        4차산업과 미래설계 교양수업의 Moodle 학습관리시스템 활용 사례 연구 : 학습활동 참여의 개인차를 중심으로

        Students in the 21st century are obsessed with portable devices running on the Internet and always demand multimedia-rich content. This particular need can be solved by teachers in the pedagogical curriculum. Learning Design and Implementation and Learning Management in Traditional Classroom Education, Learning Management Pervasive Computing can be used for classroom instruction to support learning. This helps many faculty, students, and administrators in and out of the school, and facilitates their work. The purpose of this study is to establish a learning management system with open source Moodle, and then operate the 4th industry and future design courses, which are J university liberal arts courses. It also seeks to see how online learning participation affects academic achievement. For this purpose, individual differences of online learning participants were classified into positive and negative criteria, and analyzed the individual differences in learning activity participation and the relationship with the regular test scores. In conclusion, the Moodle learning management system was built on PCs and smartphones and used in liberal arts classes. Participants in Moodle Learning Management System discussion group positively confirmed that their academic achievement was high. This suggests that Moodle's learning management system is a fidelity tool for connection-oriented learning and can be used to actively cope with learner management.

        자동화된 이력 시스템을 이용한 학습콘텐츠 관리 시스템 설계

        e-Learning을 이용한 사이버교육이 확대됨에 따라 학습자들의 수요에 맞춘 다양한 학습콘텐츠(Learning Contents)가 제작되고 있다. 그러나 이런 학습콘텐츠의 제작은 많은 시간과 비용이 소모되어학습자들의 다양한 수요를 만족시키기 어려운 실정이다. 이를 해결하기 위한 학습콘텐츠의 제작에 대한표준 및 학습콘텐츠 메타데이터(Learning Contents Metadata)등의 연구는 학습콘텐츠의 재사용성을 높이고 아울러 검색 기능을 높일 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학습콘텐츠의 관리와 재사용성을 높이기 위해 기존의 버전관리 및 문서관리 시스템의 장점을 이용하여 자동화된 이력관리 시스템을 설계하고, 이를 학습콘텐츠 관리 시스템에 적용하는 방법 그리고 여러 지역에 분산되어 있는 학습콘텐츠 관리 서버로의 접근이 용이한 SOA 기반의 시스템을 구성하여 손쉬운 학습콘텐츠의 검색, 조회 및 통합 환경을 제공할 수 있는 학습콘텐츠 관리 시스템에 대해 연구하였다. As cyber education using e-Learning system is expanded, various Learning Contents has been created to satisfy the demand of various students. But since it takes long time and spends high cost to create e-Learning contents, it is hard to satisfy the demand of various students. To solve this problem standardizations of the Learning Contents and researches of Learning Contents Metadata are focused in reusability of Learning Contents and information retrieval of Learning Contents. In this paper to improve manageability and retrievability, legacy version control and document management system are introduced. Based on existing version control and document management system, we developed automated history control system. To conveniently provide retrieval, inquiry and integrating of Learning Contents, we researched Learning Contents Management System based on SOA to easily approach with the Learning Contents Management Server which is dispersed on wide area

        의과대학에서 학습관리시스템과 컴퓨터 기반 평가시스템의 구축 및 운영 경험

        Purpose:The purpose of this study was to establish an e-learning system to support learning in medical education and identify solutions for improving the system. Methods:A learning management system (LMS) and computer-based test (CBT) system were established to support e-learning for medical students. A survey of 219 first- and second-grade medical students was administered. The questionnaire included 9forced choice questions about the usability of system and 2 open-ended questions about necessary improvements to the system. Results:The LMS consisted of a class management, class evaluation, and class attendance system. CBT consisted of a test management,item bank, and authoring tool system. The results of the survey showed a high level of satisfaction in all system usability items except for stability. Further, the advantages of the e-learning system were ensuring information accessibility, providing constant feedback,and designing an intuitive interface. Necessary improvements to the system were stability, user control, readability, and diverse device usage. Conclusion:Based on the findings, suggestions for developing an e-learning system to improve usability by medical students and support learning effectively are recommended.

        국가 수준의 평생학습계좌제 활성화 방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to establish a plan to revitalize the lifelong learning account system as a system to promote human resource development and management and the participation of the people in lifelong learning by systematically accumulating, recording and managing the results of various learning that adults have performed since the completion of the regular curriculum. To achieve the purpose of this study, first, what is the actual condition of the operation of the lifelong learning account system at the national level? Second, what is the actual condition of the operation of the lifelong learning account system in foreign countries? The results of this study are as follows: First, the connection function of lifelong learning history conducted by public institutions should be expanded and strengthened.,In addition, it is necessary to improve and improve the function of the continuous lifelong learning history management system. It is necessary to exempt the tuition fee when the underprivileged, low-educated adults, and students who are suspended from school, such as low-income families, take the learning courses approved by the National Lifelong Education Promotion Agency. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the professionalism of lifelong learning managers. The conditions that should be preceded for strengthening professionalism should be secured for the stability of the status of the persons in charge. Fourth, it is necessary to build a pool of learners and a human resource network. Fifth, it is necessary to establish a lifelong learning center system in the local base. The people in charge of the community should establish a lifelong learning institution linkage system at the local level in that they can aim at the specificity and common ideology or purpose of each community, promote the efficiency of various resource operations, and make use of the strengths among the parties in connection and supplement the weaknesses. Sixth, public relations should be strengthened for the lifelong learning account system. Seventh, lifelong learning account system participation support is needed. It is necessary to provide practical incentives to participating organizations. Eighth, it is necessary to develop various ways to utilize accumulated learning results through lifelong learning accounts.

        In this paper, we propose integrated guidelines of effective e-Learning management system based on LMS(Learning Mangement System), LCMS(Learning Contents Management System), Authoring Tools by linking e-Learning system to management. The purpose of the study is to describe the present condition and major characteristics of domestic e-Learning System and to recommend quality assurance related to main functions and practical use of the corporate e-learning in multiple ways and implementation strategies to fit facilitator, tutor, learner. 본 논문은 학습관리시스템(LMS), 학습콘텐츠관리시스템(LCMS), 학습지원도구를 포함한 기업 e-Learning 시스템과 운영을 연계한 통합적 형태의 가이드라인을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 e-Learning 시스템 현황 및 특성을 실태조사를 통해 파악하고, 관련된 국내 e-Learning 시스템의 다양한 질 관리 방법과 운영자, 교・강사, 학습자에게 적합한 실행 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 e-Learning을 새롭게 도입하거나 업그레이드 하고자 하는 교육훈련기관에게 e-Learning 시스템을 구축하고 운영체계를 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

        팀기반학습을 적용한 건축시공 교육용 학습지원시스템 개발 방안

        Due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, online education from universities has shown significant growth in Korea. In this manner, educational innovation needs to be rapidly promoted to cope with the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In response to these changes and demands, there is a need for improvement in the learning management system of domestic universities. This study aimed to improve and develop a learning management system that supports the online education of domestic universities. To this end, the study suggested the development directions of the learning management system needed for team-based learning lectures. The major research findings are as follows. In comparison with general lectures, team-based learning lectures exhibited further increase in pre-class learning, team activities and learners’ participation activities. However, it was found that the learning management system currently used in domestic universities was inadequate for team-based learning lectures. Therefore, in this study, plans to improve the learning management system were presented to support the learning activities of team-based learning lectures. The details of the improvement plan were comprised of seven items, including the ‘sharing of learning materials’, ‘quizzes made by other students’, and ‘deep learning’. In order to apply the learning management system presented in this study to domestic universities, follow-up research should be undertaken to develop prototypes, apply these to lectures, and make the subsequent improvements. If the proposed learning management system is introduced to domestic universities, it can contribute to facilitating online education in Korea.

        이-러닝(e-learning) 교수ㆍ학습의 질관리를 위한 평가 모형 및 준거 탐색

          본 연구는 이-러닝(e-learning) 교수ㆍ학습의 질관리를 위한 평가모형 구안과 평가준거 탐색에 관심을 두고 있다. 이-러닝 교수ㆍ학습체제는 온라인 교육이라는 학습환경적 특성과 학습자주도수업과 자기조절학습이라는 학습방법의 독특성 때문에 기존의 교수ㆍ학습체제와는 다르게 구성되므로 교수ㆍ학습체제의 질관리를 위한 평가모형도 기존의 평가모형과는 달라져야 한다. 일반적으로 전통적인 교수ㆍ학습체제 평가모형들은 교수ㆍ학습활동의 산출물을 중심으로 한 평가모형이므로 이-러닝 교수ㆍ학습체제의 평가모형으로는 적절성을 지니고 있다고 보기 힘들다. 그리하여 본 연구에서 관심을 두고 있는 평가모형은 교수ㆍ학습체제 설계 및 실행 전과정의 질관리를 위해 수행해야 할 과정중심모형의 구안에 목적을 두고 있고, 아울러 그러한 이-러닝 교수ㆍ학습 평가모형의 특성에 적합한 평가준거를 탐색해 보려는데 취지를 두고 있다. <BR>  연구결과, 이-러닝 교수ㆍ학습의 질관리를 위한 평가에서 중요하게 고려해야 할 요소들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이-러닝 교수ㆍ학습 운영의 주요 구성요인인 교수자, 학습자, 운영자들 간의 민주적 의사소통을 통한 교육과정운영에 대한 합의과정, 둘째, 학습자의 자기주도적학습 활동을 지원하기 위한 학습자 의견수렴, 끝으로 이-러닝 교수ㆍ학습체제와 관련된 다양한 인력들을 확보하고 개발하여 제 역할을 할 수 있도록 관리하는 활동 등이 중요한 요소들로 고찰되었다.   This study investigated theoretically the evaluation model and evaluation criteria as a construction plan of evaluation system which should be established for quality management of e-learning teaching-learning system. Because of the unique elements in learning environment as an on-line instruction, e-learning teaching-learning system should be distinguished from the existed teaching- learning system of general school education. In spite, the evaluation for quality management on that system makes no difference.<BR>  While the most evaluation models on teaching-learning system have been centering on the outcomes from the activities, the model in this study is centering on the design and quality management on the whole process of teaching-learning system. Additionally this study examined the evaluation criteria appropriate for the characteristics of the model designed through literature review.<BR>  In conclusion, the important elements which we should consider during evaluation for the quality management on e-learning teaching-learning system are as follows: Agreement process on the curriculum administration through democratic communication among instructors, learners, administrators as each element of system administration; opinion collection from learners in order to support the learning activities of the initiative learners.  Besides it is discussed that it is very important to insure, develop and manage the diverse human resources so that they can perform its role.

        팀기반학습 적용을 위한 건축시공 교육지원시스템 개발

        Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, higher education in South Korea has rapidly shifted online. In addition, the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has highlighted the need to introduce innovation teaching methods. To cope with these changes and demands, the learning management system used by domestic universities must therefore be improved. This study developed a learning management system for the application of team-based learning to improve and develop the learning management system of domestic universities. The major research findings are as follows. The analysis results showed that there is not sufficient function to apply new innovation teaching methods, such as team-based learning, in the current learning management system of domestic universities. Therefore, a learning management system capable of supporting team-based learning courses was developed in this study. The system consisted of ‘pre-class learning,’ ‘team activities’ and ‘participation learning,’ which were further classified into nine sub-items. In the future, a survey of system users is planned in order to further improve the system. It is believed that if the proposed learning management system were introduced to domestic universities, it would improve the educational environment and contribute to the spread and use of innovative teaching methods.

        Applying Principles of the Activity Theory and Holistic Learning and Performance Architecture in the Design of Knowledge Management Systems

        Alignment between strategic and operational processes and organizational learning and knowledge management (KM) solutions is a key to sustained competitive advantage of business organizations. Current KM design approaches are based on linear and individual-centered frameworks similar to traditional instructional systems design models, and pay little attention to how user collaboration occurs, tacit knowledge is developed, and reciprocal feedback in group interactions is enabled. In this article we utilized concepts from the situated learning literature, Vygotskian cultural-historical theory of cognition, and a holistic learning and performance architecture to propose a new approach to the design of integrated learning and knowledge management systems. Our model, in addition to clarifying specific design considerations, helped clarify the role of HRD in KM, demonstrating that traditional focus of HRD professionals (designing and implementing learning and development solutions) needs to be expanded to embrace the development and implementation of integrated KM/learning system. Therefore, the HRD professionals of the near future will need to expand their repertoire of skills and capabilities to include not only face-to-face, online, and blended learning needs assessment, design and development, but also design of collaborative knowledge creation environments, knowledge repositories, performance support tools, and design of integrated KM and learning systems. The above considerations leads to implications for the development of future HRD professionals in HRD graduate programs. The course offerings of such programs would need to be expanded to add a stronger emphasis on learning and cognition theories, grounded in the socio-cultural and social learning paradigms, as well as a stronger emphasis on a systemic view of learning and KM technologies and blending of learning and management of knowledge.

        일반논문 : 대학에서의 블랙보드 활용에 나타난 특징과 시사점

        이 연구는 한국과 미국 대학에서 사용하고 있는 학습관리시스템인 블랙보드의 기능과 활용방식을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 한국대학 1개, 미국대학 4개의 블랙보드에 대한 문헌 및 설문조사, 교수자의 사용자 분석을 토대로 최근 빠른 속도로 확산되고 있는 대학에서의 스마트 교육 현황을 파악하였다. 연구결과 한국과 미국 대학에서 사용하고 있는 블랙보드의 주요 기능은 이메일과 모바일로 실시간 확인이 가능한 공지사항 등록, 유투브를 이용하여 수업자료를 올릴 수 있는 콘텐츠 생성(mash-up), 개인 및 팀별 토론과 프로젝트가 가능한 토론방과 블로그 등의 협업 기능을 사용하고 있었다. 그리고 모바일 퀴즈나 과제물 제출의 평가 기능을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 교수자들은 학생들과의 상호작용이 모바일과 연계되어 실시간으로 가능하다는 점과 수업자료를 다양하게 활용할 수 있다는 것을 가장 큰 장점으로 들고 있다. 블랙보드의 특징은 문제해결학습, 토론학습 등 다양한 수업방법을 시도할 수 있게 해주어 강의중심에서 학생주도의 참여적 수업에 만족하고 있었다. 교수자에게는 강의내용과 수준을 평가할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 해 주었다. 학습자에게는 수업 동기와 참여를 높이는 학습자원의 역할이 가능하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 블랙보드에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다. This study aims to investigate of blackboard as smart Learning Management System`s functions and methods in Korea and the United States universities. The data were collected through literature, website, survey and correspondence of users from one Korean university and five universities in the United States. Based on the data, it came to understand the current condition of fast spreading smart learning system. This study introduces several principal functions of Learning Management System as follows: 1) notice the important announcements in real-time by using mobiles, 2) upload class materials including YouTube, 3) communication between teammates for a group project using a blog or a discussion forum and 4) evaluation quizzes and assignments. The strengths of the Learning Management System are communication between an instructor and students in real-time through mobile and utilizing the class materials in various ways. These features of Learning Management System enable to access other learning methods such as problem based learning, discussion based learning and so on and give an instructor an opportunity to evaluate him/herself. In addition, the system can be functioned as a learning material. It is a great tool to motivate students to do the class works and enhance the participation. This study discusses its current conditions of Learning Management System.
