      • The Effects of Sensory Integration Based Therapeutic Dance Program On Sensory Processing Function and Concentration Improvement of ADHD Children

        Purpose: The most common features of ADHD are attention deficit, hyperactivity, impulsivity and lacking the social. According to Dr. A. Jean Ayres, the dysfunction in the sensory integration that organizes two or more senses prevents such children`s concentration. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of sensory integration based therapeutic dance program on the sensory function and concentration of children with ADHD based on the theoretical background and previous studies on sensory integration. For this purpose, literature review was conducted on the definition of ADHD, previous studies, the effect of sensory integration function and the improvement of concentration. Existing therapeutic dance programs for the sensory integration theory were modified for middle years in elementary school. Methods: To verify the effect of the sensory integration therapeutic dance program on improving the concentration of children with ADHD, an experimental group and a control group (both consisting 15 students out of 60 fourth year students) took the pre-test using Short Sensory Profile and ADHD rating scale. These two groups took the post-test after applying 8 periods of sensory integration therapeutic dance program to the experimental group alone. For the verification of the hypotheses of this study, the collected data was statistically analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0. Results: this study were as follows: First, the application of the sensory integration therapeutic dance program to the children with ADHD in general elementary school induced the reduction of hyperactivity and hostile emotion, subcategories of concentration test, meaningful improvement in concentration and sociality. In addition, it improved sensory processing function. Second, the sensory integration therapeutic dance program in elementary school derived positive behavior change in regular class children diagnosed with ADHD based on ADHD rating scale. After the program, those children treated with sensory integration based therapeutic dance program showed positive change in concentration, hyperactivity, impulsivity and sensory processing function in comparison to those children without the program. Conclusions: This study shows that sensory integration based therapeutic dance program has positive effects on improving the sensory processing functions of children with ADHD. In spite of the numerous restrictions of this study, the authors expects that the sensory integration based dance program would be useful in elementary schools as an educational method of improving the sensory processing and concentration of children with ADHD and the significance of this study lies in its foundation for the later study on the sensory integration based dance program at classrooms.

        공급사슬 통합 아키텍쳐의 구축

        본 연구의 목적은 공급사슬 통합 구조에 대한 과거의 연구를 기반으로 공급사슬 통합 프로세스와 공급사슬 구조를 연결함으로써, 공급사슬 통합을 완성하기 위한 아키텍쳐를 생성하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 공급사슬 통합을 수행하기 위한 6개의 핵심 프로세스를 도출하는데, 이는 전략 통합, 조직 통합, 물류 통합, 인적자원 통합, 정보기술 통합, 그리고 성과측정 통합이다. 본 논문에서는 구매자-공급자 관계 유형과 공급사슬 구조의 특징에 따라 6개의 공급사슬 통합 프로세스 사이의 인과관계에 대해 개념적으로 정리하고, 이를 통해 공급사슬 통합구조와 성과의 관계를 규명하는 기본 체계를 수립하게 된다. The primary objective of this research is to describe SC integration processes and create an architecture for SC integration by linking SC integration processes to supply chain structure. "This paper discusses six critical processes that firms deploy to achieve supply chain integration. These are: strategy integration organizational integration logistics integration resource integration information technology integration and metrics integration. Then. we conceptually analyze casual relationships among these SC integration processes according to the type of buyer-supplier relationship and supply chain structure. Based on this conceptual analysis we develop a framework for understanding SC integration architecture. We propose fruitful avenues for additional research.

      • Design, simulation and feasibility study of a combined CO<sub>2</sub> mineralization and brackish water desalination process

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>This study presents a novel process integration scheme between CO<SUB>2</SUB> mineralization and brackish water reverse osmosis (BWRO). The integration is based on the reciprocal nature of these two processes: While CO<SUB>2</SUB> mineralization needs metal ions such as Na<SUP>+</SUP> to convert CO<SUB>2</SUB> into mineral carbonates like sodium bicarbonate, BWRO is designed to reject such ions to produce fresh water. Thus, there is a potential synergy that can be gained through their integration. To examine the feasibility of such process integration, techno-economic analysis (TEA) and CO<SUB>2</SUB> life cycle assessment (LCA) are conducted for various possible configurations of the integrated process. A key requirement for TEA and CO<SUB>2</SUB> LCA is the availability of mass and energy balance data. Therefore, the process is simulated with the commercial simulation software tool of <I>Aspen Plus</I> combined <I>MATLAB</I>. Another requirement is the selection of appropriate evaluation scenarios. Based on a market analysis, the proposed process is assumed to be installed either in the US or in the China to replace a respective conventional benchmark process. Also, two sources of electricity (coal and wind onshore) are considered in the evaluation in order to investigate the sensitivity of the process performance on the type of electricity used. As a result of the analysis, the CO<SUB>2</SUB> avoidance cost of the designed process is calculated to be 132˜245$/metric ton of CO<SUB>2</SUB> with wind-based electricity. Given other advantages of the mineralization over the geological storage, the presented process integration between CO<SUB>2</SUB> mineralization and BWRO deserves further investigation as a means to produce useful chemicals and fresh water while curbing CO<SUB>2</SUB> emission.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Integration between CO<SUB>2</SUB> mineralization and desalination. </LI> <LI> Integrated process is designed and simulated. </LI> <LI> Economic viability and CO<SUB>2</SUB> reduction potential are examined. </LI> <LI> Using wind-based electricity significantly improves the process performance. </LI> </UL> </P>

      • A Hypermedia Middleware for Process Enactment and Adaptation

        Dynamic business process management incorporates the capabilities needed to deal with the fast-paced change inherent in today's business processes. While process-aware information systems (PAIS) face an increasing challenge to dynamically adapt running processes to context changes, support for such dynamic adaptation during process enactment remains limited. Furthermore, while the use of web service APIs for enterprise application integration (EAI) and cloud accessibility has garnered broad community support, current PAIS lack a standardized API and often require use of their proprietary clients or APIs. In this paper, we explore the use of hypermedia as the engine of application state (HATEOAS) for process enactment and process adaptation. Our approach Adapting Processes via Processes using hypermedia (AProProh) situates a HATEOAS-based middleware between RESTful clients and heterogeneous PAIS that can dynamically guide a PAIS-agnostic process client in the navigation, enactment, and adaptation of process instances. Dynamically generated hypermedia enables clients to dynamically apply valid adaptations and adjust their process navigation dynamically to a changed process model while supporting long-running operational requests. A case study based on a prototype realization shows the viability of the approach for supporting dynamic process navigation and process adaptation and characterizes its performance.

        독일통일 과정에서의 민사법,상사법 통합과 그 시사점

        Although it may not be possible to predict when the unification of South and North Korea will take place, it is a task that must be achieved. Successful unification will require effective integration of two states` legal systems to establish the foundation of social structure. Yet, as prolonged division has resulted in vast difference between the two Koreas in many aspects including laws, it can be argued that thorough preparation is imperative for successful integration of two legal systems. This study aims to explore effective plans for integrating legal systems of South and North Korea by examining the precedent of judicial integration that took place during the German unification. More specifically, this study focuses on the integration of two German states` civil law and commercial law in order to consider its implications for South Korea in preparation of unification. Moreover, structural analysis of integration process of civil law as well as Civil Procedural Law, Bankruptcy Law and Commercial Law was conducted. Korea`s unification must take place according to the principles of liberal democracy indicated within the Constitution of Republic of Korea. Hence, the integration model of German judicial system may provide specific suggestions for South Korea as East Germany adopted West Germany`s law in principle while it also acknowledged exceptional circumstances and allowed transient continuity of East Germany`s law during the unification process. Furthermore, since South Korea`s legal system is modeled after Germany`s and North Korea has the legal system founded upon socialist ideology as East Germany did, circumstantial application of law per individual legal properties demonstrated by Germany can provide significant implications for South Korea. Through such precedent study, South Korea can develop an integration model that suits its distinctive situation and needs, hence minimize confusion in judicial system that may occur during the unification. As a result, South Korea will be in more prepared position for unification than Germany was in. This paper concludes by emphasizing the importance of thorough preparation at the national level for this process.

        시스템엔지니어링을 적용한 ISEP 개발에 관한 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose an Integrated Safety Evaluation Process (ISEP) that can enhances the safety aspect of the safety-critical system. This process utilizes the advantages of the iterative Systems Engineering process combined with the safety assessment process that is commonly and well defined in many standards and/or guidelines for railway, aerospace, and other safety-critical systems. Methods: The proposed process model is based on the predefined system lifecycle, in each phase of which the appropriate safety assessment activities and the safety data are identified. The interfaces between Systems Engineering process and the safety assessment process are identified before the two processes are integrated. For the integration, the elements at lower level of Systems Engineering process are combined with the relevant elements of safety assessment process. This combined process model is represented as Enhanced Functional Flow Block Diagram (EFFBD) by using CORE® that is commercial modelling tool. Results: The proposed model is applied to the lifecycle and management process of the United States aircraft system. The US aircraft systems engineering process are composed of twelve key elements, among which the requirements management, functional analysis, and Synthesis processes are considered for examplenary application of the proposed process. To synchronize the Systems Engineering process and the safety assessment process, the Systems Engineering milestones are utilized, where the US aircraft system has thirteen milestones. Taking into account of the nine steps in the maturity level, the integrated process models are proposed in some phases of lifecycle. The flows of processes are simulated using CORE®, confirming the flows are timelined without any conflict between the Systems Engineering process and the safety assessment process. Conclusion: ISEP allows the timeline analysis for identifying activity and data flows. Also, the use of CORE®is shown to be effective in the management and change of process data, which helps for the ISEP to apply for the development of safety critical system. In this study, only the first few phases of lifecyle are considered,however, the implementation through operation phases can be revised by combining the elements of safety activities regarding those phases.

        A Study on Logistics Information System Integration

        본 연구는 한국우정의 우편물류통합정보시스템(PostNet)의 구축 사례를 통하여 정보시스템 통합의 단계별 추진과정과 성공적인 실행동인을 살펴보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. PostNet은 조직상의 통합(조직구조 개편), 전략적 통합(업무처리절차 재설계), 기술적 통합(데이터통합, 어플리케이션통합, 통합플렛폼 구축)을 상황적으로 고려하여 정보시스템 통합을 수행하였다. 또한 통합과정에서 세 가지 측면의 통합을 목적에 맞게 연계되도록 구현하였다. PostNet은 기존에 물리적 통합 및 하드웨어 통합의 단계에 머물러 있던 정보시스템 통합의 수준을 경영 목표, 운영 목표와 일치시키도록 진일보시켰다는데 큰 의의가 있다. 한국우정은 물류산업 내에서 최대의 물류망, 조직 서비스를 보유하고 있다 따라서 본 논문의 결과는 향후 정보시스템 통합의 이론적 근거의 틀을 제시할 뿐 아니라 특히 물류시스템 통합에 대한 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. In this paper, we analyze process of implementing and successful enabler of Postal Logistics Integrated Information Systems(PostNet) through a case study on Korea Post. PostNet was integrated by considering contingently organizational integration (organizational structure redesign), strategical integration (business process reengineering), and technical integration(data integration, application integration, and integrated platform implementation). And also integration was implemented for supporting three aspects. PostNet has implication for advanced integration with business mission and operational efficiency by comparing integration with physical level and hardware level. Korea Post has the biggest logistics network, organization, and service in logistics industry area. The results of this paper will suggest theoretical framework for the future information system integration, and will be utilized as a practical guideline for the information system integration.

        광역지방자치단체의 행정체제통합에 관한 법적과제 : 우리나라의 행정통합 배경과 목적, 전개 과정, 주요내용 및 시사점 등을 중심으로

        종래에는 제주특별자치도를 제외한 행정체제통합이 지방분권 및 지방자치권을 강화하기 위하여 기초지방자치단체간의 통합이 주로 이루어져 왔다. 최근 문재인정부의 연방제수준의 지방분권정책추진과 여당의 초광역연계협력정책이 제시됨에 따라 광역지방자치단체간의 행정체제 통합문제가 대두되고 있다. 저출산고령화로 인하여 지방소멸론이 우려되고, 수도권중심으로 인구집중을 억제하기 위한 지역균형발전과 지역경쟁력강화가 요구되며, 주민자치권 및 주민참여 확대, 정부의 시즌 2 공공기관 지방이전문제가 발표되면서 광역지방자치단체간의 행정체제 통합 또는 2개이상의 공동사무를 수행하기 위한 광역지방자치단체간 특별지방자치단체의 법인 설립 문제가 법적 쟁점이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지방자치단체의 광역행정체재통합의 필요성을 살펴보고. 대구·경북, 광주·전남, 강원도와 기초지방자치단체간 등의 행정통합·경제통합의 배경과 목적, 전개과정과 주요내용을 살펴보고 행정통합의 시사점을 강구한다. 더 나아가 광역지방자치단체간의 행정체제의 통합 및 광역연합에 관한 자치입법권, 자치행정권, 자치재정권 등을 마련을 위한 특별법제정방안을 제시하며, 지방분권법과 지방자치법상의 지방행정체제 통합에 관한 주요내용을 살펴보고 광역행정통합 및 광역연합에 관한 법제도적 개선방안을 합리적으로 제시하고자 한다. In the past, integration of administrative systems except Jeju Special Self-Governing Province has mainly been achieved through integration between basic local governments in order to strengthen decentralization and local autonomy. Recently, as the Moon Jae-in administration s federal-level decentralization policy promotion and the ruling party s ultra-wide linkage cooperation policy have been proposed, the issue of integrating administrative systems between metropolitan and regional governments is emerging. Due to the low birth rate and aging population, there are concerns about local extinction, balanced regional development and strengthening of regional competitiveness are required to suppress population concentration in the metropolitan area. The issue of the integration of administrative systems between metropolitan and regional governments or the establishment of a corporation by special local governments between metropolitan and regional governments to perform two or more joint affairs is becoming a legal issue. In this paper, we examine the necessity of integrating the regional administrative system of local governments. This course examines the background, purpose, development process and main contents of administrative integration and economic integration between Daegu/Gyeongbuk, Gwangju/Jeonnam, and Gangwon-do and basic local governments, and seeks implications for administrative integration. Furthermore, it proposes a special law enactment plan for the integration of administrative systems between metropolitan and regional governments and the provision of autonomous legislative powers, autonomous administrative powers, and autonomous financial powers related to regional unions. This study aims to rationally suggest ways to improve the legal system for regional administrative integration and regional federation.

        디지털 패브리케이션을 위한 디지털 융합 디자인 프로세스 합리화 과정에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 디지털 패브리케이션을 이용한 형상 표현을 효율적이고 체계적으로 디자인 프로세스에 적용하여 새로운 조형 창작을 위한 기반을 넓히는데 있다. 이를 위해 디자인 초기 단계부터 제품 제작을 고려한 통합적 디자인프로세스 체계를 세우기 위한 개념 모델 제시를 목적으로 하였으며 통합적 접근의 한 부분으로 합리화 개념을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 제품 제작 공정에 디지털 패브이케이션 적용을 위한 통합적 프로세스 구축에 대한 실험적 연구로서 연구의 방법과 범위는 1) Generate – Explore - Fabricate 세 단계로 구성되는 디지털 디자인 프로세스에 대한 이론적 배경과 단계별 기술적 특성을 살펴본다. 2) 디지털 제작을 위한 디지털 패브리케이션에 대해 알아보고 통합적 디지털 패브리케이션 프로세스에 관해 알아본다. 3) 통합적 프로세스 구축을 위한 합리화 과정을 적용한 디자인 프로세스 연구모형을 도출한다. 4) 연구모형을 디자인 과정에 적용한 문손잡이 사례를 제작하였다. 사례 연구에 디자인 프로세스를 적용한 결과 생성-합리화-제작의 프로세스는 단방향의 일련 적인 흐름이 아닌 단계 간 공유와 소통의 과정이며 상호보완적 과정이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 디지털 디자인 프로세스에서 합리화 과정은 의도된 디자인을 유지하기 위해 제품 제작에 사용할 디지털 제작 도구의 특성을 이해하고, 입력 파일에 대한 요구사항의 정의와 이와 관련된 메타데이터의 표준화를 위한 상호 보완성을 바탕으로 한 순환 프로세스로 요약할 수 있다. In this study, the expression of shapes using digital fabrication is purposed to make better efficiency and systematically applied to the design process to broaden the foundation for the creation of new shapes. To this end, the aim was to present a conceptual model for establishing an integrated design process system that takes into account product production from the early stages of design, and rationalized concepts as part of an integrated approach. This study is an experimental study on building an integrated process for applying digital fabrication to the product manufacturing process, looking at the theoretical background and step-by-step technical characteristics of the digital design process, which consists of 1)generate-Explore-Fabricate three phases. 2)Learn about digital fabrication for digital production and learn about the integrated digital fabrication process. 3)Derive a design process research model that applies a Optimization process for the establishment of an integrated process. 4)We produced a doorknob case that applied a research model to the design process. The process of producing results by applying the design process to case studies - optimization - the process of production is a process of sharing and communication between steps, not a serial flow of one-way, and can be called a complementary process. Thus, the Optimization process in the digital design process can be summarized as a circular process based on the reciprocal complementarity for understanding the characteristics of the digital production tools used in the product production to maintain the intended design, and the definition of requirements for the input file and the standardization of the associated metadata.

        법정보의 조사 과정에 대한 방법론적 고찰

        법정보조사(legal research)는 법을 공부하고 연구하는 사람이라면 누구라도 습득하여야 하는 기초적인 법적 기술이다. 법정보조사는 법학전문대학원에서 법과 법학을 공부하기 위한 기술일 뿐 아니라 법실무에서 법을 활용하기 위한 기술이기도 하다. 실무 법조인이 창의적으로 문제를 해결하기 위해서 법정보조사가 필수적이다. 법정보조사는, 거시적으로 보면, 조상대상이 되는 사례에 대한 사실 분석부터 출발하여 법적 쟁점을 추출하고 이에 대한 법정보의 조사를 거쳐 조사 결과를 사례에 적용하고 이를 보완하는 단계에 이르기까지 일련의 과정 속에서 진행된다. 이렇게 파악되는 법정보조사는 법학방법론에서 말하는 법의 적용 과정과 크게 다르지 않다. 이 점에서, 법학방법론과 마찬가지로 법정보조사는 단순한 기술(skill)에 그치지 않고 동시에 학문(science)이기도 하다. 법정보조사의 학문성을 인정한다면 법정보조사에 대한 방법론적 성찰의 필요성도 인정해야 한다. 법정보조사의 방법으로 서지학적 접근방법이외에도 문제해결을 지향하는 통합적인 접근방법, 그리고 과정중심적인 접근방법 등 다양한 방법들이 논의되었다. 힉스(F. Hicks)에 의해 토대가 놓인 서지학적 접근방법(bibliographical approach)은 주로 로스쿨 1학년생 또는 신입 변호사를 대상으로 이용가능한 법적 자료와 그 사용방법을 가르치는 데에 초점을 맞춘다. 서지학적 방법은 전통적인 로스쿨 교육과정과 결합하여 법정보조사의 기본적인 방법론으로 자리잡았다는 점에서 전통적인 법정보조사 방법론으로 불러도 좋을 것이다. 20세기 중반 롬바우어(M. Rombauer)는 법정보조사를 독립적인 분과가 아니라 법적 분석이나 법문서작성과 연관된 문제해결의 한 과정으로 파악하려 하였다. 그에 따르면 법적 분석, 법정보조사, 법문서작성에 대한 법률가의 전문지식 및 기술은 법적 문제의 해결 과정 속에서 불가분적으로 결합되어 있다. 롬바우어의 방법론은 거시적으로는 통합적 방법론(integrated method)이지만, 미시적 관점에서 보면 법령에 대한 검색, 구속력있는 판례에 대한 검색, 설득력있는 판례에 대한 검색, 분석의 정교화를 위한 검색의 4단계로 진행되는 단계적 방법론으로 이해될 수 있다. 1970년대 이후 법정보조사 및 법문서작성의 통합 교과에서 법정보조사의 비중이 현저히 줄어들면서 법정보조사의 과정에 초점을 맞추는 과정지향적 접근방법(process-oriented approach)이 새로운 법정보조사 방법론으로 주목받게 되었다. 이에 따르면, 법정보조사의 과정은 분석, 검색, 적용 및 소통이라는 상호의존적인 측면들로 구성된다. 과정지향적 접근방법을 대표하는 렌(C./J. Wren) 부부에 따르면, 법정보조사는 법적 문제를 해결하기 위하여 사실의 수집 및 분석, 그 사실과 관련된 법적 쟁점의 확정, 효과적인 조사를 위한 쟁점의 정리, 법정보의 검색 및 평가, 업데이트로 이어지는 일련의 단계들로 구성된다. 법정보조사의 효과적인 수행을 위한 가장 적절한 법정보조사 방법론은 무엇인가? 필자는 법정보조사에 있어서 통합적 접근방법이 가장 이상적인 방법이라고 생각한다. 그러나, 미국 로스쿨에서도 정착되지 못한 통합적인 접근방법이 우리나라의 법학전문대학원에 이식되기를 기대하기는 어려워 보인다. 그렇다면, 과정지향적 접근방법이 법학전문대학원의 교육과정에서 현실적으로 실행가능한 대안이 될 수밖에 없 ... Legal research is a basic legal skill that anyone who studies law should learn. Legal research is not only a skill for studying law at law school, but also a skill for utilizing law in law practice. Legal research is dispensable for practitioners to solve legal problems creatively.   From the macro perspective, legal research starts with a fact analysis of the case, formulates legal issues, searches for the legal information on these, and applies the results of search to the case, It proceeds in the process.   Legal research thus grasped does not differ much from the application of law as stated in legal methodology. In this regard, Legal research is not only a skill but also a science. If we admit the scientific nature of legal research, we should also recognize the need for methodological reflection on legal research.   In addition to the bibliographical approach, various methods such as the integrated approach aiming at solving legal problems and the process-oriented approach were discussed. The bibliographical approach underpinned by Frederick Hicks focuses mainly on teaching the legal materials available for first-year students of law school or new lawyers and how to use them. The bibliographical method, combined with the traditional law school curriculum, can be called as the traditional method of legal research in that it has become the basic methodology of legal research.   In the mid-20th century, Majorie Rombauer attempted to identify legal research as a process of problem solving associated with legal analysis or legal writing, not as an independent part. According to her, lawyers' expertise and skills in legal analysis, legal research, and legal writing are inseparably combined in the solution of legal problems. Rombauer's methodology is macroscopically the integrated approach, but from a microscopic point of view, it searches for laws, searches for binding precedents, searches for persuasive precedents, and searches for refining of analysis. As a result of this. it can be understood as a four step method of legal research.   Since the 1970s, the process-oriented approach focusing on the process of legal research has been highlighted as a new method of legal research. According to this, the process of legal research consists of interdependent aspects of analysis, search, application and communication. According to Christopher and Jill Wren, a representative of the process-oriented approach, legal research is a process of collecting and analyzing facts, establishing legal issues related to the facts, organizing and evaluation of legal information, and an update.   What is the most appropriate legal research methodology for effective legal research? I think the integrated approach is the ideal method for legal research. However, it seems that the integrated approach, which has not been established in US law schools, can not be transplanted to law schools in Korea.   If so, the process-oriented approach would be a feasible alternative in the curriculum of law school. Even if the process-oriented approach is adopted, the bibliographical approach should not be excluded because bibliographical knowledge is necessary.   Legal research is not linear, but essentially circular. Then, looking at the actual process of legal research, it will be more than just search for legal information without applying the acquired legal information to the case. This paper adds the application of legal information and understands the process of legal research in five interrelated steps. Step 1: Determine significant facts.
