        도서지역 호텔·리조트 종사원이 지각하는 상사의 긍정리더십이 긍정심리자본, 직무성과에 미치는 영향

        In this study, it was assumed that a superior's positive leadership affects employees' positive psychological capital, which is an individual's psychological state, and that this psychological state affects employees' job performance. Accordingly, we sought to understand the influence of positive leadership of superiors on job performance as perceived by hotel and resort employees working in island areas. In addition, we figured out the impact of positive leadership on self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience, which are sub-variables of positive psychological capital, and the impact of self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience, which are sub-variables of positive psychological capital, on job performance. Through this, we found to expand research on positive leadership and positive psychological capital by researching positive leadership and confirming the influence of positive leadership as an antecedent of positive psychological capital. To collect data before verifying the hypothesis, a survey was conducted from April 6 to June 9, 2023, targeting employees working at three domestic luxury hotels and two resorts in island areas. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, of which 317 were returned. Of the collected questionnaires, 261 were used in the final analysis, excluding 56 questionnaires with insincere responses. Based on previous research, 9 hypotheses were established and as a result of verification, 7 hypotheses were accepted and 2 hypotheses were rejected. Looking at the verification results of the research hypothesis, first, the positive leadership of superiors perceived by hotel and resort employees was found to have a significant impact on job performance. This means that the more employees perceive positive leadership, the higher their job performance is, and hotel and resort managers should strive to create a positive atmosphere and a work environment that promotes positive relationships and communication with employees. will be. Second, the positive leadership of superiors perceived by hotel and resort employees was found to have a significant impact on employees' self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience. Through this, it was found that the positive leadership of the superior is an essential driver in forming positive psychological capital of employees. Third, it was found that optimism and resilience, which are sub-variables of positive psychological capital, had a significant effect on job performance, still self-efficacy and hope did not substantially affect job performance. Through this study, we expanded the scope of research on positive leadership by studying positive leadership and positive psychological capital, which started from similar categories such as positive psychology, positive organization studies, and positive organizational behavior. In addition, the significance of the study is that it expanded the scope of research on positive psychological capital and provided theoretical and practical implications for human resource management in hotel and resort companies.

        노인 우울이 긍정심리자본에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지지의 조절효과

        In this study, the relationship between depression, positive psychological capital, and social support in the elderly was confirmed. Furthermore, the moderating effect of social support in the relationship between depression in the elderly and positive psychological capital was investigated. For this purpose, data were analyzed targeting 726 elderly people aged 65 and above living in Seoul city, and Gyeonggi province, and Gangwon province. Correlation analysis to examine the relationship between depression, positive psychological capital, and social support, which are major variables, and multiple regression analysis and conditioning regression analysis were performed to verify the moderating effect of social support in the relationship between depression and positive psychological capital. The study results are summarized as follows. First, the elderly depression and positive psychological capital showed a negative correlation, the elderly depression and social support showed a negative correlation, and positive psychological capital and social support had a positive correlation. Second, among the depressive factors of the elderly, personal depression and environmental depression had a significant negative effect on positive psychological capital, and other depression had a negative effect only on hope among positive psychological capital factors. Third, it was possible to confirm the partial moderating effect of social support in the relationship between depression in the elderly and positive psychological capital. On the effects of personal depression and other depression on self-efficacy, family support and friend support showed a moderating effect, on the effect of environmental depression on hope, friend support and neighbor support showed a moderating effect, and personal depression on optimism Regarding the effect, family support showed a moderating effect, and on the effect of personal depression on resilience, friend support showed a moderating effect. Based on the results of this study, a method to reduce depression in the elderly and improve positive psychological capital is required, and to help the elderly with high depression to lead a healthy old life without loneliness by strengthening social support so as not to fall into depression. 본 연구에서는 노인의 우울, 긍정심리자본, 사회적 지지간의 관계를 확인하고 나아가 노인 우울이 긍정심리자본에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울·경기·강원지역에 거주하고 있는 65세 이상 노인 726명을 대상으로 자료를 분석하였다. 주요변인인 우울, 긍정심리자본, 사회적 지지들 간의 관련성을 살펴보기 위한 상관분석과 우울과 긍정심리자본의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하기 위한 다중회귀분석과 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인 우울과 긍정심리자본은 부적 상관관계, 노인 우울과 사회적 지지는 부적 상관관계, 긍정심리자본과 사회적 지지는 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 노인 우울 요인 중 개인우울과 환경우울은 긍정심리자본에 유의미한 부적 영향을 주었고, 타인우울은 긍정심리자본 요인 중 희망에서만 부적 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 노인 우울과 긍정심리자본의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 부분적인 조절효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 개인우울과 타인우울이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에 대해서 가족지지와 친구지지가 조절효과를 보였고, 환경우울이 희망에 미치는 영향에 대해서 친구지지와 이웃지지가 조절효과를 보였으며, 개인우울이 낙관주의에 미치는 영향에 대해서 가족지지가 조절효과를 보였고, 개인우울이 복원력에 미치는 영향에 대해서 친구지지가 조절효과를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 노인의 우울을 감소시키고 긍정심리자본을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법이 요구되며, 우울감이 높은 노인들이 우울감에 빠지지 않기 위해 사회적 지지 강화를 통하여 고독하지 않고 건강한 노년기의 삶을 영위하도록 실천적정책적인 방안이 마련될 필요가 있다.

        특성화고등학교 학생이 지각한 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과

        목적 본 연구는 특성화고등학교 학생이 지각한 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 경기도 소재의 재학 중인 특성화고등학교 학생 548명을 대상으로 진로장벽 척도, 진로준비행동 척도, 긍정심리자본 척도를 설문하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 이후 Bootstrap검증을 통해 매개효과를 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 진로장벽, 진로준비행동, 긍정심리자본 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 모두 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 진로장벽은 진로준비행동과 긍정심리자본의 관계에서 유의미한 부적 상관관계로 나타났고 진로준비행동은 긍정심리자본과 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본은 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 특성화고등학교 학생들이 지각한 진로장벽을 낮추고 진로준비행동을 활발히 할 수 있도록 돕는 심리적 기제로 긍정심리자본이 작용됨을 확인하였다. 특성화고등학교 학생들의 부족한 진로준비 기간을 보충하고 진로목표 성취에 도움을 줄 수 있는 긍정심리자본을 활용한 진로지도 및 상담, 교육 프로그램이 마련되어야 한다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the mediation effect of the Positive Psychological Capital on relations between Career Barriers and Career Preparation Behavior among specialized high school students. Methods A sample of 548 specialized high school students in Gyeonggi-do participated in this study. The questionnaires were composed of 3 scales for assessing career barriers, career preparation behaviors and positive psychological capital. Collected data is processed through SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 to analyze frequency, Description, and correlation. And the mediation analysis of Bootstrap Test was used to verify mediating effect. Results First, as for the correlation of the career barriers, career preparation behaviors, and positive psychological capital, they are correlated with each other statistically. Perceived career barriers showed negative correlations with career preparation behaviors and positive psychological capital while perceived career preparation behaviors showed positive correlations with positive psychological capital. Second, positive psychological capital was found to mediate partially in the relationship between career barrier and career preparation behavior perceived by specialized high school students. These results suggest that it is important to enhance positive psychological capital in order to foster career preparedness for specialized high school students who perceive career barriers high. Also, it would be desirable that coaching and counseling programs utilizing positive psychological capital are applied for career education of specialized high school. Conclusions It means that it is important for the specialized high school students who perceive career barriers highly to increase positive psychological capital in order to increase career preparation behavior. In addition, it suggests that career guidance and counseling programs using positive psychological capital should be developed for career and vocational education of specialized high school students.

        대학생의 긍정심리자본과 적응수행의 구조적 관계: 진로포부 매개효과 중심으로

        We have tried to cope with the changing world, but there are limitations in predicting and preparing for the speed and direction of the change. The environment, culture, education, medical care, and organization are making plans to cope with change, and the organization focused on finding and nurturing talent who can adapt to the change. However, it is not the current situation of yesterday that there are cases in which the organization selects new employees through various procedures based on the talent image of excellent talent, but before they can adapt to the organization. In the end, it remains an important task to find and nurture these talents by knowing what kind of talents can adapt to changing external situations from various angles. Therefore, I would like to look for various variables that can improve the adaptation performance of college students who will become members of the future organizational society, and study how these variables can be applied to university education. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of career aspiration and the moderating effects of positive psychological capital and career aspiration in the relationship between positive psychological capital. Subjects for inquiry in this study are as follows: First, do college students’ positive psychological capital and career aspirations affect adaptive performance? Second, Second, does positive psychological capital of college students affect their ability to cope with crisis situations, creative problem solving, and adapt to interpersonal relationships, which are components of adaptation performance through the mediating effect of career aspirations? Third, does career aspiration affect the performance of adaptation? Fourth, what is the mediating effect of career aspirations between positive psychological capital and adaptation performance? For this study, 1,363 four-year university students across the country were collected, and self-reported online survey data on positive psychological capital, adaptation performance, career aspiration, and satisfaction with university departments. Descriptive statistics analysis and reliability analysis were performed using the SPSS 25.0 program. In order to verify the mediating effect of the career aspirations in the relationship between positive psychological capital and adaptation performance, a confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using the AMOS 25.0 program. Bootstrap was used to examine the significance of the model. In order to verify the mediating effect of the career aspirations in the relationship between positive psychological capital and adaptation performance, a confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using the AMOS 25.0 program. First, it was found that the positive psychological capital of university students had an effect on adaptation performance. Second, the positive psychological capital of university students was found to have a significant effect on career aspirations. Among the constituent concepts of career aspiration: achievement aspiration, leadership aspiration, and education aspiration, it is consistent with previous studies related to leadership variables. Third, it was found that career aspiration has an effect on adaptation performance. Fourth, between positive psychological capital and adaptation performance, career aspiration showed a partial mediating effect. There was a partial mediating effect between handling emergencies or crisis situations, solving problems creatively, and Demonstrating interpersonal adaptability, which are the subordinate variables of adaptation performance.

        중국 특급 호텔 공유리더십이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 중심으로

        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the interrelationship between shared leadership, positive psychological capital, and innovation behavior in the luxury hotels. Shared leadership is a new management idea, where leaders must get rid of the traditional idea of being solely responsible, and make subordinates willing to take responsibility and initiatives. In particular, this paper conducted a research on the luxury hotels to verify influence relationship. By enhancing shared leadership and positive psychological capital of employees, to promote employees’ innovative behaviors to help the hotel industry maintain sustainable development in an uncertain external environment. Research design, data, and methodology: To achieve the objectives of this study, we analyzed the influence factors of shared leadership and positive psychological capital on innovation behavior, and tested the mediating role of positive psychological capital. A total of 358 questionnaires were collected from 4-star and 5-star hotels’ employees from Chongqing luxury hotels. Then the data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 and MPLUS 8.3. Results: The results validated the four hypotheses. First, shared leadership had a positive effect on innovation behavior. Second, shared leadership had a positive effect on positive psychological capital. Third, positive psychological capital had a positive effect on innovation behavior. And last, positive psychological capital had a partial mediating effect between shared leadership and innovation behavior. Conclusions: Shared leadership emphasizes the sharing of power and responsibility, and allows team members to assume leadership responsibilities. This could improve employees’ positive psychological capital and finally have a positive influence on innovation behavior. This study verified the interrelationship from shared leadership to innovation behavior in luxury hotels, and tested the mediating effect of positive psychological capital, which could enrich the research on the intermediary mechanism of shared leadership and employees’ innovation behavior, which has certain contribution for luxury hotels to effectively stimulate employees’ innovation behavior.

        감성리더십이 긍정심리자본과 변화몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -긍정심리자본의 매개효과-

        This study recognizes the limitation of previous literature regarding leadership, psychological capital, and commitment to change and develops the research model and hypothetical relationships. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of emotional leadership on positive psychological capital and commitment to the change and test the mediation effect of positive psychological capital on the relationship between emotional leadership and commitment to the change. The suggested hypothetical relationships were tested with primary data from a sample 193 employees of plant and auto parts company. The main findings of this study are as follows: first, it is found that emotional leadership have positive impact on self-efficacy, hope, optimism dimension of positive psychological capital but not on resilience dimension. Second, emotional leadership and positive psychological capital have positive impact on the commitment to the change. Third, positive psychological capital mediated the relationship of emotional leadership and commitment to the change. Thus, the hypothesis on the mediating role of positive psychological capital was supported. This study contributes to the understanding of commitment to the change research by developing an theoretical model, incorporating the role of emotional leadership and positive psychological capital. In conclusion, this study suggests that in the organization developing commitment to the change, emotional leadership of leader and improving positive psychological capital of employees need to be considered to adopt.

        초등학교 교사의 교권 인식이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지지와 긍정심리자본의 순차적 이중매개효과

        본 연구는 초등학교 교사의 교권 인식이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지와 긍정심리자본의 순차적 이중매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 전국의 초등학교 교사 234명을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하였다. 선행연구들에서 교권 인식, 사회적 지지, 긍정심리자본에 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로, 교권 인식은 사회적 지지에 영향을 미칠 것이고 이는 다시 긍정심리자본을 매개로 하여 심리적 소진에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이중매개효과를 확인하기 위해 복잡한 매개모형을 신속하게 검증하는 SPSS PROCESS macro의 Model 6을 적용하였다. 분석 결과 교권 인식이 심리적 소진 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지와 긍정심리자본이 이중매개효과는 유의미하였다. 사회적 지지와 긍정심리자본의 순차적 완전 이중 매개를 확인하였다. 또한 사회적 지지가 심리적 소진에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않고 긍정심리자본을 매개로 하여 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 한번 습득하면 장기적이고 전파력이 높은 개인 심리적 기제인 긍정심리자본이 중요한 매개변인임을 확인하였다. 이는 초등학교 교사의 심리적 소진 회복을 위해서는 긍정심리자본을 키울 수 있는 역량 강화 연수나 지원이 필요함을 알 수 있다. 긍정심리자본을 강화하기 위해서는 목표 달성 경험 및 긍정적인 자기 대화, 긍정적인 상상, 긍정적인 행동 등의 훈련이 필요하다. The current study investigated the sequential double mediating effect of social support and positive psychological capital in the effect of elementary school teachers' perception of teaching authority on psychological burnout. To achieve this purpose, the survey was collected from 234 teachers in elementary school nationwide. Based on the theoretical background of teaching authority recognition, social support, and positive psychological capital in previous studies, a research model was established that the recognition of teaching authority will affect social support, which in turn will affect psychological burnout through positive psychological capital. In order to confirm the double mediating effect, SPSS PROCESS macro's Model 6, which rapidly verifies the complex mediating model, was applied. The analysis results are as follows. First, the double mediating effect of social support and positive psychological capital was significant in the relationship between the recognition of teaching authority and psychological exhaustion. Second, it was confirmed that social support and positive psychological capital were sequentially and completely mediated. Third, it was found that social support did not directly affect psychological exhaustion, but affected psychological exhaustion through positive psychological capital. Finally, by synthesizing the results, it was confirmed that positive psychological capital, an individual psychological mechanism with long-term and high propagation power, is an important mediating variable. These findings could be seen that in order to recover the psychological exhaustion of elementary school teachers, training or support to strengthen the capacity to grow positive psychological capital as an internal characteristic is necessary. In order to strengthen positive psychological capital, training such as goal achievement experience, positive self-dialogue, positive imagination, and positive behavior is necessary.

        카지노 관리자의 진정성 리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 카지노 관리자의 진정성 리더십과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 분석 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과가 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 진정성 리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는 연구결과, 진정성 리더십은 조직시민행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진정성 리더십이 긍정심리자본에 미치는 연구결과, 진정성 리더십은 긍정심리자본에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본이 조직시민행동에 미치는 연구결과, 긍정심리자본은 조직시민행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 진정성 리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는 연구결과, 긍정심리자본에 의해 매개되는 것으로 확인되었다. 다섯째, 진정성 리더십과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 진정성 리더십이 조직시민행동의 하위요소 전체인 이타주의적 행동, 예의바른 행동, 정당한 행동, 양심적 행동, 참여적 행동에 미치는 영향은 조직지원인식으로 조절되는 것으로 나타났고, 이는 조직지원인식을 낮게 지각한 종업원보다 높게 지각한 종업원이 진정성 리더십을 느끼면 조직 내 직무수행과정에서도 긍정적인 결과가 나타날 것으로 해석 할 수 있었다. 여섯째, 긍정심리자본과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 긍정심리자본과 정당한 행동, 양심적 행동, 참여적 행동과의 관계는 조직지원인식에 의해 조절되었고, 긍정심리자본과 이타주의적 행동, 예의바른 행동과의 관계에서는 조직지원인식의 조절효과가 보이지 않았다. 따라서 카지노 관리자의 진정성 리더십과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 연구한 결과 기업의 경영자는 경영철학을 구성원과 공유하며 지속적으로 소통하는 조직관리시스템에 기여함이며, 연구결과를 기초로 카지노 관리자의 진정성 리더십 인적자원관리의 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between casino managers’ authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior and the moderating effect of perceived organizational support in the relationship between casino managers’ authentic leadership. First, as a result of investigating the effect of authentic leadership on organizational citizenship behavior it was verified that authentic leadership has a significantly positive (+) effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Second, as a result of examining the effect of authentic leadership on positive psychological capital it was verified that authentic leadership has a significantly positive (+) influence on positive psychological capital. Third, as a result of examining the influence of positive psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior it was verified that positive psychological capital had a significantly positive (+) effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, positive psychological capital mediates the effect of authentic leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. Fifth, as a result of analysis on the moderating effect of perceived organizational support in the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support moderates the effect of authentic leadership on the overall sub-factors of organizational citizenship behaviors, which are altruistic behavior, courteous behavior, just behavior, conscientious behavior and participatory behavior, which can be translated that employees with higher perceived organizational support, when feeling authentic leadership, in turn produce more positive results than those with lower perceived organizational support in the process of performing works in the organization. Sixth, as a result of analyzing the moderating effect of perceived organizational support in the relationship between positive psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support moderates the relationship between positive psychological capital and just behavior, conscientious behavior and participatory behavior but it does not show moderating effect in the relationship between positive psychological capital and altruistic behavio r and courteous behavior. It carried out examination about the effect on organizational citizenship behavior and perceived organizational support caused by casino managers’ authentic leadership are recognized by casino employees that are considered to affect organizational citizenship behavior contributes to effective human resources management system to enhance. Organizational citizenship behavior based on the research result, suggested how to use the organization management system for casino employees regarding such casino managers’ authentic leadership in the future.

        본 연구의 목적은 경영컨설턴트의 역량과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 경영컨설턴트역량의 하위요인인 능력, 지식, 자세와 긍정심리자본의 하위요인인 자기효능감, 낙관주의, 희망, 복원력이 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구를 분석하기 위해 연구대상자는 전국의 국내 국가자격사인 경영지도사와 글로벌자격사인 ICMCI CMC(국제공인경영컨설턴트) 경영컨설턴트들을 대상으로 2019년 9월 26일부터 2019년 10월 24일까지 구글인터넷 설문조사를 실시하여 259명의 응답자 중 중복 응답한 10명을 제외하고 249명이 응답한 자료를 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 수집한 자료로 아래와 같이 가설을 설정하고 가설을 검증하기 위해 통계프로그램인 SPSS 23.0를 이용하여, 요인분석, 차이분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 경영컨설턴트의 역량과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로 아래와 같은 가설을 설정하였다. H1 : 경영컨설턴트역량(능력)이 긍정심리자본에 유의미(+)한 영향을 미칠 것이다. H2 : 경영컨설턴트역량(지식)이 긍정심리자본에 유의미(+)한 영향을 미칠 것이다. H3 : 경영컨설턴트역량(자세)이 긍정심리자본에 유의미(+)한 영향을 미칠 것이다. H4 : 긍정심리자본이 직무만족에 유의미(+)한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 이 연구는 기존에 컨설턴트의 역량, 자기효능감에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어져 왔으나, 역량과 긍정심리자본의 4개 하위요인인 자기효능감, 낙관주의, 희망, 복원력과의 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았기에 역량과 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구에 큰 의미가 있다고 하겠다. 이 연구결과를 통해 경영컨설턴트의 긍정심리자본을 함양할 수 있는 프로그램을 제공한다면, 경영컨설턴트들이 직무에 만족하게 되고 직무에 만족하게 되면, 컨설팅 자격증을 가지고 컨설팅산업에 종사하는 컨설턴트들이 실무에 적극적으로 참여하여 한국 중소기업 발전을 위해서 활동할 수 있는 계기를 마련하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effects of management consultants capabilities and positive psychological capital on job satisfaction. Through this, we will examine how management consultant ability, knowledge, attitude, which are sub-factors of management consultant competence; self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience, sub-factors of positive psychological capital, affect job satisfaction. In order to analyze this study, the study subjects were selected and executed by Google Survey from September 26, 2019 to October 24, 2019, targeting Citified Management Consultants who are nationally qualified nationally and internationally qualified ICMCI CMC consultants. A survey was conducted to analyze data from 249 respondents except 10 respondents who duplicated from total 259. The data collected for analysis were set up as follows and factor analysis, and correlation analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0, a statistical program. The following hypotheses were set as a study on the effect of management consultant s competence and positive psychological capital on job satisfaction. H1: Management consultant capacity(ability) will have a positive (+) effect on positive psychological capital. H2: Management consultant capacity (knowledge) will have a positive (+) effect on positive psychological capital. H3: Management consultant capacity (attitude) will have a positive (+) effect on positive psychological capital. H4: Positive psychological capital will have a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Although this research has been conducted on the consultant s competence and self-efficacy, there have been few studies on the four sub-factors of competency and positive psychological capital, self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience. The effect of efficacy on job satisfaction is great significance. If the results of this study provide a program to cultivate positive psychological capital of management consultants, management consultants will be satisfied with their job and, if they are satisfied with their job, consultants working in the consulting industry with consulting certification will be more active in their works. for contribution to the development of Korean SMEs.

        보육교사의 긍정심리자본과 행복감이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of positive psychological capital and happiness on childcare teachers on organizational commitment. To this end, the SPSS 21.0 program was used to analyze the influence between variables and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, positive psychological capital was found to have a positive correlation with organizational commitment. Second, as a result of verifying the effects of the positive psychological capital and happiness on the organizational commitment of the childcare teacher, it was found that positive psychological capital and the feeling of happiness had a direct effect on the organizational commitment. Looking at the sub-factors of positive psychological capital, euphoria, and organizational commitment, positive commitment was effective in optimism. In the case of euphoria, it was confirmed that it influences autonomy, positive interpersonal relationship, and control over the environment. In relation to the normative immersion, there was an influence on hope and resilience among the sub-factors of positive psychological capital. Continuous commitment was found to have no sub-factor and influence of positive psychological capital, and in the case of euphoria, it was found to be effective in autonomy and control over the environment. In other words, a childcare teacher with good organizational commitment can develop the organization more positively, and a positive attitude and belief can directly affect and influence infants and young children, and positive psychology, an important variable that can promote the childcare teacher's organizational commitment. It is necessary to establish support for policy development and program development to improve capital and happiness. 본 연구는 보육교사의 긍정심리자본과 행복감이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 변수 간 상관관계와 다중회귀분석을 통해 영향력을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 긍정심리자본은 조직몰입과 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 보육교사의 긍정심리자본과 행복감이조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 긍정심리자본과 행복감은 조직몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 긍정심리자본과 행복감, 조직몰입의 하위요인을 살펴보면 정의적 몰입은 낙관주의에서 효과가 있었다. 행복감의경우 자율성, 긍정적 대인관계, 환경에 대한 통제력에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 규범적 몰입과의 관계에서는긍정심리자본의 하위요인 중 희망과 회복력에서 영향을 보였고, 행복감의 경우 환경에 대한 통제력과 삶의 목적에서효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 근속적 몰입은 긍정심리자본의 하위요인과 영향력이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 행복감의경우 자율성, 환경에 대한 통제력에서 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉 조직몰입을 잘 하는 보육교사는 보다긍정적으로 조직을 발전시킬 수 있으며 긍정적인 태도와 신념은 영유아에게 직접적인 도움과 영향을 줄 수 있으며, 보육교사의 조직몰입을 증진시킬 수 있는 중요한 변수인 긍정심리자본과 행복감을 향상시킬 수 있는 정책의 수립및 프로그램 개발 등 지원 마련이 요구된다.
