        과업 상호의존성과 정서적 조직몰입이 구성원의 양방향 커뮤니케이션과 지식공유에 미치는 영향

        Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of two-way communication and knowledge sharing on the task performance of employees in the interdependent task structure in organizations. Based on the theories of social interdependence and organizational commitment, this study hypothesized the effects of task interdependency and emotional commitment on two-way communication and knowledge sharing, followed by the effects of these variables on the task performance of employees. Design/methodology/approach Survey results show that task interdependence and emotional commitment have positive effects on the degree of two-way communication and knowledge sharing. Two-way communication also has a positive impact on knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing also improved the task performance of members. However, the relationship between two-way communication and task performance shows no significant impact. Findings Theoretically, this study is meaningful in that the process of task interdependence in relation to emotional commitment leading to task performance is theorized. In practice, this research suggests it is important to improve employees’ two-way communication and knowledge sharing in order to lead to increase task performance in the interdependent task environment.

        네트워크 부호화를 사용한 양방향 협력 ARQ 프로토콜의 성능 분석

        Two-way relay channel is a bidirectional cooperative communication channel that two terminals communicate each other with the help of a relay. In the previous cooperative communication schemes, a relay uses two divided resources for bidirectional transmission. When a network coding is used at a relay, the relay can transmit bidirec-tional data to two terminals simultaneously using one resource only. Thus the throughput of this scheme is greater than that of the previous scheme. In this paper, we showa two-way cooperative ARQ protocol using network coding and the throughput of this protocol is analyzed using a state diagram. 양방향 중계 채널 (two-way relay channel)은 2개의 단말이 중계기 (relay)의 도움을 받아 양방향의 정보를 주 고 받는 협력 통신 (cooperative communication) 채널이다. 기존의 협력 통신에서는 중계기가 시간 또는 주파수 자원을 나누어 양방향으로 신호를 송신하지만, 네트워크 부호화 (network coding)를 사용한 양방향 중계 채널에서 는 중계기가 동일 자원을 사용하여 두 단말로 신호를 동시에 송신하므로 기존 기법보다 높은 통신용량을 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 ARQ환경에서 네트워크 부호화를 사용한 협력통신 프로토콜을 보이고, 이를 스테이트 다이 어그램 (state diagram) 을 이용하여 성능을 분석하였다.

        Two-way quantum secure communication protocol and one-way quantum secure communication protocol based on single photon sequence and the XOR operation have been proposed, one-way communication can confuse the eavesdroppers and two-way communication only a single authentication and there is not visible to eavesdropping and delayed photon attack Trojan horse attack. The new agreement the use of single photon sequence and no regularity not only to achieve unconditional security, and semantics confuse eavesdroppers and has a high transmission efficiency, easy implementation, especially suitable for use in noisy channels.

        Two-Way Relaying-Based Two-Hop Two-User Multiple-Input Multiple-Output System

        In multi-hop communication systems, two-way relaying is one of the solutions to mitigate the spectral efficiency loss caused by a half-duplex transmission. In this paper, a simple two-way relaying scheme is proposed for two-hop two-user multiple input multiple output (MIMO) systems. In the proposed system, a base station and a relay station (RS), both equipped with two antennas, form a point-to-point MIMO channel, while the RS and two single-antenna mobile users form a point-to-multipoint multiuser (MU)-MIMO channel. Numerical examples show that the proposed system achieves a significant sum rate gain as compared to a one-way relaying system as the distance between a relay and the two users decreases. We also show that although we can expand the proposed scheme to more than two users, its performance gain as compared to that of one-way relaying decreases with an increase in the number of users.

        적응형 양방향 중계기 협력 통신의 오수신 확률 분석

        본 논문에서는 사용자와 중계기 간의 채널 환경을 고려하여 동작하는 적응형 양방향 중계기 협력 통신을 제안하며, 오수신 확률을 분석한다. 네트워크 부호화를 이용한 양방향 중계기 통신은 기존의 통신보다 시간 슬롯을 줄여 높은 전송량을 얻을 수 있다. 하지만 기존의 양방향 중계기 통신은 중계기에서 수신 신호를 올바르게 복호한다는 가정을 하며, 만약 사용자와 중계기의 채널 환경이 열악한 경우에는 오류를 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 A가 사용자 B와 중계기 R에게 신호를 전송하며, 중계기는 복호 유무에 따라 유동적으로 동작하는 적응형 양방향 중계기 협력 통신을 제안한다. 모의실험을 통해 제안한 적응형 양방향 중계기 협력 통신이 사용자와 중계기의 채널 환경이 열악한 경우 높은 성능을 얻으며, 또한 다이버시티 이득을 얻을 수 있음을 보인다. In this paper, we proposed adaptive two-way relay cooperative communication considering the quality of the user-relay links, and derived outage probability. Network-coding based two-way relay communication can achieve more throughput since it can reduce transmission time compared conventional two-way relay communication. However, Network-coding based two-way relay communication assume that the relay can decode received signal correctly. If relay cannot decode the signal, it leads to error propagation at the relay. In this paper, we proposed adaptive two-way relay cooperative communication scheme. In proposed scheme, the user "A" transmits the signal to relay and another user "B". The relay operates adaptively depend on quality of user-relay links. Simulation result show that proposed scheme has better performance when the quality of the user-relay links are poor. Also it can get diversity order 2.

        Language Teachers' Suggestions for Two-way Communication in CMC

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the EFL language teachers' suggestions for creating a two-way communication environment in CMC elicited during and after their correspondence with native speakers. It is well-recognized that one of the most important factors that help second or foreign language learners to acquire the target language is active engagement in two-way communication. They, therefore, need to know specifically how to pursue active engagement for effective language learning. The data for this research were gathered through one-to-one interviews, informal group interviews, participants' online dialogues, direct observation of the process of participants' online communication, and my reflective journal entries. Throughout the process, practical suggestions for two-way communication were developed to motivate the native-speaking partners, such as building personal connections, sharing topics and showing interests, sharing friendly and open-minded talk, and sharing real-life issues with partners. Among the various suggestions, three Do-s and Don't-s were suggested as crucial strategies for two-way communication through the process of the Korean participants' CMC correspondences with their native-speaking partners (who also had the same views on the suggestions). These suggestions are valuable because they reflect real CMC experiences, and because they were shared by the native-speakers.

        실시간 원격 화상수업에서 의사소통의 한계와 지향점

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the limitations of communication in real-time distance video class and to seek directions. Methods: This study investigated the general perception of communication in real-time distance video class, difficulties in communication, and communi- cation problems and alternatives for elementary school teachers. Results: The directions for the limitations of communication revealed in the real-time distance video class are as follows. First, an environment for normal com- munication must be created. Second, efforts are needed to improve students’ participation attitudes. Third, feedback on student responses should be provided in various ways. Fourth, alternatives should be prepared for the limitations of interaction through questions and answers. Fifth, communication between students should be actively encouraged. Sixth, it is necessary to recognize the limitations of verbal and non-verbal communication and expand the communication method. Seventh, it is necessary to have a video class strategy for effective communication. Eighth, the educational community should create a desirable communication culture for video classes. Conclusion: A strategic approach is needed to enable practical two-way communication in real-time remote video lessons. 목적: 이 연구는 실시간 원격 화상수업에서 의사소통의 한계를 파악하고 지향점을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 방법: 초등학교 교사를 대상으로 실시간 원격 화상수업에 대한 일반적인 인식과 의사소통 어려움 및 의사소통의 문제와 대안을 조사하였다. 결과: 실시간 원격 화상수업에서 드러난 의사소통의 한계에 대한 지향점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원활한 의사소통이 이루어질 수 있는 환경이 조성되어야 한다. 둘째, 학생들 참여 태도를 개선하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 셋째, 학생 반응에 대한 피드백을 다각적으로 제공해야 한다. 넷째, 질문과 대답을 통한 상호작용의 한계에 대한 대안을 마련해야 한다. 다섯째, 학생과 학생 간의 의사소통을 적극 장려해야 한다. 여섯째, 언어적, 비언어적 의사소통의 한계를 인식하고 의사소통 방식을 확장해야 한다. 일곱째, 효율적인 의사소통을 위한 화상수업 전략이 필요하다. 여덟째, 교육공동체가 바람직한 화상수업의 소통 문화를 만들어 가야 한다. 결론: 실시간 원격 화상수업에서 실제적인 쌍방향 의사소통이 이루어질 수 있도록 전략적인 접근이 필요하다.

        Exact Outage Probability of Two-Way Decode-and-Forward NOMA Scheme with Opportunistic Relay Selection

        In this paper, we propose a two-way relaying scheme using non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) technology. In this scheme, two sources transmit packets with each other under the assistance of the decode-and-forward (DF) relays, called as a TWDFNOMA protocol. The cooperative relays exploit successive interference cancellation (SIC) technique to decode sequentially the data packets from received summation signals, and then use the digital network coding (DNC) technique to encrypt received data from two sources. A max-min criterion of end-to-end signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratios (SINRs) is used to select a best relay in the proposed TWDFNOMA protocol. Outage probabilities are analyzed to achieve exact closed-form expressions and then, the system performance of the proposed TWDFNOMA protocol is evaluated by these probabilities. Simulation and analysis results discover that the system performance of the proposed TWDFNOMA protocol is improved when compared with a conventional three-timeslot two-way relaying scheme using DNC (denoted as a TWDNC protocol), a four-timeslot two-way relaying scheme without using DNC (denoted as a TWNDNC protocol) and a two-timeslot two-way relaying scheme with amplify-and-forward operations (denoted as a TWANC protocol). Particularly, the proposed TWDFNOMA protocol achieves best performances at two optimal locations of the best relay whereas the midpoint one is the optimal location of the TWDNC and TWNDNC protocols. Finally, the probability analyses are justified by executing Monte Carlo simulations.
