      • 식단배식시 간호사의 개선내용이 잔식량 감소에 미치는 효과 : 일 대학병원을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to provide basic materials for the supply of the high quality of meals which meets the need of patients of university hospital in G city, affording the increase their quality and to make proper preparations through the analysis of the cause of leftover food for the improvement of hospital service and for the efficiency of hospital management. For this study, questionnaires from the total 302 patients hospitalized (1st 149, 2nd 100 and 3rd 53 investigated persons) during May 28 to October 28, 2001 were used and the measurement of leftover food was performed in each hospital ward for 1 week. A tool of research was consisted of the total 22 structured questionnaires to improve satisfaction of patient meal and to reduce leftover food, For the distribution of meals, the contents of improved education are 1) The improved ways for the satisfaction of rice and soup were searched 2) Several kinds of Kimchi were diversified 3) Kindness education was repeatedly performed to all distributors for 20 minutes every Thursday afternoon ;1) The preparation of clean meals was educated and supervised 5) Since there was much leftover food, when patients enter hospitalization and leave the hospital, and they change meals, and they miss changed meals, both official document and oral cooperation were requested to each hospital ward person in charge. The research results are as follows: 1. In food quality and service, the negative opinion was shown in the item of food temperature, food amount, cleanness of dinner table, kindness of food distributor. And the positive opinions of Eat much. Eat by half. in the item of food intake amount supplied by the hospital were shown. It was investigated that the leftover food was due to the great amount of food. 2. In the determination of leftover food among several hospital wards, 63 hospital ward (medical treatment hospital) gave the largest leftover food in the first and the second investigation. In the third investigation, 73 hospital ward with long-term patients among hospital wards with the largest leftover food gave the order of soup-kimchi-rice, kimchi-soup-rice as leftover foods. Summarizing these results, it is considered that the reduction of leftover food by the improvement education in hospital meals distribution might help the nutrition intake as well as service improvement in hospital manger and social benefit.

        As Follow suggested : The purpose of this study was to consider tendency of modern sports information. today Modernst information system had four areas such as collection, clearance, communication and application So, most literuture of America and Europe was collected, cleared, communicated and apilcated in international sports data base. If we utillited communication circuit properly, we could use sports information beneficently at the laboratory and office. In the future and now, one was that special sports institution needed to obtain Education about sports imformation such as information of specialization, and information of knowledge on both soft phase and hard phase of new media. Although korea used date base of foriegn country efficiently, korea had to make effort to create its own information system and wish to avoid friction of economy and fiction of information.

        진입장벽 요인이 향후 투자에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 러시아 제조업 부문에 대한 투자를 중심으로

        Any market has its own entry barriers to foreign firms. In this reason, foreign firms. who are entering to a foreign market, must have internal competence which can contribute to overcome the entry barriers and have the capability for adjusting to external environment of foreign market. In this paper we analyzed the rate of entry barriers of external environment of Russian market when Korean firms entering into Russia. In this paper we segmented the external environment that affects to foreign firms as entry barriers such as competitive, socio-cultural, and political-legal environment and analyzed the rate of barriers induced from these environmental factors to foreign firms. The applied method is correlation and multiple regression analysis. The result of empirical analysis is a follows: The competitive environment of local(Russian) market dose not affect to Korean firms as an entry barrier. The local socio-cultural environment, however, significantly affect to foreign firms as entry barrier and negatively affect to sequential entry to sequential entry of Korean firms, and among sub-factors hierarchical behavior of governmental workers, in particular, raises unstability and uncertainty of external environment and negatively affects to Korean firms' investment in the future.

        사업장 근로자의 건강위험 평가도구 개발

        Health Risk Appraisal(HRA) is usually defined as a process by which we expect of individual's chances of death or acquiring specific diseases within a defined period of time. The concept of worksite as an area of health maintenance and promotion is newly developing. Our movement for health promotion of employees has been increasingly known in the worksite. The aim of this study is to develop health risk appraisal tools about health promotion at the worksite for employees. We performed this study by two steps; one step was to develop a HRA questionnaire of worksites in Korea, another was to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire. For developing HRA questionnaire, we reviewed scientific examples at first, and then weighted the score by delphi. To evaluate the reliability of developed questionnaire, we carried out survey by test-retest method. A total of 131 employees completed HRA questionnaire on two times. The results are as follows. The total score of health risk in unhealthy workers was higher than that of healthy workers. The range of test-retest reliability of responses to the questionnaire was 0.57-0.94. Therefore it seems that this questionnaire was very suitable to assess the health behavior of workers. In conclusion, the developed HRA questionnaire can be used as a tool for evaluating health behavior and for providing health counseling materials.

        Information has become a strategic tool with progress of sports science and sports technology. Demand on sports information is spreading to leisure, recreation, sociology, science of nutrition, psychology, sports medicine, sports therapy, prophylactic medicine, alternative medicine, sports industry and sports nature etc. if on line data base can be manipulated freely then acceleration and quality improvement of the study in this field can be effected and it is possible to gain new insight for receiving latest information But next problem is cost for use. For this reason this author summarized quick and effective on lline search points as follows: 1. Data base should be chosen with clear purpose for its use. Conduct prior investigation on contents and fee system of data base. With the same data base fee system may be differed depending on distributor therefore it is necessary to try different distributors at first as much as possible. 2. Prior to starting on line search prepare search method. If on line is started and then search method is checked than quickly telephone charge will go up. Search method should be prepared in advance by thinking sufficiently of what theme is to be searched. 3. Look for good advisor: lf there is no advisor nearby then the best thing is counselling with the person in charge for the distributor. If the result of search is stored at floppy disk by "downloading" then even after communication line is cut off it will be possible to print out anytime. 4. In this study the author explained about on-line search of lterature data line but recently it is possible to search overseas sports news or information on rate of victory or defeat of prfessional footbali etc. in real time. In Japan it is possible to search feature articles of Nihon Kesai or Asahi (except culture and sports column) by on-line. However in our country there are not many data bases in the field of sports and physical education which can be on-line searched. Our country belongs to up per level in the world in terms of study of sports science and technology and we are attracting attention from countries in Asia and from different parts of the world and the task facing us now is developing independent and unique data base for our country.

        The purpose of this study is to examine the process of 'coaching(administration)' .For that purpose, this study brought in the concept of the management process (VanderZwaag, H.J.) and the administrative process(Hodgkinson, C.) and examined the process model of 'coaching(administration)' . As the result of this study, the process of coaching (administration)' was characterized as follows. 1. The process model of 'coaching(administration)' consists of philosophy, planning, organizing, managing and valuating. 2. At the stage of philosophy and planning, the policy of 'coaching(administration)' is made. 3. At the stage of organizing and managing, the policy of 'coaching(administration)' is implemented and the process of 'coaching(administration)' goes on toward the purpose effectively. 4. The last stage of process (valuating) feeds back to the stage of philosophy. 5. The stage of philosophy has the possibility for changing the direction of process through the consideration of value.

        Gas Diffusion Tube Dimension in Sensor-Controlled Fresh Produce Container System to Maintain the Desired Modified Atmosphere

        Modified atmosphere (MA) of reduced $O_2$ and elevated $CO_2$ concentrations has been used for keeping the quality of fresh produce and extending the shelf life. As a way to attain the beneficial MA package around the produce, a gas diffusion tube or perforation can be attached onto the container and controlled on real time in its opening/closing responding to $O_2$ and $CO_2$ concentrations measured by gas sensors. The timely-controlled opening of the gas diffusion tube can work in harmony with the produce respiration and help to create the desired MA. By use of the mathematical modeling, the effect of tube dimension on the controlled container atmosphere was figured out in this study. Spinach and king oyster mushroom were used as typical commodities for designing the model container system (0.35 and 0.9 kg in 13 L, respectively) because of their respiration characteristics and the optimal MA condition ($O_2$ 7~10%/$CO_2$ 5~10% for spinach; $O_2$ 2~5%/$CO_2$ 10~15% for mushroom). With a control logic for the gas composition to stay as close as possible to optimum MA window without invading injurious low $O_2$ and/or high $CO_2$ concentrations, the atmosphere of the sensor-controlled container could stay at its lower $O_2$ boundary or upper $CO_2$ limit under certain tube dimensional conditions. There were found to be the ranges of the tube diameter and length allowing the beneficial MA. The desired range of the tube dimension for spinach consisted of combinations of larger diameter and shorter length in the window of 0.3~2 cm diameter and 0.2~10 cm length. Similarly, that for king oyster mushroom was combinations of larger diameter and shorter length in the window of 0.9~2 cm diameter and 0.2~3 cm in length. Clear picture on generally affordable tube dimension range may be formulated by further study on a wide variety of commodity and pack conditions.

        Communication : Agent-Based Load Balancing Method for Web GIS Services: Web-Based Forest Fire Management System

        The prototype of forest fire management system on Web was studied. In the architecture of this system, one of the most important concerns is to handle load upcoming to Web Server so that it provides Web service without any delay or failure. In order to solve this problem, the agent is designed on dispatcher in a Web Server cluster and implemented to distribute load dynamically by considering the information related to load coming to the Web Server such as the number of connection to the Map Server. The proposed forest fire management system has user-friendly interface with the GIS mapping functionality by selecting Map Objects Internet Map Server (MO IMS) as Map Server and is implemented using Java as programming language.
