        인터넷 자료 및 국내 연구에서 바라본 태권도 해외 취업 동향 및 견해

        This study is an analysis of the trend and view on the taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment, based on internet material and native study. First of all, the internet article mostly deals with the news of instructor’s employment, as for taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment. Concretely, the contents are mostly the education for taekwondo leader foster, the way to help taekwondo specialist employed and dispatched overseas, and ‘the contents of mutual cooperation concerning instructor dispatch’. The article not concerning the instructor doesn’t appear on internet. So, the opinion is suggested that information has to be supplied and that employment procedure has to be known about the overseas jobs except instructors. As for the inquiry and counseling related to taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment written on internet blog, mostly the contents were related to taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment. They wanted to be employed as instructors as well as to immigrate abroad. It was a limitation that the specialists couldn’t but be employed as an instructor, though they wanted to immigrate abroad. That is, the field and scope concerning taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment has to be expanded as soon as possible. In our country, the study about the persons majoring in taekwondo is not executed so many. As for the study trend, the studies were progressed, concerning the ability, behavior and anxiety of the persons majoring in taekwondo due to employment and concerning the education program for overseas employment improvement. The study was not enough, concerning the kinds, success case, employment procedure, and development strategy. The study applied actually was not so many. A for the trend, based on the contents described on internet material native study, first, the kind was not presented at all, concerning taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment field, second, the field and scope were only the instructor, concerning taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment. Third, the actual material was not so many, concerning taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment and information supply. Last, the views described as follows in order to improve taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment. First, it is necessary to expand and apply employment field of native takwondo. second, the other kind has to be searched, except taekwondo employment which links employment centering physical education. Third, the propelling and fruits of the study to be publicized on-line and off-line, related to trusted subjects and policy subjects about employment field expansion, application, and efficiency of employment in native taekwondo field. Fourth, on the basis of native case, overseas employment strategy and method have to be found. Fifth, in the level of Kukkiwon or the Korea Taekwondo Association, taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment has to be propelled with active concernment.

        해외취업자 실태조사를 통한 청년 해외취업전략 연구

        최근 우리나라 청년실업은 경제사회적 측면에서 부정적인 영향을 미치며 심각한 사회문제로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 청년실업에 대한 하나의 대안으로서 글로벌 일자리 창출이 오래 전부터 대두되어 왔으며, 정부는 2013년부터 기존의 해외진출 사업들의 내실화를 위해 해외 취업, 인턴, 봉사 및 창업 지원을 “K-Move” 브랜드로 통합하여 추진하고 있다. 그러나 2018년 기준으로 볼 때 해외취업 희망자 중 실제로 해외취업에 성공하는 비율은 24.5%에 불과한 수준이다. 본 연구는 해외취업자를 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 해외취업의 성공률을 높이기 위한 전략방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 설문조사 결과가 주는 주요 해외취업 전략방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해외취업의 명확한 목표설정이 필요하다. 둘째, 해외취업을 위한 사전준비 활동이 보다 강화되어야 한다. 셋째, 해외취업과 관련한 정보인프라의 고도화가 필요하다. 그리고 넷째, 지역 및 국가별 차별화된 취업전략이 필요하다. 이러한 연구결과는 해외취업 희망자 뿐만 아니라 해외취업 지원정책을 수립하고 실행하는 정부기관에도 유용한 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대된다. Recently youth unemployment has long remained a nagging problem in Korea, contributing to aggravating the economy as well as the society. As an alternative solution to this problem overseas employment has been encouraged by the government who started the “K-Move” program in 2013 by integrating existing overseas employment, internship, service, and entrepreneurship support programs administered by several governmental ministries. However, employment rate of overseas job seekers was only 24.5%in 2018. This study aimed to recommend strategic directions for increasing the overseas employment rate through a questionnaire survey of the overseas employed. The factual survey results showed the following four strategic directions. First, job seekers should set clear career goals for overseas employment. Second, overseas job seekers should thoroughly prepare in advance in terms of language and related certificates. Third, IT infrastructure for offering information on overseas employment should be improved and upgraded. And, fourth, overseas employment strategies should be tailored to the specific regional or national environment. These strategic directions are expected to be of great help to overseas job seekers as well as government policymakers for formulating and implementing overseas employment support programs.

        해외취업경험자의 심층연구를 통한 해외취업 활성화 방안

        In order to promote overseas employment for beauty majors and successfully establish overseas employment, this study conducted an indepth study on beauty majors with overseas employment experience in English-speaking countries and analyzed the motivational factors, prior preparation, and problems of overseas employment. The purpose of the subjects' overseas employment was to accumulate experience and improve technical skills by taking on new challenges in various fields, such as learning new language related to work. The subjects studied the language through various methods, and said that preparation of practical skills was necessary. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a specialized program that allows overseas employment candidates to acquire both practical skills and language skills in a practical and systematic way. Korean beauty majors are capable of performing various procedures such as cuts, perms, and blow drying, and have delicate hand techniques and fast procedures, so they are recognized not only for their technical skills, but also in terms of beauty trends and services. This is believed to be because Korea's beauty education has developed into a segmented and organized system. However, they responded that the differences in the type of procedure, lack of experience with the equipment used, and cultural differences in performing tasks are weaknesses. In particular, it was pointed out that if you lack technical skills, you may be treated as a worker lacking both language and skills. In addition, problems such as customer complaints, racial discrimination, relatively high prices, medical emergencies, safety issues related to drugs, tax issues, and homesickness were mentioned. All subjects were satisfied with the overseas employment and said they would recommend overseas employment to their acquaintances. This is because it can be a new challenge to experience various experiences and cultures. In particular, it seems to have provided satisfaction to those who pursue an independent lifestyle due to freedom of working hours, working environment, and salary. As mentioned above, it is necessary to supplement strengths through developing language skills and practical capabilities, traits commonly identified from those who have overseas employment experience, to differentiate themselves from local hairdressers and to reduce problems in the early stages of settlement, thereby revitalizing overseas employment.

        해외 취업 참여경험이 취업의 질(Quality)에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        청년고용을 촉진시키는 것이 국가적 과제로 떠오르고 있는 가운데 청년층을 글로벌 리더로 양성시키는 것이 중요함에도 불구하고 글로벌 청년리더 양성사업의 일환으로 시작된 해외취업 사업들이 여러 가지 문제점들이 지적되고 있다. 즉, 해외취업 실적의 경우 양적인 측면에서는 평가할 만 하지만 취업상태 단기유지, 단순노무직으로의 직종편중 등 질적인 측면을 보았을 때는 다른 직종에 비해 사무 및 서비스업의 비중이 매년 높게 나타나고 있으며 특히, 단순노무직이 대부분이라는 지적이 적지 않다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 해외 취업의 취업성과라고 할 수 있는 일자리의 질 측면에서 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 실증분석을 통해 살펴보고 향후 해외 취업 사업의 추진 방향에 대한 제언을 하고자 한다. 분석결과, 해외 취업 참여경험은 고용형태, 기업규모, 4대 보험가입 및 임금수준 그리고 직무만족 수준에 정(+)적인 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 외국계기업 취업에 미치는 영향을 살펴 본 결과, 해외 취업 참여경험이 정(+)적인 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 해외 취업 참여경험이 있는 경우, 적어도 국내에서의 취업의 질이 높다는 사실을 보여 주는 것을 간접적으로 확인 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 해외 취업을 통한 실적의 경우, 취업상태 단기유지 등 질적인 측면에서 부정적인 평가를 받고 있는 가운데서도 이들 사업에 참여한 경험이 있는 경우, 국내 일자리에서는 취업의 질이 높다는 사실을 분석함으로써 사업의 의미를 재해석 했다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 이러한 점들이 향후 연구에서 보완된다면 해외 취업의 성과에 대해 보다 정확한 추정이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. Encouraging youth employment is emerging as a national task. Even though training young man to be a global leader is important, Overseas Employment Program is said to have various problems. Overseas employment results are reasonable in a quantitative aspect. But in qualitative aspect, it is weighted too much on short term employment status, unskilled labor. Compared with other occupational category, the portion of clerical / service work is high every year. Especially, unskilled labor is said to cover most of the part. Thus, the purpose of this study is to show the kind of influence from Overseas Employment Program performance in qualitative aspect through analysis of actual proof, and propose future direction of Overseas Employment Program training program The result of analysis shows that participating in Overseas Employment Program has positive meaningful influence on employment type, company size, joining 4 insurances, wage level, job satisfaction, and also on foreign companies employment. This kind of result shows that participating experience in Overseas Employment Program brings at lease higher domestic employment quality, which can be indirectly said that purpose of the program is reflected to some extent. Overseas Employment Program has a negative reputation. However, the fact analysis that participating experience in that program generated high quality job in domestic labor market adds meaningful re-interpretation. If further supplemented study is provided, more accurate estimation of Overseas Employment Program result will be possible.

      • 해외취업자의 노동시장성과 영향요인 분석

        세계 각국에서는 청년의 해외 진출을 지원하는 사업에 정부가 적극적으로 나서고 있는 가운데 한국도 독자적인 해외취업 사업을 발전시켜 왔다. 그러나, 국내 취업자의 성과 연구와는 달리 해외취업자의 성과에 미치는 영향요인에 대해서는 거의 밝혀지지 않았다. 이에 이 논문에서는 정부지원 해외취업사업에 참여한 해외취업자의 취업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다..고용노동부와 한국산업인력공단이 수행한 해외취업정착지원금 수급자를 대상으로 임금과 고용형태(정규직 여부)에 영향을 미치는 개인 배경, 해외노동시장 특성 및 정부 프로그램 참여 유형 변수를 종합적으로 검토하였다. 분석결과, 연령, 소득수준, 교육수준 및 전공, 해외유학 여부와 같은 개인 배경 관련 변수의 영향은 국내외 취업을 다룬 선행연구와 대체로 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 취업국가, 직종, 취업비자 등 해외 노동시장 환경 관련 변수에서의 차이가 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며, 정부 프로그램 참여유형에서도 민간 취업에 비해 공공 정책수단이 효과가 더 크게 발생한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로, 정부 차원에서 공공 해외취업 사업을 성과 관리 차원에서 개선이 가능한 시사점을 제안하였다. While governments around the world are actively involved in projects to support young people's overseas advancement, Korea has also developed its own overseas employment project. However, unlike studies on the performance of domestic employees, little has been revealed about the factors that affect the performance of overseas employees. Therefore, in this paper, the factors that affect the employment performance of overseas workers who participated in the government-sponsored overseas employment project were analyzed. Individual background, overseas labor market characteristics, and government program participation type variables that affect As a result of the analysis, it was found that the effects of personal background variables such as age, income level, education level and major, and whether or not to study abroad were generally similar to previous studies dealing with domestic and foreign employment. Significant differences were found in variables related to the overseas labor market environment, such as country of employment, type of occupation, and employment visa, and it can be seen that public policy measures had a greater effect than private employment in the type of participation in government programs. Based on the above research results, suggestions for improving the public overseas employment project at the government level in terms of performance management were suggested.

        중국 해외취업 유관기관 활성화를 위한 협력 네트워크에 관한 연구 -중국 베이징, 상하이 지역을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 중국 해외취업 유관기관 활성화를 위한 협력 네트워크에 관한 것으로 중국의 주요 해외취업을 위한 공공 및 민간기관의 협력적 거버넌스 체계를 살펴보고, 각기관별 역할과 한계, 발전방안에 대한 제언에 초점을 맞추어 살펴보고자 하였다. 첫째, 서론에서는 중국해외취업의 주요이슈와 협력네트워크의 필요성과 연구문제를제시하였고, 협력적 네트워크 유형별로 주요기관의 네트워크 모형을 구체화하고자 하였다. 둘째, 중국 해외취업 기관별 운영 현황 및 거버넌스 구축 형태를 살펴보고 기관별역할과 강점에 따라 협력네트워크 유형을 구분하였고 K-Move센터와 무역관 등을 중심으로 구인정보 수집 및 취업상담, 알선업무, 사후관리 취업지원 절차에 따른 네트워크유형을 구체화하였다. 셋째, 중국은 공공기관과 민간기관의 역할에 대해 제시하였다. 비자문제, 정착지원금 관리 등은 공공기관에서 사후관리 영역에서는 공공 및 민간영역에서 업무분장과 제도적 장치를 마련하여 재취업이 가능하도록 협업의 필요성을 제시하였다. 또한 현재는 북부 베이징을 중심으로 K-Move센터 및 대사관을 중심으로 지원이 되는 네트워크 관리조직 네트워크 유형이라면 중남부를 포함하여 참여자관리 네트워크 혼합모형의 필요성을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 협력네트워크의 모형을 중국 해외취업 기관에 유형별 기능에 따라 적용해보고 해외취업을 위한 방향성을 제기하였다는 점에서 의미가 크다. This study is about the cooperative network for overseas employment in China. The purpose of this study is to examine the cooperative governance system of public and private institutions for major overseas employment in China, focusing on the roles and limitations of each institution and suggestions for development plans. did. First, the introduction presented the major issues of Chinese overseas employment, the need for a cooperative network, and research problems, and attempted to specify the network model of major organizations by type of cooperative network. Second, we looked at the operation status and governance structure of each Chinese overseas employment agency, classified the types of cooperation networks according to the role and strengths of each agency, and collected job information, employment counseling, job placement, and post-management employment centered on the K-Move Center and trade centers. Network types were specified according to the application process. Third, China presented the roles of public and private institutions. Visa issues, settlement subsidy management, etc. were addressed by public institutions, and in the area of follow-up management, the public and private sectors presented the need for collaboration to enable re-employment by establishing division of duties and institutional mechanisms. In addition, if the network management organization network type is currently supported by the K-Move Center and embassy centered in northern Beijing, the need for a mixed model of participant management network including the central and southern regions was suggested. This study is significant in that it applies the cooperative network model to Chinese overseas employment agencies according to each type and function and suggests directions for overseas employment.

        치과위생사의 해외취업의사에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between general characteristics and the intention of overseas employment and job satisfaction by Korean dental hygienists. Methods : We conducted a survey of 562 dental hygienists working in dental clinics nationwide. Collected data were analyzed by using the SAS(Version 9.2, SAS Institute, Cary, N.C.) package. χ2 test was used to determine the general characteristics of the subjects including job satisfaction level and intention to work abroad. Results : Old aged dental hygienists tended to work in the country rather than abroad(p<0.05). Higher job satisfaction was closely related to working hours, monthly income, social status, and stability of employment(p<0.05). Job satisfaction was concerned with intention to overseas employment. The main purpose of overseas employment included economic benefits(35.99%), self realization(26.75%), and improvement of working condition(21.66%) in the group of overseas employment(p<0.05). The obstacles to overseas employment were mastery of language proficiency(60.94%) and related information(21.89%) in those who want to work abroad. Conclusions : In order to increase the number of Korean dental hygienists for overseas employment, it is necessary to improve working competence and job satisfaction.

        해외건설공사 활성화를 위한 해외공사보험의 역할 제고에 관한 연구

        Last year Korea has become 9th country which achieved one trillion US Dollars of trade volume. The accumulated amount of overseas construction won by Korea exceeded 480 billion US Dollars as of the end of last year. The amount awarded, however, has decreased by 17.5 percent last year. Overseas construction is a contract for work, supply of goods, for services and a combination of these forms of contract. A contractor faces lots of risks in completing overseas construction but not limited to political risk in employing country, employer`s credit risk, and natural disaster. The overseas construction works insurance is a sort of export insurance operated by the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation. This insurance covers losses by contractors of overseas construction projects arising from political risks and project owners` commercial risks. Although there is no direct relation between the insured amount of the overseas construction works insurance and the amount of overseas construction awarded, some articles of the insurance policy need to be revised to enhance the role of the overseas construction works insurance. The enlargement of the risks covered by the overseas construction works insurance will help Korean contractors to win overseas construction project, which will contribute to the increase the amount of overseas construction awarded.

        A Study on Activation Plans for Overseas Field Training and Overseas Employment to cultivate Global Leaders

        This study tried to diagnose the status of overseas field training and overseas employment through questionnaire surveys, FGI, and success case analysis, and to find implications for the educational direction that universities should take for the efficient operation of overseas employment programs. Specifically, surveys and interviews were conducted for participating students to diagnose the problems of current field training and overseas employment programs, and systematize the derived requirements to extract desirable field training and overseas employment program operation guidelines, and students The purpose of this study was to derive improvement plans and policy proposals by analyzing the causes that affect the satisfaction of employees' on-the-job training and overseas employment.

        일부 치기공과 대학생들의 해외취업에 관한 의식 조사 연구

        This study was conducted to research into the recognition level of employment and overseas employment on 173 students majoring in dental technology at two colleges in Daegu metropolitan city and Jeju self-governing island through questionnaires which are recorded individually. The results are as follows. 1. About 31.8% students chose dental technician department taking their aptitude into consideration when they entered college. 52% students gained information about dental technology through internet, and 57.3% students among them, which was the highest level, were under age 20. 2. 48.6% students responded that they thought the level of satisfaction with major was average and there was a difference according to their ages among the level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with their major and the previous knowledge of major they had gained before entering college. 75.1% students said they wouldn’t transfer to other major even if they were given the chance, which was much higher than the opposite case. And only 2.3% students had dissatisfaction at their major, which means students majoring dental technology evaluate their major positively. 3. Most students(58.4%) wanted to get a job for living cost and 53.2% students took advice from their seniors or elderly people in choosing their jobs. 64.7% students answered they should have professional skills to get a good job, which was different according to their ages. In addition, 51.4% students of dental technology department regarded the opportunities to exert their abilities as the most important element in choosing their jobs. That means students value self-decision and selfrealization when they choose their jobs. 4. The majority of students(32.9%) preferred to work at the dental laboratory in dental college hospital as their workplace. Moreover, seniors over age 21 wanted to work in the field of porcelain and juniors under age 20 preferred to work in the implant part concerning the field which students wants to work. 5. About 91.3% students have ever heard about overseas employment and wanted to work abroad if given the opportunities(77.5%). This points out students have much interest in overseas employment and positive attitude. And there was a difference according to age and grade in case of the preferred country when they work abroad 6. The main barrier to overseas employment was a lack of communication ability(63.0%), therefore, students thought foreign language education should be activated to improve overseas employment(26.0%). To show this more specifically, juniors thought foreign language education and internship are most important factors(both are 21.4% alike), while seniors thought foreign language education is essential(24.6%) as a way to improve overseas employment. Students also thought that participation in language study club helps to prepare for overseas employment(69.4%). When putting all these survey results together, it’s very important to develop people in advance who have job ability and language ability necessary for overseas employment as well as to improve job awareness in the field of dental technology. Consequently, it’s needed to seek for various ways to get a overseas job through foreign language education and overseas internship.
