        실버세대를 위한 의료용 기능성 침대 디자인에 관한 연구

        Recently, the rapidly falling birth rates and the development of medical technology is causing social problems, such as the aged society and super-aged society. With the nation’s birthrate the lowest in its history and among fellow OECD member states, South Korea officially became an "aging society(when at least 7 percent of the population is above 65 years of age)"in 1999. Especially, Korean society have been quickly transformed into an super-aging society. The speed of this social change doesn't compare with the speed of develoment of silver industry. The industry of medical functional bed accounts for a great part of silver industry. The medical functional bed affects a lot of the life of the aged. But, the medical functional bed have been developed for not the aged but the medical team and caregiver.  The purpose of this study is to propose the basic information for the medical functional bed design for the aged. So, the characteristics and preference of the aged was investigated and analyzed.  The result of this investigation are as follows.  ① form : simple, ② color : Warm Ivory color,  ③ function : the mattress should be considered. The methods of the medical functional bed design for the aged were suggested in the field of form, color and function. But, it is only basic results. So, more various and specific study sould be come out for silver industry 최근, 우리나라는 급격한 출산률 저하와 의학기술의 발달 등으로 인해, 이미 65세 이상 인구가 전체인구의 7%이상에 해당하는 고령화 사회로 진입했으며, OECD 발표에 따르면 역사상 가장 빠른 속도로 초고령사회를 맞게 될 것으로 예측되고 있다. 이러한 급격한 인구구조의 변화에 비해, 실버산업은 질적으로나 양적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 실버산업 중 노인들의 건강생활에 많은 영향을 미치는 의료용 침대는, 의료행위의 기능성을 위주로 개발되어 있어, 이를 이용하는 노인의 정서적, 심리적 특성은 고려되지 못하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이용자인 노인의 특성을 고려한 노인에게 편리한 의료용 기능성 침대 개발을 위하여, 노인들의 성향을 조사․분석하여, 의료용 기능성침대 디자인을 위한 기초 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다,디자인의 각 요소별 지향 방향에 대하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. ① 형태는 단순화, 간편화하고, ② 색채는 Warm Ivory Color를 적용하고,③ 기능적인 면으로는 매트리스를 고려하여야 한다. 이상으로서 침대의 기능과 색채, 재료, 노인 측면의 기능성 침대의 디자인에 대한 의견을 설문 등의 현황분석을 통해 제시하였으며, 향후 보다 구체적인 연구를 통해 디자인의 다양화를 모색하므로 고령사회의 실버산업육성을 유도해야 할 것이다.

        시니어 세대의 기능성 침대 디자인 속성 도출을 위한 사용성 평가사례 연구

        Background This study focused on the social changes caused by extended life of the senior generation, not the social burden caused by low birthrate and aging. therefore it intends to derive the attribute of functional bed, a health care product among the activated senior business fields by the proportion of senior consumers is increased, which changed from medical device to health care product. Methods Design cases around 'usability' were collected by product attributes that work by physical contact with an understanding of the senior gen., and case analysis and implication was proposed as basic data of design guidelines according to product attributes. As a theoretical consideration for this, the development process and trends are examined based on the understanding of the concept and definition of usability and usability evaluation. And the usability factors were divided into general products and similar products by comparing the design usability cases. Results Evaluation factors were reclassified according to the purpose and environment of the functional bed, the usability evaluation factors defined by ISO were redefined by dividing them into effectiveness, satisfaction, efficiency, which are evaluation factors by product attributes. In addition, six categories are described as attributes for design development of functional bed. The categorized attributes are safe use, solid structure, and easy operation, and the rest are additional attributes such as functional convenience, aesthetic satisfaction, and easy management. Conclusion In the future, hoping to continue a study on design guideline emphasizing 'stability' with details of usability factors separated by functional bed (mattress) and remote control based on the concept of usability evaluation factors derived from usability case studies.

        매트리스를 중심으로 한 침대 연구

        : The purpose of this study is to comprehend the current status of mattress technology through research on the type, structure, and materials of mattresses by classifying mattresses depending on the presence of a heating function. Mattresses without heating functions include spring mattresses, latex mattresses, memory foam mattresses, and palm mattresses, while those with heat functions include stone bed mattresses, soil bed mattresses, charcoal bed mattresses, and heat pipes. Spring mattress has shaking, sagging, and noise. Also, it is difficult to keep clean but comfortable. Latex mattress is vulnerable to heat, lacks ventilation, and has hardening effect. Also, it is difficult to keep clean but it has excellent antibacterial and resilience. Memory foam mattress lacks ventilation and smells unpleasant. Also, it is difficult to keep clean but it has excellent cushioning and resilience. Palm mattress is difficult to keep clean and falls crumb easily. It is heavy and hard but it has excellent antibacterial and ventilation. Stone beds, soil beds, and charcoal bed mattresses are heavy and hard, and difficult to move or scrap. But they are thermal, easy to keep clean, cool in summer. Heat pipe is heavy and hard, and difficult to move or scrap. But it is thermal, easy to keep clean. .

        의료용 침대를 위한 자동 시트 교환 장치 연구

        Exchanging sheets for patients is one of the worst and one of the factors that makes the nursing environment difficult. Many beds with various functions for the patient have already been developed, but there is no device for automatically changing the sheets. In this study, we developed and tested the first automatic sheet changer for a medical bed and verified its performance. The developed automatic seat changer uses a torque limiter to properly adjust tension and exchange a dirty sheet and a new seat at the same time. The designed automatic sheet changer was experimentally confirmed to be properly operated and installed in a integrated multi-functional bed with bed sores prevention and automatic patient transfer functions. 환자를 위해 시트를 교환하는 일은 궂은일에 속하며 간호환경을 힘들게 하는 요인 중에 하나이다. 환자를 위한 다양한 기능들을 갖는 많은 침대들이 이미 개발되어 있으나 시트를 자동으로 교환하는 장치는 아직 없다. 본 연구에서는 의료용 침대를 위한 시트 자동 교환 장치를 최초로 개발하고 시험하여 성능을 검증하였다. 개발된 시트 자동 교환 장치는 토크 리미터를 사용하여 장력을 적절히 조절하며 오염된 시트와 새로운 시트를 동시에 교환한다. 설계된 시트 자동 교환 장치는 기 개발된 욕창 예방, 환자 자동 이송 기능을 갖는 다기능 통합 침대에 장착되어 적절히 동작하는 것을 실험을 통해 확인하였다.

        운동침대 틸트 각도 변화에 따른 노인의 승모근, 다열근 및 슬괵근 근육의 생리학적 특성 변화 연속 증례 연구

        Purpose: This study investigated the effects of changing the tilt angle of the exercise bed on physiological characteristics of trapezius, multifidus, and hamstring muscle function. Methods: Twenty elderly who complains of back and lumbar pain or discomfort participated in this study (average age: 64.70±4.55 years). The physiological characteristics, including muscle tone (F), dynamic stiffness (S), and elasticity (D) of trapezius, multifidus, and hamstring muscles were measured by a Myoton device at three tilt angles (0, 15, and 30 degrees) during exercise. Results: The muscle tone, dynamic stiffness, and elasticity of the right trapezius and left hamstring muscle showed significant differences (p<0.05) according to exercise bed tilt angle, while the other muscles showed no significant differences. Conclusions: Our results demonstrate that physiological characteristics of the upper and lower extremity muscles are affected ipsilaterally, according to the tilt angles of the exercise bed.

        국내외 기능성 침구 개발 현황에 관한 연구 -IoT(Internet of Things) 기술기반 스마트 침구를 중심으로-

        Various types of functional bedding for inducing and maintaining sleep, are developed and launched with the importance of improving health through sleep emphasized currently. The purpose of this study is to examine development status and direction of functional bedding in the 4th Industrial Revolution era, through systematic classification of elements of IoT-based smart bedding cases actively developed as functional bedding at home and  abroad. Through previous research, literature and Internet data,  characteristics and functional extension of smart bedding and the background of  smart bed development was analyzed. And it was analyzed that smart bedding pursues recent functionalism and convergence of physical and digital concept such as IoT or AI, and also mental value to improve sleep quality. As bedroom where smart bedding place in has the private and limited characteristics and users are in sleep-conscious, that hard to ensure power and discomfort in carrying are moderated and the aesthetic elements are not very important, and that the smart bedding performance while sleeping were affected on developmental background. Based on CES case study and analysis on how smart beds are functionally expanded from conventional bedding, smart beds have  gained information through digital sensing, and common properties that can be controlled anytime, anywhere, using a smart phone. Some set up the right environment and pose, while others stimulate nerves directly as active intervention. It is expected that smart bedding will be developed to cure user’s body and mind, through active intervention when sleeping.

        Effects of Pressure on the Minimum Fluidization Velocity and Bubble Properties in a Gas-Solid Fluidized Bed

        Effects of pressure on the bubble properties, such as pierced length, rising velocity, and frequency, and on the minimum fluidization velocity were determined in gas-solid fluidized beds by means of a cross- correlation function and a power spectrum of pressure fluctuations. The pressure fluctuations along the axial distance above the distributor were measured by a differential pressure transducer in the pressurized gas-solid fluidized bed [0.1 m (I.D.) 2.0 m (high)] Sand and silica sand, having mean diameters of 0.59 and 0.18 mm, respectively, and each having an apparent density of 2590 ㎏/㎥, were used as bed materials. The pierced length and rising velocity of the bubbles decreased, but the bubble frequency increased, upon an increase in the system pressure. The minimum fluidization velocity of the particles decreased considerably upon increasing the system pressure. The bubble flow behavior in the bed became more periodic and predictable as the bed pressure increased.

        양명기석을 함유한 친환경 기능성 침장제품 디자인개발

        건강에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 섬유, 의류 및 전부문에서 건강 관련 상품의 연구개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 섬유 선진국들은 미래의 차별화 상품으로 고기능성 섬유소재 개발을 주목하여 왔으며, 소비자는 건강에 대한 기능성 섬유소재의 고부가가치화를 지향하는 친환경적 제품을 선호하는 추세이다. 따라서 기업들은 친환경 기능성 소재와 경쟁력 있는 디자인을 개발하여 세계적인 브랜드가 될 수 있도록 독창적인 국내 침장제품에 대한 상품개발을 서두르고 있다. 본 연구는 양명기석을 함유한 친환경 기능성 소재에 인테리어 텍스타일 트렌드를 적용하여 글로벌시장에 대처할 수 있는 국내 침장제품 디자인 개발의 체계적 · 이론적 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구의 범위는 친환경 기능성 섬유와 양명기석을 함유한 섬유의 고찰, 트렌드 분석에 의한 유· 아동용 침장제품 디자인개발이다. 작업 프로그램은 포토샵과 일러스트레이터, 소재는 양명기석을 함유한 폴리에스터, 프린트는 DTP로 하였다. 트렌드를 컨셉에 따라 6가지 테마로 분류하고 유 · 아동용에 적용하여 개발에 사용될 패턴과 컬러를 추출하였다. 테마에 따른 침장제품 디자인은 양명기석이 함유된 친환경 기능성 섬유에 프린트하여 소비자가 선호하는 고급화 고부가가치 창출을 유도할 수 있도록 디자인개발 하였으며 실제로 제품을 제작하여 결과물로서의 디자인 실효성과 상품성을 검증하고자 하였다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 양명기석이 함유된 친환경 기능성 소재에 트렌드분석을 적용한 침장디자인을 개발함으로써, 미래의 섬유 디자인 산업에 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. 지속적인 소재의 개발과 창의적인 디자인은 미래지향적 브랜드 상품으로 발전될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The R&D for the health related products has been made actively in every field of the textile and clothes while the interest on the health draws attention. The advanced countries in textile industry have paid attention to the development of the high functional textile material with futuristic differentiated products. It is a trend for the consumer to favor the environment friendly products which pursue the high added value in the functional textile material for the health. Accordingly, many companies have accelerated the creative bedding products development in Korea to make them be a global brand by developing the environment friendly functional material and competitive design. This study is to provide the systematic· theoretical data for the design development of the domestic bedding products to cope in the global market by application the interior textile trend to the environment friendly functional material containing the quantum energy powder. The range of study is the consideration on the textile containing the environment friendly functional textile and quantum energy powder, and the design development for the infants · children bedding products by means of trend analysis. The programs for the work were the photoshop and illustrator and the material was the polyester containing the quantum energy powder and DTP printer. The trend was classified into 6 themes depending on the concept and the pattern and color to be used for the development were derived by application to the infant·children products. The design for the bedding product depending on the theme was printed on the quantum energy powder contained environment friendly functional textile and its design was developed to attract the luxurious high added value creation which is favored by the consumers. The real effectiveness and product nature as an outcome were verified by making the real product. As it was mentioned, this study will be an information for the futuristic textile design industry by developing the bedding product design with application of trend analysis to the quantum energy powder contained environment friendly functional material. It is expected that the consistent development of the material and the creative design will be developed to the future oriented brand product.
