancer therapeutics, the experiment extracting the anticancer effect from medicinal herbs is in progress liviely. Therefore the purpose of this study were to research the tendency and the course of anticancer studies. To research the tendency of anticancer studies, medicinal herbs of fifty three experimental papers were analyzed and to examine the course of studies, anticancer papers in the medical world were used. The obtained results were as follows: Methods of herbal medicinal treatments were elimination the pathogenic factor(祛邪) and supporting healthy energy(扶正) method used. In this study, immediately tumor bearing and immune response were the most important point. The subject of immediately tumor bearing was not in the specific cancer but in the influence on the life span of general cencerous cells. In the experimental study of immune response, the effect on NK cell activity of medicinal herbs most studied. The combined usage of medicinal herbs and anticancer agent mostly intended to know whether it inhibits the tumor cell growth. The serum test and blood cell number test show if medicinal herbs inhibit side effect of anticancer agent. More than 80 percents of used medicinal herbs, there were anticancer activities. However anticancer experimental studies using medicinal herbs two weak points. The one, it was difficult to choose a prescription according to differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證論) of the Oriental Medicine, because we put to the test not a man but a mouse. The other, as we observed the indirect effect of the whole physiological regulation caused by synergic effects of the complex prescription, we don't understand the detailed mechanism of the herb. Therefore, if the anticancer effect of the herb is proved the experiment, we should research the concrete medical action of medicinal herbs and immunological analysis of herbal medicines to the body.

        전통주에 이용되는 한약재의 특성 연구

        Objective : The aim of this study is to analyze medicinal herbs, the ingredients of traditional Korean liquor, focusing on efficacy in the traditional Korean medicine. Through this study, for vitalizing traditional Korean liquor market, the researchers attempt to explain the superiority of traditional Korean liquor and the advantages of using herbs to brew alcoholic beverages. Method : We conducted a research targeting traditional Korean liquors in domestic market from July through september 2012, and finally 70 kinds of liquor were selected and analyzed. Results : Among traditional liquors, fermented liquors are most common. When comparing regions of brewery, the central region of Korea, Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheongnam-do, is major brew area. 37 liquors contain just one medicinal herb. followed 10 liquors contain two medicinal herbs. The most frequently used medicinal herb is Ginseng Radix. And Lycii Fructus, Schisandrae Fructus, Angelicae Gigantis Radix and Chrysanthemi Indici Flos are well used medicinal herbs to brew traditional liquors. In the classification of efficacy of medicinal herbs, tonifying and replenishing medicinal herbs are most popular as ingredients in the traditional alcohols, astringent medicinal herbs, exterior releasing medicinal herbs and heat clearing medicinal herbs are also frequently used. Investigation of tastes and properties of the herbs, it reached a conclusion as below: sweet taste is most common, followed by sour taste and bitter taste. Warm property is account for 50% approximately, followed by cold property. Conclusion : Medicinal herbs have been widely used in the traditional Korean liquor. It came out into the open that the liquor with medicinal herbs is very good for our body in terms of longevity and invigoration. However, liquor consumers concern about not only the efficacy but also the taste, scent and color. Therefore, further study about these things would be required to demonstrate the superiority of the traditional Korean liquor.

        상온보관에 따른 권연벌레의 번식이 한약재 천궁, 당귀의 품질에 미치는 영향

        Background: The current regulations regarding the storage of medicinal herbs do not define the storage temperature; instead, but the only requirement is that the plastic bags used for storing the medicinal herbs should be tightly sealed during storage. The practice of storing medicinal herbs at room temperature (28℃), causes many problems, including growth of insect pests on the stored medicinal herbs. Thus, it is necessary to understand the effect of insect pests on the quality of medicinal herbs stored at room temperature (28℃) for the improving the relevant regulations. Methods and Results: Cnidium rhizome and Angelica radix were infested with Lasioderma serricorne F. adults and incubated at 28℃ for 2.5 and 5 months. The population of L. serricorne was established rapidly, and left many holes, cadavers, and feces on the stored medicinal herbs, thereby greatly damaging the product appearance and hygiene. In addition, active ingredients of the medicinal herbs were significantly decreased, probably reducing their medicinal quality as well. Conclusions: These results indicate that the current regulations are not sufficient to prevent the establishment of storage insect pests and guarantee the quality and hygiene of stored medicinal herbs. Therefore, it is necessary to devise proper storage protocols and upgrade the current relevant regulations to maintain the quality of medicinal herbs during storage.

        중의학 데이터베이스인 TCMID와 TCMSP로부터 '동의수세보원 신축본'에 제시된 사상체질별 본초 선별 연구

        Objectives The network pharmacological study on herbal remedies in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is actively being carried out based on the TCM databases such as TCMID and TCMSP. It is necessary to select Sasang Constitution-specific (SC-s) herbs from these databases in order to study the prescriptions in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Methods SC-s herbs and their processing types listed in 『Dongyisusebowon Sinchukbon』 were searched from TCMID and TCMSP. Results and Conclusions 1. There were total 144 herbs (Soeum 47, Soyang 37, Taeeum 44, Taeyang 16 specific herbs) listed in 『Dongyisusebowon Sinchukbon』. 2. There were total 130 herbs (Soeum 43, Soyang 37, Taeeum 42, Taeyang 8 specific herbs) searched from TCMID, and total 92 herbs (Soeum 31, Soyang 30, Taeeum 27, Taeyang 4 specific herbs) from TCMID. 3. In some cases, the name given in 『Dongyisusebowon Sinchukbon』 was different from that in TCMID and TCMSP. It was needed to be careful during the searching process. 4. Although the processing form of some herbs could be searched, there was a significant reduction in the herbal compound information compared to the raw form. It is necessary to reconsider whether or not to use the processing form. 5. Herbal scientific names given in TCMID and TCMSP or used in China and Korea were different each other in some cases. Additional screening process among such herbs would be required based on the efficacy of herbs used in clinical field.

      • 대전 지역 유통 식용 한약재의 잔류농약 실태 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the residue amount of pesticide on the 41 medicinal herbs in Daejeon area. This study was carried out to monitor the current status of pesticide residues in commercial medicinal herbs for sale of food use in 2012. It was performed using GC/ECD, GC/NPD, HPLC to analyze pesticides residues. Residues of 283 pesticides were analyzed by a simultaneous multiresidue method in 41 medicinal herbs being on sale in Daejeon. The medicinal herbs detected pesticides in 10 of 41 cases, showed a detection rate of 24.39%. The medicinal herbs which exceed the maximum residue limit were five cases as Cnidii Rhizoma, Osterici Radix, Artemisiae Capillaris Herba, Zizyphi Fructus and Alismatis Rhizoma. And pesticide residue of Cnidii Rhizoma and Alismatis Rhizoma exceeds the limit standard presented in only medicine use of KFDA. The residual pesticides which had the high detection rate were Chlopyrifos, Tebuconazole and Endosulfan in the detection of medicinal herbs. For further research, standards of Pesticide Residues in medicinal herbs should be added and more research of pesticide residues in medicinal herbs required. And standards of pesticide residues in medicinal herbs should be applied equally as medicines and food.

        The Screening of Fermented Medicinal Herbs to Identify Those with Anti-inflammatory Properties

        Objectives : Consumption of fermented foods has been known to alleviate some of the symptoms of atopy, may limit allergy development, and there are also many medicinal herbs proved to be effective for immunologically mediated diseases. In this study, we introduced modern zymology to ferment some herbs to see if fermentation has the possibility of increasing the anti-inflammatory effects of medicinal herbs. Interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interferon-gamma (INF-γ) have been demonstrated to be the main factors in the pathology of allergic diseases. Methods : We measured the levels of IL-4 and INF-γ on concanavalin A-induced BALB/c mice spleen cells, which were treated by fermented and unfermented herbs subsequently. We then compared the fermented groups with unfermented groups to see if the anti-inflammatory effects of the herbs were influenced by fermentation. Results and Conclusions : Our results showed that fermentation had the potential to increase the anti-inflammatory effects of some medicinal herbs, and Astragalus membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhiza would be the most suitable medicinal herbs for fermentation among the herbs in this study.
