This paper analyzes the structure of Me-Too narrative and examines the problems of truth and justice required by Me-Too narrative. Firstly, Me-Too narrative is enabled through the self-ascription by the subjective self I of concealed injuries and sufferings to the objective ME, which have been absent because of their being unable to be spoken out. The objective self ME is a social self constituted by social interactions, and it's inherent conventional conformity revealed in the fact that our social actions are practiced according to given social scripts as procedural schema. The court of first instance in Ahn Hee-Jung Case, which judged sexual intercourse by the abuse of supervisory power and sincere job performance to be inconsistent, can be criticised as being unsuccessful in giving enough consideration to the boundness of social actions such as job performances to given social scripts. On the other hand, the self-attestation of the subject self I guarantees the possibility of Me-Too narrative. The core attributes I attest and endorse as my own things constitute my self-identity and become the reasons and motivations of my actions. Me-Too narrative is an expression of one's self-identity and its practical fulfillment. Secondly, Me-Too narratives demand that the truth of self-ascription by the subjective self I to the objective ME is to be affirmed in legal courts, and that appropriate punishments and compensations should be made. One's self-ascription of illegal injuries and sufferings is at same time an ascription of criminal actions to a perpetrator or perpetrators, which is not made on purely factual basis. 'Action' is a social concept, and its ascription is determined by certain linguistic, social, and legal rules. Where the truth of ascription statements is questioned, the court should be careful not to do an epistemic injustice. It should make efforts not to give credibility excess nor credibility deficit to the testimonial statements, and try to keep its standing-up 'in the space of reasons.' This is more needful especially in the case of sexual violence crimes most of which occur based on unequal distributions of power resources, which can be more solidified than before and hinder tactically the realization of epistemic justice in courts. 이 글은 안희정 케이스와 안태근 케이스를 사례로 삼아 미투서사를 분석하고 미투서사에서 요청되는 진실의 규명과 정의의 문제를 살펴보고자 한다. 첫째, 미투서사는 주격 자아 I가 그 동안 말할 수 없었기에 부재해왔던 것들을 말함으로써, 은폐되어온 범죄 피해사실과 고통의 경험을 목적격 자아 ME에게 자기귀속(self-ascription)함으로써 성립한다. 목적격 자아 ME는 사회적 상호작용을 통해 구성되는 사회적 자아로서 그에 내재한 관행성은 사회적 행위의 스크립트(script) 부합성에서 잘 드러난다. 위력간음행위와 성실한 직무수행을 상호 충돌하는 것으로 보았던 안희정 케이스의 1심 재판부는 사회적 행위의 스크립트 부합성을 충분히 고려하지 못하였다는 비판이 가능하다. 다른 한편, 주격 자아 I의 자기인증(self-attestation)은 미투서사의 가능성을 담보한다. 주격 자아가 자신의 것들로 인증하고 배서(背書)하는(endorse) 핵심적 속성들은 그녀의 자아 정체성을 구성하고 행위의 이유와 동기가 되고, 미투서사는 이러한 자아 정체성의 확인이자 실천이라고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 미투서사에서 이뤄지는 범죄 피해사실의 자기귀속 진술은 동시에 가해자에 대한 가해행위의 귀속진술이기도 하다. 미투서사는 법정에서 범죄 행위사실이 밝혀지고 그에 따라 응분의 처벌과 보상이 이뤄지기를 요구한다. 범죄행위의 ‘귀속’은 순전히 사실들 차원에서 결정되지 않는다. ‘행위(action)’는 사회적 개념으로서 행위의 귀속은 언어적, 사회적, 법적 귀속규칙에 따라 이뤄진다. 귀속진술의 진실성이 다퉈질 때 재판부는 ‘인지적 부정의’(epistemic injustice)가 발생하지 않도록 유의해야 한다. 제출된 증언과 진술에 과도하거나 미흡한 신빙성이 주어지지 않도록 해야 하며 스스로의 입지점을 합리적 ‘이유들(reasons)의 공간’ 안에 두도록 노력해야 한다. 불균등한 권력자원의 배분을 배경으로 하는 성폭력범죄의 경우 이전의 상하 권력관계는 더욱 공고화되어 법정에서의 인지적 정의의 실현을 방해할 수 있다는 점에서 더욱 그러하다.

Also 〈Creative Me-Company〉 needs some support out of healthy eco-system. For example financial service, consulting service, technological support and physical infrastructure such as office, network should be required for vulnerable 〈Creative Me-Company〉. Comparing to other types of similar organization like free lancer, 〈Creative Me-Company〉 has apparent characteristics fit for creative economy. We can make some categories for 〈Creative Me-Company〉 using criteria of motivation. Fondé sur l'esthétique plotinienne, nous sommes en train de faire une microlecture des Fleurs du Mal de Baudelaire. Notre recherche précédente nous a montré plusieurs états d’âme poétique: l’âme de Là-bas, de la chute, d’Ici-bas, et enfin l’âme qui remonte Là-bas, dont les trois premières sont expliquées. La caractéristique omniprésente de l’âme baudelairienne nous a posé cependant quelques propblèmes, car elle s’identifie extrèmement complexe: l’âme ou l’état d’âme de Là-bas se prèsentent, sinon sont suggérés dans l’âme d’Ici-bas, qui se montre, pas très souvent mais, comme un lutteur contre Là-bas. Cette contraste et ce déguisement, se trouvant au nivaux du contexte non seulement dans un poème mais également à travers le recueil tout entier, nous ont demandé une interprétation plotinienne comme un repère esthétique. Ce qui nous a rendu clair sera en fait pour le moins qu’au centre de cette complexité réside enfin ‘l’âme qui remonte’: thème principale au sens fondammental du terme philosophico-esthétique chez Plotin. C’est pour cela que cette étude a expliqué une certaine compléxité des relations intérieures et intermédiaires entre des états d’âme. Et la raison essentielle de ce phénomène se superpose avec l’âme qui remonte Là-bas. Notre explication sur cette superposition complèxe peut se magnifester comme la cause cruciale de la compléxité de l’â me d’Ici-bas, de son image déguisée comme lutteur, et enfin du but de la retour de l’âme vers Là-Haut. Une microlecture mise en parallèle avec l’esthétique plotinienne, cette topographie de l’âme baudelairienne se précise, en relation avec la poétique des Fleurs du Mal, comme une esthétique de l’orphisme en général. L’inconfort de l’âme d’Ici-bas, ses états d’âme complexe, la lutte contre des vestiges très variables de Là-Haut se focalisent en définitive à l’envie obsessionelle de remonte, sous-entendue de toute évidence dans l’âme d’Ici-bas. Et tout cela nous explique que l’â me baudelairienne peut se placer au centre de la poétique plotinienne des Fleurs du Mal.
모바일로보틱스 직종에서 프로젝트 기반 학습 설계 접근법 적용 사례에 관한 연구

목적 본 연구는 ME310 프로젝트 기반 학습 설계 접근법을 기능경기대회 준비 과정에 적용하여 로봇 개발 및 경기 수행 능력 향상에 미치는 효과를 분석하고, 적용 사례를 통해 학습 전략 개선 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 그 결과를 활용하는데 있다. 방법 2024 전국기능경기대회 모바일로보틱스 직종에 참가한 학생을 대상으로, ME310 프로젝트의 5단계 과정을 적용하여 로봇을 설계 및 제작하고, 경기 수행 결과를 분석하였다. 연구에서는 경기 결과와 로봇 설계 과정의 주요 개선 요소, 기존 기능경기대회 준비 방식과의 차이점을 비교하였다. 결과 연구 대상 학생들은 2024 전국기능경기대회에서 입상하였으며, ME310 프로젝트 기반 학습법이 기능경기대회 준비 과정에서 실질적인 성과 향상에 기여한 것으로 나타났다. 해당 프로젝트의 단계별 절차를 적용한 결과 적용한 로봇은 기존 방식 대비 운반 속도 및 적재 효율성이 증가하여 경기 수행 시간이 단축되었으며, 반복적인 프로토타입 로봇 개발과 테스트 과정을 통해 과제 수행을 위한 로봇의 성능을 최적화하였다. 결과적으로, ME310 프로젝트 접근법은 기능경기대회 준비 과정에서 구조화된 문제 해결 전략을 제공하면서 학습자의 실전 적응력과 공학적 사고 능력을 강화하는데 긍정적으로 작용하였다. 결론 ME310 프로젝트 접근법은 기능경기대회 준비 과정에서 체계적인 학습 전략을 제공하며, 로봇 설계 역량 및 창의적 사고, 실전 문제 대응력과 자기주도성 강화에 효과적인 모델이 될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 통해 기능경기대회 준비뿐만 아니라, 실무 중심의 교육에서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다. Objectives This study aims to analyze the impact of applying the ME310 project-based learning design approach on enhancing robot development and performance in the preparation process for the skills competition, and to derive directions for improving learning strategies based on applied case studies. Methods The study focused on students participating in the 2024 National Skills Competition in the Mobile Robotics category. By applying the five-step ME310 project process, robots were designed and produced for competition use. The competition results and robot development process were then compared with previous years to analyze differences in effectiveness and preparation outcomes. Results The students who participated in the study won awards at the 2024 National Skills Competition, and it was confirmed that the ME310 project-based learning approach contributed to substantial performance improvements during the competition preparation process. Applying the step-by-step procedures of the ME310 project, the robots developed by the students demonstrated improved transport speed and efficiency compared to conventional methods, thereby reducing task completion time. Through repeated prototype development and testing, the overall performance of the robots was systematically optimized. As a result, the ME310 approach functioned effectively in enhancing the learners’ practical adaptability and structured problem-solving abilities throughout the preparation process. Conclusions The ME310 project-based learning approach provided a more structured and systematic learning strategy during the competition preparation process. It helped enhance not only the students’ capabilities in robot design and creative problem-solving, but also their ability to respond flexibly to real-world variables. These findings suggest that the ME310 method has practical applicability beyond the competition setting, indicating its potential for broader use in hands-on engineering education.
녹차로부터 분리한 epigallocatechin-3-O-(3-O-methyl) gallate의 Helicobacter pylori 생육 억제 효과

Epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate (EGCG)는 차의 대표적인 유용성분 중 하나로, 항산화, 항암, 그리고 항염증등 다양한 건강기능성과 더불어 Helicobacter pylori의 생육을 억제하는 효과도 우수하다고 알려져 있다. 그러나, EGCG에 methyl기가 결합된 형태인 epigallocatechin-3-O-(3-O-methyl) gallate (EGCG3 Me)에 대한 H. pylori의생육 억제 효과는 보고된 바가 없다. 본 연구에서는 H. pylori P1WT 및 SS1 균주를 대상으로 차로부터 분리한EGCG3 Me의 항균 활성을 평가하였다. EGCG3 Me은 octadecylsilane-medium performance liquid chromatography를 이용하여 가루녹차(Camellia sinensis var. sinensis cv. Benifuuki)의 70% ethanol 추출물로부터분리되었으며, 그 구조는 ESI-MS, 1D-, 그리고 2D-NMR 분석을 통하여 확인되었다. 가루녹차로부터 분리된EGCG3 Me는 EGCG와 거의 유사하게 농도 의존적으로 H. pylori P1WT와 SS1 균주에 대한 생육 억제 효과를나타내었다. 특히, 두 균주 모두 50 그리고 100 μM의 EGCG 및 EGCG3 Me 처리에 의해 성장이 크게 억제되었으며, 100 μM 농도의 경우 P1WT와 SS1 균주의 성장을 매우 높은 수준으로 억제하였음을 관찰할 수 있었다. EGCG3 Me의 H. pylori 생육 억제 효과는 EGCG와 거의 유사하였다. 이상의 결과로부터 EGCG3 Me는 EGCG 와 더불어 H. pylori 생육 억제 효과를 갖는 차의 유용 소재로 활용이 기대된다. Epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate (EGCG), a major bioactive compound in green tea, has been shown to strongly inhibit the growth of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) apart from its other multiple health benefits. However, no study on the anti-Helicobacter pylori activity of epigallocatechin-3-O-(3-O-methyl) gallate (EGCG3 Me), a unique O-methylated form of EGCG, is currently available. The present study aimed to compare the growth inhibitory activities of EGCG and EGCG3 Me against H. pylori strains P1WT and SS1. EGCG3 Me was isolated from a 70% ethanol extract of green tea (Camellia sinensis var. sinensis cv. Benifuuki) by using octadecylsilane-medium performance liquid chromatography. Its structure was confirmed by ESI-MS and 1D- and 2D-NMR experiments. Both EGCG and EGCG3 Me inhibited the growth of H. pylori strains P1WT and SS1 in a dose-dependent manner. The antibacterial activity of EGCG3 Me was similar to that of EGCG. EGCG is well-known to be a potential anti-H. pylori agent. These results indicate that EGCG3 Me may be a valuable therapeutic agent against H. pylori infection.

Depuis 1996, le dialogue Asie-Europe fournit un cadre de dialogue sans équivalent qui permet d'améliorer la relation interrégionale Asie- Europe. Cependant certains jugent que l'ASEM se contente d'être un “talk shop” qui est incapable de prendre une décision et de donner des résultats. De même le rapport célébrant les dix années d'activité d'ASEM ne réservait pas les critiques aux premier et deuxième pilier ce qui consistent les coopérations politique et économique des deux régions. C'est uniquement le troisième pilier que le rapport s'est dit satisfait de ses contributions substantielles. Le problèmatique de notre article part sur le constat que l'on a tendance d'évaluer ASEM sous l'angle essentiellement économique et politique en négligeant le troisième pilier de l'ASEM. Il faut rappeler que le dialogue Asie-Europe s'articule autour de trois grands domaines thématiques, soit trois piliers d'ordre politique, économique et culturel/ social/éducatif. C'est la raison pour laquelle que notre article se propose d'analyser les activités d'ASEM en focalisant sur son troisième pilier. En comparaison de l'APEC qui est une organisation exclusivement économique, cette multidimensionnalité consiste l'un des caractères de l'ASEM qui la distingue des autres institutions. Le troisième pilier a pour objectif d'acquérir une meilleure connaissance de l'autre partie. Pour réussir et inscrire ASEM dans le long terme, il faut un renforcement de la connaissance mutuelle entre l'Asie et l'Europe. Il s'agit d'intensifier les programmes de coopération globaux, notamment à travers les échanges culturels, éducatifs, sociaux et autres. Si au départ le troisième pilier s'est créé pour constituer un élément clé du renforcement des liens économique et politique, c'est-à-dire le pilier auxiliaire, nous observerons que les activités de troisième pilier prouvent au fur à mesure sa place à part entiere. L'effet 11 septembre a notamment donné à l'ASEM la possibilité de servir le cadre comme un dialogue entre les cultures, civilisations et les religions. Afin de réduire le risque de fracture et combattre la crispation identitaire, le dialogue de cultures, civilisations et les religions est devenu l'un des thèmes incontournables à traiter au sein de l'ASEM. De mê̂me l'ASEM a servi comme le cadre utile pour favoriser le respect des cultures diverses et pour faire adopter la Convention de la diversité culturelle de l'UNESCO.
플로티노스 미학을 통한 악의 꽃 미시독서(4) : 영혼의 지형도 (저기, 추락, 여기)

Nos recherches précédentes fondées sur l'esthétique plotinienne nous ont montré deux constatations principales concernant la poésie baudelairienne. Premièrment, l'oeuvre peut se lire en parallèle avec l’esthétique plotinienne : l'Au-delà des Fleurs du Mal comme l'état de l'Un et de l'Intelligence, le Moi poétique baudelairien comme l'Ame plotinienne, et Ici-bas poétique des Fleurs du Mal comme le monde sensible manifesté dans Ennéades. De cela nous avons compris que l'esthétique plotinienne peut être beaucoup plus efficace à expliquer la poétique baudelairienne que celle platonienne. Deuxièmement, à partir de l’hypothèse concernant une certaine homgénéité entre l'univers poétique contradictoire et la forme de l'expression convenable à cette thématique complexe, nous avons expliqué que les expressions oxymoriques, pleines dans les poèmes dont la contradiction thématique concerne l'Ici-bas, sont maniféstées comme caractéristique du monde sensible plotinien. Nos recherches ainsi faites dont le point de vue basé sur l’ontologie plotinienne nous demandent maintenant de regarder son ephistémologie en parallèle avec la poétique baudelairienne. L’âme plotinienne et le Moi poète baudelairien sont le sujet éphistémologique, qui reconnaîssent communément la Beauté de Là-bas cachée dans le monde sensible. De cela nous pouvons présenter une hyothèse: les structures éphistémologiques de deux sujets seront ressemblantes l’une à l’autre, étant donné que l’âme plotinienne s’apparente au Moi poète, et que ce Moi dans les Fleurs du Mal s’interprète comme des âmes, dont ses formes se présentent très variables selon le contexte poétique. L’omniprésence de l’âme, résultée de l’émanation chez Plotin et de la chute dans les Fleurs du Mal, devera se fonctionner certainement comme clef de voûte. Sa présence détaillée dans tous les poèmes des Fleurs du Mal est alors recensée, et cela nous donne ses quatre status: âme de Là-bas(+), de la chute(↓), de l’Ici(-) et enfin l’âme qui remonte Là-bas(↑). Chcune portant leurs spécificités, son identité structurale entre l’esthétique plotinienne et la poétique baudelairienne à chaque status se définira comme la plus importante: une topographie de l’âme baudelairienne. Il nous reste cependant à expliquer ‘l’âme qui remonte Là-bas’, car elle s’identifie comme la plus complexe; les trois précédentes se présentent presque tout le temps en contraste avec elle au nivaux du contexte non seulement dans un poème mais également dans le recueil tout entier. En plus elles impliquent très souvent certaines ambiguïté, confusion et même contradiction entre elles. Ce qui est claire sera pour le moins qu’au centre de cette complexité réside enfin l’âme qui remonte. Dessiner une topographie plus complète de l’âme baudelairienne sera notre prochain projet de la recherche.
엠블럼의 현대성 (1) : 이미지 시대의 담화 논리에 관한 미학적 연구

본 시리즈 연구는 ‘엠블럼’을 근간으로 하는 현대 이미지 시대의 담화 논리에 관한 미학적 및 정신분석학적 고찰로서, 기본적으로 ‘엠블럼은 이미지 기호 고유의 미학적 형식이자 심리철학적 내용’이라는 관점에서 출발한다. 이미지의 형식이자 내용을 이루는 엠블럼의 미적, 심리적 논리를 밝히고, 나아가 텍스트 사례 분석을 통해 그 상징적 의미생성의 과정까지 종합적으로 고찰한다. 본 논문은, 3년 다년 연구의 1차 결과로서, ‘엠블럼의 미학적 논리’에 관한 고찰이다. 고대 미메시스에서 근현대 엠블럼 담론까지 엠블럼에 관한 미학적 담론을 사적으로 따라가며, 엠블럼의 미학적 논리를 통시적인 동시에 공시적으로 종합 고찰하였다. 후속 연구로서, 2차는 ‘엠블럼의 정신분석학적 논리’에 관한 고찰이 될 것이다. 그리고 3차는 이론적 연구에서 나아간 ‘사례 연구’로서, 엠블럼적 글쓰기의 전형을 보여주는 문학 텍스트를 통해 1~2차의 이론적 고찰을 구체적으로 이해, 종합하게 될 것이다. 본 다년 연구를 통해, 우리는 ‘이미지 시대의 담화 양식으로서 엠블럼의 미학적 및 정신분석학적 논리’와 함께 ‘엠블럼의 현대성’을 밝히고, 나아가 ‘이미지 시대의 문학적 비전’을 잠정 개진해보도록 한다. Cette série d études, qui est une étude esthétique et psychanalytique sur la logique du discours basé sur l emblème à l époque moderne, une ère de l’image, part essentiellement du point de vue selon lequel ‘l emblème est à la fois forme esthétique et contenu psycho-philosophique propre à l’image’. Nous éclairons la logique esthétique et psychanalytique de l emblème qui constitue la forme et le contenu de l image et procédons à un examen complet jusqu à celui du processus concret de formation de son sens symbolique à travers l analyse de texte. Cet article, premier résultat d une étude pluriannuelle de trois ans, est une réflexion sur ‘la logique esthétique de l emblème’. Tout en suivant historiquement le discours esthétique sur l emblème, du discours antique sur la mimesis au discours moderne sur l emblème, nous avons réfléchi, de manière compréhensive, la logique esthétique de l emblème à la fois diachroniquement et synchroniquement. En tant qu étude de suivi, la deuxième sera une réflexion sur ‘la logique psychanalytique de l emblème’. Et la troisième sera ‘une étude de cas’, faisant suite à nos deux précédentes études théoriques, à travers des textes littéraires qui illustrent l écriture emblématique.

An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of ME and crude protein (CP) content of diet on the performance and production cost of white semibroiler chickens. Three hundred sixty hatched white semibroiler chickens (Hy-Line $female\;{\times}\;Ross^{(R)}$ male) were assigned to low dietary treatments of different metabolizable energy (ME) value and crude protein (CP) content: T1; ME 3,040 and 3,070 kcal/kg, CP 21.40 and 20.86%, T2; ME 2,950 and 3,000 kcal/kg, CP 20.62 and 19.70%, T3; ME 2,950 and 3,000 kcal/kg, CP 19.90 and 18.70% and T4; ME 2,900 and 2,920 kcal/kg, CP 18.50 and 18.00% for starter diet ($0{\sim}1st$ wk) and power diet ($2{\sim}5th$ wk), respectively There were significant (P<0.01) differences among treatments in weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion ratio. T1 was significantly higher in weight gain and feed intake and love. in feed conversion ratio than other treatments. Production index of T1 (153.42) was far greater than T2 (112.13), T3 (108.40) and T4 (100.95). It was concluded that semibroilers required similar ME and CP to those of regular commercial broilers (highbro).

Recently, imitation and counterfeiting is a major issue for luxury brands. In addition to illegal counterfeits and fakes, luxury brands are confronted to products that look similar to their own items. These me-too brands, unlike illegal counterfeits, do not simply counterfeit a luxury product but imitates the exterior, themes, etc. Me-too product, although having a distinctive brand, can give the impression that it is nothing more than a luxury goods-imitating product. And the fact of imitating a luxury product can affect the brand attitude or intent to purchase of me-too brand. So, this research has empirically tested the effect of luxury brand imitation on the consumers’ attitude toward the luxury brand (imitated brand) and the me-too brand(imitating brand). The results show that exposure to imitation information has negative effect on the attitude of me-too brand but insignificant effect on that of luxury brand. The effect of consumer type is statistically significant. In the case of snob consumers, that exposure to imitation information has negative effect on the attitude toward luxury brand and me-too brand. However, in the case of bandwagon consumers, exposure to imitation information has negative effect on the attitude of me-too brand but insignificant effect on that of luxury brand. In addition, this study has examined the effect of exposure to imitation information on the change of brand attitude by product type. The results showed that product type does not have significant effect on the brand attitude due to exposure to imitation information.In conclusion, the results show that consumers generally have negative attitude for a me-too brand, which implies that a me-too brand is not a panacea but poison to companies. In particular, for snob consumers who have stronger intent to purchase luxury goods, there is negative effect on their attitude toward luxury brand. It means that imitated luxury brand can be hurt their brand image to their target consumers.
