        진로적응성과 진로자신감의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to improve the job environment and provide qualitative academic data for beauty workers by improving career adaptability and career confidence. The subjects of this study were set up for the hairdressers working in the seoul, Gyeonggi-do area. This survey was conducted from January 10, 2019 to march 10, 2019. A total of 800 questionnaires were distributed and 792copies were collected. Used as analytical 782data. Collected data were analyzed using spss 22.0 program. As a result of evaluating the validity and reliability of career adaptability, self-esteem and career confidence it consisted of three factors of career adaptability, career interest, career control and career aspiration. As a result of investigating the effect of career adaptation on self-esteem, the higher the factors of career interest career control and career aspiration the higher self-esteem. The higher the career confidence the higher the factors of career interest career control and career aspiration. As a result of the mediating effect of self-esteem in the relationship between career adaptability and career confidence the following is suggested you need to believe in yourself as valued person have a positive attitude toward yourself improve your confidence in your career improve career adaptability by overcoming challenges and maintain a positive attitude toward yourself.

        대학생의 입학만족도, 전공만족도, 자아존중감, 진로확신이 대학생활만족도에 미치는 영향

        대학생활만족도는 대학생들로 하여금 학업에 대한 노력과 성공적인 학교생활을 영위 할 수 있는데 큰 역할을 한다. 대학이라는 새로운 환경에서 학업적, 사회적, 정서적 측면에서 자신의 목표를 위해 나아가는 과정임을 고려할 때 학생들의 대학생활 만족을 위해 지원하는 제도적 장치가 더욱 정교하게 설계되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 대학생의 입학만족도, 전공만족도, 자아존중감, 진로확신 정도를 파악하고, 이들 요인이 대학생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 2021년 5월 4일부터 6월 14일까지 서울 소재 S대학교 재학생 4129명을 대상으로 ㈜글로벌리서치 조사 수행기관을 통해 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 20.0을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 통계분석방법은 빈도, 일원배치분산, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석으로 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 대학생들의 입학만족도와 전공만족도, 진로확신, 자아존중감, 대학생활만족도가 평균 이상으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 입학만족도는 학년이 어릴수록 만족도가 높으며 전공만족도와 진로확신은 여자가 남자에 비해 점수가 더 높았다. 자아존중감은 성별, 월평균생활비에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었는데 여학생보다 남학생이 더 높았으며 월평균 50만원 이상의 생활비를 사용한다고 응답한 학생들이 자아존중감이나 진로확신, 대학생활만족도가 더 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생활만족도 수준을 불만족, 보통, 만족 세 집단으로 나누어 각 집단별 입학만족도, 전공만족도, 자아존중감, 진로확신에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 알아본 결과 대학생활 만족 수준이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단에 비해 입학만족도나 전공만족도, 자아존중감, 진로확신 점수가 높았다. 넷째, 대학생들의 입학만족도, 전공만족도. 자아존중감, 진로확신, 대학생활만족도 간의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 대학생활만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석한 결과, 대학생활만족도에 가장 설명력을 보인 요인은 입학만족도였으며 다음으로 전공만족도, 진로확신 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생의 대학생활만족도를 높이기 위해서는 전공수업의 질을 높이고 학과에서 적절한 학업지도, 교과과정의 개선 및 특성화된 개별 프로그램을 실시해야 한다. 입학만족도는 외적 요인으로 학생들이 입학하기 전에 대학의 인지도나 평판에 영향을 받는 것이기 때문에 이미지를 높이기 위한 방안이 필요하다. 또한 진로확신, 자아존중감을 가질 수 있도록 상담과 장학금 지원을 강화가 필요하다. Campus life satisfaction plays a big role in enabling university students to make an effort to study and to lead a successful school life. Considering that the university is a process that advances toward one's own goals in academic, social, and emotional aspects in the new environment of university, the institutional device that supports students' campus life satisfaction needs to be designed more precisely. This study tried to understand the degree of college students' admission satisfaction, major satisfaction, self-esteem, and career confidence, and the effect of these factors on campus life satisfaction. From May 4 to June 14, 2021, a survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire through Global Research Co., Ltd.'s research agency for 4,129 students of S University in Seoul. I performed analysis of frequence, pearson correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis by 「SPSS Statistics 20」program and got follow results. At first, University students' admission satisfaction, major satisfaction, career confidence, self-esteem, and Campus life satisfaction were higher than average. Secondly, in terms of admission satisfaction, the younger the grade, the higher the satisfaction, and the satisfaction of the major and the certainty of the career were higher in women than in men. Thirdly, The group with the high level of campus life satisfaction had higher scores for admission satisfaction, major satisfaction, self-esteem, and career confidence than the group with low compus life satisfaction. Fourthly, It was found that there was a correlation among university students' admission satisfaction, major satisfaction, self-esteem, career confidence, and campus life satisfaction. Fifthly, as a result of analyzing factors affecting Campus life satisfaction, the factor that showed the most explanatory power for Campus life satisfaction was admission satisfaction, followed by major satisfaction and career confidence. Therefore, in order to increase campus life satisfaction of university students, it is necessary to return to the basics and improve the quality of major classes, and to provide appropriate academic guidance, curriculum improvement, and specialized individual programs in the department. Since admission satisfaction is an external factor that is affected by the recognition or reputation of the university before students enter, measures to enhance the image are needed. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen counseling and scholarship support so that they can have career confidence and self-esteem.

        대학생의 삶의 만족에 영향을 주는 변수들 : 사회심리적 변수들과 의복 쇼핑자신감

        Recently, there has been an increase in wellbeing marketing, which focuses on increasing consumer life satisfaction or consumers’ sense of subjective wellbeing. Numerous studies have been conducted to identify which aspects contribute to consumer life satisfaction. In order to provide additional insights into consumer life satisfaction, this study aimed to identify the relationships among social psychological variables (consciousness of social face, social interaction anxiety, and career anxiety), shopping confidence, and life satisfaction. Shopping confidence in this study relates to confidence for clothing/ accessories. It was hypothesized that social psychological variables influence life satisfaction not only directly but also indirectly through shopping confidence. Data were gathered by surveying university students in Seoul, using convenience sampling. Two hundred eighty six questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. Factor analysis of consciousness of social face revealed two factors, ‘desire to gain face’ and ‘fear of losing face’. Factor analysis of social interaction anxiety, shopping confidence, and life satisfaction revealed that these variables were uni-dimensional. Test of the hypothesized path showed that all social psychological variables influenced life satisfaction indirectly through shopping confidence, whereas ‘fear of losing face’ of consciousness of social face and career anxiety influenced life satisfaction directly. The results give marketers some understanding of their consumers' life satisfaction in relation to consciousness of social face, social interaction anxiety, career anxiety, and shopping confidence.

        배드민턴 선수의 경력 훈련시간 및 경기수준에 따른 스포츠 자신감의 특성 분석

        This study attempts to analyze some features of sports confidence of badminton players in relation to their affiliation, career, the amount of time spent on training, and the prize winning career etc. The subjects of investigation were the players participated in the fall National Badminton League in 2009. The total number of the players was 302: 99 players in high school division, 103 players in college division, and 100 players in adult division. The criteria of the analysis were ability establishment, social support, coach leadership, and physical & mental readiness etc., which are the sub-factors of sports confidence. The following results were drawn from the analysis. First, the adult players’ sports confidence was higher than that of the high school and college players in the areas such as ability establishment, social support, physical & mental readiness which are the sub-factors of sports confidence in relation to the affiliation. Second, the players belonging to the division with a longer career had higher sports confidence in the areas of ability establishment, social support, and physical & mental readiness. Third, the players belonging to the division which spent just proper amount of training time out-achieved the players both in the division which spent comparatively short amount of training time(less than 4 hours a day) and the players in the division which spent much more time (more than 7 hours a day) respectively. Fifth, the champions, the semi-finalists, and the third prize winners showed higher sports confidence respectively when analyzed by the criterion of prize winning career.

        고교야구선수의 자아정체감, 스포츠자신감, 합리적 진로의사결정의 구조모형

        이 연구는 고등학교 야구선수들의 자아정체감, 스포츠자신감, 합리적 진로의사결정의 인과모형을 통해 향후 운동선수로서 다른 직업선택 시에 경험하는 진로역량강화에 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 대상자는 고교야구선수들을 모집단으로 선정하고, 군집표본법을 활용하여 총 282명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료처리는 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 사용하였고, 구체적인 연구가설을 검증하기 위하여 측정모형과 구조모형을 적용하였다. 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고교야구선수들의 미래확신성이 높으면 스포츠자신감은 향상된다. 둘째, 고교야구선수들의 미래확신성이 높으면 합리적 진로의사결정은 향상된다. 셋째, 고교야구선수들의 스포츠자신감이 높으면 합리적 진로의사결정은 향상된다. 넷째, 고교야구선수들의 미래확신성이 높으면 스포츠자신감이 순차적으로 향상되고, 최종적으로 합리적 진로의사결정이 향상된다. 이 연구는 고등학교 운동선수의 진로관련 이론적 토대를 제시함과 동시에, 자아정체감의 중요성과 이를 향상시켜야 할 근거를 제시함에 그 의의가 있다. The ultimate goal of this study was to strengthen capability to actively cope with the problem of social adjustment high school baseball players experience when they decide in the future to retire as baseball players or choose another career. Participants were selected from high school baseball players and then data of 282 players were analyzed by using cluster sampling method. For data processing, Amos 20.0 programs were used(α=.05). Specifically, measurement and structure model were verified in order to verify the research hypotheses. Conclusion of the research is as follows: First, sport confidence improves when confidence of one’s future of high school baseball players is high. Second, rational career decision-making improves when confidence of one’s future is high. Third, when sport confidence is high, rational career decision-making improves. The present study provided basic data for a career theory that would reflect the importance of ego-identity of high school sports players.

        무용전공과 수준에 따른 무용심상 차이 및 무용심상이 무용 자신감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 무용전공과 수준에 따른 무용심상 차이와 무용심상이 무용 자신감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기지역의 예술고, 대학교의 무용전공 학생, 전문 무용공연단체의 직업무용수 410명을 대상 으로 실시하였다. 연구 결과 무용 전공과 수준에 따른 목표차이는 유의미하게 차이가 확인되었다. 무용 전공과 수준에 따라 이미지 숙달은 유의한 차이를 보였고 무용 전공과 무용 수준에 따라 무용 이미지의 역할과 움직임은 무용 수준에 따라 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 무용 심상이 무용 자신감에 미치는 영향은 심상 숙달, 역할과 움직임은 공연활동 정체감 에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 주었다. 숙달, 역할과 움직임은 공연 자신감에 정적인 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 심상 목표와 심상역할과 움직임은 활동 자신감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study is to explore the difference in dance imagery according to dance major and dance career experience and to investigate the effect of dance imagery on dance confidence. Basic survey questions on dance imagery and dance confidence were administered on a total of 410 dance major students in Art High School(s) and universities and professional dancers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Dance imagery goal according to dance major and dace career experience showed significant difference according to dance career experience. Dance imagery mastery according to dance major and dance career experience displayed significant difference according to dance major and dance career experience while the role and movement of dance imagery according to dance major and dance career experience displayed significant difference according to dance career experience. As for the effect dance confidence on of dance imagery, sense of identity in performance activities, which is a sub-factor of dance confidence, exerted significant effect on dance imagery mastery and role and movement of dance imagery. Dance confidence had significant effect on dance imagery mastery and role and movement of dance imagery as well. Confidence in performance activities exerted significant effect on dance imagery goal and role and movement of dance imagery.

        실업 핸드볼 선수의 은퇴불안, 은퇴 후 삶의 기대, 스포츠 자신감 및 인지된 경기력 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among retirement anxiety, expectation of life after retirement, sport confidence, and athletic performance of semi-professional handball player. In order to achieve the aim of this study, the entire players who registered in handball Korea league except foreign players responded to the survey questionnaire. A total of 189 data was utilized in the data analyses procedure. The results of the current study were as follows. Firstly, psychological status sub-dimensions of retirement anxiety had a positive relationship with sport confidence, however, decline in performance had a negatively effect sport confidence. Secondly, both injury and decline in performance had significant effects on perceived athletic performance. Thirdly, whereas the 'a new start' sub-dimension of expectations on post-career life positively affected sport confidence, 'take a break' sub-dimensions of expectations on post-career life negatively affected sport confidence. Fourthly, none of sub-dimension of expectation on post-career life had a significant impact on sport confidence. Fifthly, sport confidence was a significant predictor on perceived athletic performance. Discussions about study results and practical implications were also proposed.

        조리 교육서비스품질이 교육만족도와 취업자신감에 미치는 영향 - 온라인 조리진로체험교육을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to verify the influence relationship of the education program of the online cooking-related career experience education platform on the educational satisfaction and job confidence of culinary job seekers, and to examine the mediating effect of educational satisfaction. The questionnaire to achieve the purpose of the study was conducted for students who are currently taking cooking classes at a professional career experience institution that operates an online cooking education platform across the country. As a result of the study, it was found that system quality, information quality, and mentoring of educational service quality had a positive effect on educational satisfaction. Also, it was found that information quality and mentoring of educational service quality had a positive effect on job confidence. As a result of examining the mediating effect of education satisfaction, it was found that system quality and mentoring had an indirect mediating effect on the influence relationship of job confidence. As a result, the culinary education platform manager and manager can construct a platform that allows them to receive non-face-to-face cooking education applications as conveniently and quickly as possible, and by spreading and expanding the mentoring system after training, increase the educational satisfaction of trainees and increase their self-confidence in finding employment. will have to improve.

        대학생의 전공만족이 진로결정 자기효능감 및 취업자신감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 대학생의 전공만족이 진로결정 자기효능감과 취업자신감에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 연구방법 은 서울, 경기도의 뷰티전공 2년제 대학생 335명을 대상으로 설문조사하여 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 전공만족이 진로결정 자기효능감, 취업자신감의 상관관계를 분석하였 고, 각 변인들 간에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 대학생의 전공만족이 진로결정 자기효능감과 취업자신감에 통계적 유의한 정적(+)상관관계가 확인되었다. 둘째, 전공만족이 자기 효능감에 미 치는 영향으로 자기평가, 문제해결, 목표선택에서 통계적 유의미한 영향이 확인되었다. 섯째, 전공만족이 취업자신감에 통계적 유의미한 영향이 확인되었다. 넷째, 진로결정 자기효능감이 취업자신감에서 통계적 유의미한 영향이 확인되었다. This study aims to investigate the effect of college students' major satisfaction on career decision-making self-efficacy and job confidence. The research method was used for analysis by surveying 335 two-year college students majoring in beauty in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The collected data were analyzed for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation between career decision-making self-efficacy and job confidence using SPSS 26.0, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to confirm the effect between each variable. As a result of the study, first, a statistically significant positive (+) correlation between college students' major satisfaction was confirmed between career decision-making self-efficacy and job confidence. Second, as the effect of major satisfaction on self-efficacy, statistically significant effects were confirmed in self-evaluation, problem-solving, and goal selection. Fifth, it was confirmed that major satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on job confidence. Fourth, it was confirmed that career decision-making self-efficacy had a statistically significant effect on job confidence.

        미용특성화고등학교 학생의 NCS교육기반 직업기초능력과 진로결정수준 관계

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between job basic capability and career-setting levels of students at beauty-specialized high schools. 321 of beauty-specialized high schools students who are resident in North Jeolla and North Chungcheong provinces were participated from April 9, 2017 to April 22, 2017. According to the results of the study, beauty-specialized high school students showed high rank in interpersonal capacity among the job basic capability factor. Additionally, all the factors of job basic capacity showed remarkable correlation and significant strength in problem solving and self-development capability. Accordingly, correlation and influence between the job basic capability and the level of career decision showed that there was a meaningful correlation between all factors of job basic capability and the level of career assurance. In particular, students with the higher self-development capacity among job basic capability showed the higher the level of career decision-making. Therefore, this study suggests that education courses for self-development of job basic capability need to be well developed and applicable in order to perform the professional duties of knowledge-based beauty industries.
