        온라인 커뮤니티 시민행동, 신뢰, 보상이 정보공헌에 미치는 영향

        This study is to investigate the direct effect of online citizenship, trust, incentives on information contribution in online communities, and the moderating effect of trust on the relationship between online community citizenship behavior, incentives and information contribution. Research model and hypotheses were established by integrating OCB(Organizational Citizenship Behavior), trust, and online community theory. For our study, OCB was modified to fit into online community context, and online trust was used as both an antecedent of information contribution and a moderator of relationship between online community citizenship behavior, incentives and information contribution. A total of 223 responses from universities in Seoul and other urban areas were used to empirically assess research model and hypotheses. The results show that online community citizenship behavior and trust have positive and significant effects on information contribution whereas incentives is not related with information contribution. The findings also indicate that there is a moderating effect of trust on the relationship between online community citizenship behavior and information contribution whereas trust does not moderate the relationship between incentives and information contribution.

        문화예술축제 속성이 방문객 행동의도 및 지역사회 기여도에 미치는 영향 : 지용제를 중심으로

        Purpose – As the importance of local festival has increased to improve the local community, it is essential to develop the festival attributes based on the characteristics of local community. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between festival attributes, visitors’ behavioral intention, and contributions of local community. Design, data, and methodology –Festival attributes were divided into main components, including culture, program, environment, safety, and commodity. Three hundred two visitors at Ji-yong festival were collected and were invited to participate in the study. The multiple regression analysis highlighted positive relationships between festival attributes, visitors’ behavioral intention, and local community contribution. Result – The study results suggested that festival attributes had a significant and positive influence on visitors’ behavioral intention. There were also positive relationships between visitors’ behavioral intention and local community contribution. Additionally, the results supported indirect relationships between festival attributes and local community contribution. Conclusions – The results offer some insights into the effect of festival attributes on visitors’ behavioral intention and local community contribution. Future study can explore the relationships between attributes, visitors’ behavioral intention, and local community contribution within the context of other areas, including convention and food service industry.

        자전거 동호인의 지속적인 자전거길 이용이 지역사회 애착도 및 기여도에 미치는 영향

        This study executed a survey for 201 bikers that used the bike paths located in the Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area for the purpose of analyzing the effect of bikers’ consistent use of bike paths on their affection for and contribution to the community. As a result of executing frequency analysis, correlation, and regression analysis to achieve such purpose of study, first, consistent use of bike paths affected their affection for the community. Second, consistent use of bike paths affected all of the sub-factors of contribution to the community, which are mental satisfaction, social exchange, community pride. Third, affection for the community affected mental satisfaction and social exchange among the sub-factors of contribution to the community. However, as the subject of this study was restricted a group of part of the area, it cannot be generalized for all areas. Bike paths which belong to the community should be consistently utilized through a study that can be generalized for wider range of areas and age groups. Various sports programs should be developed to enhance the contribution to the community and affection for the community accordingly.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the community development by the community involvement level of the corporate social contribution activities. This study classified Korean company`s best social contribution activities according to the community involvement level and the effectiveness of the community development was analyzed on selected case activities, As a result, corporations that working on high level of community involvement show positive effectiveness of community development. Networking and communication with local people on the corporate social contribution activities have an effect on the community development of the economy, safety, convenience, comfortability, socio-cultural factor. It is necessary for the participation and communication with local people to develop corporate social contribution consistently. Furthermore, intermediary organization is needed to be set up various networks of stakeholders, especially community.

        Q&A 가상 커뮤니티에서 지속적인 지식 기여에 영향을 미치는 요인: 개인적 관여도의 조절효과를 중심으로

        Based on the core value of the Q&A community, the contribution of knowledge and information has a great impact on users' community evaluation. As a small social group, the relationships and interactions among community members are quickly formed through information technology. As such, the cognitive evaluation of the relationship between community members will have an impact on the intention of information contribution. This research builds on the previous research based on the social exchange theory and establishes a dual model of swift guanxi in examining the relationship between guanxi and continuous knowledge contribution. In the current study, 305 survey questionnaires were used and 249 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. The analysis results are as follows: First, information support has a positive impact on dedication-based swift guanxi. While hypothesis between information support and constraint-based swift guanxi was not be supported. Second, emotional support has a positive impact on the formation of swift guanxi from a dual perspective. Third, the swift guanxi from the dual perspective has a positive impact on the intention of continuous knowledge contribution. Finally, although personal involvement has an adjustment effect, it is a downward adjustment effect, hypotheses are not supported. The current study offers theoretical and practical implications in field of knowledge management, specifically knowledge contribution in the virtual community.

        사회공헌 지식관리와 융합법제의 필요성에 관한 소고

        융합환경하에서의 기업의 사회공헌이 추구해야 하는 가치와 사회공헌의 지식관리, 지역 복지의 연계 및 확대, 융합법제에 대한 고찰이 중요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 사회공헌활동의 현황을 진단하고, 평가와 한계를 짚어보면서 융합환경 하에서 지식기반의 사회공헌이 지향해야 할 가치와 지식관리의 중요성 및 이를 뒷받침할 융합법제의 필요성에 관해 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 사회공헌활동의 현황을 통해 한계를 분석하였다. 첫째로, 사회공헌의 분야가 아직은 취약계층에 머물러 있고, 여전히 분야가 한정적이라는 점이다. 둘째, 사회공헌 지식에 관한 중요성의 인식과 지식관리가 미흡한 실정이다. 셋째, 지식관리의 구축에 관한 관심도 없고, 구축방법에 대해서도 모른다는 점이다. 넷째, 사회공헌 관련 법률이 부재한 상황이다. 다섯째, 융합환경하에서 달라져가는 지식서비스의 방향성에 대한 숙고 부족이다. 이런 한계를 토대로 한 지식관리에 의한 편리하고 다양한 서비스가 또 하나의 복지로 연결될 수 있는 지식관리의 필요성과 관리방향의 모습을 사례관리 서식화와 웹서식화의 예시로 담았다. 또한 사회공헌의 활동분야의 다양화 및 지역연계의 중요성에 대해 언급하였고, 사회공헌의 법제에 관해서는 복지산업을 뒷받침하는 입법, 수요자 중심 내지 및 공급자와 수요자 양 측면을 고려한 소프트웨어 중심의 융복합콘텐츠와 연동서비스가 가능한 융합법제의 필요성을 강조하였다. It is of great importance to review the corporate social contribution, knowledge management of social contribution along with the linkage and expansion of local welfare as well as convergence legislation. The purpose of this study is to diagnose the status of social contribution activities and while looking at their evaluation and limitations, the value of knowledge-based social contribution and the importance of knowledge management with the necessity of convergence law to support this under the convergence environment will also be considered. For the purpose of this study, limitations were analyzed through the present status of social contribution activities. First, the field of social contribution is still remained in the vulnerable class, and the field is yet limited. Second, recognition of importance about the awareness of social contribution knowledge and knowledge management are insufficient. Third, there is no interest in the construction of knowledge management and no knowledge of how to construct it. Fourth, there are hardly any social contribution-related laws in the field. Fifth, there is a lack of consideration of the direction of knowledge service that changes under the convergence environment. Based on these limitations, the importance of knowledge management that can be connected to another welfare by convenient and diverse services based on knowledge management and the direction of management direction are exemplified as case management formatting and web formatting. In addition, the diversity of social contribution activities and the importance of regional linkage are mentioned. With regard to the legal system of social contribution, it emphasized the necessity of a legislation supporting the welfare industry as well as a software-centered convergence contents, which consider both the consumer-centered and the supplier-and-consumer sides, and a convergence law enabling interoperability services.

        패션 브랜드 알렉산더 맥퀸의 사회 공헌 활동 사례와 특성

        Fashion enterprise’s social contribution today deals with comprehensive approach for newer value than economical, environmental and ethical aspect. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical data for establishing the direction of social contribution activities in the domestic and foreign fashion industry by examining cases of fashion brand Alexander McQueen's social contribution activities and identifying its characteristics. Study method takes the way of literature review on concept and type of social contribution and case study of Alexander McQueen's social contribution activities from 2019 to 2021. Study results indicates four types in fashion brand Alexander McQueen’s social contribution activity. First, there exists a type related to charity foundation providing art field major students and artists in their early career variously with scholarship, work place, and mentoring. Second, there is a brand archive-related type conducting the open exhibition inside flagship space and the talk show and live workshop for students involved in art education institute for all the UK area to learn and share the brand originality. Third, its activity offers an opportunity to develop the creativity for those from school age children to youths by educational project collaboration with local community and make a creative group to realize the growth for both local area and brand. Fourth, its social media type operates a challenge project for general public in order to join the creative trial and proposes a sharing chance for technical know-how by providing specialist demo videos according to each theme. These social contribution activities put focus on creative education rooted in brand spirit and vision and show characteristics of the human resources training for future based on culture and arts and the buildup and spread of creative community. Fashion brand Alexander McQueen’s case stressed on creative art field education is considered as model of differentiated social contribution activity amid lifted enterprise social responsibility over all societies. Social contribution activity inclusive of multi-aspect continues hopefully for the future of sustainable fashion.

        프로배구단의 사회공헌활동이 지역 이미지, 사회적 동일시 및 지역 공동체의식에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the professional volleyball team’s social contribution activities on the local image, social identification, and local community awareness. Method: To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was distributed to adutsl who had experience in watching professional volleyball games in their hometown of the professional volleyball team, and collected it after completing with a self-assessment registration method. A total o5f 20 questionnaires were retrieved and a total of 483 questionnaires were used as final valid samples, with the exception of 37 incompletely written ones. Data processing was performed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23 statistical program. Results: These are the following results. First, the professional voellyball team’s social contribution activities had a significant impact on the local image. Second, the professional volleyball team’s social contribution activities had a significant impact on social identification. Third, the professional volleyball team’s social contribution activities had a significant impact on the sense of community. Fourth, the local image had a significant impact on the sense of local community. Fifth, social identity had a significant impact on the sense of local community. Conclusion: Officials in charge of professional volleyball teams should be aware that social contribution activities will affect on local residents’ sense of community directly through social identification with local images. In other words, the team must carry out the social contribution activities in one condition by fulfilling the local residents’ needs.

        e스포츠 이벤트 개최에 따른 지역사회 기여도와 지역이미지, 지역사회지지 간의 구조적 관계

        This study investigated the contribution of the local community, the local image, and the support of the local community according to the hosting of eSports events, and it is meaningful in providing empirical data for revitalizing the local economy and expanding the base of eSports. Accordingly, residents of Busan, Gwangju, and Daejeon, where eSports stadiums are located, were selected for the final analysis. For data processing methods, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis were used using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0, and the following conclusions were drawn based on the research results. First, it was found that the urban publicity effect and cultural effect, which are sub-factors of the contribution to the local community following the hosting of eSports events, had a significant effect on the local image. Second, cultural effect, which is a sub-factor of community contribution according to e-sports event hosting, was found to have a significant effect on community support. Third, it was found that the local image following the eSports event had a positive effect on the support of the local community.

        지역 정체성과 공동체의식 그리고 팀 정체성과의 관계 분석을 통한 프로스포츠 팀의 지역사회 기여도 연구

        [목적] 이 연구는 스포츠 소비자의 팀 정체성과 지역 정체성, 공동체의식, 지역사회 기여도에 대한 반응 사이의 관계를 기술하는 이론적 연구 모델을 개발하는데 있다.[방법] 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해, 프로야구에 참석한 총 1,196명의 관중을 조사했다. 데이터 분석은 AMOS 24.0을 통해 척도의 유효성과 신뢰성을 확인하기 위해 확인적요인분석(CFA)과 수렴 타당성, 판별 타당성 및 합성 신뢰도를 실시하였다. 연구 모델 및 가설 검증은 구조 방정식 모델링(SEM)을 사용하여 분석되었으며 10개의 프로야구 팀 환경에서 수집된 데이터를 사용하여 연구모형을 분석하였다.[결과] 그 결과 스포츠 팀의 연고지역에서 지역사회 기여도에 대한 스포츠 소비자의 지역 정체성과 공동체의식이 팀 정체성에 미치는 긍정적인 영향에 대한 결과를 제공하였다.[결론] 이 연구의 결과는 프로스포츠 팀 정체성과 지역사회 기여를 구축하기 위한 지역 정체성과 공동체의식의 역할을 확인함으로 국내 프로스포츠산업 발전에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. PURPOSE This study developed and tested a theoretical research model delineating the relationships between sports consumers’ team identity and their response to regional identity, sense of community, and community contributions. METHODS To achieve the purpose of this study, a total of 1,196 spectators who attended professional baseball games were surveyed. For the data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, convergent validity, discriminate validity, and composite reliability were performed to confirm the validity and reliability of the scale through AMOS 24.0. Research model and hypothesis testing were conducted using structural equation modeling, which used data from ten different professional baseball team area contexts. RESULTS The results provide empirical evidence of the positive influence of sports consumers’ regional identity and sense of community on team identity toward community contributions in sporting event area contexts. CONCLUSIONS This study confirmed the role of regional identity and sense of community in building professional sports team identities and community contributions.
