        Research on the Accessibility of Urban Green Space Based on Road Network- A Case Study of the Park Green Space in City Proper of Nanjing

        Accessibility of urban green space, as an important index of evaluating the service level of urban green space, not only shows the resident’s access to green space, but also reflects the environment quality of urban living. Since the quantity, area and space distribution of the patches in urban green space directly affect the function of urban green space and the quality of urban environment, the research on the accessibility of urban green space holds great significance to improve the service of urban green space and the living environment quality. Based on GIS software, this research uses the road network and the population distribution data of Nanjing’s city proper to conduct quantitative analysis of the accessibility of park green space and the convenience for residents to travel under different forms of transportation. After the case analysis, the author tests the application of road network in studying the accessibility of urban park green space and proposes a GIS-based method to study the accessibility and the rational layout of urban green space.

      • 전주시 전통문화구역 경관의 정비방안

        본 연구에서는 전주시 전통 한옥마을 구역을 사례지로 선정하여 도시 녹지의 생태적 기능 및 휴식적 기능을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안으로서 기존의 녹지체계를 활용한 경관 생태적 측면에서의 새로운 녹지연계망 정비방안을 실태조사 및 지구단위계획안을 통해 규명해 보았다. 이를 위해 우선 전통문화구역의 경관형성과 특성을 도출하고, 이를 보완할 수 있도록 통경축별로 특성을 분류하였다. 또한 가로경관 계획 및 녹지계획은 주요지점별 주변 환경의 현황 및 문제점 측면에서 수행되었다. 내용적 범위는 사례지에서 조사된 녹지를 활용하여 전주시 전통한옥마을 구역에 적합한 녹지 연계 네트워크의 기본 안을 도출하기 위해 현황 및 문제점을 통해 기본방향을 토대로 중요 거점지에 대한 녹지 상호간 연계성 분석을 수행하였다. 사례지에 대한 녹지패턴의 비교 분석은 항공사진 및 지구단위계획안을 참고하였고 구역별 중요 거점지 분류는 가로경관인 중로의 경기로, 은행로, 천변로이며 부문별 정비계획 할 거점녹지 연계망 조성은 오목대 공간, 민속장터 놀이마당 공간, 포켓파크가 될 잔여지 및 기 소규모 녹지공간, 중아초등학교 담장고간, 경기전전면부 공간으로 분류하였다. 분류방법은 동족 오목대 공간, 서쪽 민속장터 놀이마당 공간, 남북 및 동서로 길게 놓여있는 경기전전면부 공간이 있으며, 조망시점으로 동서축의 경기로, 남북축의 은행로, 수게축의 동서로 긴 천변로를 중요 조망점으로 산정하여 확연히 시야 안에 들어오는 녹지들을 우선적으로 파악하였다. 사례지의 규모상 육안으로 파악이 어려운 거점 녹지들에 대해서는 항공사진 자료를 활용하여 보안하였다. 분류된 각 중요 거점녹지들에 대한 현장조사는 3회에 걸쳐 반복조사를 수행하였다. 현장조사에서는 경관 생태적 측면에서 설정된 지표들 가운데, 특히 가로경관 및 부문별 정비계획 할 거점녹지 공간 등에서 가로의 구조, 생태적 가로 공간 구성, 가로 시설물 현황 그리고 역사성, 전통성, 조망성, 휴식 및 산책으로서 공간구성 등 7개 항목을 중점적으로 파악하였다. 또한 장소와 건축물뿐만 아니라 거리에서도 녹지공간의 연계가 중요함을 제안하고 있다. 따라서 전주 한옥마을에서의 녹지공간의 창조적인 요구는 녹지의 연계성을 통한 녹지축을 개발하는데 의미가 있음을 제안하고 있다. To accomplish this, the traditional cultural landscape formation and characteristics of the section are derived, landscape model characteristics that complement it was classified and the planning and open space planning street view per every branches` the main support in terms of status and problems of the environment was conducted. Whether the cases investigated in the range of contents by taking advantage of green areas for Jeonju traditional culture of green space linked network in order to derive the default inside the status and problems based on the basic directions on how important each base that were carried out with each other for the green. Green practices for what comparative analysis of the pattern and the aerial photography was used to plan the district zoning classification green landscape around important locations inthe game of Jungro officer, the bank, the edge sides to the base redevelopment plan and sectoral composition of green interconnection Ohmokdae Space, folk marketplace playground space, pocket park will be based Janyeoji and small green spaces, Jungang primary school fence space, the front area was classified. Three times over the field survey of the indicators set in terms of view ecological aspects, especially the streetscape and open space division at horizontal base structure for maintenance and improvement project, and ecological landscape spatial configuration, status of street furniture, history and tradition, culture, a view, such as relaxation and a walk as the spatial organization focused on seven topics were identified. And also, the results suggest a connection on the base of the important green network between the green spaces and buildings as well as streets. Consequently, a creation plans of green spaces are demanded green corridor for the basic frame of green network in the traditional cultural district in Jeonju.

        그린네트워크 도로 조성을 위한 비탈면 기울기에 따른 녹화유형 경관 선호도 및 중요도 분석

        본 연구는 우리나라 도로의 공간 및 주변의 경관을 고려한 그린네트워크 도로 조성을 위해 비탈면 기울기에 따른 16가지의 녹화유형을 도출하고 이에 대한 경관 선호도 분석, 중요도 분석을 하였다. 본 논문의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 그린네트워크 도로의 비탈면 기울기에 따른 녹화유형은 기울기 1:1.0이하는 녹화유형4(비탈면:지피+관목/소단:지피+소관목+소교목(상ㆍ하단 식재)), 기울기 1:1.2∼1:1.5는 녹화유형8(비탈면:지피+관목(상ㆍ하단 식재)/소단:지피+소관목+소교목(상ㆍ하단 식재)), 기울기 1:1.8∼1:2.0는 녹화유형12(비탈면:지피+관목+소교목/소단:지피+소관목+교목), 기울기 1:2.5이상은 경우 녹화유형16(비탈면:지피+관목+소교목+교목/소단:지피+관목+교목)을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 그린네트워크 도로의 녹화유형 평가지표 중요도는 단순한 녹화유형의 경우 경제성, 다층구조로 갈수록 경관성의 지표가 중요하게 나타났다. 또한 비탈면의 기울기가 완만해 질수록 환경성과 안전성의 지표가 중요하게 나타났다. 셋째, 그린네트워크 도로의 비탈면 기울기에 대한 영향력 분석결과 녹화유형 8(비탈면:지피+관목(상ㆍ하단 식재)/소단:지피+소관목+소교목(상ㆍ하단 식재))을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. The present study derives 16 different greening types depending on slope grades and analyzes preference, importance, and perception for landscapes in connection with those types with the purpose of building green network roads that take into consideration road spaces in South Korea and their surrounding landscapes. A summary of the results of the study show that greening type 4(slope: groundcover+shrubs / berm: groundcover+small shrubs+small trees (upper and lower layer planting)) was preferred for a grade of 1:1.0 and below, greening type 8(slope: groundcover+shrubs(upper and lower layer planting) / berm: groundcover+small shrubs+small trees(upper and lower layer planting)) was preferred for grades 1:1.2 to 1:1.5, greening type 12(slope: groundcover+shrubs+small trees / berm: groundcover+small shrubs+ trees) was preferred for grades 1:1.8 to 1:2.0, and greening type 16(slope: groundcover+ shrubs+small trees+trees / berm: groundcover+shrubs+trees) was preferred for grades 1:2.5 and above. Second, with regard to importance in the greening-type evaluation index for green network roads, the indicator of economic feasibility was more important for simple greening types, while the indicator of scenic quality increased in importance for multilayered structures. Furthermore, an increase in the grade of the slope led to more importance for the environment and safety. Third, analysis of the impact of green network roads on slope grades found the greatest preference for greening type 8(slope: groundcover+shrubs(upper and lower layer planting) / berm: groundcover+small shrubs+small trees(upper and lower layer planting)).

        The rsearch was an establishment of the important green spaces in Jeonju and to present the basic frame of green network. The relationship which leads to the green spaces and traditional cultual district needs the connetion of green corridor. The ecological view is used as the space for the passeuggest a connection on the base of the important green network between the green spaces and buildings as well as streets. Consequently, a creation plans of green spaces are demanded green corridor for the basic frame of green network in the tradional cultural district in Jeonju.

        Landsat TM 위성영상 픽셀 기반의 녹지 연계망 평가

        At present, monitoring programmes for green network have been mainly based on field sampling, which relies on attributes of an area at one point in time, reflecting an emphasis on the small number of in-situ data. One of the major disadvantages of traditional field monitoring is that it is costly, laborious and time consuming due to the large number of samples required. The aim of this research was to evaluate green network based on pixel of Landsat TM satellite image. An empirical study for a case study site was conducted to demonstrate how a standard remote sensing technology can be used to assist in monitoring the green network based on pixel. The pixel-based analysis made it possible to identify area-wide patterns of green network subject to many different type of artificial structures, which cannot be acquired by traditional field sampling. It was demonstrated that the degradation trends of green network could be used effectively as an indicator to restrict further development of the sites since the quantitative data generated from remote sensing can present area-wide visual evidences by permanent record. It is anticipated that this research output could be used as a valuable reference to support more scientific and objective decision-making in monitoring green network. 현재 녹지 연결성 조사는 대부분 현지조사에 의존하고 있어, 특정시기의 특정지점에서 조사된 결과에 주안점을 두고 있다. 그리하여 조사지점의 대표성에 한계가 있고 많은 시간이 소요되고, 조사 대상물 위치의 부정확, 경제적 비효용 등이 문제점으로 지적되어왔다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제에 대한 대안을 제시하기 위해 Landsat TM (Thematic Mapper) 영상의 픽셀에 의거한 녹지 연계망을 평가하고자 출발하였다. 그리하여 원격탐사 기법이 녹지 연계망을 평가할 수 있는 도구로서의 가능성을 지니고 있는 지를 평가하고자 특정 사례 연구지역에 대해 실증적인 연구가 수행되었다. 조사지점에만 국한된 현지조사 방식과 달리 픽셀 기반의 평가는 광역적인 녹지 연계망의 분포실태를 단시간에 제시하였다. 녹지 연계망 훼손 추세 평가는 다양한 시기의 녹지 변화 실태를 정량적으로 제시하고 있기 때문에 그 결과가 녹지 연계망 보전과정에서 설득력을 지닌 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구가 녹지 연계망 감시에서 객관적인 데이터에 의거한 정책결정이 아닌 직관에 의존하여 왔던 관행을 개선될 수 있는 계기가 되어 향후 녹지 연계망 보전관련 중요한 참고자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        Analyzing the Social-Ecological Network Characteristics of Green Space in City of Jeonju

        There is growing interest in the various functions of urban green spaces that can improve urban resilience. Urban green spaces have an important role in wildlife habitat, climate and hydrological control, and recreation and outdoor activities. The connectivity of a green space network is known to control urban resilience by minimizing the disturbance caused by urbanization and climate change and strengthening the adaptation capacity. In this study, we analyzed the social-ecological network characteristics of green space in the city of Jeonju, South Korea. To analyze the ecological network, we defined wildlife habitat as the ecological node and used an index based on graph theory. We defined residential area as the social node, and we analyzed the accessibility of green space from the residential area to assess the social network. The results indicate that the green spaces in Jeonju are highly connected in the social and ecological perspectives on the fringe of the city. However, our founding also indicated that the social and ecological connectivity of the green space network in the downtown area should be improved. This study can be used as a basis for establishing an Urban Open Space Conservation Plan that considers the improvement of urban resilience in the future.

        녹지 잠재 영향권역 설정을 통한 녹지단절구역 분류 및 우선순위 선정

        The purpose of this paper is to classify zones disrupting green spaces in city and to evaluate of their grades. The results are as follows; L There were 158 green spaces in Dalsu-gu. The 158 green spaces were classified 4 patterns and minutely classified into 9 types. The area of the 'nature park' type was turned out to be $70.1\%$ of the total area of green spaces in Dalsu-gu, then the type was considered as a important part of the green-network in Dalsu-gu. The 9 types such as 'nature park', 'river', 'neighborhood park' and so on were analysed with ecological indexes. 2. Based on the ecological indexes of 'ratio of the green space', 'features of the surrounding matrix' and 'travel distance of the wildlives' , zones disrupting green spaces were ranging widely and re-divided to 236 sectors. 3. The analysis results for classifying the grades were that grade I appeared over industrial complex and housing complex widely. On the other side, grade II and III appeared around or between nature park and neighboring park Consequently, it was necessary to consider the grade and make zones disrupting green spaces into green space for improving green network.

        지적정보 기반의 사회연결망 분석방법을 활용한 그린인프라스트럭처 네트워크 핵심지역 도출

        This study suggests methods to extract significant areas of green infrastructure networks using methods from social network analysis based on cadastral data. A green infrastructure network is classified into ‘hubs’ and ‘links.’ Although many prior studies have focused on land uses to establish green infrastructure networks, this study suggests quantitative methods for green infrastructure networks using social network analysis. The formula to calculate values in the relation between hubs in green infrastructure networks was developed and suggests importance of hubs with applying to a method of weighted degree in social network analysis. The results show that the five hubs in Gangbuk has the higher values of importance in comparison with hubs in Gangnam that also contains five hubs within ten hubs that have higher values in 20 hubs for green infrastructure networks in Seoul. This study also suggests hubs and links based on variable scenarios to establish networks. The most significant part of this study is application of social network analysis to geospatial data based on cadastral data. This study suggests importance of cadastral data to analyze environmental issues with different methodologies in comparison with prior studies. 본 연구는 지적정보를 사회연결망 분석방법에 적용하여 네트워크 개념의 그린인프라스트럭처 핵심지역 도출 방안을 제시하였다. 그린인프라스트럭처 네트워크의 구성요소는 ‘핵심 녹지지역’과 ‘연결지역’으로 구분되며, 대부분의 선행연구에서는 토지이용현황 정보만을 이용한 구성요소 분석을 진행하여 네트워크의 정량적 분석방법이 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정량적·수치적 네트워크 구축 방안을 제시하기 위해 지적정보 기반의 사회연결망 분석방법을 활용하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 사회연결망 분석 수식을 해당 연구에 적합하도록 개선하여 네트워크 결집력을 나타내는 ‘핵심 녹지지역 간 관계수치’ 수식을 도출하였다. 수식에서 산출된 결과는 연결정도 가중치 분석에 적용되어 네트워크 구축을 위한 ‘핵심 녹지지역’의 중요도 분석에 활용되었다. 그 결과 서울시 그린인프라스트럭처 네트워크를 위한 상위 5개 ‘핵심 녹지지역’은 강북지역에 위치하며, 다음으로 강남지역의 5개 ‘핵심 녹지지역’이 중요지역으로 분석되었다. 분석결과를 활용하여 미래 시나리오에 따른 효율적인 ‘핵심 녹지지역’과 ‘연결지역’을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 핵심 데이터로 활용된 지적정보는 환경 분야의 기존 연구들과 차별성을 제시하고, 지적정보의 중요성 및 활용성을 제안한다.
