        부모-자녀 상호작용과 정서지능 및 자아탄력성 간의 관계 연구: 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 중심으로

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between parent-child interaction and young child’s emotional intelligence and ego resilience and to examine the mediating effect of ego resilience. Methods The subjects of this study were 244 children aged 4-5 years and one parent from J province and G city, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. First, the correlation between parent-child interaction and young child’s emotional intelligence and ego resilience was examined. Next, the mediating effect of ego resilience in the relationship between parent-child interaction and young child’s emotional intelligence was analyzed. Results As a result of the study, first, as a result of examining the correlation between parent-child interaction and young child’s emotional intelligence and ego resilience, it was found that there was a significant correlation between variables. In other words, there was a correlation between parent-child interaction and young child’s emotional intelligence, parent-child interaction and ego resilience, and there was a correlation between young child’s emotional intelligence and ego resilience. Second, as a result of examining the mediating effect of ego resilience in the relationship between parent-child interaction and young child’s emotional intelligence, it was found that ego resilience partially mediates the relationship between parent-child interaction and young child’s emotional intelligence. This can be explained by the fact that parent-child interaction not only directly affects the process of influencing the emotional intelligence of children, but also indirectly influences it through the medium of ego resilience. Conclusions In conclusion, it suggests that more practical studies on effective parent-child interaction are needed to enhance young child’s emotional intelligence and ego resilience. 목적 본 연구는 부모-자녀 상호작용과 유아 정서지능 및 자아탄력성은 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 살펴보고 자아탄력성의 매개효과를알아보는데 목적이 있다. 방법 본 연구는 J도와 G시 지역의 4-5세 유아 244명과 각 부모 1인을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 다음으로 SPSS 22.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 먼저 부모-자녀 상호작용과 유아 정서지능 및 자아탄력성간의 상관관계를 살펴보았으며 다음으로 부모-자녀 상호작용과 유아 정서지능과의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과 첫째, 부모-자녀 상호작용과 유아 정서지능 및 자아탄력성의 상관관계를 살펴본 바에 의하면 각각의 변인들간에 유의미한 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 부모-자녀 상호작용과 유아 정서지능, 부모-자녀 상호작용과 자아탄력성 간에 상관관계가 있고 유아 정서지능과 자아탄력성 간의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모-자녀 상호작용과 유아 정서지능의관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과에 의하면, 자아탄력성이 부모-자녀 상호작용과 유아 정서지능 간의 관계를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 부모-자녀 상호작용이 유아의 정서지능에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 자아탄력성을 매개로 하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 설명할 수 있다. 결론 결론적으로 유아의 정서지능 및 자아탄력성 증진을 위하여 효과적인 부모-자녀 상호작용에 관한 실질적인 연구가 추후 필요함을 시사한다.

        중학생의 회복탄력성 및 도덕지능과 진로성숙도의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relation of resilience and moral intelligence and career maturity in middle school students. Resilience and moral intelligence Questionnaire and Career Maturity Inventory were administered by 247 students(m=132, f=115). The results were as follows. First, the variance analysis was analyzed between resilience and career maturity to find out their relation. The result showed that there was statistically significant correlation between overall resilience and its sub factors: control, positiveness, sociality, and resilience. Second, in the results of variance analysis of moral intelligence and career maturity, there were the statistically significant relationships between moral intelligence and its sub factors: sympathy, self-control, conscience, kindness, fairness, respect, tolerance, and moral intelligence. Finally, the study suggested educational efforts such as the ways to improve resilience and moral intelligence at school and in various educational methods. 본 연구의 목적은 중학생을 대상(N=247)으로 회복탄력성 및 도덕지능과 진로성숙도의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 연구결과 분석은 요인별 신뢰도, 기술통계 그리고 변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변인의 평균을 살펴보면 회복탄력성은 긍정성과 사회성(M=3.72) 그리고 통제성(M=3.57) 순서로 나타났고 도덕지능은 공정성(M=3.81)이 가장 높았고 자제력과 관용(M=3.51)이 낮게 나타났다. 진로성숙도는 준비성 평균(M=4.13)이 가장 높았고 확신성 평균(M=3.62)이 가장 낮게 제시되었다. 둘째, 회복탄력성의 수준에 따른 진로성숙도의 변량분석 결과는 회복탄력성의 하위변인인 통제성, 긍정성, 사회성 그리고 회복탄력성 전체에서 유의미한 관계를 보였다. 셋째, 도덕지능의 수준에 따른 진로성숙도의 변량분석 결과는 도덕지능의 하위변인인 공감, 자제력, 양심, 친절, 공정성, 존중, 관용 그리고 도덕지능전체에서 진로성숙도와 유의미한 관계가 제시되었다. 마지막으로 논의 및 제언에서는 학교현장에서 회복탄력성과 도덕지능을 향상 시킬 수 방안 제시 및 교육방법 그리고 다양한 교육적 노력을 언급하였다.

        유아교사의 교사효능감, 정서지능 및 회복탄력성이 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향

        Background/Objectives: It is well known that children gain skills and develop ideas and values from play, which is why play-oriented curricula are based on new understandings of learning through play. However, concerns have been raised about whether children can learn when playing on their own. It has therefore been suggested that early childhood teacher-child interactions should be focused on ensuring that child play is centered on learning and development. To examine this more closely, this study explored the relationships between emotional intelligence, teacher efficacy, resilience, and teacher-child interactions in kindergarten teachers. Methods: The participants; 219 kindergarten teachers in U-city; completed questionnaires on emotional intelligence, teacher efficacy, resilience, and teacher-child interactions. Descriptive statistics were first used to summarize and describe the variables, after which the data were analyzed using correlations and stepwise multiple regressions. Results: Statistically significant positive correlations were found between emotional intelligence, teacher efficacy, resilience, and teacher-child interactions. Emotional interactions were predicted by resilience, teacher efficacy, and the teachers’ emotional intelligence, linguistic interactions were predicted by resilience and teacher efficacy, behavioral interactions were predicted by resilience and teacher efficacy, and teacher- child interactions were predicted by emotional intelligence, teacher efficacy, and teacher resilience. Conclusion/Implications: Resilience has a greater influence on teacher-child interactions than teacher efficacy and emotional intelligence.

        간호사의 감성지능과 간호업무성과 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships and the levels of emotional Intelligence, ego-resilience and nursing performance and to investigate the mediating effects of ego-resilience in the relationship emotional Intelligence with nursing performance among clinical nurses. Methods: The study design was a cross-sectional survey. The study participants were a total of 142 clinical nurses who were registered in three general hospitals. The data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 software and Sobel’s test was conducted to evaluate availability of the mediating effects of ego-resilience. Results : The study results had shown that there were significant co-relationships of the emotional Intelligence, ego-resilience and nursing performance and the mediating effects of ego-resilience in the relationship emotional Intelligence with nursing performance. Conclusions : Emotional intelligence in enhancing nursing performance, was an element to enhance hospital performance by managing self-emotion in relationships of patients and clinical staffs. In addition, ego-resilience as a mediating variable in the relationship emotional Intelligence with nursing performance, should be considered to develop each nursing department programs and strategy for improving nursing performance through enhancing emotional intelligence.

        예비유아교사의 낙관성과 정서지능이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향

        This study investigates how pre-service early childhood teachers' optimism, emotional intelligence, and resilience would relate to one another and how optimism and emotional intelligence would affect resilience. One hundred fifty nine students majoring in early childhood education in colleges located in Gyeonnggi province and Incheon city were surveyed. Analysis of the survey results reveal that pre-service early childhood teachers perceived their optimism, emotional intelligence, and resilience to be above average. Second, pre-service early childhood teachers' optimism, emotional intelligence, and resilience positively correlated with one another in total and sub-factors. Third, pre-service early childhood teachers' optimism and emotional intelligence showed significant effects on their resilience, with optimism having the largest effect, followed by emotion utilization, which is one of the sub-factors of emotional intelligence. Regarding the sub-factors of resilience, self-confidence was largely affected by optimism, followed by emotion utilization and emotion regulation. Interpersonal relations were affected by emotion utilization, while positivism was largely affected by optimism, followed by emotion utilization and the perceptions on others’ emotion. 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 낙관성과 정서지능이 회복탄력성과 어떠한 관계가 있는지, 회복탄력성에 대한 이들 변인의 영향력은 어떠한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경인지역에 소재한 4년제 대학 재학 중인 예비유아교사 159명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 예비유아교사의 낙관성, 정서지능, 회복탄력성에 대한 인식 정도는 보통보다 높은 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 낙관성, 정서지능, 회복탄력성의 총합 및 하위요인 간에 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 낙관성과 정서지능이 회복탄력성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 낙관성과 정서지능 하위요인인 정서활용 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성의 하위요인인 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 낙관성과 정서활용, 정서조절 순이며, 대인관계능력에는 정서활용이 영향을 미치고, 긍정성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 낙관성과 정서활용, 타인정서인식 순이었다.

        유아교사의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 관련변인 탐색

        본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 정서지능, 행복감, 사회적지지의 각 변인들과 회복탄력성과의 관계분석과 유아교사의 정서지능, 행복감, 사회적지지가 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향력을 분석하기 위함이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 J도의 유아교육기관에서 근무하는 담임교사 350을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하였으며, 336부의 설문지를 최종 연구 자료로 사용하였다. 연구결과, 유아교사의 연령에 따라 유아교사의 정서지능, 행복감, 회복탄력성에 차이를 보였으며, 유아교사의 경력에 따라 정서지능과 회복탄력성, 근무기관유형에 따라 정서지능과 사회적지지, 회복탄력성에 차이를 나타냈다. 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 유아교사의 변인으로는 유아교사의 행복감, 정서지능, 사회적지지는 유아교사의 정서지능이 높고, 행복감을 많이 느끼고, 사회적지지를 높게 인식할수록 회복탄력성의 수준이 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 유아교사의 정서지능, 행복감, 사회적지지를 높일 수 있는 유아교사 교육 프로그램 개발과 교육이 제공되어야 할 것이며, 근무환경개선이 이루어져야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between child teachers’ emotional intelligence, happiness, and social support variables and resilience, and to analyze the effects of child teachers’ emotional intelligence, happiness, and social support on resilience. To accomplish this purpose, the questionnaires were distributed to 350 homeroom teachers working at child education institutions located in J province, and 336 questionnaires were used as final research data. From the results of this study, first, the emotional intelligence, happiness, resilience of child teachers differed according to the ages of child teachers, the emotional intelligence and social support differed according to emotional intelligence and resilience. The variables of child teachers affecting the resilience of child teachers also showed that the child teacher’s happiness, emotional intelligence, and social support affected the resilience, demonstrating that the higher child teachers perceived emotional intelligence, happiness, and social support, the higher the level of resilience. The results of this study suggest that the development of education program and education for child teachers should be provided to enhance their emotional intelligence, happiness, and social support and the improvement of working environment should be carried out.

        외상경험과 외상후 성장의 관계에서 자아탄력성, 정서지능의 매개효과

        This study was conducted to figure out the relationship of traumatic experience, post-traumatic growth, ego-resilience, and emotional intelligence among 341 adult men and women in their 20s and 60s living in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon. The questionnaire consisted of Trauma Experience Questionnaire, posttraumatic growth inventory (PTGI), Ego-Resilience and Emotional Intelligence. After conducting the survey, the results were analyzed. The research results are as follows. First, Sufferings during trauma and recent sufferings showed differences depending on the age. Moreover, differences are existed between total factor of post-traumatic growth and sub-variables of post-traumatic growth, which are consisted of new possibilities, relating to others, personal strength, appreciation of life and spiritual change. Second, sufferings during trauma was positively correlated with recent sufferings, total post-traumatic growth, total ego-resilience, and empathy, which are sub-variables of emotional intelligence. Recent suffering has shown negative relationship with relating to others, behavioral and emotional control, which are sub-variables of self-resilience, and emotional perception, emotional expression, emotional control, which are sub-variables of emotional intelligence. Third, the suffering of traumatic experience was divided into the suffering during trauma and the recent suffering, and the effects was examined about post-traumatic growth. Mediated effect between ego-resilience and emotional intelligence showed full mediating effects. A complete mediating effect between recent suffering and post-traumatic growth was were found among relating to others, behavioral and emotional control, which are sub-variables of ego-resilience, emotional perception, emotional expression, emotional control, which are sub-variables of emotional intelligence. Based on the results of this study, discussions and suggestions were added. 본 연구는 서울, 경기도, 인천에 거주하는 20~60대 성인남녀 341명을 대상으로 외상경험(외상 당시 고통및 최근 고통), 외상후 성장, 자아탄력성, 정서지능의 관계를 알아보았다. 이를 위해 외상 경험 질문지 척도, 외상후 성장 척도, 자아탄력성 척도, 정서지능 척도로 구성된 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연령에 따라 외상당시고통, 최근고통, 자아탄력성, 외상후 성장, 정서지능이차이가 있는지 살펴본 결과 외상 당시 고통과 최근 고통에서 차이가 나타났으며, 외상후 성장 전체와 외상후 성장의 하위변인인 새로운 가능성의 발견, 대인관계 의미 변화, 개인 내적 강점의 변화, 삶에 대한 감사, 영적 관심의 변화에서 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 외상 당시 고통은 최근 고통, 외상후 성장 전체, 자아탄력성전체, 정서지능의 하위변인인 감정이입에서 정적 상관을 보였다. 최근 고통은 자아탄력성의 하위변인 중 대인관계, 행동 및 감정통제, 정서지능의 하위 변인 중 정서인식, 정서표현, 정서조절과 부적상관을 보였다. 셋째, 외상경험에 대한 고통을 외상당시 고통 및 최근 고통으로 나누어 각각 외상후 성장에 영향을 미치는지살펴보고 자아탄력성 및 정서지능의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 외상 당시 고통과 외상후 성장의 관계에서 자아탄력성 전체와 정서지능의 하위 변인인 감정이입은 완전매개효과를 나타냈으며, 최근 고통과 외상후 성장사이에서 자아탄력성의 하위 변인인 대인관계, 행동 및 감정통제, 정서지능 전체와 정서지능의 하위 변인인정서인식, 정서표현, 정서조절이 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 논의와제안을 덧붙였다.

        간호대학생의 정서지능, 심리적 안녕감, 사회적 지지 및 회복탄력성간의 융합관련성

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the convergence that resilience has on emotional intelligence, social support and psychological well-being in nursing students. Methods : A survey was conducted with 233 nursing students at a college in S city. Data were collected from December 4 to 21, 2018, and analyzed with SPSS 21.0. Results : The results of the study showed that emotional intelligence(3.65±0.46), psychological well-being(3.74±0.56) social support(4.06±0.57) and resilience(3.79±0.47) was respectively. Emotional intelligence was positively correlated with psychological well-being(r=.76, p<.001), social support(r=.52, p <.001), resilience(r=.75, p<.001). Psychological well-being was positively correlated with social support(r =.56, p<.001), resilience(r=.81, p<.001). Social support was positively correlated with resilience(r=.67, p <.001). Stepwise multiple regression analysis, factors affecting resilience were emotional intelligence(β=.75, p <.001), psychological well-being(β=.45, p<.001) and social support(β=.38, p=.001). The variable that had the highest impact was emotional intelligence and the explanation power of regression model was 74%(F= 24.56, p<.001). Conclusion : It is necessary to develop effective programs to improve emotional intelligence and resilience.

        아동의 정서지능이 자아탄력성을 매개로 열등감에 미치는 영향:

        본 연구는 아동의 정서지능이 자아탄력성을 매개로 열등감에 미치는 영향을 애착유형에 따라 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해, 대구 및 경북에 재학 중인 5-6학년 학생 503명을 대상으로 2017년 10월부터 11월까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이 중 누락되거 나 불성실한 응답을 한 16명을 제외한 487명을 대상으로 애착유형, 정서지능, 자아탄력성, 열등감 도구를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서지능과 자아탄력성, 열등감은 애착유형에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였고, 안정형 집단은 다른 집단보다 정서지능과 자아탄력성에서 평균값이 더 높게 나타났고, 열등감에서는 평균값이 더 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 애착유형별 정서지능과 자아탄력성, 열등감 간에 안정형과 불안정형에서 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 안정형에서 정서지능은 자아탄력성과 정적상관을, 열등감과는 부적 상관을 보였으며, 자아탄력성과 열등감은 부적 상관을 보였는데, 불안정형에서도 같은 결과가 나타났다. 셋째, 애착유형에 따른 정서지능과 열등감 간의 관계에서 안정형과 불안정형에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 정서지능이 열등감 간의 관계에 미치는 영향에서 안정형 집단은 자아탄력성의 하위요인 회복능력, 대인관계, 인지능력에서 모두 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 불안정형 집단은 대인관계에서만 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study look into the mediating effects of ego resilience between emotional intelligence of children and inferiority feeling, according to attachment type. 503 students(5-6 grades) of elementary schools in Daegu city and Kyungpook province were taken a survey from October to November, 2017. of these, 487 were included, except for 16 who had missed or untruthful responses. this study collected data using tools for attachment styles, emotional intelligence, ego resilience, inferiority feeling. In addition, after analyzing the data, using SPSS Statistics 21.0. First, emotional intelligence, ego-resilience and inferiority feeling were significantly different depending on attachment type. the secure type showed higher mean in emotional intelligence, ego-resilience than the other type, and the mean value was lower in inferiority feeling. Second, in secure attachment and insecure attachment, there was a significant correlation between emotional intelligence, ego resilience and inferiority feeling . In the secure type, emotional intelligence showed positive correlation with ego resilience, and ego resilience showed negative correlation with inferiority feeling. the same result was obtained in insecure type. Third, in secure attachment and insecure attachment, the mediating effect of ego resilience was found to be significant in the relationship between emotional intelligence and inferiority feeling according to the type of attachment. In the effects of emotional intelligence on the relationship between inferiority feeling, secure type showed partial mediating effect on the sub-factor recovery ability, interpersonal relationship, and cognitive ability of ego resilience. insecure type showed partial mediation effect only in interpersonal relationship.

        COVID-19 상황의 임상간호사가 지각하는 사회적 지지와 회복탄력성의 관계에서 감성지능의 매개효과

        Purpose A descriptive survey-based study was undertaken to determine how emotional intelligence mediates the relationship between social support and resilience by clinical nurses, thereby providing primary data for improving resilience. Methods This study involved a descriptive survey of 202 nurses working in four general hospitals. Using SPSS/WIN 26.0, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analyses were conducted. Results Social support had a statistically significant positive correlation with emotional intelligence (β=.49, р<.001) and resilience (β=.47, р<.001). Emotional intelligence showed a statistically significant positive correlation with resilience (β=.66, р<.001). Emotional intelligence was found to have a partial mediation effect on the relationship between social support and resilience (z=5.76, p<.001). Conclusion The study also discovered that social support and emotional intelligence are factors influencing clinical nurses' resilience. Furthermore, it evident that emotional intelligence has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between social support and resilience. Therefore, it is necessary to consider nurses’ emotional intelligence at the individual level to effectively improve resilience through social support.
